Hey Guys, Crescent Rider here and I am back with another chapter.
But before you all begin, there is something that I forgot to talk about in the last chapter. I plan on making a list of the clones corresponding to their color. It gets updated whenever there's a new Clone.
The list will appear at the end of each arc, so expect a long list in the future.

Darkness
As Nadia opened her eyes, she finds herself not in the room of the Dadan Family Den. Instead, she stands alone in some dark place, and nothing was around her.
She was unfamiliar with this place and looks around for any sign of life.
Finding no one in sight, Nadia assumed that this was all a dream...
...
...
...
Until she felt someone tapping on her shoulder.
When she turned, she widens her eyes as she saw what appears to be a clone of herself. But her hair was as red as blood and her eyes were covered by the bangs of her hair.
But Nadia knew this color all too familiar...
When the clone raises her head to her, Nadia was somewhat petrified by this clone. Once the eyes were revealed, they showed same the color and a smile crept right up from ear to ear.
Before this went on any further, Nadia's vision fades and she was soon brought back into the real world...
Dadan Family Den
Nadia sharply gasps and frantically looks at her surroundings. She finds herself in the room of Dadan Family Den with the three boys sleeping soundly after yesterday's incident.
Her expression softens and goes to check the time by peeking out of a window. And judging from the sky, she can tell that she woke up early in the morning.
"Nadia..." She turns to Luffy's call, but sees him talking in his sleep, "Come play with us..."
Nadia giggled at this request and smiled at her adoptive brother. Then, an idea struck and a voice followed, "You wish to join him in the fun, don't you?"
"Well, I've got nothing else to do after chores. So why not?" Nadia responded rather quietly to not disturb anyone,
"Then what am I talking to you for?" The voice questioned, which earned another giggle from Nadia,
But then she recalled something in mind, "Hey, while you're here. I've got to ask you something,"
"What?" The voice questioned,
"It's about one of my personalities," Nadia specified, "The one with hair as red as blood. What is she all about?"
"..." The voice was unnaturally silent, much to Nadia's curious,
"Well?" Nadia asked,
"I'm afraid that's something only you can handle," The voice replied, and Nadia sighs in disappointment,
Then, she drops the matter aside as she chose to do the chores early rather than wait for Dadan to wake up.
Morning
As Nadia was cleaning the dishes from last's night dinner, that's when she expected the reactions of the Dadan Family once they've seen Sabo sleeping with Ace and Luffy.
"Boss! Boss! This is unbelievable!" Dogra yelled,
"Huh? Why're you so noisy so early in the morning?" Dadan asked, then exclaims in surprise as Nadia presumed that she saw the injuries as well as Sabo sleeping with them, "What the hell is this?!"
'Guess she finally saw them...' Nadia remarked as she finished cleaning the last plate,
While they were all distracted with the three boys, Nadia took it upon herself to grab the broom and sweep the floors.
"Ace! Luffy! Who's that with you?!" Dadan yelled,
Nadia playfully scoffs at this and continues to sweep the floor. She could hear Dadan yelling as Sabo introduced himself to her. It lasted for a couple of minutes, but Dadan somehow gives in as Nadia heard the following, "Ace! Luffy! Sabo! Since you're all under my care, you'd better hurry and get to work!"
Nadia giggles at Dadan's declaration even though those three would never do chores for them, "She's such a kind woman,"
"Goes to show that you can't judge people by their appearance," The voice said, to which Nadia shrugged her shoulders in response as she kept sweeping,
The Following Afternoon
Ace, Luffy, and Sabo plan on leaving the den once more much to Dadan's frustration. But this time, things were a bit different as Nadia joins the three.
But before they went off, Sabo stops as he recalled something that he needed to tell Dadan, "Hey, Dadan! You might get some guests later! We pissed off Bluejam, so he probably wants us dead! Play it cool, okay!"
Dadan, Magra, and Dogra were somewhat confused until Sabo continued, "It's true! We beat his crew up! And that's why I had to move here! Later!"
The three mountain bandits dropped their jaws in utter shock while the four children ran off.
"Dadan's cool, I like how she just lets us do whatever we want," Sabo commented,
"Nah, she's still worthless old hag," Ace remarked,
"Yeah, and she's real ugly. Like a butt," Luffy added as he chuckled, though he earned a bonk on the head from Nadia,
"That's not nice of you, Luffy," Nadia scolded, "Even people like her have some quality in terms of personality,"
"Anyway, now what?" Sabo inquired,
"Well, first off," Ace tries to think, but Luffy finishes before him, "Let's eat!"
