It's been a week since the fight against Garou and right now Izuku is still sleeping as everyone visited him. Eri, Momo and Kyoka are the only ones that are more worried about him. As they haven't left his side. As we cut back to see RG and the staff discussing plans what to do with Izuku and how to protect him from his brother.
Aizawa: can you explain to me one more time Recovery Girl
AM: ma'am what do you mean Young Midoriya is healing by himself.
RG: like I say his wounds are being healing by themselves I have don't nothing. Look at this I took and x-ray of his broken arm yesterday. You could see it was shattered and will take weeks to heal.
Aizawa: yeah
RG: this is the one I took this morning and the bone is almost good as new like it was never broken. His scars are also dissapearing and he grew a bit taller.

RG: I think that he somehow developed a quirk or

RG: anyway I think that we should give Sunny a break after this. He has suffer alot more things than any other kid in his life and all the stress can't be good for him.
Nezu: well the thing is that the cousins of Eri told me that they want to take her to see her paternal grandpa. So I was thinking of sending Midoriya with his two girlfriends.
Snipe: that would be a good idea
RG: I agree
Aizawa: so what should we do now
Nezu: wait until Midoriya come out of his coma.
As they all were worried about him especially Nezu since he sees Izuku as a son he never had. As with Izuku was sleeping as Momo made a giant inflatable bed as her Kyoka and Eri are sleeping there.
We see Izuku sleeping as deep within in his mind he was naked and in front of something or someone

As Izuku woke up as he sat up as he look around as he took his breathing mask off. As he was about to get up but he flinch in pain
Izuku: what time is it?
As he check his phone and saw a week has passed as he was sleeping all of this time as he look around to see his face. .
Izuku: did I became more handsome or what
As Eri got up and rub her sleepy eye as she look toward her daddy's bed as she saw him awake as she got up and said.
Eri: daddy
As Momo and Kyoka woke up to see Eri jumping into Izuku's arm as Izuku caught her. As she was crying into his arms.
Eri: I'm so glad that you are alive daddy *crying*
Izuku: it's okay princess I am here and I'm doing better.
As Kyoka and Momo join the hug as all three girls were crying as Izuku smile and hug them all.
Izuku: I won't leave you three and that is a promise.
Kyoka: you better Mophead
Momo: that's right Zuzu.
Izuku: what happened to Garou
Kyoka: he dissapear and hasn't shown up

As they see Garou crutching in the window as Kyoka and Momo were about to get in front
Garou: don't move you couldn't even land a hit on me. Little brother.
Izuku: what do you want?
Garou: 4 months I'll be back in Japan I want you to get even stronger and we will fight again if you don't comply I'll kill innocent people
Izuku: fine four months and we will settle things

As he left as Izuku knew that this would be one of his toughest fights ever.
Izuku: Momo, Kyoka, Eri don't tell anybody about this
Momo: why not
Izuku: this is my fight to deal alone I know you are going to protest but please do this for me
Trio: okay
Eri: but daddy this time kick his ass
Izuku: I will honey don't you worry
Kyoka: so what now
Izuku: there is only one thing left to do.
Momo: what is that?

Izuku: this fight has taught me that I'm still not strong enough if I want to become a hero and protect you three I need all the power in the world to get stronger. Even if I have to deal with the devil I'll do it

As they went back to bed and Izuku got up and headed toward the bathroom as he enter use the washroom and than he look at himself in the mirror

As he just went back to sleep as Momo and Kyoka were still awake as Eri was sleeping as Izuku knew what they wanted they all got into the hospital bed and sleep together.
