Chapter Thirteen: Ichigo meets Hermes and Demeter
AN: Despite the title of the chapter I will also be introducing the Primordial Council in this chapter to help move things along.

An: On a side note, from this point forward I will refer to Unohana as Yachiru instead of Retsu.
AN: I renamed the previous chapter "Ichigo meets Gaia" since he had yet to meet Demeter.
Ichigo and the ladies had been driving for a few hours and saw a strange site on the road, a man dressed in a three-piece suit. Ichigo could tell by the power rolling off him his was a god but which one was his concern after all while he knew Yachiru and Yoruichi could take care of themselves against a god of any strength Thalia was an altogether different story so not taking any chances he took Kyoka out of his pocket dimension resting between his seat and the door. The funny thing the god seemed to know what he was doing if the cheesy grin on his face was anything to go by.
Yachiru put her hand on her own blade as Thalia squeezed her waist in fear of the man.
"I don't know who these people are but seem to care for me after my father ditched me." She thought.
As the car stopped Ichigo put the window down and said, "Is the something you need or do you just get your jollies standing in the middle of the street?"
The god seemed unbothered by his sarcastic attitude and said, "Relax young one I don't mean you or the girl any harm so you can take your hands off your weapons. You don't mind if I join you, do you?"
Ichigo gave permission and the god joined Yachiru and Thalia in the back seat. "Come here little one he said pulling Thalia into a hug stroking her head.
"Who are you?" Yoruichi demanded
"Oh, forgive me. My name is Hermes Herald of Olympus divine messenger and God of boundaries, roads, travelers, commerce, thieves, athletes, and Sheppard's. For the record Ichigo Kurosaki what you did to Bolt boy sending his own lightning bolt back at him as punishment for what he did to young Thalia had most of us laughing our assess off we thought it was the funniest thing we'd seen in quite a while, and just so were clear myself and quite a few others voted against what was done to Thalia but Bolt boy did it anyway. Thalia my dear I am sorry for the hell you experienced at such an early stage in your life it shouldn't have happened but your father is an ignorant and stubborn god that doesn't deserve having such a beautiful little girl." He said as she gave him a hug which was happily returned. "Ichigo take this card it gives you 70% off anything in my store anytime you need it and take care of her. Oh, Demeter is looking forward to meeting you and should you see her by nice she may be a little eccentric but she is quite nice and you also needn't worry about Thalia's safety as Demeter was one of the ones against what was done, also beware of strength, war and sun for they just like sky have it out for you. Chow." He said getting out of the car disappearing in a flash.
"Well that was…... Interesting." Yoruichi said
"Indeed, but at least we know Thalia has allies besides us." Ichigo said continuing their trip
About seven hours later Ichigo found a secluded area off the main road to stop for the night and pulled out the camping supplies from the trunk were he also found a note from his mother.
"Ichigo – if you haven't already figured it out by now the thirteen-inch square box you removed from the trunk is camping equipment. The red button on the box once depressed sets up camp for you and packs everything away when you're done just a little something Chaos, your father and I thought you might need after rescuing young Thalia since going from New York to Montana is quite a trip to do all at once and while you might not be tired she might be so take a couple of days and get to know each other Montana isn't going anywhere. Gaia-chan says hi and so does everyone else, we are all so proud of you and we love you never forget that.

"Well that was…... disturbing." He said
"What was disturbing Ichigo-kun?" Yachiru asked. Ichigo's only response was to hand her the letter only to see her go into a fit of uncontrolled laughter as a result as she handed the letter to Yoruichi and watch as they both laughed at his expense.
With camp set up and a barrier in place to protect Thalia should she be left alone in camp he and Thalia went for a walk while Yachiru and Yoruichi fixed diner.
"Tell me Thalia, what do like to do?" he asked
"I like training, hanging out with my friends and being with my mom." She said as the mention of her mom caused her start crying.
"What is wrong child?" they heard a voice ask and turned as they saw a beautiful woman standing there
"My mom died in a car accident two months ago after that I met up with Luke, Grover, Annabeth and been running ever since. I loved my mom but when my bastard father abandoned us, she started drinking and got behind the wheel drunk and I'm sure you can guess what happened next." She said
"Indeed I can little one." The woman replied as she pulled Thalia into a hug.
"Lady Demeter I presume?" Ichigo asked
"You Presume correctly Ichigo Kurosaki and was one of many that voted against what her father did. To put her threw that after she'd already been through so much is shameful. I wanted to give you and young Thalia this." She replied giving them each a cereal box.
Ichigo had a confused look on his face so she decided to enlighten him.