Ace sighs in annoyance but reluctantly agrees to the idea. The same goes for Nadia and Sabo as they all to the river to find some food to eat.
Riverbank
Ace and Sabo had caught a large fish from the river while Nadia lit a large campfire to cook said fish. As for Luffy, he was tired from the running but was visibly hungry as his mouth was drooling and his eyes were set on the cooked fish.
Once finished, Ace and Sabo munched on pieces of fish while Nadia cuts her share as well as Luffy's share with a dagger that Dadan decided to give to her rather than take it back.
"Hey, Luffy. I heard you ate a Devil Fruit too," Sabo commented, "Is that true?"
"Yep!" Luffy replied,
"I see," Sabo remarked, "So that means you can't swim either,"
"That sums up the one major weakness of those who had eaten Devil Fruits," Nadia summarized, then takes Luffy's share of the fish to him, "Here, this is for you,"
"Thanks, Nadia," Luffy thanked, and munched on the food he was given,
"And when you're done, you can have the tail too," Sabo said, as he tossed the tail to Luffy,
"Thanks, Sabo," Luffy muffled said as his mouth is full,
"You're too nice," Ace remarked,
"Yeah? And what's wrong with that?" Sabo questioned, then stands upstraight, "So, which Devil Fruits did you eat?"
"Gum Gum Fruit," Luffy answered, before swallowing the tail that Sabo gave to him,
"Gum Gum? What's that?" Sabo inquired,
"His body becomes rubber," Nadia clarified as she finished her meal,
"Who wants to be made of rubber? And you can't even swim, that's so lame," Ace teased,
"Nuh-uh! It's totally awesome! Cause I've got all these cool special moves only I could do," Luffy argued,
"Fine, Fine, you win," Ace sarcastically said, as he lies down on the ground, "But if your special moves are so cool, why don't you make one that'll catch us some fish, you freeloader,"
Luffy tries to go to him, but what's stopping him was Sabo holding one side of Luffy's cheek as it stretched like rubber,
"His whole body is made of rubber! That's neat," Sabo remarked,
"Let go of my face!" Luffy demanded, and he falls to the ground after Sabo let go of him,
Then Sabo turns to Nadia, "What about you? What Fruit did you eat?"
"Me? Well..." Nadia scratched one of her cheeks with a finger, and her hair suddenly turned bright pink, "I don't really know actually, I've tried finding it in the Encyclopedia. But I've made no progress on what it is?"
"You don't know what it is? Then why did you eat it in the first place?" Ace questioned,
"I wasn't aware of Devil Fruits that time," Nadia clarified, "But you saw what I could do,"
"Yeah! With clones like that! I bet you could sail a large pirate ship all by yourself!" Luffy claimed, which causes Nadia to giggle as her hair turns back to normal,
"That may be possible if you think about it," Nadia remarked,
"But I was wondering if you can't swim. Doesn't that mean the same goes for your clones?" Sabo inquired,
"Those who eat the Devil Fruit are hated by the sea, therefore I wouldn't be surprised if my clones can't swim as well," Nadia stated,
"That makes sense," Sabo said,
With that, Nadia turns to Luffy, "By the way, Luffy. When you said you have special moves that only you can do, what kind of moves specifically?"
"Lots of it! I even made my best move yet!" Luffy responded with enthusiasm, "I call this one the 'Gum Gum Balloon! It can bounce back cannonballs, bullets, and a lot of stuff!"
"Whoa! Can you show me right now?" Sabo requested while Nadia watches him,
"Sure! I'll do just for you two!" Luffy then turns to Ace, "That meanie doesn't get to see it, don't peek!"
"This ought to be good," Nadia remarked,
"Gum-Gum!" Luffy then proceeds to suck in a lot of air, and his body grows up like a balloon,
"Dude, that's nuts!" Sabo commented, "You keep getting bigger! You're not going to pop are you?"
"Balloon!" Luffy muffled said with his hands in his mouth to keep the air inside him, "Cool huh? Everything bounces right out!"
Sabo seems dumbfounded while Nadia just played along with Luffy's imagination by clapping her hands at him. But that's when things took a turn when Ace decided to prank Luffy by kicking him into the air, "And you bounced right off of my foot!"
