AN: I've been finding many good novels to read lately. So don't expect too many updates.
Luna held her arms towards the sky.
"Maiden Heaven!"
Kuro formed a hand sign.
"Domain Expansion!"
Degurechaff raised her mage blade.
"I Am Atomic!"
A blinding light erupted through the dungeon.
The Juggernauts were obliterated.
The future flashed before Kuro's eyes and he realized something.
The Familia was going to find his homework recording orb after he dies.
It was okay if he died, but he couldn't let them find it.
"Za Wurdo!"
Degurechaff and Luna froze.
They quickly realized he had frozen them.
Kuro's mind drained quickly.
Using Diminish along with Enhance to stop movement was really taxing on his mind.
He quickly ran up to Degurechaff.
"This one for you Tanya!"
With that, Kuro picked his nose and took out a booger.
Degurechaff's eyes widened as Kuro brought the booger toward her mouth.
She could see it in Kuro's eyes, he would really do it.
Not wanting to be humiliated, Degurechaff stopped possessing Tanya's body.
Tanya's eyes became clearer and Kuro knew it was her.
With that, he unfroze them.
Before Luna could kill Kuro, Tanya spoke.
"I lied, Kuro does like monster trucks."
Luna stopped and narrowed her eyes.
Kuro raised a finger and smiled.
"That's right, I do like monster trucks. Also, I don't like pineapple pizza."
Luna walked up to Kuro and placed a hand on his shoulder.
"I don't care if you joke about ethnic cleansing but never joke about pineapple pizza or monster trucks ever again, ok?"
Kuro quickly nodded up and down.
Luna turned to Tanya.
"You two sure took your sweet time getting here while I was getting chased by that two-headed dragon."
Luna sniffed her armpit and threw up from the horrible smell.
"Let's go back to the Familia, I wanna take a bath."
Tanya and Kuro couldn't agree more.
Today had been taxing.
They quickly harvested the monsters.
They then docked with each other and went up the dungeon.
At the Guild, they cashed in and earned 30,000,000 Valis.
The three quickly arrived back at the Familia mansion and parted.
Tanya entered Loki's room and saw Loki reading a juicy drawing book.
Loki quickly hid the book upon seeing Tanya enter.
She blushed embarrassed, having been caught.
"Tanya, why didn't you knock?"
Tanya didn't care about what she saw and took off her shirt.
Loki blushed more and became confused.
"Hold on, what are you doing?! You're like my own child, we shouldn't do that!"
Tanya scrunched her eyes at Loki.
She knew what Loki was thinking.
"It's not that, I'm here to update my Falna."
Loki's mouth made an O and she became calmer.
Tanya lay on Loki's bed and Loki updated Tanya's Falna.
"Looks like you're leveling up again. You make me so proud."
Loki finished updating and handed Tanya a paper.
Tanya saw a new skill.
It was mental resistance.
Exactly what she needed to stop that fucker Degurechaff from possessing her.
"Thank you, Loki."
"No problem!"
Tanya left and Loki resumed reading the juicy drawing book.
Tanya went into her room and saw Kuro drawing angry eyebrows on an irritated Tenya's face.
Tanya blinked and then looked deadpanned at him.
"Shooo!"
She quickly chased him out of the room.
Tanya picked up Tenya and wiped the drawn angry eyebrows away.
Tenya snuggled against her and she swayed Tenya gently around in her arms.
Today could have turned out bad.
Luckily, it didn't.
Tanya decided to spend more time with Tenya from now on.
She didn't know when she would never see Tenya again.
The day passed by.
Tanya walked through the street with Tenya in her arms.
Tenya looked around the surroundings curiously.
She was seeing and learning so many new things about this world.
Seeing Tenya's curious eyes made Tanya smile.
They came across an ice cream stall and saw Sheyli and Luna selling ice cream.
Tanya and Tenya blinked at them.
"What?"
That was all Tanya could say to them.
She was sure none of the Familia members were poor enough that they had to sell ice cream.
"What?"
That was all Luna replied with.
Sheyli decided to explain.
"Luna here is helping me practice my magic by making ice for ice cream. This stall is just to pass the time while she's helping me practice."
Tanya could only nod numbly in understanding.
"I'll have two ice cream cones then. Each with one scoop."
Luna smiled and made two ice cream cones.
"10 Valis please."
Tanya didn't know what to say to that.
You'd think it'd be free since they were Familia members and it cost so low.
Luna seemed to sense her thoughts.
"Hey, I'm running a business here. You won't rob me, right? Just so you know, I'm trying to earn Valis to get a birthday present for my goddess."
Tanya blinked and could only wordlessly hand Tanya 10 Valis.
Luna took the money happily and Tanya took the two cones.
Tanya moved on and gave a cone to Tenya.
Tenya held the cone with her little hand and started licking the ice cream.
Tanya smiled at the sight and walked into a store to buy some papers.
She had asked Kuro what he was getting Loki for her birthday present this morning.
Kuro's reply went along the lines of a body pillow.
Needless to say, Tanya was a little disturbed, even if she understood.
However, she got an idea from it.
A disturbing one at that.
Kuro had been affecting her with disturbing ideas lately.
Tanya would draw some hot pictures for Loki and give them to her.
The day went by.
Loki woke up and washed her face.
She dressed up and came out of her room looking fresh.
Looking around, Loki couldn't see anybody.
Which was strange.
She also couldn't hear anybody."
Perhaps she would find someone in the living room.
Loki opened the door to the living room.
The whole Familia was inside and yelled together.
"Happy Birthday Daddy!"
Loki fell back and almost had a heart attack.
Perhaps this was how people felt when Luna jumps them.
