Chapter 51
→ Arwintar Nazarick-mansion / Arachama ←
It was early in the morning when Arachama felt more and more nudging on her side. Slowly she opened her eyes and looked towards the nudging to find Enti. Her daughter, though hiding her smile, still emitted the smell of happiness.
She scooped her oldest in a hug and cuddled for a while, until she felt Entis head turn upwards.
"You are going to be late, mom." Enti told her.
"Oh yes. Would you be a dear and get Mare and me something to eat while I change?" she asked.
"Of course." Enti answered and gave a final nudge, before leaving the embrace.
Arachama went through the plans of the day and decided to wear comfortable garments, which she could wear later to cuddle. Over a nice dress she threw a jacket, which contained chainmail, just to have some degree of safety. Arachama didn't get a hat, as she would spend her day in the underway and then at home. Afterwards she got to a guestroom to get Mare, who was already finished with his preparations and both went to the living room.
Once she was finished she went to her living room and found Enti, who jumped into her lap, and her breakfast. It was packed away neatly and steamed, filling the room with the smell of the food.
"Are you sure you can't eat with us, mom?" Enti inquired.
"Sadly yes. But I have the afternoon free. This means we can have a nice tea party and I can play and cuddle with all of my children." she beamed and gave Enti a final kiss, before casting "Gate".
She and Mare arrived at the 'forge' to witness the dwarfs slowly waking up and preparing for the day. Arachama would be greeted whenever a dwarf met her and she meanwhile slowly approached the council chamber. She and the elders had made an appointment to reinforce the convoy of Monga.
As she entered she found a tired, and thus an even grumpier, Belegar. He saw her and took a deep sip of his ale, before greeting her and offering some. She nodded and drank a bit, before snacking on her own breakfast and offering some of hers. Belegar declined after seeing insects. Mare on the other hand sat a bit aside and observed the situation, trying a bit of ale.l.
"I truly have changed, haven't I?" she asked herself, remembering how she used to eat steaks with high society.
It took some time for the other elders to gather, which Arachama, Mare and Belegar used to drink and eat in comfortable silence. But once they did, Gondo also appeared, looking dog tired.
"Good morning." Arachama greeted them all, only to receive questioning glances.
"What can we do for our ally?" Gondo inquired.
"I have two points. One would be beneficial for both of us. My loyal friend here is a druid and thus capable of magic…" she began and observed the annoyance flash over the faces of the dwarfs.
"He is also able to use "Message". That would enable us to establish more or less instant communication, as you would need to send messengers otherwise." she finished and observed that the annoyance was dissipating.
"That would be useful. We will welcome her in our halls. But could she also use her magic for the fires?" Belegar inquired.
Mare stepped closer to the center, looking diminutively.
"Ehem… Y-yes. I c-can use m-my m-m-magic to grow t-trees much f-faster. T-Thus I can help to p-p-provide firewood." he nodded
"That would be great. I can lead you to the guest quarters after the meeting." Another elder smiled, though it seemed a bit sadistic.
"T-thank you." Mare stuttered.
"You will do great, Mare." Arachama smiled at the floor guardian and gave him a bear hug.
After a short while, at least for her, she let him go and he retreated, trying to regain breath.
"The second point is more for Gondo and Belegar. My friend, as Belegar knows, will move towards Feo Berkana. It would be useful if both of them would accompany him there. I also think that it would be harder to transport a full throng, as it would consume extreme amounts of mana to transport them, if my friend was correct." she explained and Gondo lit up. Belegar looked at her though.
It took some time for Belegar, before he sighed.
"Let me get my anvil and warhammer. But the clan Firebeard is ready, if we encounter Quagoa. They need a hammerin' for Gondoric." he responded and left the room.
"I will gather my warhammer as well." Gondo grinned and rushed out of the room.
The other elder still glared at her.
"I promise, by my motherhood, that nothing will befall them." she swore, which relaxed the room.
