AN: Sorry if the names were confusing from now on i will be referring Roshi by his sayian name 銀 Gin and Muten Roshi will use Roshi to simplify now.
AN: Also im kinda using third person writing, well bad in this chapter an example would be Patrick go home he like tv and eat dinner later.
It had been a day after Jackie chun won the organized tournament. The entire event had even gone on for two whole day's. After Jackie had left Roshi had returned and wasn't too stingy on spending money on the food, everyone who had came on the trip was treated to food it was a huge feast since there were more people this time and two sayians.
There was plenty of delicious food that day ranging from meat to noodle and seafood dishes. Nothing was fancy but the amount the chefs had to prepare covered the table with dishes.
When it came down to finally paying for the tab Roshi was sweating since the prize money he won wouldn't cover the bill they had accumulated. Gin had decided to split the bill with what money he got from the dungeons. This made Roshi relieved that he would have some left over to spend. Gin wasn't as hungry since he didn't fight in the tournament. At most he just sat down with a bag of popcorn watching as the fights played out like in canon.
The Hotel's were still great to sleep in and comfortable and the trip back was also pleasant. Every thing seemed to end as we settled back down on the island with no issue. Goku had decided to search for Grandpa's Gohans lost four star ball now that the tournament's arc was over.
Goku had even invited Gin on joining with him on the trip but Gin knew he would eventually end up fighting with the Red Ribbon Army. Goku should eventually grow more and more strength in his coming battles without his help.
While Gin wanted to stay behind on the Island with Muten Roshi and Krillin - "Don't forget about me buster" Harly said out of nowhere loudly somehow guessing what he was monologuing about internally and momentary bringing him out of his thought process for a minute. "You didn't forget about me did you, i mean i been trying my best trying to train for the Tenkaichi tournament thing and that germ guy was just so disgusting at that moment, i really really really didn't want anything to do without him, and anyway it's not like we lost out on exp since we were the only ones to even make it in the finale anyway" Harley rambled on.
Goku was about to leave on Nimbus before Gin stopped him. "Hey i have a better idea, why dont you go with Goku on his adventure to search for my Grandpa's missing Dragonball" so you can both get out of my hair for a while thought Roshi. "yeah great, wait a moment you aren't telling me this so i could get out of your head for a while, are you?" Asked Quinn "not at all Harley, i just like the idea of you watching over my little brother making sure he doesn't get into too much trouble, and either way you could use some time off for a change every once and a while" Roshi said to Quinn.
"Well, i do sort of think i do deserve a vacation" thought Quinn. "It should be a nice vacation away from the talkative clown" thought Gin while leading Harley over to Nimbus. She got on which was suprising since Quinn had a heart pure enough to ride kinto kun but you wouldn't see Gin complaining.
Pretty good idea since kinto kun only let those with pure of hearts ride it. While they left Gin and Roshi waved goodbye to them wishing them on a safe trip. "You know eventually they are going to return" Said Roshi. "why don't you just take her off my hands then you Old geezer, I haven't seen you pull any moves since she gotten here. Im not an Old geezer and anyway you dont get to live as long as i have without being careful about where you stick your meat into" Roshi had said lecherously.
Comical break: Dinosaurs can be seen chasing off Harley who was carrying a sack of meat on her back.
In other news Goku's next enemy should be the Red Ribbon Army, that would give Gin enough time to prepare himself on his own pace.
Gin had choices currently in his life sure enough he could either go back on shore to get enough materials to live like a king. But the situation changed once he seen the general versatility...Variability?, of capsules that Capsule Corp created just from studying a catalogue.
I had better things to do at the moment like looking around Roshi's house for food, since Gin was thinking about upgrading it with a bar. Food was hardly scarce here if he ever got hungry all he'd have to do is look underwater or become an underwater hermit. Gin was realizing now that he'd taught Fenrir how to hunt aquatic animals. So by the time Fenrir returned they should have a lot of food and xp that he began collecting on his own these day's.
But a bar would come in handy especially since this place was exactly like a resort. Roshi came out in order to oversee Krillin who had been training on the beach. Roshi spent his time looking through female catalogs and he really liked to look at woman excercise on his small TV set. It didn't look like it but he was seriously training while it probably didn't look like he was procuring power at all.
"Those DVDs were nothing compared to the ones that existed on the internet Gin's previous world" Gin thought.
There were also extra islands around the water in the vicinity of Roshis island most of them were sandy with plenty of room to spare more or less room depending on what view you had of the island.
Gin liked the idea of his own beach house being built out of bamboo somewhere in direct sight of Kame House. He wouldn't mind becoming neighbors with old man Roshi, since there was plenty of room and not a lot of noise.
