"Magica?"

Opening the castle doors, Asa looked in with concern as he entered and closed the doors from behind, looking around the hallway. It wasn't as sanitary as it used to be when he visited. Both tables and decorations were either covered in dust or knocked over, the carpet was stained with muck, and light sources were dim or out.

It's been like this since Selene left with Webby a couple of days ago after finding out what Magica had caused long ago. Walking through the throne, Asa soon reached the throne room and knocked. Opening the door he spots Magica on her throne, sleepy, drunk, and anguished. Her hair was messy and unkempt, and her black dress was a bit dirty along with her cloak.

"Hey..." Was all Magica said as she stood up from her throne to walk toward Asa, but almost fell. Luckily she was holding onto her staff to keep balance all the while dropping an empty bottle. Seeing this, Asa shook his head. "Magica please, enough drinking." He pleaded before taking a step forward. "How many did-" He stopped immediately when his foot pushed something away and made a clink. Looking down he saw that the floor was littered with several whisky bottles, up to 200 at least.

"That explains it." Asa muttered as he walked around the empty bottles. "Good she's a Sorceress. This is enough liquor to kill a liver." He thought as he helped Magica back down into her throne and applied his hand to her forehead and nothing something wasn't right. "Magica? Did your healing factor...Stop?" He asked, looking worried. "I've never seen you get this drunk before."

"No..." Magica rubbed her eyes. "I made my healing factor stop." This left Asa confused. "...Why?" Instead of an answer, Magica let out a sigh and hugged her legs, turning away from him. "I just want to be alone..." She requested softly, earning a sigh from Asa, knowing she's like this because Selene took Webby and left her alone. "Ok...But I'll be back tonight." After giving her a pat on the back before exiting the throne room.

When the door closed, Magica looked up at the ceiling with a sulk. Suddenly a voice was heard. "Aww, what's wrong? Miss them?" Recognizing the voice immediately, Magica huffed. "Not now." She turned away as an apparition formed from her shadow. While pitch black with red glowing eyes, the apparition took the same shape as her body. All except for the lower half which linked to the bottom of Magica's webbed feet.

This was Evil Magica or E.M. for short, a deviant persona of the Sorceress herself. "Does it hurt not having your family around?" She asked with a devious grin, adding. "Being all alone again with only me as your company." Magica began to scowl as her evil self continued. "Besides, you don't need them." She holds her good self's beak and makes her look her in the eyes. "We only need each other...You need me."

"Enough." Magica pushed her away and asked. "Leave me be." She lays back on her chair to try and get some rest before hearing Evil Magica giggle. "Ooh, soon you'll come crawling back to me...Magica." With that, she left as the shadow she took control of reverted back to normal. The eyes faded and the shadow returned to its place, opposite the light source.

Meanwhile at Ithaquack

In her bedroom, Selene was reading one of the scrolls she had placed aside on a hand-crafted stone desk. Looking out the window, she can see her brother Storkules throwing rocks at her daughter, all for the purpose of training. With a quick reaction, Webby used her magic to destroy the rocks with ease. "Ha! You have to do better than that uncle!" Webby points at Storkules with a smirk. "Mom Magica trained me to use my magic!"

She's wearing a Greek Pink Dress that was long, reaching the floor like her mommy Selene's dress. The dress also has a purple silk band around the waist and a purple metal button on each shoulder. Following Webby's advice, Storkules looked at the small rocks in his hand and then over to his side where there's a larger pile. Glancing back and forth between the large rocks and Webby, Storkules dropped small rocks.

"I will Webby!" Storkules exclaimed with a smile before going over and gathering the big rocks. Witnessing this, Selene smiled and returned to her scroll. Just as she began reading, a voice was heard from behind. "She's a tough one, isn't she?" Perking up, Selene turned to see who it was that spoke.

Near the window, Selene saw a Swan with hair equally as long as hers. She was wearing a Greek Dress that was the color of indigo with a gold tiara on top of her head. Gold buttons were connected to the shoulder straps of her dress and wrapped around her waist she has a golden silk band. What's noticeable though was her height as she stood tall at 6 feet and 3 inches, just an inch taller than Selene.