Nadia watches and looks concerned, while Ace encourages this scenario, "Sabo! Kick him back here!"
Sabo somehow agrees to Ace's request and proceeds to kick Luffy back at him while Nadia just watches from the sidelines. Though she seemed concerned as Luffy was descending from the air.
"You're right, Luffy! Your Gum-Gum Moves are pretty neat!" Ace remarked, and jumps into the air, "Hey! If you can block cannon balls, then try blocking this!"
Ace kicks Luffy once more, but was sent toward the river, bounces onto some rocks, and stops on the water. This alarms the three as Luffy begins to sink like a rock.
It even took a much worse turn when a crocodile emerges from the water, catches Luffy in its mouth, and swallowed him in one bite much to the others' shock.
"Luffy!" Nadia called out,
The crocodile then spits out Luffy's straw hat and dives back into the water.
"Wait! You can't just eat a guy and run away like that!" Ace and Sabo yelled,
This causes the crocodile to emerge from the water once more and roars at them. Though Ace and Sabo jump toward the crocodile, "Spit him out!"
The two threw their pipes into the crocodile's jaws and prevented it from closing its jaws. That's when the two lunge at the crocodile, "Die!"
The crocodile whimpers, then it was briefly killed by Ace and Sabo afterward. Once brought up to shore, Nadia rushes into the crocodile's mouth and proceeds to drag Luffy out.
"You alright, Luffy?" Nadia inquired,
"Yeah, I think so," Luffy replied,
Nadia sighs in relief, but what comes next is her snarling at the two, and her hair turns red much to their dismay. Before they could even have the chance to run, Nadia had already caught them and proceeds to bonk their heads once more.
*Thwack!* *Thwack!*
The Following Evening
All four of them are now in the middle of transporting a large crocodile back to the den. Though Luffy doesn't look amused while Sabo and Ace try to play it cool even though they've received recent bumps on their heads from Nadia. As for the latter, she was next to Ace but doesn't help with carrying the crocodile.
"Yeah! Sometimes, that happens!" Sabo jokingly stated,
"No, it doesn't!" Luffy yelled, "I almost got eaten back there! Don't try to play it off!"
"Get over it, We've got of lot crocodile meat for dinner tonight. So it all worked out," Ace stated,
Luffy hums with anticipation, "Good point!"
"That was fast," Sabo remarked, though he was reminded when looked at Nadia,
Knowing her, she wouldn't forget about how she almost lost her brother in the jaws of a crocodile. Luffy, on the hand, then started to whine about wanting to have crocodile meat early. Though Nadia quickly reminded him that he'll have it after the meat's been cooked.
However, Sabo then recalls something important in mind, "Ace! Uh, before we get back to the hag's place, I want to check something. Can you come with me?"
"Sure? And where's that supposed to be?" Ace inquired,
After the three placed the crocodile somewhere no predator could get their hands on it. All four of them went to a certain location in the forest, and that was the place where Ace and Sabo's pirate savings were once kept hidden.
When all four of them arrived not too far from the place, they had camouflaged themselves with leaves and flowers as they spy on Bluejam's crew searching the previous location of the treasure.
"Man, It's a good thing we've moved our pirate savings," Sabo said,
"Yeah, while we're at it. Should we check on Gray Terminal too?" Ace inquired,
"Don't bother," Nadia said, and the two turned to her, "Since those pirates are after your heads, I've got this suspicion that these pirates will have the residences work for them in the search,"
"And how are we going to check the place out?" Sabo inquired,
"I'll use my clone to scout the place," Nadia suggested, "It'll take a while, but she'll get the job done,"
"Alright, you go on ahead with your plan while we stay here," Sabo agreed,
Nadia nods, then turn away from him, "I need you, come out now,"
Nadia's shadow then extends from behind and her Prestigious Self appears, "What do you wish of me?"
"Go to Gray Terminal and see what's going on there. Once you're done, or you're spotted, Come back to me at once," Nadia ordered,
"Understood," Prestigious Self responded, and goes off to Gray Terminal,
"Alright, now that she's going out there. We'd better keep our distance from this place," Nadia said, then turned toward Luffy, "That means you too, Luffy,"
Luffy tried to complain, but Ace pins him down and tries to shut him up. But Nadia had prepared for this, "Luffy, if you try to get the pirates' attention now. We'll get caught, and you won't be able to eat tonight's dinner,"
Luffy stopped struggling and Ace was seemingly surprised by this as he backed away.
