Omake 2 :
A side story of Blake : Fated Encounters
As the smoke cleared, the cracked pieces of the road began to shift uncontrollably. A long shadow began to form as both Jaune and Blake took a stance.
Blake summoned Gambol Shroud while Jaune took a step back and placed a hand on his sword from its sheath.
An ominous aura erupted from the mist as they stood by patiently, Jaune flaring up his aura while Blake focused her eyes and casted a few spells quietly.
"I see." She muttered loudly.
"What is it ?"
"This heroic spirit, is perhaps among one of the strongest ones in Remnant history. However the fact that it faces me, today at this time and hour, with me having a full aura." She smirked.
A few seconds passed.
"So, would you win ?"
"Nah, I'd run."
And just like that, a clone of her was standing whereas the real one had already disappeared, leaving Jaune with his trusted Crocea Mors to face the servant.
"Well, f-"
Meanwhile in another alternative timeline,
Blake Belladonna, a 17 year old highschool girl was heading home for the day.
Her school, Beacon Academy or otherwise commonly known as Beacon High was nothing but considered the best of the best, where graduates are considered the future of Remnant.
Earlier it was considered one of the greatest Hunstmen Academy where Huntsmen and Huntresses were taught to fight Grimm to save both Humanity and Faunuskind but ever since the extinction of Grimm, it was now an academic haven for those wishing for a better tomorrow. In other words, those focused on academics as well as their physical strength could find the campus as paradise.
However in order to get into such a prestigious Academy, you needed money, skill or determination.
For Blake Belladonna daughter of Ghira Belladonna, the founder of White Fang, a charity group turned MegaCorp, money was no issue and while Blake dabbled in a lot of things throughout her childhood, she was skilled enough to join.
Like Weiss, she was some sort of heiress and so she was able to easily make friends with her, both of them living under the same circumstances except for the fact that Weiss was raised by her butler due to circumstances that happened beforehand.
So what does Blake Belladonna, one of Beacon's beauties want to achieve in her life.
Simple, it is equality. And in a world where races other than humans and Faunus exists ? Racism is nearly absent.
That still doesn't mean her goal is complete.
She wants equal rights. Not just for faunus or humans. But for those unfortunate. For those who never had a choice.
For those that end up into monsters regardless of choice or freewill.
She saved someone from that fate once.
The chameleon faunus look up to her as a personal hero.
However in a world, that seems peaceful and under no threat from any monsters of darkness, the only things that can affect it is the underworld.
And the one's most dangerous is the mage society.
Mages – people who use magic and study it thoroughly. Using magic to understand the truth of the world, to communicate with gods, to converse with Death.
There are many ways a person can go, just to achieve their desires.
Blake is one such person.
But her desire is to stop the desires of others, especially those that threaten the world she lives in.
She does not want to be a hero.
She wants to be equal and wants others to be like her too.
That's why participating a Holy Grail war is pointless for her.
She would do things her way and find results her way.
And that's when she saw a summoning circle on her dad's study where she hid her smu- I mean literature book.
6 stars out of 5 by the way. The action, the description, the scenes, were enough for her for days.
But as she stared at the circle, she decided to cover it with her rug when a small circle appeared on her hand and light shone in the room.
"Ah, I see," came a youthful voice," Well then, I am proud to have as my master. I am Servant Lancer."
She immediately turned back to look at a highly well defined muscleman. With Blonde spiky hair and a golden tail wiggling behind him, his arms holding a red pole, she could not help but blush a bit.
But glancing at the necklace and his well handsome face, she came to a conclusion.
"Goku ?"
"Who ? …No I am not Goku, I am Sun Wukong, that guy is an alien, I am a monkey from heaven. Well Monkey Faunus." He added uncaringly.
OK.
That made sense, kinda.
"So, why ?" she began before she was cut off.
"Well, you called me and I answered the summon. SO I'm here, piece of cake."
Blake thought once again.
She didn't want a servant but she got one anyway.
'Huh, at least I won't win the grail war.'
'OH, no need to worry about that. With my Noble Phantasm, we will definitely win even if we were up against the Brother Gods.'
"Sun ?"
' Oh , yeah, it seems like we can communicate in our minds. How cool is that ? Huh Huh ?'
'Good grief.'
….
It turns out that within the next two days, Blake Belladonna and her servant the indominatable Sun Wukong beat nearly everyone and even won the grail war.
Unfortunately the grail was corrupt or something, Blake didn't pay much attention to it as she was trying to investigate the mage society more and more.
Her servant Sun however got along with nearly everyone.
From Weiss and her servant Caster (Who was actually but who cares) to Ruby and the Rusted Knight ( he truly was a handsome individual and Blake could not deny that they could bond in the future, she would summon him if she could ) to Yang Xio Long ( the daughter of Raven Branwen {the former and highly dedicated leader of the Branwen Tribe} and The Executioner {Magic User Tai Yang} ) and her Berserker; a rather disturbed individual who was in the war during the 'Conquest of New Land' to Professor Goodwitch and heck even the high school Bully Cardin.
Sun's presence and his own charm managed to win most of them, the rest were due to the assurances of the Rusted Knight who approved her servant, saying that he was 'someone who was loyal to the end'.
Despite them, there were other masters and servants but she did not care much as Sun's Noble Phantasm 'SPEAR OF THE HEAVENS' struck anyone once and they were sent out of reality.
Heck he even did that to a very arrogant empress during their first meeting.
Honestly what surprised her was the blonde boy in school Jaune. He never really struck out to her apart from his dorky and well- his usual self. She saw him take on odd jobs around New Vale so she knew he was a hardworker.
However his insistence to help people despite not being a master, or a mage or a magic user and not even awakened was something she kept on pondering.
Was he an idiot or simply suicidal ?
Was he a suicidal idiot with a hero complex ?
Possibly.
The fact that he participated the grail war without participating the grail war was something different even though he was practically the weakest.
Yang and her fellow bandit member tomboy brunette giving him the googly eyes was something surprising too.
Hmm.
As she stared at the obviously hurt blonde boy shrugging off his wounds despite the insistence from the Bandit princess and her possie, she could not fathom the infatuation the latter two had developed.
Was it, Stockholm Syndrome but in reverse ?
Was it reverse Stockholm Syndrome ?
As she stared at his bright pure blue eyes and his fair complexion, his golden hair flowing freely through the air, and the reckless abandonment he had of his own life as he tried to save the Bandit Princess, she mentally evaluated him from background comic-relief character to possible protagonist maybe with a side of 'H'.
As she saw him getting more and more hurt, she gave a smile that reaffirmed her choice.
"Jaune Arc," she began, " You truly are… the suffering builds character harem protagonist."
A what if of the timeline :
Blake stared blanky at the summoning circle that had formed in her dad's study.
"Nah, I'd not summon." And with that kept her books back on the shelf and retreated out of the room.
And so Blake Belladonna did not summon.
