Speaking of me not being a native english speaker, I was going to use inches and miles for measuring distance and size, but it's weird for me so I'll be using meters and centimeters (cm) but I will put the conversion to feet/inches.
Chapter 4: Family and Dungeon.
Yushin took a couple of minutes to get dressed and quickly wash up, then he left his room and went downstairs. The house was two stories tall, furnished with a very home-like feeling. When he arrived at the table he could see his mother, Melissa Bael, and a girl of about his age dressed in a maid outfit, Ichika Hiraoka, both seated in front of a plentiful breakfast.
"Good morning mom, Ichika."
"Good morning, Yu" answered his mother with a loving smile.
"Good morning, Yushin-sama" answered the girl with a respectful nod."
He remembered when they first met. Roughly a year ago, Yushin accompanied his mother into the small town where their house is located to do some paperwork she needed to get done. While his mother was busy he decided to take a stroll down town. He saw a lot of people, visited some stands and stores and when he was on his way back, in an alley between two stores he heard someone cry. He curiously headed into the dark alley and found a little girl dressed in rags. She was hugging her legs sobbing, not even noticing the boy approaching her. Yushin sat quietly with the girl who got startled by the sudden action of the boy, but said nothing after looking at his green eyes filled with compassion. After a couple of minutes of sobbing he asked why she was crying. She told him that she had no parents, and until a month ago she lived in the orphanage. The orphanage was caught in a fire in the middle of the night and all of her brothers and sisters had died in their sleep. She was saved by one of the caretakers but after going into the hospital she passed too. The little girl had spent the last month begging for food and money, taking odd jobs that some stall owners gave to her in exchange for food, but had finally resorted to looking for some in the trash. The boy introduced himself, telling her about him, about his father passing away recently and his family banishing his mother because she married his dad. He told her how his mother was taking care of him now. After talking for about an hour, he got up and when she was thinking that she would be all alone again, he took her hand and made her come with him. Yushin introduced her to his mother and after talking for a bit, she looked at her son's eyes and knew that there was no way she could leave the poor girl behind. Ichika was too stunned to notice what was happening, everything was too fast and before she noticed she was in Yushin's house wearing a simple but pretty dress, while still holding hands. She broke down crying and when she stopped she tried to say that she couldn't accept but Yushin was not having it. They started arguing for a while and then screaming at each other while Melissa looked at all this with a smile. She eventually stopped the two bickering children and told Ichika that she would appreciate it if she could help her with house chores and after the girl tried to say no, Melissa looked at her with the most terrifying sweet smile she had ever seen and quickly accepted the offering. That night Ichika cried until late hours into the night, but fell asleep with a smile on her face. She eventually took her role as a helper with the chores too seriously and Yushin joked that she was acting like a maid, the next day she was wearing a maid outfit that not even Melissa knew where she got and started calling them Yushin-sama and Melissa-sama. That didn't stop her from sometimes arguing and starting a screaming match with the boy when he was acting up.
"How was your sleep?" Yushin asked.
"It was alright honey, I had a weird dream about you riding a dragon, but it was fine otherwise."
"I slept well, master." The girl answered with a slight twitch of her lips that made Yushin cringe a little.
"I told you not to call me that! Master of what, our three members' family?" He retorted while taking his seat.
"Let her be, Yu, you know that she is trying to act more formally with you for when you get your Evil Pieces in the future to be part of your peerage." Melissa said smirking while looking at the girl that was gaping at her.
"I know mom, but still, she could be a little more loose." He sighed, not paying attention to the now blushing girl.
"I know, honey, I know. But changing topics" she said, making the red faced girl sigh in relief, "your birthday is tomorrow and you didn't tell me what you wanted!" she cried theatrically.
"I did tell you mom, I just want a lot of food. And I mean a lot of different types of food. Exotical species would be the best, you know I love trying new kinds of meat." He said and then looked at Ichika. "And from you, all I want is to not call me master, 'Yushin-sama', or any other similar way. Oh, and a kiss." He added nonchalantly.
The girl that was just recovering from her previous embarrassment, blushed furiously while looking at him with a poor display of fake anger. Melissa chuckled and Yushin openly laughed while Ichika started bickering.