She waited patiently until Gondo and Belegar returned. Gondo was now wearing chainmail armor, which went down to his feet. The feet meanwhile were covered in sabatons. Belegar on the other hand was wearing armor made of scales. All scales were made of adamantium and covered in runes. It was almost as well made as the armor of Gondoric. An elegant hammer was on his shoulders as straps held a heavy anvil. The anvil itself seemed to hum in power.
"I would really like to know how they work. But that is for another time." she thought as she heard the anvil hiss.
She didn't waste any time and casted "Gate" to Feo Jera.
→ Surshana-shrine / Leinas ←
It had been a grueling march, but finally they made it. They reached their destination, only for resignation to set in.
"How are we supposed to get the damn eggs?" she hissed by herself.
Sadly Fluder had heard her.
"I will use "Fly" and thus be able to get them. But we would need a distraction. I heard they are quite vicious." he smiled at her.
"At least one of us is in a good mood." she thought and looked at the 'hills'.
They were more like pillars and stretched high into the sky. Thorns covered the higher parts while the lower parts were as smooth as soaped metal. The worst part was that they were nearly vertical.
"Then we better wait until the break is over." Leinas sighed and relaxed.
"Indeed." Fluder replied.
→ Azerlisia Mountains / Arachama ←
The small group reached the destination with ease and reunited with Ainz and the convoy without problems. The normal dwarfs, which looked at Belegar with interest, observed them. But she stuck it with Monga, as he openly showed his undead form.
"Though the Incubus-form would probably not be better." she decided and gave him a hug.
"Good morning, sleepy head." she smiled at him.
"Good morning. What is going on?" he asked while one of his eyes flared up.
"Just felt like it." she smirked as she winked.
Monga visibly sighed and soon the group was ready to depart.
"Monga, before you go. Mare is on a permanent assignment. If you need to contact clan Firebeard, contact him over "Message"." she grinned as Monga facepalmed.
"Ok. But talk to me next time." he replied.
"I will think about it." she giggled as she loosened her grip on him. Afterwards she would observe the preparations in blissful silence.
The convoy was already finished when Arachama turned towards Zesshi, who was almost crushed in a hug.
"Mom, I need to be ready." Zesshi whispered, her cheeks red in embarrassment.
"What makes you think you are going? I distinctly remember that you were at my mansion before I opened the "Gate" yesterday." Arachama smirked, kissing her child on the forehead.
"But I am safe, mom. Pleeease?" Zesshi asked, using her puppy-eyes.
This tore Arachama at her core and she was rushing her thoughts.
"Is she truly safe though? What if there is someone stronger than Monga? But she is also almost an adult. Maybe this time? But what about the time I was placed in the slumber? But she survived that." she thought and frowned.
"Only if Monga agrees." Arachama caved in, with a sigh.
Immediately Zesshi ran off to Monga, while Arachama relaxed and observed everything.
After a short while Monga walked towards her.
"I can take care of her. Don't worry, Aracha." he promised the, still in her daydreams, arachne.
"Mhm. But if one hair is…" she threatened in jest.
"Don't worry. That will not happen." he reiterated and Arachama felt defeated.
Just as the convoy was finished, Arachama sneaked up on Zesshi and gave her a tight hug.
"Do you have a "Gate" scroll with you? What about your "Message" scroll? Here take this, so I know that you aren't in danger. And are you sure you can do this?" she fired the questions at Zesshi, who she felt nodding along.
"Then don't give me a heart attack, otherwise I will ground you for a year." she promised her daughter, who tensed up at this.
"Yes. mom. And thank you." her daughter replied and tightened the hug.
"Then I wish you an enjoyable journey." Arachama whispered and gave Zesshi a kiss on the forehead.
The hug still took some time, at least until Monga coughed into his hand and brought their attention back. Arachama loosened her grip on Zesshi and let her daughter slowly walk towards him.
