Spider-man's Pizza Delivery

It was a beautiful day until the good old Parker's luck struck again. When he was trying to catch a thief a Pizza Delivery man came right out in front of the thieve and the thieve pushed him out of the way into a wall so hard he ended up getting hurt when he was trying to catch the thieve, he ended up catching him in the end, but at the expense of some getting hurt.

The Pizza Delivery man ended up with a dislocated shoulder lucky nothing was broken in the end. So, like the good Spider-Man, he is he decided to help the delivery man with his last delivery for the day. Because he felt bad that he couldn't stop the thief sooner from hurting the delivery man.

So that was what he was doing right now. As Spider-man was swinging on some of his webbing looking at different street signs and said "Now what was that address again? I think that the delivery man gave me a slip with the address that he was going to. I know that I have it on me here somewhere. Here we go found it." He pulled out a slip of paper with addresses on it and looked at it to find the street address he was looking for to deliver some pizza to.

After getting a good look at the slip of paper he put it back in his pocket and said "So that is the address 456 Park Avenue. Well, looks like this wall-crawler has a pizza to deliver." said Spider-man with a smile behind his mask. After swinging for a little while he arrived at the place and dropping to the ground he landed on his feet. He got a closer look at the place where he was to deliver the first pizza it appeared to be at a hotel. A fancy hotel that he couldn't afford to stay in.

Talking to himself "This person or people decides to stay at a fancy hotel for what a day or a few days one would think that they would order room service, but no they ordered pizza." Thinking to himself 'Alright from what I saw on the slip I know that the address is here, but the problem is which floor to deliver it to.'

Thinking for a little bit about how to figure out what floor the address was on he thought of something, but he wasn't going to like it. A little bit later Spider-man walked through the fancy hotel doors with everyone staring at him giving him strange looks as he walked to the hotel check-in area.

Spider-man cleared his throat trying to get the attention of the attendant at the desk. She looked up from her computer where she was doing work. She was a little surprised by seeing Spider-man in front of her, but she wasn't going to question it so she replied, "How may I help you?" Spider-man responded with "I was wondering how to get to this address I'm here to deliver some pizza."

She was a little taken aback by what he said and responded, "You're here to deliver pizza?" "Yep," said Spidey. She sat silent for a little while until Spider-Man said something. "Um, are you ok?" Looking at him she snapped out of it and said, "Sorry about that we just don't get a lot of instances where superheroes come to our hotel just to deliver pizza."

"Not a problem. I guess there aren't many superheroes that would deliver right to your front door is there?" said Spider-man. Then attendant lady let out a small giggle quip. After she got done giggling, she responded "Right so you wanted to know where a certain address was correct?"

"Yep," said Spiderman. "And what would that address be?" the attendant lady said. Spider-man was going to say the address when he forgot it again. He probably hadn't gotten enough sleep probably explains why he could hardly stay awake in class. So, he dug in his pocket pulled out the slip and said, "The address is on this paper with some deliveries as well."

She took the slip from his hand took a quick look at it handed it back to him and said, "That would be the top floor of our hotel." "Alright thank you," said Spider-man. "You're very welcome." said the attendant lady. Spidey walked out of the hotel doors and decided that he was going to take the outside route instead.

He jumped up high and then clinked to the side of the building and started wall climbing up it. After a while of doing that, he finally made it to the top. To the outside balcony knocked on the balcony door and said, "Pizza Delivery!" Waiting for a little while for someone to show up. After a while someone seemed to be a young boy who appeared to be around the age of 12. The kid opened the door looking to see who it was wondering why someone would be outside by the balcony and not ringing the doorbell in the hotel instead to deliver his pizza.

When the boy opened the balcony door he was shocked to see that Spider-man was the one delivering his pizza. Spider-man saw the boy and then mumbled to himself and said, "Well that explains the pizza I guess?" The boy froze and didn't know what to say and he was like that for a minute. Spider-man was going to ask if the boy was ok until the boy said, "Your Spider-man!" with a big grin on his face.