"Ichigo dear, those cereal boxes are never ending in fact all you have to do is tell it what kind of cereal you want and they will be filled with said cereal. Also, we you get to where ever it is you're going I give you permission to use the land to grow your own food so this cute little one grows up big and strong. I have also taken the liberty of adding my number to your phone if you need any help do not hesitate to call me. Good luck Ichigo." She said as she gave Thalia one last hug and disappeared in a flash back to her temple on Olympus.
"Well, looks like you made another friend kiddo." Ichigo said with a smile getting a nod out of her as they headed back the campsite for dinner. However, little did they know they were being watched by a young woman wearing a silver parka and a bow strapped to her back. "Lady Artemis will want to know about this. He treats that young girl with such care and if the sword on his back and his hair color is anything to go by this must be her future husband. I must tell her at once." She thought as she ran off to inform her mistress.
With Artemis and her hunters
"Lady Artemis, Lady Artemis I bring news." The young girls said drawing the attention of her mistress and the other hunters.
"Calm down Emily. Now take a deep breath and tell us has you so excited." Artemis replied
"I saw him, your chosen. He is here in this forest and he has and young girl with him that he seems to be taking care of for he shows her much love and affection." Emily replied
"Thank you, Emily, for your report. However, it is not yet time for me to meet him as the Fates said Hestia would meet him first then me then Hera. I also have a feeling that I will not be the last.
"And you are okay with so many women in his life milady?" Phoebe asked
"I am as long as he loves us equally and treats us with respect which from what the Fates told us wouldn't be a problem." Artemis replied. "Now finish your chores and go to bed."
Back with Ichigo and family
The next morning Thalia awoke to the smell of her favorite chocolate chip pancakes and rushed downstairs to the kitchen. One thing about the tent that amazed everyone from the beginning was that while the outside looked like an ordinary tent the inside was an entirely different matter. Upon stepping inside everyone noticed that it looked like a mansion, the downstairs contained the living room, atrium, dinning room, library, kitchen and laundry room. While the upstairs contained 10 bedrooms each with there own bathroom and an insanely huge master suite for Ichigo and his future wives (AN: picture the Olympus throne room from the movie and double the size).
When Thalia rushed to the kitchen and saw Ichigo and Yoruichi sitting at the table ran up to them and gave them both a tear filled hug saying thank you over and over Yachiru soon followed as she sat down and gave Thalia a short stack of pancakes with maple syrup along with juice and fruit to enjoy which she did with gusto. After breakfast, Ichigo decided to ask her some questions.
"So Thalia, tell us about yourself, things you like, your family, friends and what you want to do when you get older." He said
"Well, I love training and learning new things, since my mother died the only family, I have are Luke, Annabeth and Grover and as far as what I want to when I get big, I don't know I haven't thought that far ahead yet I'm still a little kid. But, ever since my father ditched me, I have dreamt of getting adopted and get a new father someone that actually cares for me." She said as tears flowed down her cheeks as he brought her into a hug.
"Zeus, I swear you will pay for this. Ancient law be damned parents shouldn't abandon their children. I hope you're wearing your brown big boy pants along with a gold shirt to hide all the blood when we finally meet otherwise, I promise it will be a day you won't enjoy." Ichigo thought with an evil sneer on his face. (AN: reference to Deadpool couldn't resist.)
"Thalia, what if I adopted you? I mean when we get to where, we're going you'd already have two little sisters, two aunts and several mothers including Yoruichi and Yachiru here not to mention a lot of aunts and uncles as well as grandparents and great grandparents all of whom would love dearly." He said as she jumped into his arms. "I'll take that as a yes."
"You would really adopt me knowing who my father is?" she asked
"Thalia dear, despite the fact that your father is a total ass the answer is yes and once that is done, we shall begin to train you in the basics and then send you to some friends of ours to finish your training. But before that, you must renounce your father and any connection you have to him but I'm afraid that must be done in the presence of beings higher than the Olympians so they may witness it and make your adoption official so bolt boy won't come after you if and when he figures out what we've done." Yoruichi bringing her into a hug
"Why can't we do it now? I want anything to do with that big mean old man gone." Thalia replied
"Thalia sweaty, we would do it here but given how close we are to New York the power base of the Olympian gods your father would know it almost immediately and be able to track you down. That and there is the fact that the ritual requires you do so from within a barrier far stronger than any of us are capable of producing at this time. Just be patient when get to Montana everything will be taken care of and you'll have your new family but, until then you must never set foot outside of this tent as it has a barrier just strong enough to keep your presence from being detected by other gods and monsters." Yachiru said getting a nod from Thalia
The next couple of days went by and Thalia got to know her soon to be new family. Yachiru told here all about her days as a genuine badass in the soul society as Captain of the Eleventh division and Yoruichi told her about her days as Captain of the Second division her banishment because of Aizen and how he was defeated by Ichigo how her relationship with Ichigo began and about the subsequent was with the Quincey's and how it ended to now which had Thalia beaming with pride at how strong her new parents were.