"Guess that works too," Sabo remarked while a sweatdrop appeared from the back of his head,
"Since Luffy thinks about food over others, I thought I'd give it a shot," Nadia stated,
Gray Terminal
Nadia's Prestigious Self enters Gray Terminal and sticks behind the shadows as she peeked at certain areas.
Apparently, she spotted several pirates asking the habitants of Gray Terminal for the three boys, and had yet to ask about Nadia herself.
Despite this, Prestigious Self remains hidden as she eavesdrops on certain conversations about the three. By the time she gathered enough intel, goes back to the others via shadow as it was much quicker than running on foot.
Forest, Mt. Corvo
Everyone was waiting by the crocodile as Nadia's clone has yet to return with the report from Gray Terminal. By the time it returned to Nadia's shadow, she gasp and began to see what she saw in a span of a few seconds.
She falls down on one knee and clutches onto her forehead as she takes deep breaths while the three seemed concerned with her.
"Hey, are you alright?" Sabo said,
"Did something happen to your clone back there?" Ace asked,
"No, nothing happened. I'm just seeing what she saw," Nadia said, "Headaches are just a part of the process, that's all,"
"So what did she find?" Sabo asked,
"Bluejam is looking for you three," Nadia stated, "And he's using the habitants of Gray Terminal to aid the search. However, he isn't looking for me. My guess is that he hasn't learned about my interference with that daring rescue,"
"Well that just sucks," Sabo remarked, "Bluejam's got all of Gray Terminal hunting us down. We better lay low for now, there are too many of them. Here's hoping they get bored and move on to something else,"
"Why should we hide? If they find us, then we could just fight them," Ace proposed,
"That's no reason to pick a fight though," Sabo stated, "What? Are you going fight 100 guys just because?"
"Yeah, Ace! Sabo's right," Luffy agreed,
"Nobody asked you," Ace stated as he looked at Sabo,
"Either way, it doesn't matter now," Nadia elaborated, "Bluejam will do what he can to find you all whether you all fight or flee. But let's not think about it for now, what we should be focusing is getting back at Dadan with tonight's dinner. Like Ace said, we need to eat to keep our strength up, right?"
"Yeah!" Luffy said as he pumped his fists and grinned at the thought of it,
"I guess you're right," Sabo added,
With that, the four of them continued to make their way back to the Dadan Family Den with the crocodile they'd caught for tonight's dinner.
After that, a couple of days passed and all four of them would go through a lot of mischief such as facing the wildlife of the forest, fighting in Gray Terminal, and even fighting some of Bluejam's pirates whenever they encounter them.
This may as well cause Nadia to be known as an associate to the three boys by the residences of Gray Terminal and Bluejam's pirates, but that didn't matter as she somehow enjoyed being with the three even when there were times she had to save Luffy from certain occasions.
Either way, she seems to have enjoyed this new life in the East Blue...
Forest, Mt Corvo
The four went into the forest and decided to do a hundred matches to see who was the best fighter among all of them. Nadia was tempted at first but told them that she'll fight each of them in one match only.
Ace was a little cocky at this, Luffy seemed down by this, and Sabo was fine with it either way. But Nadia didn't care as she recorded all of their matches. When came to Ace and Sabo, they were serious with their fight which goes to show how experienced they are when it came to fighting.
As for Luffy's fights, they were all one-sided as Ace and Sabo make use of Luffy's rubber abilities against him or some of his own rubber attacks backfire at him. He hadn't won a match despite his efforts to show some of his special moves.
That's when Nadia comes in, and the first person she spars with was Luffy as he wanted to.
"I won't go easy on you, Luffy," Nadia warned,
"Same! And this time, my special moves are going to work on you!" Luffy declared,
As soon as the match begins, Luffy tried to go on the offense and charged his way toward Nadia, who remains still as she waits for him to get close.
Before he could lay a punch at her, Nadia easily saw this, grabbed his fist, and kicks Luffy from the back of his feet. Causing him to fall to the ground on his back.
"That's one for me," Nadia declared,
"Hey! No fair!" Luffy yelled,
"If you try training your attacks a bit more, maybe you will lay a finger on me," Nadia said,
"That's one for Nadia," Sabo said, as he chalked up the point, "Now it's my turn!"