This Swan was no other than the Goddess of Marriage and Birth herself: Hera.

Seeing this, Selene stood up and gently bows in respect toward the Goddess in front of her. After bowing she looked at Hera with a smile and nods. "Why yes. Webby's excited whenever it comes to using her powers." Hera walked closer to the window and looks out to see Webby had pinned her uncle to the ground, holding one of his arms behind him as he taps out.

"I win!" Webby shouted happily with a laugh, earning a thumbs up from Storkules, who let her win, unbeknownst to her. Hero who saw this gave a smile as she walked over and sat on Selene's bed, facing her. "Now, tell me...How are you feeling?" She asked the Moon Goddess who sat next to her. "Oh! I'm feeling great! I-" Hera lightly lays her hand on Selene's shoulder, making her stop.

"You know what I mean, Selene." Hero looked Selene in the eyes, aware of why she came to Ithaquack with Webby. After a moment of silence, the Moon Goddess sighed. "I...I'm not sure..." She answered truthfully. "I really haven't seen or spoken to her for a couple of days since our daughter and I arrived." Sadness was in Selene's voice with a hint of anger.

Selene was still mad at Magica for what she had done long ago. She looked out the window at her daughter outside, which Hera looked at too. "Every day, when Webby asks about her I-I..." Selene groans. "I...Tell her that Magica said she's fine. That she's busy at home, that she misses us, and hopes we come home soon." Sadness now remained in her tone now.

"Selene...I know you miss her. You can still forgive her" Selene looked at Hera. "I know I do, but I just...I don't know if I can forgive Magica." She shook her head, looking down. "After what she did..." Hera pats her back and tells her. "What she did was in the past, back when she was a different Sorceress with a malicious philosophy. What she is now is the very opposite of what she used to be."

"But that doesn't disregard her past actions." Selene shook her head, looking at Hera. "A father lost his family because of her and took his own life when he failed to get his revenge." Knowing of this event, Hera tells her. "As sad as it was, the outcome was bittersweet." Selene looked at her as she explained. "Calum's wife and children were there to get him when he took his last breath. Reuniting with him so that they can move on into the afterlife together."

"I saw..." Said Selene, having seen what had happened. "Still...She did this to other innocents too...I can't..." Seeing that she wasn't going to forgive Magica, not right now at least, Hera gave a comforting smile. "I understand." She then stood up, telling her before leaving. "I'll give you time to think about it." With that, she left the room. Soon Selene returned to her desk and picked up the scroll she was reading.

As she continued to look through the scroll she turned her attention to the window upon noticing a cloud low to the ground. It was her father, Zeus, sitting on his cloud as Webby was bothering him. "What's it like being the King of the Gods? Can your lightning bolts electrocute you? How are you able to sit on a cloud?" Through his granddaughter's questions, Zeus groaned a little as he prepares to answer them.

A Couple Days Later

Back at the castle in the bedroom, Magica was laying on her bed, looking up at the ceiling seemingly deep in her thoughts. Suddenly Magica's shadow beneath her moved from its spot again while still linked to her and began taking the shape of her figure. Soon the shadow formed two familiar red glowing eyes. Now complete, the evil persona of Magica looked at her with annoyance.

"You...Are so pathetic Magica."

E.M. lays right next to Magica and holds her cheek with care, surprisingly. "I mean look at you...Glum...Alone...Depressed...And useless." She smirked at the end of her sentence, only for Magica to turn away from her evil persona, making her sigh. "Ok, listen to me. You can't get rid of me, it's impossible. I'm a part of you, a part your personality. No matter what you do, I'm not gonna go anywhere" She pointed out and soon suggested. "Just accept me and this can all stop."

"Accept you?" Magica repeated as she sat up and looked at E.M. furrowing her brows. "You're the reason why I never want it. You made me take away innocent lives for minor errors as if they were nothing but insects." Immediately Evil Magica raised her hands. "Don't blame me for that. It was mostly Poe's fault." She began in defense before grinning in a sinister manner. "He's the reason why I had enjoyment out of tormenting our victims." She then added. "Why else would I show no care when they died?"