"So when can we start my training?" Thalia asked as she was excitedly jumping up and down at the thought of learning something new.
Laughing at her excitement Ichigo said, "Thalia, we will start your training as soon as we get to my home in Montana as it has the facilities needed for the training we will be doing. Now, go pack your things and we can be on our way."
Back in Japan
"Gaia-chan, what do you think will happen when Aphrodite-chan realizes she has two little sisters and a little brother?" Masaki asks.
"I don't know but I imagine that five seconds after Chaos and our husband tells her we'll problem hear a shrill squeal followed by a loud yell as he is tackled to the ground when she finds him. Either way it will be funny. Want to go to the Primordial Counsel and see reaction when she's told?" Gaia asked
"Yes lets, it should be funny to see her reaction as well as Ichigo's." Masaki replied as they left to attend a meeting of the Primordial Counsel
On the world of the Primordials
"Where are we?" Masaki asked. "It's beautiful."
"That is the same reaction I had seeing it for the first time. This is the first world mom ever created its called Prius Caelum Mundi in Latin or the English translation 'First World Heaven' or in Japanese 'Saisho no sekai no tengoku' but mom later gave it the designation 'Primordia' since the Latin name was a mouthful and since this is the home of the Primordial gods from all the Pantheons not just Greco-Roman but Norse, Egyptian, Celtic, Japanese and Mesopotamian, even some of the ordinary gods like Ra, Isis, Horus and the goddess Inari live here off and on. As long as you're a god you may come and go as you please however, there were eight exceptions to this one is Yamata no Orochi from your pantheon, Set from the Egyptian pantheon as he tried and failed to rape my sister Ananke the Primordial of force, constraint and necessity as she controls prophecy and he wanted that power for himself, Loki for causing mischief well you can't really count Loki as he wasn't banned just put on probation for one thousand years as he was a prankster and while his pranks never really caused problems per say they just annoyed a lot of high level gods and the last one is one that I am not permitted to discuss outside of counsel or with anyone not on the Primordial Counsel." Gaia said
"Wow, for there to be a gag order on the last one he must have done something terrible." Masaki replied.
"Well let's just say that no god primordial or otherwise should ever have the power to do what he attempted and that if certain other power-hungry individuals found out say Zeus and Aries for example considering how paranoid they are, life for the humans on Earth would be one hundred times worse than it currently." Gaia said
"What about the other four?" Masaki asked
"Hm?" Gaia replied
"You said there were eight exceptions and yet you only named four well three because you left the fourth un-named." Masaki replied
"Oh. Well it should be obvious. The other four are Zeus, Aries, Hercules and Apollo as they are womanizers and bastards and mother has stated repeated that if they ever set foot here she would have to destroy this place and start from scratch just to get rid of the taint brought with them, which she has stated many times she didn't want to do as this place is perfect and replacing perfection is just as hard as creating it." Gaia said getting a nod of understanding from Masaki
Inside the Primordial Counsel chambers
Masaki walked in and saw her parents Amaterasu and Takamimusubi sitting to the left of Lord Abyss King of the primordials by marriage to Lady Chaos. To his right was his Queen and leader of the Counsel Lady Chaos.
To her right was her husbands' throne in between was a bronze throne with earth underneath which was Lady Gaia's and to the right of that was a silver throne that belonged to no one. Now from the right of the empty throne we have Aether Primordial god of mists and light, Hemera Primordial goddess of day, Hydros Primordial god of water, Thesis Primordial goddess of creation, Phanes Primordial god of creation, Phusis Primordial goddess of nature, Pontus Primordial god of the sea, Tartarus Primordial god of the pit.
Now to the left of her mother we have Aphrodite Primordial goddess of love, lust, beauty, procreation, sexuality, war, sky, lightning and destruction, next we have Tethys primordial goddess of the flow of fresh water, Thalassa Primordial goddess of the sea and its surface, all of the Ourea Primordials Aitna, Athos, Helikon, Kithairon, Nysos, Olympos, Oreios, Tmolos, Nyx Primordial goddess of night, the Nesoi Primordial goddesses of the islands, Erebus Primordial god of darkness, Eros Primordial of Procreation, Oceanus Primordial of the river Okeanos, Ananke Primordial goddess of inevitability, compulsion and necessity and finally Chronos the primordial of time.
She made the rounds and talked to all the primordials and found that despite being from different pantheons she enjoyed herself and then it was for the meeting she made towards the door as she wasn't a council member.
"Masaki dear, where are you going?" Chaos asked.
