Once we arrive at the mansion, Tyler is leaving pissed off. He is probably mad about the whole Jeremy thing. No matter.
"Sister, you're back." Niklaus stated, welcoming me into the house.
"I'm guessing you haven't found where Stefan is." I question.
"No, but if I threaten their lives enough, they will eventually tell me. Oh, and Tony, I need you to go back to the Gilbert house and let it be known that Jermey's life is in my hands." Niklaus says with a smirk, and Tony leaves the house again.
"It's 6 PM, their 24-hour clock is running out." I cross my arms and Niklaus chuckles.
"Have you ever wondered if I wanted you to retaliate against everyone? I mean, it's been a while since you had a crazy witch moment." Niklaus says, and I give him a fake laugh.
"You're so funny, brother. You won't be laughing when I kill your precious doppelgänger." I say, tilting my head, and his smile fades away.
"What are you talking about?" Niklaus states with a glare.
"Elena was the one thing that made Stefan's life brighter, and she will be the one who leads me to him." I say with a smile.
"You're not killing my only way to make hybrids." Niklaus states in a harsh manner, walking past me.
"You are absolutely right. I will not kill her if I get my siblings back." I turn around to face him. "I couldn't care less about your bloody hybrids, Nik, but if I don't get my family back, I will rain hell on this town. How's that for a crazy witch?"
I threaten and Niklaus glares at me, before I walk out of the room. I am so close to letting them out of that stupid box. I have come too far, for it to end without a revenge-driven ripper taking them away from me.
For the next couple of hours, I spent it trying to locate them. But the same thing is happening; it's happening just like what happened when I first came to this town. My magic is being blocked.
Wherever Stefan put them, is being protected by witches. I cannot locate their bodies. This is so frustrating.
"UGH!" I scream as objects fly across the room.
"Someone is angry." Niklaus, who was standing at the doorway of the room, stated.
"What Nik?" I ask irritated.
"Elena called me. Well, actually she called you, but you had left your phone at the front." Niklaus stated, handing me my phone.
"What did she want?" I questioned, putting away my phone.
"She asked for us to come to the Salvatore residence, so if you want to come." Niklaus stated and I quickly nodded.
"Yeah, of course I'm coming." Niklaus leads me to the exit.
We walked outside, and the moment we got outside, he vamp sped us to the Salvatore house.
He knocked on the door, and a few moments later, Elena answered.
"Thank you for coming." Elena told us both, and we walked in.
"I trust you have news of Stefan." Niklaus states walking past Elena and I turn to see her answer.
"I couldn't find him." Elena stated, and I looked at her skeptically. "But I have something else, if you will follow me."
I looked at Niklaus unsure, when I got a call. I looked at the number, not knowing who it was, but the caller ID said New York.
"Um, you go ahead, I have to take this." I told Niklaus.
"Who is it?" He asks curiously.
"Do I ask you about everyone you talk to?" I state with a smile, and he looks at me suspiciously.
"Fine. We'll be right back." Niklaus states, and I nod. He starts to follow Elena down the hall, and I answer the phone.
"Hello?" I questioned.
"Hey Kalle." Someone says on the line, and I recognize the voice.
"Alexander. What a surprise." I state, taking a seat on the couch.
"A good surprise, I hope."
"It depends, what are you calling about?" I asked, curious.
"Can I not just call an old friend and see how they are doing?" He asks me.
"Not when this old friend barely remembers you and is busy at the moment."
"Barely? That means you're starting to remember something?" Alexander asks, hopeful.
"I'm starting to remember why I don't answer calls from unknown caller IDs." I say with a sarcastic smile and I can hear him gasp over the phone.
"I'm just going to ignore the fact that you didn't save my number and tell you why I called." He says, offended.
"That would be greatly appreciated."
"Did it work?" He asked me, and my face turned confused.
"Did what work?" I ask confused.
"Pulling out the dag-"
"Shhh. My brother is right downstairs." I said, shutting him up.
"Wait, really?" He said, his voice becoming serious.
"Yeah. And to answer your question, I haven't tried it yet. I've been having some family squabbles." I explain.
"I understand. Meeting your family was no picnic." Alexander states and I scoff over the phone.
"Wow, it's nice to know you think of me that way." I respond offended.