Nadia and Sabo soon face off and the former seems tempted in this fight. But it's just the same as Sabo charged head and his attacks were much more active compared to Luffy's.
But that didn't matter as Nadia was somewhat evasive in Sabo's punches and kicks, and beats him with a punch to the chest, sending him rolling against the ground.
Nadia huffs out some air, and straightens herself up, "That's two for me,"
She turns to Ace and anticipated the very expression he wore. The temptation of a stronger opponent, "So, Ace? You ready for our match,"
"Do you even have to ask me that?" Ace questioned, and walks up to the center,
As Luffy watches rather excitedly, Sabo goes to his side while clutching onto his chest where Nadia had punched him. Even though she was holding back, it still hurts compared to matches between him and Ace.
The two competitors were staring at each other as if they were longtime rivals, and the wind seems to breeze between them. Before long, the two start their match by rushing at each other and crying out as they punched their fists against each other.
Once they bounced back, they proceed to exchange blows as if it weren't a sparring match at all. But an actual battle as both of them managed to block each other attacks from punches to kicks. It's as if they already know the gauge of their strength while Luffy and Sabo watched in amazement as their fight goes on.
A couple of minutes later, the two of them were standing far apart from each other, sustained a couple of bruises all over their bodies, but remained standing regardless of what they'd received in their fight.
They could stop at this point, but they reminded themselves that in a fighting match. There can only be one winner and they can't afford to let that slide.
Thus they had to end it by whoever lands the first blow. That's where they bend down and ran at each other with their fists at the ready and cried their heart out as they were closing in.
Upon close range, the two punched each other and landed a solid hit against their faces. A moment later, they both fall onto the ground and their spectators gasped at the outcome.
Ace and Nadia were silent for a time, but the latter soon let out a chuckle and then started laughing her heart out at the outcome. Ace follows suit and the same goes for Luffy and Sabo as they laughed as well.
Once the laughter dies down, Ace and Nadia pick themselves up and grinned at each other, "So... Who do you think won in the end?"
"I'd say me, but your punch packs more than I thought," Ace remarked,
"Likewise, Ace. And I'm not joking," Nadia admitted, "So why don't we consider this a tie?"
"Fine, but when we fight again. I'm going to win it this time," Ace declared,
"Not if I win it first," Nadia dared,
"You're so on!" Ace dared back,
"That was cool, you guys!" Sabo said as he approached the two, "Just where did you learn how to fight like that?"
"Well, if you spend a few months on Garp's ship. You can pick up a thing or two about fighting," Nadia admitted,
"You trained on the old man's ship?" Ace questioned,
"Yeah, but in terms of strength. There is no way I could beat Grandpa despite his elderly age," Nadia admitted, "But if I get stronger, I just might reach him or something,"
"That's so awesome!" Luffy praised, "You're the best sister I could ever have!"
"Thank you, Luffy," Nadia thanked, "Even though we aren't related. I'm honored for such words,"
With the matches settled, Ace was at the top in terms of points, Sabo is in the middle, Nadia is just below him, and Luffy is at the very bottom much to his irritation, and claimed that once he turns ten, he'll surpass everyone. Though Ace pointed out that he and Sabo will be thirteen by then and Nadia would turn Twelve.
Though Nadia assured Luffy that he'll become strong in the future,
"So, what should we do next?" Nadia inquired,
"How about we go find something to eat," Ace suggested,
"Then lunch it is," Nadia declared,
The four went to the crocodile-infested riverbank, and three boys were standing by on top of a branch while Nadia stayed by the ground as she watched them go to work. The reason why she doesn't join in is that she aids the boys in carrying the crocodile back to the den via her clones.
The reason behind this is considered the practice as she tries to improve her Devil Fruit Powers more efficiently than she normally does.
Once a crocodile was caught, the three boys tied it up nicely and Nadia proceeds to bring out her clones. But instead of two, she brings in a third and this one had Shiny Silver Hair and Eyes.
"Greetings! I have to the call!" The Shiny Silver Clone loudly greeted, then bends a knee before her, "So what is thy bidding?"
"Um... Quick question, who are you?" Nadia inquired,
"Why I am one of your personalities! Of course, this is our first encounter, But I shall provide a brief introduction," The Shiny Silver Clone said, "I am your Honorable Self, and whatever task you provide, I shall abide them with utmost prejudice!"