'Huh? I'll check that out later.'
Breakfast continued with some bickering, chuckling and laughing and when it was finished, Yushin started washing the dishes. Ichika had argued before that she should do things like that, but he countered saying that with the amount of food that she and his mother prepared in the daily because of his Sin of Gluttony, the least he could do was the dishes.
After resting for a while, both kids went to the living room, where Melissa started the daily classes. Both of them were being homeschooled and Yushin's mother took their education very seriously. She taught them Devil's history, human history, math, physics, chemistry, biology, geography of both the underworld and the human world, etiquette, she even taught them how to dance. From an outsider's perspective, their study curriculum may have looked a little crazy, but Melissa was determined to give both kids all the knowledge they could ever need to succeed in whatever life they choose to pursue. And she made her classes rather fun for them so they very rarely complained, or maybe it was because of her terrifying sweet smile whenever they did. She would never know.
Study time ended and they went to have lunch, after which they had another quick study session. After that they put on a movie Melissa had bought from a merchant that regularly goes to the human world and sat on the couch, enjoying their family time in peace. Ichika had tried to act 'like a proper maid would' she said, standing behind both of them, but neither Yushin or his mother allowed it and forced her to sit in between them. She pouted for a while, but a small smile adorned her face after she stopped struggling. They ended up watching the whole trilogy of 'Galactic Guerrillas' and then each went into their bedrooms.
Yushin had a great time with his now family, even though he arrived today to this world, this was his reincarnation, all of those memories he had with them were real and the emotions he had felt all day for them were real too. He would not tell them about his time with Death though, he didn't think it was something that he wanted to tell or that they needed to know. His powers however, were entirely a different thing; he would tell them both about it, just after he understands his own powers or abilities better.

'Okay so it's not too hard to gain stats, at least for now' he said after sitting down in his bed '[Great Sage] could you show me both of their stats?' During the day he had made sure to ask the skill to scan his mother and Ichika.

'Hm, mom is pretty strong, INT and WIS are her higher stats, charisma is not too far behind. How is it that she has so many stat points unused?'
Answer- Everyone gets five points for every level up. However, because they cannot interact with their STATUS like you can, the only way to use those points is by training. Your mother spends a lot of her time reviewing subjects to teach you and Ichika. That is why a lot of her Stat Points went to INT and WIS. To allocate all of their status points, a normal person requires rigorous training or study.
'That makes sense. I, however, have gained INT points without using my free stat points, so for me it's different.'
Answer- Yes, you can gain stat points without using yours. It will be more difficult to gain a new stat point the higher that stat is.
'Okay, so this is a situation in which I should save my status points until they are not growing on their own, got it. I will allow myself ten points to go into LUK though, otherwise I feel like I'm wasting a perk.'
He looked again and saw that his mom had a Title, and before he even asked [Great Sage], he got an answer.
Note- Titles are unlocked at level thirty. The Title 'Great Teacher' makes it so students and apprentices understand what you are teaching 20% faster.
'Alright, it seems that mom got that title recently if it unlocks at level thirty, speaking of which, how does she gain levels? I haven't seen her annihilating some monsters or something like that.'
Answer- Regular people get exp completing tasks they set for themselves or someone gave to them. It is a basic and limited Quest system, it's much harder to gain exp if they don't know they have a quest, and it also rewards a much lesser amount of exp.
'Interesting, I like it though, no matter how many tasks you complete, if you are a regular person you will need to train to make full use of your level, nice. Let's see Ichika's now.'