With a groan, Magica summons a whisky bottle and begins to drink the bottle whole until it was empty. It frustrated E.M. until an idea popped into her mind, making her hum with a smirk. "You know...You can always go to the timeless void. The place you meditate, train, and such. Maybe you can take your mind off certain things." This caught the attention of Magica who stared at E.M. who holds out her hand, smiling evilly. "Come on...What do you say?"

Instead of shaking her hand, Magica throws the empty whisky bottle away, shattering it as she gets up and grabs her staff. "Eh...Why not?" She taps the bottom of her staff on the floor, making a portal open up. "I might as well train and use you as a training doll." It took a second for Evil Magica's smile to fade as she shook her head and looked in shock. "Wait what!?" Suddenly both she and Magica went through the portal.

The Void

Upon making it to the place in the middle of darkness, E.M. glared at Magica before looking around. Everything she saw was only visible in a dim light that emitted from afar. From the dim light, she saw they were in what looked like a forest based on the trees, bushes, grass, and other plants present. As for the sky, there isn't one, as anything visible beyond the trees and above was nothing but darkness.

This place is The Void, an island that floats in the middle of the dark itself with a small portion of the light to grant sight of the isle. Realizing this, E.M. looked at her hands and body before smiling. She was back in her physical form, looking identical to Magica herself. This was due to them being in The Void, no longer on Earth with no movement of time.

"Aah...The magic...The Body...Ooh, how I miss having a body and my magic." Evil Magica gloated in joy as she realized and turned to look at Magica who was looking around. E.M. walked over to her and placed a hand on her shoulder, getting her attention. "Listen, you don't need them, we have each other. It can be just like the old days...Without Poe of course." E.M. then summoned her staff with a grin. "Come on. Let's train and concentrate on our power."

Magica looks at her own staff as she spoke. "I miss my family...Our family." This made E.M. sigh in irritation. "Who needs that pathetic Goddess and that embarrassing child of ours? You have me and only me! Now get ready and let's train!" Instead of glaring at her, Magica just looked in sadness. She just couldn't get mad at her evil persona, she's a part of her, plus it wouldn't do much for both of them.

"Very well..." Said Magica as she gets into a fighting position, earning a wide crooked smile from her evil persona who got into a fighting position as well. After a few seconds, Evil Magica made her first move and fired a powerful flare of magic from the tip of her staff, cackling.

One Day Later: 3 Years after Entering the Void

Clemence, the wife of Asa, entered the castle, holding a bag of lunch. She made it for Magica since her husband informed her she hadn't eaten since Selene and Webby left. "Magica, honey, you here?" She called out as walked through the messy hall and into the throne room. Receiving no response and seeing she was nowhere in the room, Clemence looked worried. Just as she was about to go look for her, a portal opened, scaring her as she backed away until Magica walked out.

"Oh Magica!" Clemence beamed. "It's...You?" Her smile faded to confusion, noticing Magica's appearance as she stood there. Her black dress was torn in places, her hair was a mess, and there were cuts and bruises on parts of her body that were visible. She was even bleeding, evident by the red stains on her dress and the deep cuts on her skin, not only that, it seems Magica had gotten a bit taller.

Before Clemence could say anything, Magica dropped her staff and fell to the floor with a thud, unconscious. This made Clemence scream in shock before running over to Magica, checking her pulse quickly before shaking her after feeling a heartbeat. "Magica!? Magica, please! Wake up!" Without any other option and seeing Magica was losing blood, Clemence contacted her husband.

Hours Later

Awakening from her blackout, Magica opened her eyes as the blur in her vision wanes, allowing her to see she was in her bedroom. "Huh...H-How did I get here?" She asked before E.M. took control of her shadow again, looking disgruntled with her arms crossed. "You should be lucky that pathetic friend of yours saved your life." Magica looked at her with slight interest. "You mean, Asa?" E.M. let out a sigh. "Yes, that embarrassment of a doctor!"