"We just said good-bye." Arachama smirked and the eyes of Monga flared up.
"I saw that. Don't worry, all will work out." he promised again.
"I hope it's for the sake of Albedo and Shalltear." she smiled as the eyes diminished.
"But now I need to go. My daughters still need their lessons and the paperwork doesn't solve itself, does it?" Arachama said and casted "Gate" towards her mansion. She waved Belegar, Gondo and the others and sent a kiss to Monga, afterwards she stepped through the portal.
Once inside her mansion she decided that all her children needed a cuddle session.
→ Surshana-shrine / Leinas ←
It had taken some time for the task force under Leinas to recoup from their trip. But after eating lunch they felt ready and prepared.
The plan they were trying to use was for all, except Fluder, to make as much noise as possible and thus gain the attention of the female wyvern. Once said wyvern would attack Fluder would sneak to the nests and steal the eggs. When Enough were gathered they would destroy as many pillars as possible and use a "Gate" scroll to retreat to Arwintar.
It sounded like a good idea.
Fluder had just casted "Invisibility" and disappeared, when the soldiers banged shields and swords together. Later they also used the pots, in which they had cooked their lunch, as drums. This cacophony was enough and the wyvern were at it.
"It was a terrible idea!" Leinas decided in her mind, as she looked up.
The former clear and blue sky was black. The flapping of the wings echoed through the landscape. Screeching tore at their ears, even further aiding the cacophony of noise.
A few archers shot at the sky, to barely any result. The shielded infantry meanwhile raised their shields as the wind of the wyvern stopped the arrows and then, more through terrible luck than plan, fell back towards the formation. After the arrows fell the few wyvern, which were hit.
Leinas focused on the reptiles, as they began their attack in earnest. Some of them began to nosedive and reached them within seconds. But Leinas had trained with someone stronger than them and certainly learned a bit in that time.
She dodged and would cut the wings of the wyvern, leaving them on the ground for her soldiers to cut up.
Luckily the wyvern weren't smart enough and thus tried again and again. Leinas thus repeated her tactic with success.
"But I can't do this all day and all night. These numbers are tough." she thought, as she cut another wing at the stem. She looked up again as someone with a spear stabbed the throat of the wyvern. Leinas looked up and smiled.
A ray of red sunshine poked through the black mass.
"Not long anymore. We only need to buy a bit more time." She tried to encourage, and if the shouts back were anything to go by it was working.
"Firestorm" she heard and saw the rest of the wyvern blow up in flames. She herself retreated into the shielded formation as the cadavers fell to the ground.
Some of the men were crushed under the weight, but overall her force was still able to fight.
As she hadn't heard a cadaver crash onto the ground for a while she looked out of the formation to find Fluder landing close by. She walked over and saw him smirking.
"I knew you could hold your ground." he praised.
"Did you gather the eggs and are you ready to destroy this place?" Leinas shot back, her exhaustion lowering her mood significantly.
"I collected them all and brought them back to Arwintar…" Fluder responded and Leinas felt her face form into anger. Her right eye twitched and her fist formed itself.
"If you weren't serving my master…" she whispered.
"Yeah, yeah. But we better prepare to leave." he smiled and used a "Gate" scroll.
Just as Fluder, ten others and she were ready to leave, Fluder closed the portal.
"Something isn't right." Fluder said.
"What do you mean?" Leinas responded.
"My ability lets me spot beings, which can cast strong magic. One such individual is in that pillar over there." Fluder pointed towards the largest pillar in sight.
→ Surshana-shrine ←
The lone rider, after getting the information he desired, had relaxed. The silence inside the shrine was great. But in the morning the group he encountered began to enact their plan.
He found the idea quite smart, but it annoyed him, since he was sure to remember the blond woman's face.
"Where have I seen her?" he thought harder than before.
Suddenly memories shot in front of his mental eye.
