A rainy night in the casino.
Breezie, a casino mogul and owner of the establishment was continuing with her tasks, checking that things were in order and that her guests continued gambling, giving her more profits. Her moment of calmness was interrupted by Scratch, a humanoid robotic rooster who was also one in charge of the security of the place. The reason for his call was about an impromptu guest that arrived in the casino. Wanting to see who might be, Breezie left her office and went where he and Grounder, another robot and security guard, were.
The two robots explained that after taking out some gamblers that were trying to punch the slot machines, they noticed someone sitting close to the entrance. However, Scratch felt that they needed to ask Breezie before doing that. "Can I see him?" Breezie asked in a serious tone. After Scratch went back inside, the hedgehog woman discovered that it was Silver, a psychic hedgehog and a friend of Sonic. Once they got to the main base, Eggman escaped but not before activating the self-destruction button. Silver was with Blaze, Shadow and Rouge, trying to stop the countdown so everyone in the park could escape. They succeed at first, but after a robot of the park reactivated the countdown, the psychic hedgehog went back, trying to see if he could stop it in time. While there was enough time for everyone to escape from the amusement park, Silver had to find another exit. What really took a toll on him was seeing his friends coming from him, putting themselves in danger to help him and being separated from them just as the building started to collapse.