'You know what, I could bitch about me being almost twelve and having only five levels, but technically I have only been here today, kinda, I don't know, it doesn't matter, I will catch up quickly enough. So she got Novice Maid as a class, heh.'
Note- 'Novice Maid' makes it so you gain +2 DEX, +2 CHA, +2 CON and +1 STR per level up, instead of the basic +1 to all stat that 'Classless grants'.
'So classes make you more specialized, that's good. I wonder what class I will get at level ten.'
He looked at his skills, allocated 10 status points to LUK and made his decision: It was time to check the Instant Dungeons.

[Undead Dungeon]
Yushin looked around to where his Skill transported him. It was a graveyard filled with zombies and skeletons. Before he started his testing, he decided to add to his limited arsenal of skills, one of the most useful skills in his opinion. Making sure no enemies were close to him, the young Devil closed his eyes and started to feel his magic running through his body once again, he started to expand his senses to outside his body, trying to feel the ever present magic in the air. Not long after that he succeeded, and Yushin could now "see" everything a hundred meters (328 feet) around him.
Note- You have obtained the Extra Skill [Magic Sense].
It was a little weird for him to see at 360 degrees, but [Great Sage] was an incredible aid with its sub-skills [Thought Acceleration] and [Parallel Operation] to boost his processing capabilities. He took note of every enemy in the vicinity and shifted his attention to the one closer to him.

Thoughts: It wants something to eat.
'Right now this type of enemies won't be any threat, but I wanna try [Gluttony] to see if I can absorb any skill from it.' He thought while lifting his hand towards the zombie that had just noticed him. "[Gluttony]!"
From his hand a dark swirling miasma extended, engulfing the zombie, and disappearing a second after, revealing that nothing was damaged, except the zombie that had been absorbed whole by Yushin.
Note- Common Skill [Rotten Aura] has been absorbed.
[Rotten Aura]: Your body exudes an aura that makes everyone think your flesh is rotten.
'Yeah, no, that skill goes into [Stomach].' He then walked towards his next target, two zombies togetherand suddenly started to run and jumped-kicked one of the zombies making it fall a couple of meters away, he saw that he took -20 HP, the second zombie staggered for a second before attacking Yushin. He could have dodged it easily, because the zombie was really slow but he decided to try his damage resistance. The zombie bit into him, or at least it tried, but Yushin's [Perk] [Pierce Resistance] prevented it from doing any damage. The Devil pushed the zombie back and tried to make it hit him with a blunt attack. He succeeded and saw his HP go down a little.

'I guess these enemies are too easy for my abilities. We might be at the same level, but [Gluttony] barely even uses any MP and one-shots them, the catch is that I can't use it on sentient beings, I have to kill them first. But the zombie's only thought is to eat something, I wouldn't call that a sentient being.' Defeating the two zombies quickly to keep going, he noticed something weird. 'Am I not getting exp from these Zombies? The Troll from the tutorial too, now that I think about it'.
Answer- You are gaining exp from the defeated enemies. You have gained 70 exp for defeating the Swamp Troll and 300 exp for defeating 3 Zombies. Or do you want the system to tell you the exp gained after every enemy?
'... I know you will evolve at some point, but I think it's too soon for you to be condescending. But you are right, just show me a small battle report after the training session, and how much an enemy gives the first time I defeat it.'