Sitting up, Magica looked down at herself to see she was bandaged with all of her cuts sealed to stop bleeding. E.M. then floated into her view. "Also, word of advice." She began, looking calm with a smile. "When I said to go to The Void to train and meditate to take your mind off specific things...I didn't mean you should try and kill yourself!" She concluded, looking angry at Magica who just sat in bed and showed no care.

Adjusting herself, Magica now sat at the edge, grabbing her staff as she gets up to stand. "How long was I out?" She asked, earning a glare from E.M. "Were you even listening to me!? You better not be trying to get yourself killed all because that foolish Goddess left you!" She attempted to grab Magica's shoulders to shake her, but her hands phased through them, stating. "If you die, I die!" Unfortunately, the Evil Magica's words were ignored.

Magica tapped her staff on the ground to open the portal to The Void again. Just as she was about to step in, someone grabbed her hand. "Magica no!" She turned to see it was Asa, who told her in a shout. "You need to stop this and get to bed, now!" He tried to pull her back, but she didn't budge. Magica then pushed him away slightly, almost making him lose his balance.

Just as he kept his balance, Magica went into the portal and closed it in time before Asa can go after her. "Magica...No..." Asa groaned as he sat on the floor in sadness, shaking his head, worried about his friend. Unable to do anything to stop her, he knew all he could do is wait and hope she'd come back.

Meanwhile

Entering The Void, Magica was immediately pinned to the ground by E.M. the moment her physical form formed. "Listen here Magica and listen good! You better turn on your healing factor now before you get us killed!" E.M. glared at Magica as she adds. "As much as I admire seeing affliction, I'd still like for us to stay alive!"

Using her magic, Magica forces E.M. off of her as the evil persona soon floats back down, glaring at her with her hands resting on her hips. Magica stands up, facing her evil persona as she spoke in a monotone voice. "Now, let's begin." She then charged at Evil Magica who groaned and charged at her as well. Both of them collide with their staff as they begin to fight each other again.

2 Days Later: Ithaquack

On a flat surface somewhere up the mountain, Selene was training Webby again, who is using both her Sorcery and Goddess powers. With ease, Selene leaned left and right, evading to avoid two purple orbs. She then ducked to avoid a little blue beam from the sky before being hit by another purple orb. Landing on her knee, Selene looked at Webby who smiled, seeing she managed to trick her mommy and hit her with one of her powers. Smiling back, the Goddess launched herself toward her.

Surprised, Webby reacted quickly and jumped, using levitation as Selene flew under her. Quickly the Goddess stopped and flew at her daughter with less velocity. With a quick turn, Webby dodged a quick yet light punch from Selene before punching back, only for her to dodge as well. They kept trying to hit each other until the duckling formed a shield to block a hit since the Goddess started to move faster, knocking her back.

Regaining balance in the air, Webby, who was starting to become weary, saw blue orbs coming at her that were fired by Selene who is back on the ground. She dodged, blocked, and even reflected some of the glowing spheres until she saw an opening. Aiming, Webby fired two slightly large beams from the moon. Selene didn't have time to react as both beams hit her legs, knocking her down.

"Yes..." Webby cheered through her pants as she landed softly on the ground and started catching her breath. At the same time, Selene got up, dusting herself off with a satisfied sigh. She walked over and sat down on a large rock with a flat top, like it was a bench as Webby sat right next to her. Looking at her, Selene beamed. "You did wonderful, Webby!" She praised Webby. "In a couple of hundred years, you might be ready to become a Goddess yourself." Selene paused, thinking a moment before telling the duckling. "Or a thousand years? Maybe a million?"

"What!?" Webby exclaimed, looking at her wide-eye, making Selene giggle. "I'm kidding sweetie...But really, it might take a hundred years...Or more." Wanting to change the subject and being curious, Webby asked. "Mommy? Why isn't mom here?" Selene gave her daughter a small smile, hiding her concerns from her. "Oh...She's just...Busy sweetie. Remember?"