"I meant the rest of your family. You were actually pretty nice. Well, at least you were after I got to know you." Alexander stated. Got to know me? I never let anyone get close to me, especially guys. I have seen how that always works out for Rebekah.
"Wait, what do you mean 'after you got to know me'? Didn't you spend as much time with me as my family did?" I questioned him.
"Oh. Yeah I guess I did. I mean, you were more pleasant than the others." Alexander states in a tone that seem unconvincing. "You still have not asked your brother of meeting me, have you?"
"Not exactly. It's been rough since I left, and it's just one mess after another." I state.
"You left three days ago." Alexander said laughing and I chuckled a little as well.
"Yeah, I'm aware." I state with a smile and a small giggle. I haven't had a nice conversation like this in a while. "Hey, I think my brother will be coming back up here soon, so I have to go."
"Oh. It's fine, I was just...checking up on you." Alexander replies in a tone that gets sadder.
"Thank you. I actually needed a laugh." I stated in a happy tone, before I heard Klaus and Elena coming back. "I'll talk to you later, yeah?"
"Oh, yeah!" He then clears his throat and starts speaking in a lower, mainly-like tone. "I mean, yeah, if I'm not busy." He states more chill, and I chuckle at him again. "Bye."
"Bye." I state, hanging up the phone and getting up the couch. I see Niklaus and Elena walk back, with Rebekah desiccated in Nik's arms.
"Omg Rebekah!" I state surprised, coming up to my sister. I then look at Elena angered. "Did you do this?"
Elena looks at me frighten and I get even more pissed off. I walk closer to her and wind starts flowing across the room in my anger.
"Sister, calm down. Elena and I have come to an agreement and she is my hybrid bloodbag after all." Niklaus stated with a smirk, which irritates her.
"Don't worry, I'll bleed her dry and you can take every single ounce of her blood." I threaten and she steps back.
"Well, as you can see my sister here is angry, so we'll make our way out before she tears you limb from limb. Come on, Kalle." Niklaus states, trying to guide me out of the house, and I glare at Elena before heading out.
It's insane how a little girl like her managed to make my blood boil, when I was just in a good mood. I guess that's just the Elena affect.
But when she is back on her feet, Rebekah will easily go after Elena so I do not need to worry.
Once Niklaus and I arrived back at the house, he set Rebekah on the table. I looked at my sister, feeling sympathy for all the times she had been betrayed.
"It's okay, sister. You will be fine." I say, putting my hand on her cheek. "We will reunite with our family soon."
I can sense Niklaus looking at me with dismay, so I question him.
"What is it Nik?" I state, looking to the side of me where he stands.
"Who were you talking to earlier?" Niklaus questions me and I shrug it off.
"Nobody." I state ignoring it as we have bigger problems right now.
"Really? Because you don't have good laughs with someone who's a nobody." He states, and I fully look at him now irritated.
"Were you listening?"
"I was just being a good protective big brother." Niklaus stated, putting his hands up in defense.
"That's an invasion of privacy." I state, crossing my arms.
"Maybe, and yet you still have not told me who it is you were talking to." Niklaus states, still curious.
"Fine, you want to know?" I ask, and he shakes his head yes with a smile. "Does the name Alexander ring a bell?"
Niklaus smile then drops and my suspicion grows. "I have met a lot of Alexanders, sister. You need to be more specific." He states, still acting as if he does not know.
"Vampire, about your height, maybe a bit taller, he has dark light skin with curly brown hair, met him about 300 years ago? Anything of this coming to mind?" I questioned again and Niklaus continued to act clueless.
"Nope, it's not ringing a bell." Niklaus states obliviously, and I can tell he's lying.
"Mmhm. Well apparently, we have met before and I have absolutely no memory of him. So until your memory is magically jogged, I don't have to tell you anything about him." I state irritatedly.
"You seem very grumpy tonight." Nik states and I roll my eyes.
"I'm going to get a snack and then go to bed. It's been a long day. Just tell Rebekah when she wakes up that I went to sleep." I state, exhausted, and Nik nods.
I then head out of the room, tired, to grab a quick snack from the kitchen. I see a whole fridge filled with blood, but I look in the cabinet to see if there are any chips.
I grab the chips and head to go change into some comfortable clothes. Then, I head straight to bed.
