Summary: Tess gets settled in her shared cabin with Luke.

The night was still young. Campers started packing up their things and going to their selected cabins after the show they just witnessed. Tess Tyler, real name Tesslin Tyler and daughter of the renowned singer T.J. Tyler was packing her belongings in her overnight bags as if it was daytime and the summer was over. She thoroughly checked her things before storing them away. While on her last batch of things, the blonde heard her cabin door open, followed by a small patch of footsteps.
"Is it...Tess?"
It was a voice that she wasn't familiar with yet. She turned around to see Lucas Williams, nicknamed Luke and a favored camper from Camp Star, inside her doorway, looking her up and down.
"Um...who are you?"
"Luke. Luke Williams. You met me in the recording studio when I was with Mitchie, remember?"
"...Ohh. You're him."
"Yeah."
"Why're you here, at my cabin? How did you—"
"Someone told me where your cabin was. I didn't stalk you or anything like that, but I'm here to privately take you to Camp Star. Axel told me to keep things quiet when I take you, so hurry and get your things."
"Could you just, help me at least?"
"...Sure."
Luke swiftly helped Tess until everything was packed and stored somewhere.

Once they arrived at Camp Star, Tess's eyes sparkled. Finally, she had a chance at being just like her mother. She hopped out of the vehicle Luke drove and smiled, happy at all the possibilities she saw.
"Follow me, Tess."
She went with Luke until he stopped right in front of his cabin.
"Where are we?"
"My cabin. Well, ours. Axel decided to have half of it be for me, and the rest for you. Can't say you crowned royalty when you don't got the space to match it."
"We have your own PERSONAL cabin?!"
"Yup."
"Wow...I'm glad I made the switch then."
Luke unlocked the cabin door and walked in, hearing many compliments about the space from Tess's mouth.
"It's so nice in here!"
"I know, but thank you."
After a quick tour, Luke closed his "apartment" door and opened the reserved one, revealing to Tess where she would be staying. It was a medium-sized room, free of any dust. One bed, drawer, and desk, perfect for Tess's creativity to fly and for her makeup to pop. She had a closet and a window that showed some of the nature she was surrounded by.
"I'm staying here? In this room?"
"Yes."
"...It looks so freaking small compared to yours."
"It's the same in size, actually. Think of it as an apartment. You have your space, and I have mine. Now I'm tired and want to sleep, so don't make too much noise."
"Okay, Luke. Goodnight."
"Same to you."
He smiled at Tess before walking out, closing the door behind him. Tess decided she could wait to unpack since she would need another pair of hands. She took her hoodie off and fell asleep, dreaming of everything she could finally achieve this summer. But maybe she'd get more than what she bargained for...