'I'll just keep training." Yushin spent the whole night fighting different types of enemies, and did so by punching them to death, trying to boost his physical stats. He found Skeletons, Mummies, Ghouls. He also found Ghosts and Wraiths, but thanks to [Absolute Soul Manipulation], the poor creatures could not do anything but obey Yushin's order of following him.
The skeletons were a lot more frail than the zombies, but had higher DEX and were wielding swords, and its other 2 variants, the skeleton archer and skeleton mage attacked from far away if they noticed him, but he got good skills from them, as after he defeated them he would make sure to eat their bodies with [Gluttony]. From the regular skeleton he got the Extra Skill [Tireless], which didn't make him not need to sleep anymore, but it decreased the hours he needed to feel well rested; the Skeleton Archer gave him the Common Skill [Good Aim], and the Skeleton Mage gave him the Extra Skill [Dark Magic Affinity Lv 1] which at least gave him one more way to add attacks in his arsenal, as every way of attacking he had as of now was either his fist (he didn't want to use the swords from the Skeletons as this was his training), or his magic that would one shot everything. He got 120, 150 and 160 exp for regular Skeletons, Skeleton Archers, and Skeletons Mages respectively.
The mummies he found were just a little stronger and faster than the Zombies, nothing to worry about, as their rags could not get a hold of him with their abysmal DEX. The Ghouls were scary though; very fast and strong and charged at him with Yushin barely able to dodge. That was, until he remembered that he was a Devil and he had wings. After deploying his wings his DEX got a bonus of 15, and he rushed to the sky and dropped a Neutron Star of Destruction on the 3 Ghouls that, for some reason, were stacked together, fueling the spell with 100 MP dealing -550 HP. One of the Ghouls was at the very edge of the radius of destruction, barely able to survive, and was quickly put down by a drop kick from the skies. [Gluttony] had given him the Common Skill [Rag Manipulation] from mummies, but from the Ghouls something weird happened: He got +5 STR. Confused, he asked his trusted [Great Sage].
Answer- These Ghouls were merely a poorly evolved zombie, as such, they had no new skills to provide to you. The way the Gamer System works with [Gluttony] is: First it will search for a new skill, it doesn't matter how useless it is; if it does not find a new Skill to give to you, only then [Gluttony] will steal 1/3 of the target's highest STAT. In this case the target DEX and STR were tied at 15. This will only happen the first time you use [Predation] on a creature, if you absorb more Ghouls, [Gluttony] will only store them in [Stomach].
Happy with the explanation, he thanked his Skill and started to move forwards, his [Magic Sense] already having discovered the reason the three Ghouls had ambushed him: There was a Lich, guarded by two Death Knights. It would have been a tough opponent to beat, but the Lich had also either summoned or controlled a large number of Ghost and Wraiths and had them floating behind him menacingly. Unfortunately for the Death Knights and the Lich, Yushin was already mentally tired and he had just barely over fours left to sleep, so he focused his attention on the magic in the air that he could feel with [Magic Sense], and tried to convey his thoughts over to the Souls.

Before the Lich could give any orders, Yushin commanded the Ghosts and Wraiths: 'Kill the Lich and the two Death Knights'. Instantly every Soul moved to complete their order, the 3 targets were caught off guard and could not even retaliate and died in the same spot they were a second ago. After that, Yushin just commanded every Soul to group up, and then used [Predation] on all of them. Just after finishing the last Wraith, he got a system notification.

Sighing and mumbling about needing a water manipulation skill, he took a quick shower before finally getting to sleep.

Common Skill [Rag Manipulation]: Summon and control rags that cover your body. They do not inflict damage on their own, but they are good at capturing targets.
Common Skill [Thought Communication]: It allows the user to communicate telepathically with multiple people.
Common Skill [Good Aim]: Helps with the calculations needed to hit a target accurately.
Extra Skill [Magic Sense]: It allows the user to use Magic Power as an extra sense to perceive the surrounding magic and see a full 360 degrees around them, without leaving a single blind-spot. By observing the fluctuation of light and sound waves, they can be processed and converted into perceptible data, allowing the user to see and hear their surroundings.
Extra Skill [Tireless]: Your body does not need sleep to be at top condition, your mind still needs it.
Extra Skill [Dark Magic Affinity Lvl 1]: Bestows the ability to create and control Dark Magic Spells and Dark Magic Skills.
Extra Skill [Phase Lvl 1]: Allows the user to phase through non-living objects. The user cannot phase trough magic or magic imbued objects such as ward protected establishments or enchanted/magic swords.
Extra Skill [Summon Undead Lv 1]: Summon the enemies you have defeated in the form of undead. Undead enemies can't be summoned. Current Lvl allows for the summoning in the forms of: Ghost.
Extra Skill [Sword Mastery Lv 1]: Allows the user to gain intrinsic knowledge of the use of a sword as this skill levels up.