Webby nods and asks. "But can I at least call her on the Sphere of Selene? I really want to talk to her." Sadness was in her voice since she misses her mom. This caused Selene to look at her with sorrow before giving a soft smile. "Don't worry, Webby. I promise you, your mom will contact us herself when she has the time...And when she does, I'll let you know."

"Promise?"

Selene looked at Webby with hesitation. She wanted to say no or at least shake her head, but she couldn't. She doesn't want to make her daughter miserable. With a mental sigh, she gave a nod. "I promise." Webby's smiled brightly and hugged her, which Selene returned as well. That was when she noticed the sunset and suggests. "We should go get dinner ready." She looked at the duckling and asks. "Want to make pie? It's your favorite."

"Yes! Pie!" Webby exclaimed exhilaratingly before vanishing, having teleported back to the house made of marble. Selene smiled at this but then sighed and looked out at the ocean that's surface gleamed from the sundown. "I...I still can't forgive you." With that, she stood up and went back to her home.

Meanwhile: Magica's Castle

Limping out of the portal, Magica looked even worse than she did before. Besides looking messier, she was thinner from the lack of food, and her wounds were worse than before. Bleeding from the wounds, she collapsed to the floor, passing out. It wasn't long before E.M. formed from Magica's shadow and looked at her unconscious state in shock.

"No-no-no...Magica! Get up!" E.M. shouted but received no response from Magica who remained motionless on the ground. With a groan, she looked and notice one of the Shadow Puppets, which in turn noticed her. "You, Shadow Puppet!" The Shadow Puppet points to itself. "Yes you! Go get that worthless doctor, now!" With a nod, it flies out of the wall to go get Asa.

Soon

It wasn't long until the Shadow Puppet, along with the others found Asa and brought him into the castle. They were carrying him until they got to the bedroom. "Hey-Hey-Hey!" He was dropped onto the floor by them and immediately got back up, holding his towel that was wrapped around his waist as he scolds the Shadow Puppets. "I was about to-" He stopped after taking a glance toward the bed and turned toward it wide-eyed seeing Magica. She was laying on it and was in really bad shape, worse than what he saw before.

"Magica..." Asa ran next to her and began examining her injuries. Besides more cuts and bruises, he noticed there was a large stain of blood around the stomach of her black dress. Wasting no time, he ripped open that part of the dress to expose her belly to see it was bleeding. Grabbing the closest thing to stop the bleeding, he placed her bedsheets onto her abdomen and applied pressure.

Asa looked at the Shadow Puppets that brought him here. "Listen, go get my bag...And bring me some clothes!" As requested, the Shadow Puppets nodded before flying off back to his home. Looking back at Magica, Asa was surprised to see a pool of blood on the right side of her bed. Seeing that it trailed from her right arm that was under a part of the sheets, he removed that part from her arm, making him gasp.

Magica's right arm was missing from below the elbow, seemingly cut off by a sharp blade or magic. "Oh...God..." Thought Asa before he applied pressure to what was left of the right arm with the bedsheet to stop the bleeding as best as he could.

3 Hours Later

Walking into the castle, Clemence began heading up the stairs, holding a bag of lunch she prepared for her husband. Asa was currently finishing up surgery on Magica after hours of stitching and bandaging her wounds, trying to keep her alive. The moment his wife entered the room, he walked out from the curtains, covered in blood, having finished surgery on his friend.

"How is she?" Clemence asked Asa with worry, presenting him with his lunch. With a sigh, he gently grabbed the bag and spoke. "Thanks...It's really bad." He shook his head. "I don't know how long she'll stay alive...She's not letting herself heal and she...She lost her arm." That made Clemence cover her beak in shock and fright. "Oh no..."

Asa took out his sandwich from the bag and began eating it he looked at the curtains and continues. "She's also 6 feet and 5 inches now...Don't know how she grew to that height, but all I can do is try to keep her alive." Clemence, who had also looked at the curtains thought of an idea and looks at Asa. "What if we try calling Selene? Maybe she can help."