Well anyway, today was going to be a sunny day, so Gin went and made himself some bacon with OJ. Fenrir was practically solo leveling by himself now, Leaving him alone with the gamer system to hunt and clear dungeons on his own gave him enough treasure to spend on Gin's cooking. Gin's supply's weren't infinite and the merger amount he had recently bought wasn't going to last for long anyway. Gin had planned and thought about how he could secure soo much food and he had the answer. He was going to have to open up his own restaurant. That was the answer to all the problems that kept poping up, if Buu show's up wham a plate of the world's greatest pudding. Actually if Kid Buu show's up or Freeza or Cell or the Android's show cooking isn't going to cut it. Still he needed the restuarant anyway even if only for the supply's it came with and if Beerus shows up he would bave a great bargaining chip by becoming the best Sayian chef.
"Keep bringing in that exp Fenrir i allready said i am going over to Metro South in order to order more supplies" Gin said while over the phone with Fenrir. He had begun speeding while in his capsule Boat "Of course im going as fast as i can if i go any faster i just might break a law and get a ticket for speeding". "Of course I know im on the water you jackass" "Oi what do you mean im the jackass you mangy mutt, when was the last time you even taken a bath i ought to wash you flea bitten ass off in the ocean when i come back" and so the conversation continued until he reached the city.
Allready he was the new face in town but that didn't matter much since there were too many people in this city. He went over to city hall and spent the later half of a week going over promising venues and setting up his accounts and licenses. Allready he needed to plan ahead and buy extra equipment since he wanted to be recognized as the best chef in existence. Money currently wasn't going to be an issue since Fenrir was financially backing to have Gin finish up my business faster. Luckily he was able to score a residential property with four floors and a restaurant with two floors and enough storage in the basement.
The buildings were both very old and had temple like aesthetics they were both in kind of frequented areas but his house was more secluded in a bamboo thicket. It took a long while but after getting everything sorted out
It really did take a long while to complete everything, of course he needed to get everything ready higher contract builders to make sure the walls were stable. Afterwards an inspector came along after he got everything cleaned up. He set up a kitchen with oven's and stoves and cookware in the backroom of the first floor. The basement needed thermal resistance and new fridges and also had processors and grinders. The bathrooms were located on the property but kept near the entrance.
He stayed in his new property waiting until he could finaly work on his new businesses venue's. He'd ventured into the city metropolis in search of anythinghe had missed. He needed to think of a brand something that would capture the hearts of people. Like a giant Dragonball but instead of it having a star inside it would have a Z and depictions of Shenron, Gin can decorate the wall's with the dragons neverending tail and even tell stories about it of course everything would have to be copyrighted, but then that came later down the line but he could even sell merchandise.
The new restaurant was simply so Gin would have something to do on his off time. Usually he would have just been staying on the beach absorbing the view but his schedule was empty and he needed to improve his cooking skill. His fighting potential was already high enough now that he noticed it, with his final goal being SS2 Gin felt confident he could reach it in time.
When he's not training to reach the ultimate goal of SS2 he can be found resting or practicing cooking. This was only in case he ever got caught by none other than the god of destruction Beerus or on the other hand Whis. It's a great thing no one besides Fenrir knows about my new location i bet Harley is having a great new vacation and will be in for a surprise when she realizes that i dont live there anymore. Other than that my restaurant was going to become a successful one with at least one opening up on every major city, you can count on it.
Goku was definitely gaining his own strength if the Exp numbers were correct that they were granting the party. The Exp would usually be between the range of one hundred to a thousand plenty enough to grant everyone else at least one point of experience. Like i said if the system couldn't split it it would save it for the next round. Currently in the party were Me obviously, Harley, Turtle, Muten Roshi, Goku, Krillin, and Fenrir who i think i left somewhere in the ocean hunting. So that would be a Exp split of seven ways the way it worked if there were only six experience points the system would hold on to it until more experience points were gained.
But first i needed to practice swimming near the coast area surrounding us. There were things like shark's eels, giant octopuses, and old shipwrecks filled with treasure surrounding us. The water was definitely creeping around Gin in three different ways the first way was that it became colder the deeper somebody went, the colder it got the more gained levels in Gin's cold resistance skill. The second was Pressure Resistance or Gravity this actually strengthened my body as he went further down. Something like getting pressed like a grape because he was closer to the planets core or something. The final skill he leveled was the fear resistance that it was dark and dangerous everywhere he looked so far from the surface so he could would should level this up as well.
PS: I think Harly would have a fun time fighting the red ribbon army while he was away.
