A/N: Happy St. Patrick's Day! This story is a two parter... Part one is Jandy and part two is Savis and the party.

"This is a nice new house, Jason." Mandy says slowly wondering around the space. "There are windows and a full-size fridge."

"That's not very nice of you." Jason chuckles.

"Well." Mandy smirks walking closer to him. "You have two bedrooms." She grabs Jason's flannel shirt. "A full kitchen." She pulls him against her. "A big master bath with a huge garden tub."

Jason wraps his arms around her, closing the gap between her. "Funny that you bring up the tub."

"Is it funny Master Chief?"

Jason flashes his signature grin at her. "Seeing as every word that comes out of your mouth is calculated."

"You know me so well." Mandy smirks. "Now, about this dinner you promised to make me."

"Oh yeah." Jason laughs. "You distracted me."

"I'll do better." Mandy steps back from him. "Better let you cook now."

"I wasn't done with you." Jason protests.

"You can be not done with me after you feed me." Mandy informs him. "But I will help you decorate a little while you cook."

Jason opens the refrigerator door to start removing the ingredients for dinner. "How generous of you."

Mandy rips the tape off a box and opens it. "We can't have this place feeling as depressing as your last place." She hears Cerb huff. "See, even he agrees. "Do you want a nice bed in front of this window, so you can people watch?"

"I bet he would like that." Jason calls from the kitchen.

"You should have the team over when we get this place together." Mandy tells him.

"I should?" Jason asks.

"Yeah." Mandy walks into the kitchen and pulls herself onto the counter. "I think it would be nice. Let everyone see your new place."

Jason stands between her legs. "Who are you and what have you done with Mandy Ellis?"

"This is the new and improved version." Mandy wraps her arms around his neck.

"Interesting." Jason slowly nods. "Why don't we throw a St. Patrick's Day party while we're at?"

"I know you're kidding, but I think that would be fun." Mandy grins.

"I'm not planning it." Jason tells her.

"I can handle that." Mandy tells him.

"Huh?" Jason chuckles. "A book club and party planning?"

Mandy runs her fingers through the back of his hair. "I told you I wanted out of the dark."

Jason grips her hips. "A St. Patrick's Day housewarming party it is." He leans forward and kisses her. "I'm going to finish dinner." Jace kisses her again. "Then we are going to christen the tub."

"Oh, I like the sound of that." Mandy giggles. "You should get back to cooking."

"I'll do that." Jason steps back from her.

"One last finishing touch." Jason says walking into the bathroom carrying a bottle of wine to find Mandy already relaxing in the tub.

"Dinner, a nice bath, wine and I'm going to get my brains banged out?" Mandy sits up and reaches for the bottle. "What are you staring at Master Chief?"

"You." Jason tells her as he pulls her T-shirt over his head.

Mandy shifts to a kneeling position, reveling the front of her body to him. "You should probably come show me."

"Fuck yes I should." Jason kicks off his jeans and boxers before stepping into the tub. He sits in the tub pulls her on top of him.

"Impressive." Mandy hums in his ear upon feeling him pressed against her.

"I told you." Jason runs his pointer finger down her spine. "You look beautiful in this dim lighting."

"I do?" Mandy smirks.

"You do." He slowly trails his hands up and down her sides. "There's enough light coming from inside you to light the world now."

"Oh Jace." Mandy mumbles as she crashes her lips to his. "I want to feel you inside me." She whispers.

"Anything for you." Jason shifts and she lowers herself onto him. "Fuck Mandy."

"MmHmm." She moans feeling Jason fill her completely.

Jason grips her hips as they move as one. "Shit." He groans.

He dips his head and sucks one of her nipples into his mouth. "Jason." Mandy's wraps her hand around the back of Jason's head, holding his face against her chest. Jason kisses and sucks his to her mouth and attaches his lips to hers. "Shit Jace." She groans as her moans get louder and louder.

"Fuck Mandy." Jason growls, his breath heavy on her neck. "Let go." He feels her clamp down around him as her body convulses. The sensation of Mandy contracting around him pushes him over the edge. "Holy shit Mandy." He turns his head and kisses her temple.

Mandy runs her hand over Jason's shoulder and chest. "One spot down, many more to go."

"I like the sound of that." Jason chuckles.

"Mmhmm." Mandy nods against his chest." But for now, I'm going to take a nap."

"Right here?" Jason asks.

"I'm warm and cozy, in a strong pair of arms." Mandy lifts her head and looks at him. "Where else would I want to be?"

Jason kisses her again. "Nap away, you'll need your energy."

"Breakfast with Mandy Ellis." Lisa chuckles as she sits down at the restaurant table Mandy was already occupying.

"You should feel honored." Mandy chuckles.

"What are you doing back in Virgina Beach?" Lisa asks already knowing the answer.

"I thought asking questions was my job." Mandy jokes. "I'm sure you already figured this, but Jace and I are giving this whole relationship thing a chance."

"Good." Lisa smiles. "You guys have always had a special bond."

"There has always been something between us that was unexplainable, and now here we are." Mandy tells her.

"Everyone deserves to be happy." Lisa smiles.

"Yeah, everyone does." Mandy smirks as she takes a sip of her coffee.

"Whatever are you referring to?" Lisa asks coyly.

"I may not be in the agency anymore, but those instincts never leave you." Mandy tells her.

"It's complicated." Lisa huffs.

"So, there is an it?" Mandy pushes.

"You already knew that." Lisa responds.

"Mm-Hhm." Mandy nods. "You weren't alone when I called you last night."

"God, can you stop using your spy training on me." Lisa says with an eye roll.

"Just tell me what I want to know then." Mandy tells her.

"We are just enjoying our time together." Lisa lets out a deep breath. "We've tried the being officially together, but hiding thing and it sucked. But on the flip side we missed each other so much."

"Does he make you happy?" Mandy asks.

A smile spreads across Lisa's face. "He does and he just loves him, I don't have to be anything with him."

"That's the dream, isn't?" Mandy chuckles. "A guy that just accepts you and loves you for who you are."

"It is." Lisa laughs.

"And you have found the guy that treats you that way." Mandy points out to her. "Before you say it, I understand the professional repercussions."

"What are you trying to tell me?" Lisa asks with a raised eyebrow.

"That you're making the right choice not closing the door on the two of you." Mandy informs her.

"Uh-huh." Lisa nods. "Anyways, that's enough about me. What was that cryptic group text last night about St. Patrick's Day?"

"Ah." Mandy smirks. "I kind of talked Jace into a St. Patrick's Day/ housewarming party."

"Wow." Lisa laughs. "That's a far way from Anti-western terrorists."

"I like it though." Mandy smiles. "I walked away before it was too late for me to find myself again."

"As shocking as it was, I'm happy for you." Lisa takes a bit of her eggs benedict.

"Thanks Lisa." Mandy takes a sip of coffee. "You'll really be shocked to learn that I spent a good chunk of time looking up St. Patrick's Day party ideas."

"You, Mandy Ellis?" Lisa laughs.

"Like I told Jason, it's the new and improved me." Mandy chuckles.

"As long as you're happy." Lisa looks at her empty plate. "I have to get to the base."

"I want to miss saying that, but I don't." Mandy laughs.