"I can't." Asa shook his head. "I don't know where the Sphere of Selene is, I even looked everywhere for it." As he finished his sandwich, a shadow emerged behind Clemence and soon plunged into her back. Clemence flinched in discomfort before standing motionless for a moment as Asa sighed out of fatigue, pinching the bridge between his eyes.

"But I'll keep looking for it to-Ow!" Asa was cut off by something hitting him in the back of his head. Turning around he noticed his wife was looking angry at him, holding what was left of a ceramic plate. "Honey? What was that for?" Asa asked rubbing the back of his head, confused by his wife's sudden action and change of emotion.

"You ignoramus! It's me, Magica's other half!" The possessed Clemence began, revealed to be Evil Magica as her eyes turned yellow for proof. "I possessed your stupid wife so I can show you where that Sphere is!" She shouted angrily, much to Asa's shock as he looked at his wife...Or Evil Magica who was possessing her body.

"Oh...You...Magica told me about you." Asa began in a serious tone, crossing his arms. "I don't like that you took control of my wife's body without permission." He was hit again with what was left of the plate, which is now in pieces. "Enough!" Evil Magica exclaimed as she points at Asa. "I don't care what you think! All I care is for my other half to stay alive!" Reaching her hand out, she summoned the Sphere of Selene and threw it at him.

"Hey, watch it!" Asa caught the Sphere as he glares at E.M. who soon left Clemence's body. The second she left, Clemence shook her head and groaned. "Ow, what happened?" She asked, a little dazed and sore by the possession. "I'll explain later. Right now I need to contact Selene." Asa presents the orb, which confused his wife. "Wait, where did you find it?" She asked her husband who smiled. "I'll explain later, honey." He then looked at the Sphere and began contacting the Goddess.

Meanwhile: Ithaquack

Selene was in the bedroom of her home at the top of Ithaquake. She was wearing a transparent blue nightdress that stopped above her knees, revealing her bra and undies underneath. The walls, ceiling, and floor of her bedroom were made of light-blue-colored marble. Other than the bed, she also has a vanity with a large oval mirror along with a drawer. There's also a closet containing her clothes, a handcrafted wooden door to the bathroom, glassless windows, and a veranda.

Currently, Selene is sitting on her bed, reading another yet very old scroll, all the while drinking wine. After a sip, she placed her cup down and sighed before laying on her bed to look up at the ceiling. As much as she doesn't want to admit it, she's honestly feeling a little lonely without her...Ex. Sure she's back home with her family and her daughter's with her, but it doesn't feel the same without...

Shaking her head, Selene groaned a little. "No...She's a monster." She thought, reminding herself of why she left the village. Sitting up, she gets out of bed and decides to go see Webby and Hera to see what they're up to. But just as she was about to exit her room, she feels someone is contacting her from her Sphere. Rolling her eyes, Selene answers, creating a vision to see who it was. "Magica I told you I-oh, Asa, hi!"

Selene smiled seeing Asa who waved as she asked him. "How are you? How's your family and...Is that blood?" She raised a brow, noticing the red stains on him. "Are you doing...Surgery?" She sat back on her bed as Asa took a deep breath and answered. "My families doing fine, and yes, I'm doing surgery." He began to look sad. "But Selene, please come back, I need your help...Magica needs you."

Despite the plea, Selene groaned in anger. "I'm sorry Asa...But after what she's done, I...I just can't see her right now or forgive her...I'm sorry." Just as she was about to end the contact with her Sphere, Asa shouts. "Wait!" Selene stopped and looks at him. "Asa, I really appreciate what you're doing, but I just don't want to talk about this..." She then tells him in a serious tone. "I really need to go."

Asa sighed and simply turned the Sphere towards Magica, making Selene gasp with her eyes wide. From what she can see, Magica was wounded with bandages wrapped around her injuries, evident by the bloodstains on them. Not only that, but she can also see the Sorceress was missing her right arm. The sight of her condition was enough to make the Goddess stutter. "W-Wh-What happened to her?"

