Actually, a mix of both. Something that will happen very soon is a break in friendship of these two.
Will Destoroyah be redeemed? Was he ever evil?
Firstly, Dest will be redeemed, as mentioned before. Second, he was abused and neglected as a child, causing him to make a lot of questionable choices later on, for example, violence. But in the end, he will be a hero, because (Minor spoiler that doesn't really matter) everyone deserves a second chance, and that was what guided him in the right path.
Why is Gigan such a wimp?
He's not. At least, not at first. I will be using Showa Gigan for a guide as first and second year, but he will change in third year and above. Gigan's the type of person to act malicious when he's guarded by Ghidorah and the rest of his cronies.
Is Kevin good?
Yes, of course he is! He will be one of the only Ghidorah to be good.
Is McGonagall going to die?
Sorry, can't tell you about deaths yet.
When will the Magnamorphmagi transform?
There will be a range of time, but I can tell you the earliest time is in First Year, and it is a girl.
What about Ron/Hermione/Harry/Snape/Anyone still alive after the Cursed Child?
Ron and Hermione's fates are different than that of Harry's and Snape's.
What range of kaiju will appear?
Almost all of the well-known ones from all eras, excluding most from TV shows/games. Ones like Barugaron won't make it onto any list of characters, but they will be minor background.
Is King Kong here?
No, I am afraid not.
Will there be Animagi in the Magnamorphmagi?
Yeah, but not a lot. They are wizards, after all.

For Mosura, I'm thinking of FW and RoM. Ghidorah's, Monsterverse and FW. Godzilla, Lordverse (a tribute to Dinomania), FW, and Heisei (mostly). SpaceGodzilla (SlicK), Destoroyah (SlicK and Tyroraptor). Rodan (a mix of FW and Legendary). Gigan, Showa to FW. Anguirius, Heisei and SP.
