Here we go.
Darkness and Light, Into the Chaos!
Holotape R-1.06
More sure than ever that things are being hidden from me. Found the records of Mountain Glenn. Reminded me of the Divide. But when I asked about what had caused the Grimm to charge, couldn't get a straight answer. They told me that "We don't know what attracted them for sure." A lie, and not a convincing one. Something happened that they don't want me knowing. Don't want History to remember. Will get to the bottom of it eventually.
Saw the Little Huntress again, was roped into searching for her lost teammate. Seems she had been outed as a Faunus, and ran. Probably afraid what her friends would think. Found them at the docks, trying to stop terrorist soldiers from taking the Dust. White Fang, they were called. The voice of an outraged people. Not the only voice, perhaps, but certainly the loudest.
Aided by an ally the Faunus had made as well as a Synth with the Little Huntress, we repelled the theft, managed to save the majority of the shipment. The children didn't seem too happy to see that I had killed some of their number. Didn't bother me. We interrogated the captures before the city authorities took them. Asked about the History of the White Fang on the way back to Beacon. The Faunus told her side, and the Heiress told hers. Seemed while they were peaceful once upon a time, they could take no more oppression lying down and began to fight back, united against those who would step on them, viscous to their enemies.
Reminded me of the Khans. Would have fit in well in Caesar's army. Doubt they would have accepted though. After all, you need a weapon between your legs to hold one for Caesar, not like here.
Still, brought the attack to Ozpin. Told him of what transpired. Didn't seem to phase him. Simply claimed he had to let the police do their job and stay in his own lane, asked me to do the same. Didn't like it. Don't have a choice.
And done! As you can see, Ulysses is butting heads a bit with the secretive elements. Anyway, leave your thoughts and see you next time!