"I'm not sure..." Asa shook his head, looking at Magica. "Her Shadow Puppets came to my home out of the blue and lead me here. I found her like this in the bedroom." Looking back at Selene he tells her. "All I know is that she stopped her healing process when I tried to stop her from drinking."

Selene looked surprised to hear that. But she remained silent as Asa continues. "Her wounds aren't fading away and her arm isn't regenerating." Asa then looked confused. "That and when my wife and I checked on her, she went through some doorway..." He paused and scratched his chin. "Not sure what kind, but it was circular and led to what looked like a forest."

"Did you try stopping her?" Selene asked with concern, wondering why Magica would go there. Asa nods to her. "Yes, when I checked on her, after tending to her wounds." He began. "I grabbed her hand and told her to stop and go to bed. But she didn't listen and didn't even budge when I pulled her...She just pushed me away and went in." He looks at Magica. "Whatever happened in there, it led to this..."

Before Asa can say anything else, Selene ended the call, making the vision fade. Sitting back down on her bed, she began looking down at the floor. "I...I..." Selene wasn't sure what else to say as her sight remained focused on the floor. She was too shocked by what she saw of Magica, the state she was in, and the information Asa gave her of what happened since she and Webby left. This left her all baffled and unsure of what to do. Taking a deep breath, Selene tried to speak again. "I-"

"You should go see her."

Looking up, Selene saw it was Hera. "N-No...I-I can't...She killed those poor souls..." The Moon Goddess began to tear up Hera sat down next to her and rubbed her back in comfort. "I know you're mad, Selene. But deep down, you still love and miss her." Before Selene could refuse, the Marriage Goddess shook her head. "Don't deny it, I can feel it...Remember, she's not the same Magica she was before you met. Mentally and physically."

Listening to her mother's words, Selene thought deeply about what she said. It only took seconds for her to start believing what she said is true. Magica hasn't been malicious or cruel ever since they met when she visited the village, got along together, and started taking care of Webby. She hadn't even tried to kill or hurt anyone in the village, including those that visited like Goldie. Not only that but because of her change for the better, villagers no longer fear her nor her brother. Magica became nice and helped the villagers when they needed it, while Poe was just no longer in the village.

"Still..." Before Selene could try to decline, Hera graciously pressed the tip of her finger onto the Moon Goddess' temple. Using one of her abilities, she showed Selene through her memories of all those moments she and Magica had for the past 15 years. Moments such as when they first met, their first kiss, love, their daughter Webby, and every other moment that made their lives feel whole. Seeing all of this brought tears to Selene's eyes as she looked at Hera who gave a warm smile.

"I know you want to go back. So go...Go see her before it's too late." Returning a similar smile, Selene nods to Hera. "I will..." She then hugged her. "Thank you...Mother." In return, Hera hugged Selene back. After a moment, the two pulled away as the Moon Goddess asked. "Mom, take care of Webby. I have to go."

Hera gave a nod and watched as her daughter approached the window and used her powers to change back into her Blue Greek Dress. Looking at the night sky, she thought to herself. "No time to call Pegasus." Taking a deep breath, she jumped out of the window and falls. Concentrating, a flash emitted from her back as two Angel Wings came out from her back with white feathers that turned blue at the tip. They were big enough to cover her body, reaching her ankles.

Opening them wide, Selene flew upward into the sky and forward at full speed, flying back to the village, straight toward Magica's Castle. "I'm coming Magica." After saying that, Selene flapped her wings to gain more speed.

Seconds Earlier: Magica's Castle

In the bedroom, Asa was finishing up, checking on both of Magica's bandages and wounds, making sure they were sealed and on well. "And...There! They should stay on long enough for her to heal." Thought Asa as he looked at Magica, who while still out cold is now in stable condition.

Leaving the bedroom to let her rest, Asa quietly closes the door and sighs. While he managed to save his friend, he was still worried after Selene ended the call with him. Is she coming to help Magica out of this or...Asa shook his head before that could come to his thoughts. "No-No...Selene wouldn't let that happen to her." He muttered to himself, shaking his head, hoping the Goddess shows up.