"Honorable Self? How did you earn this personality?" Sabo questioned,
"She earned her trust when it came to the matches," Honest Self replied, and all eyes were on her "One of the voices suggested a different tactic when she fought Ace. But she rejected the idea,"
"Rejected? What idea?" Ace inquired
Flashback
While Nadia and Ace fought, a voice spoke within her mind, "Hey, Nadia! I have a suggestion that you might like. But talk with your mind, not with your mouth,"
'What kind of suggestion?' Nadia inquired as she kept her distance from Ace,
"If you use them against him. You just might win since the numbers will stack against him," The voice suggested, "Just give the word, and they'll do the rest,"
'Hm... That's quite tempting,' Nadia smirked as she assumes her standard fighting stance, 'But I refuse. This is a match of physical strength, not Devil Fruit Powers. If I use such power against him, then that's just mighty low of me,'
"... Alright then, Good luck on the fight," The Voice said and went silent afterward,
End of Flashback
"You could have won if you brought your clones out?" Ace inquired after Honest Self told everything,
"Yeah, and?" Nadia questioned as she glanced at Ace,
"Well... I won't say that you're looking down on me," Ace said, "But I'll admit, I wouldn't stand a chance if I fought you and your clones altogether,"
"I'm glad you see it that way," Nadia thanked, "But anyway, let's go back with bringing the crocodile back to the den,"
Nadia then turns to her three clones, "Think you can do all the carrying for us?"
"I shall do as you please!" Honorable Self responded,
"Just leave it to us," Prestigious Self followed while Honest Self bowed to her,
The three clones then easily carried the crocodile over their heads and they all take it back to the Dadan Family Den for lunch.
Gray Terminal
Under two large tattered cloaks were two stacks of Children. The first being Ace, Luffy, and Sabo, and the second was Nadia, and two of her clones. Prestigious Self and Honest Self.
They were transporting a dead crocodile as they plan to sell its skin for an easy profit. The guard stops them but lets them pass after seeing the crocodile in his own eyes.
After they'd entered the walls, they are now in a district known as Edge Town and its streets were swarming with thugs and criminals alike. A group of thugs attempted to steal the crocodile to make a quick profit for themselves, but they were met with brute force as the children revealed themselves to the thugs and beat them all up easily.
Once that matter was settled, they take the crocodile further up in a district known as Hightown. A place where wealthy and civilized people live in a clean and comfortable place compared to Edge Town and Gray Terminal.
After selling the crocodile skin, they earned a lot of money from the material and departed from the shop. As they walk the streets, Ace, Luffy, and Sabo planned to go at some high-class restaurant for some ramen they've heard of while Nadia decided to leave High Town on her own.
They wanted her to come and try the ramen, but Nadia stated that staying in High Town is somewhat uncomfortable for her. Thus, they respected her choice and parted ways. But just in case, they handled the money for her since she'll be the one leaving the district.
Nadia returned to Gray Terminal and finds a safe location to wait until the three returned from having their fill-in ramen. She doesn't encounter any criminals in Edge Town and the same was said by the entrance walls while a clone was sent out to take the money back to the hiding place.
When she saw the three boys returning on foot instead of in their usual disguise, Nadia decided to drop the disguise by absorbing her two clones and running alongside them.
Cliffside, Between Mt. Corvo and Gray Terminal
As soon as they left Gray Terminal, Ace and Luffy started interrogating Sabo while Nadia just sits by the sideline and listened to their conversation. Though she was informed of everything that happened after they ate their share of ramen.
"You're wrong, I'm not hiding anything," Sabo denied,
"Huh, that's cool then," Luffy cluelessly agreed,
"Come on, how stupid can you get!" Ace yelled at Luffy, "He's full of it!"
Ace then frowns at Sabo, "Damn it, Sabo! We can't keep secrets from each other,"
"So talk!" Ace and Luffy simultaneously demanded,
Sabo seemed nervous while Nadia just plainly stared at him. Then the former turns away from Ace and Luffy, "There's nothing... For me to tell you,"
Ace then took Sabo by one side his clothes and Luffy joins in on the side as they seemingly strangled him, "Are you trying to pick a fight on me or something, spit it out!"