"I was leaving, as I am not a member of the council anything discussed is not for my ears." She replied
"Amaterasu, your daughter is quite humble not something you see often." A new voice sounded
"The new voice came from the shadows followed by several others these were the Egyptian primordial gods. In order they are Nu of the watery abyss, Hehu of the infinity, Kekui of the darkness, Naunet of the watery abyss and wife of Nu, Hehut of infinity and wife of Hehu, Kekuit of the darkness and wife of Kekui and finally Atum and his wife Nebe god and goddess of creation.
As Amaterasu could see a look of apprehension on the face of daughter, she decided to make some introductions. "Masaki-chan, this is Atum Egyptian Primordial of Creation and his wife Nebe also a primordial of creation and the rest of the Egyptian council of elder gods as well as very good friends of your father and I." Amaterasu said
"Masaki dear I can see you're confused. You see, unlike other pantheons the Egyptian gods and goddess share the domains of there spouse so that each can share in the workload of maintaining them however, there are a few exceptions to this such as Ra and Hathor but not many." Nebe said
"Now then, since introductions are out of the way we can get down to business. This meeting was called to vote on Masaki's induction as a member of the council and elevate her status from major goddess to primordial. When a vote is called for designate yeh or neigh by raising your hand. All for 'YEH!' all opposed, 'no one spoke' very well the YEH's have it Amaterasu would you and your husband do the honors?" Chaos said
"Certainly, Step forward Masaki-chan. Masaki daughter of Amaterasu and Takamimusubi wife of Ouranos through unanimous vote of the Primordial council you are here by elevated in status from major goddess to the Shinto Primordial goddess of light, swordsmanship, righteous fury in battle, family loyalty, children and a mother's love we bid you welcome." Her mother said as Masaki took her full one-hundred-foot height and sat in the throne next to Gaia as said throne changed to suit her domains.
"Now that you are a member of the council, we will know fill you in on the councils darkest secret, the very thing you and Gaia were discussing on the way here it was the fourth thing that she couldn't mention more than she did. It is called the Order directive or as we later came directive 6-66, now we as well as Ichigo and his current wives as our enforcers know of this already but you do not. Long ago, there was another primordial named Order and as the name suggests he was the Primordial of order. After we created humanity, he grew jealous and despotic saying that the mortals didn't deserve the freedoms we gave them, that they should be culled and brought to heel for they were unworthy to exist. And he tried to wipe them all out, when tried to stop him he turned his anger on us and attacked now this didn't set well with me since as my son he was obligated to do what he was told, when he was told and how he we told and nothing more. Well he didn't like that and he rebelled and nearly destroyed Primordia much like Sei did to your own realm before she was banished to the human realm. Well, needless to say none of us took to kindly to that so we stripped him of his divine status and sealed him away at the center of an uninhabited galaxy I had created for that purpose and there he would remain, partially immortal but without his divinity and unable to return. However, Ananke had a vision that he would regain his powers and return to destroy us and one of our children would have the power to end his reign of terror permanently that child is Ichigo and once he becomes a primordial he and his wives will share the domain of Order along with any other domains he or they have. That is his destiny however, none of them must be told until the time is right and he is seated firmly on the throne of Olympus. Zeus, Ares, Hercules and Apollo have been giving us problems as of late and must be removed or the balance will be destroyed." Chaos said getting a nod of understanding from Masaki.
After that Chaos adjourned the meeting and the primordials left and went about their business except Aphrodite.
"Dite-chan, would you come here for a second?" Masaki asked getting a nod as she came over.
"Hello Masaki, Gaia, Daddy. What did you need?" she replied giving them all hugs which were gladly returned.
"Well my sweet angle, we wanted to show you this picture." Ouranos said handing here the picture.
"That Dite-chan, are mine and Ouranos children. The tall boy with strawberry blond hair is your little brother Ichigo, the little girl with raven black hair is your little sister Karin and the blond haired little girl is your little sister Yuzu so when you have time go introduce yourself and please don't try and seduce your brother as I am fairly certain his fiancés wouldn't like it. Oh, and when you see Hestia inform her privately that she will be able to meet Ichigo in a weeks' time at his house in Montana." Masaki said.
"Hestia, why would she… Oh, you mean Ichigo is the one the Prophecy spoke of the one who will marry Hestia, Artemis and Hera." Aphrodite replied
"Yes, she is. Although, I appreciate if you would kind of give Hestia a nudge in the right direction and inform Her were, he lives to make there first meeting easier. Artemis and Hera already know of him so they will introduce themselves in their own way in their own time." Chaos said
"Okay, I'll take care of it now." Aphrodite replied leaving to go meet her little brother and sisters.