"Yep, that's me the one and only Spider-man. But you can call me Spidey," said Spider-man as he jumped off of the balcony bars and landed on the balcony itself. "Awesome!" said the young boy excited. "So, I'm guessing you or your parents ordered the pizza," said Spider-man.

The young boy started to get a little sad at the mention of his parents, but the boy said, "No I'm the one that ordered the pizza." Spidey noticed a change in his expression and asked, "Are you ok?" The boy then said, "Yeah I'm fine it's just that both of my parents are on a business trip for a couple of days, and I haven't seen them in a while I just miss them."

Spidey paused at that he didn't know what to say he never really experienced having a mom and dad because they died when he was very young, but he did have Aunt May and Uncle Ben who raised him into the person he is today. Thinking back on old memories the said "Hey do worry I'm sure your parents are going to be back soon." rubbing the young boy's head. The boy getting cheered up by Spidey. "So, quirt what is your name?" said Spider-man.

"My name is Kevin," said Kevin with a smile. "Well, it's nice to meet you, Kevin. So, Kevin, you're not all by yourself, right?" said Spiderman worrying if the kid was left on his own with no one watching him. Kevin soon said "No my older sister is watching me she just went to the supermarket to pick up some things. She'll be back soon. She was the one who told me to order that pizza. She even left some money on the counter for me to pay for it." showing Spidey the money.

Spider-man sighed with relief thinking to himself 'That's good at least he has someone watching him and that supermarket he mentioned the one I saw while swinging to this hotel isn't that far away just half a block away.' Done thinking to himself he replied, "Well then I do believe I still need to give someone their pizza."

Kevin nodded excited to eat some pizza then said, "I believe for it was $15.00 that the pizza and $3.00 for a tip I think that was what my sister said?" not looking sure of himself. "You're right your sister gave you the right amount. Also, I believe that you ordered cheese pizza?" said Spider-man smiling behind the mask.

"Yeah, I love cheese pizza," said Kevin excitedly. But then Kevin paused his excitement and said, "Spidey why are you delivering our pizza anyway?" "Well Kevin I'm just filling in for someone for the day until they get back," said Spider-man. "Oh, that makes sense I guess," said Kevin. "Well Kevin I guess it's time for me to go I got to deliver the money to the original delivery man and get back to fighting crime." said Spider-man who was about to leave when the young boy Kevin said something "Wait! Spider-man before you go can I have your autograph?"

Spider-man was surprised that the kid wanted his autograph no one asked for his autograph before. It wasn't like he was that well-liked thanks to a certain Jonah Jameson on the Daily Bugle. But hey I guess some people do like him after all. Spidey responded with "Sure Kevin." Kevin smiled with a big grin on his face and said, "Thanks Spider-man." running back to his room to get a piece of paper Spider-man can sign.

He soon came back, and Spider-man signed the paper that said: "From Spider-man to: Kevin." Then Spider-man said, "Well I'm off." shooting out one of his webs to a nearby building swinging away. "Goodbye, Spider-man!" said Kevin waving at Spider-man Kevin said, "Boy my sister is going to be jealous that I met Spider-man and got his autograph." smiling.

Spider-man made his way back to the original delivery man and gave him his money for the pizza. The delivery man thanks Spider-man and that the doctor looked at his arm and it turns out that his arm isn't hurt too bad. Spidey was glad he was going to be ok. The delivery man was so happy, that he even offered Spidey half of the money, but Spidey refused it saying he should keep it for himself, and the delivery man gave up on giving Spider-man the money. Spidey soon waved goodbye to the man and swung away.

As Spider-man was swinging he was glad that everything had worked out in the end. But as he was swinging, he saw a bank getting robbed and Spider-man said, "A spider's work is never done." swinging to the crime ahead.