"Okay! Okay! Just stop killing me!" Sabo admitted, then lets his secret out to the three. Which surprised them as Ace didn't know about Sabo's origins, "A son of a noble?"
"Who is?" Ace and Luffy asked simultaneously,
"I am!" Sabo loudly admitted,
Though the two picked their nose as if they didn't care, "So?"
"If don't care, then why did you ask me?!" Sabo yelled,
"Because you didn't look the part considering the ragged clothes you're wearing," Nadia stated, "But I, for one, am not surprised considering the clothes you're wearing. If it were clean, then what you said is clear as day,"
"You knew?" Luffy asked,
"It was just an assumption, Luffy," Nadia said, "I didn't know until Sabo admitted it himself,"
With that, Sabo proceeded to admit the lies he made to Ace and Luffy. From being an orphan to being born in Gray Terminal and a man that was calling for him in High Town was his Father. He apologized and Luffy attempted to convince Ace to forgive him.
But he wasn't convinced as he asked why a child of a noble would live at some junk heap. But Sabo stated that he ran away from home due to how his parents behaved around him. All they ever cared about was wealth and status as they tried to brainwash Sabo into a proper noble and marry a princess to make them proud.
At first, he agreed. But over time, he grew to dislike the lifestyle of a noble especially when his Father didn't care about him at all. It soon grew to hate when a member of the Royal Family attempted to boss Sabo around because of his status. This resulted in him beating said member and his parents cared more about their status as nobles than the well-being of their own child.
What follows was Sabo talking about his visits to Gray Terminal and his interactions with its inhabitants. That's where he enjoyed his time the most than living in the comforts of nobility.
"Well, at least the people in Gray Terminal know what it means to be free," Sabo admitted, "If the nobles in High Town didn't spend their whole lives licking the boots of the royal family. Maybe they would look and see that there's more to the world,"
"Damn, I had no idea," Ace muttered, while Nadia lowers her head at Sabo's story
Sabo then proceeds to stand up, "Ace, Luffy, Nadia, Listen! The four of us! We're gonna leave this country. We're gonna sail the seas and see the world! And once I've done it all, I'm gonna write a book for kids like me! Cause studying is fun when you're learning about Adventure and we're gonna have lots of them!"
Sabo then pumps his fist in the air, "We're gonna be pirates!"
Luffy sheepishly laughed, and the same goes for Ace and Nadia. But that's when Ace walks up to the edge of the cliff and overlooks the seas, "You don't gonna tell me! I'm gonna be a pirate anyway! I'll be so tough that all the other pirates and marines are going to bow at my feet! Everyone in the whole world will know my name! That's gonna be the legacy I leave behind when I die!"
"I don't care if people hate me, I don't care if they wished I'd never been born! But they won't ignore me!" Ace finished, "That's what it means to be strong! To be a great pirate! I will never lose and I will never run away! Who cares if the world fears me, respects me, or whatever! I'm going to be a legend,"
Luffy grins at Ace's words, "Then I know what I gonna be too!"
Luffy runs up to the cliff edge, takes a deep breath, then shouts as loud as he can, "THE KING OF THE PIRATES!"
Ace, Nadia, and Sabo were caught off guard by Luffy as he laughed then they expressed different kinds of reactions. Ace was dumbfounded by this, Sabo laughed at the absurdness of Luffy's declaration, and Nadia giggled at his claim.
Then three of them turned to Nadia, "What about you, Nadia?"
"Me?" Nadia inquired,
"What do you want when you become a pirate?" Ace asked while Luffy seemed tempted to know her,
"Well..." Nadia stares at the vast ocean from the distance, "I don't know to be honest..."
"Come on! There's gonna be something you want to do!" Sabo stated,
"Yeah! Don't be shy about it," Ace encouraged, and Luffy nods a few times,
With this profound encouragement, Nadia shrugged her shoulders as she stands upstraight, "Well... There is one thing I do want..."
The three seemed tempted to know what her desire is as she walks up the edge of the cliff and gaze upon the vast ocean, "I want..."
As the winds breezed through all of them, Nadia shared her desire with the boys and they all smiled at her goal.
By the end of the day, Ace decided to make it special by sharing a cup of sake despite being underage to drink any alcoholic beverages and stated that it declares their newfound bond as siblings.
Thus, they proposed a toast and drank it all as a declaration of their bond as siblings...