He had tested the general Plumbus once, using cursed ogres. But this woman had killed them, cursing herself. After the general had failed his test the dullahan decided to forsake the potential candidate for Zurrernorn. He didn't keep tabs onto the woman, as he expected her to die soon after.
"But I seemed to have been wrong." he smirked.
He continued to observe them while he waited for them to leave the shrine.
Sadly the old man pointed his pillar out. Thinking the worst he thought about options.
"I could either go, but I don't want to leave my work behind. The amount of knowledge is too important. That leaves the fight. The chances are good as well. They are on a lower level, exhausted after fighting the majority of the day. Yeah, I better present myself." thought the dullahan as he placed his head onto his shoulders.
After placing his bastardsword and a 'Mirror of Remote Viewing' into his inventory and equipping a greatsword with flamberg elements, he opened the shrine.
The rumbling of stone got the attention of the enemies. Once he left he held the greatsword onto his back, ready to strike immediately.
"Such high guests. Fluder Paradyne and an imperial knight." he greeted in a sarcastic tune.
"Who are you?" the blond shot towards him.
"Should I? You know what. Let's anger them a bit." he thought.
"I am the leader of Zurranorn. A pleasure to make your acquaintance, former experiment. And how is your health doing after you slayed the cursed ogres?" he asked, rubbing the helmet where the knight's cursed eye would be.
The blond glared at him, while Fluder held her back at the shoulder.
"Not now. He is out of our league." he heard the old man whisper.
"And yet you pointed me out," he responded.
"I have a better question. How did you know what cursed me?" Leinas hissed, already preparing her spear and loosening the sword from the sheath.
"I was testing the general Plumbus. Then you intervened. I was thinking about helping you out. Either during the battle or with medicine. But your condition wasn't worth the effort. Simply put, you were nothing more than a spoiled brat playing adventurer." he snickered.
"So you…" Leinas eyes twitched.
"Yes. I observed the fight and didn't help. You wanted to live like an adventurer and you would die like one. Without any value to society." he grinned under his helmet.
He hated adventurers, as they made the humans weaker. They cleared the danger, which would weed out the weak from the valuable.
Now the blond charged and tried to hit his throat. Just on reflexes he dodged with ease.
"Teleportation"was used and in a swirl he appeared behind three of the remaining few soldiers.
With one swing he cut through their necks and the corpses and heads fell down.
One charged at him while the knight stopped in her tracks.
The dullahan took his greatsword to half swords and rammed it through the stomach. The chainmail stretched as the blade dug deeper and deeper into the midsection.
Then he punched downwards behind the soldier, catapulting the hilt upwards, ripping the chest open. As he grabbed the hilt the soldier was fell backwards to the ground.
"Fireball" he heard and used "Teleportation" again. He grabbed another secluded soldier and rammed the pommel into the throat, crushing it. The mentioned soldier slowly collapsed to the ground as the dullahan turned to his next target.
A larger than typical soldier took up position and the dullahan sighed as he walked closer.
Once he was close enough he kicked the shield down and did a strike from above, cleaving the skull in half. Afterwards he swiped the legs away from under the corpse.
The imperial knight charged and got closer. The dullahan parried the spear and punched into her gut, knocking her back a few feet.
Another soldier decided to use this chance and rushed from behind, stabbing him in the torso.
"If you try to attack like this, aim for the chest." The dullahan responded and used his clawed gauntlets while turning around, slicing the throat open and leaving wounds on the lower part of the face.
Again he used "Teleportation" while the knight stood up.
He appeared in front of the last two foot soldiers, which were already stabbing behind them in anticipation of his maneuver. He rammed his left hand into the one enemy throat while using the guard to stab through the other's eye socket.
"Now then. Shall we have some more fun? After all, I would be a terrible host, if you wouldn't get your money's worth, wouldn't I?" the dullahan smirked again as he slowly retreated his hand and guard out of the enemy.
→ Surshana-shrine / Leinas ←
Leinas was furious. The entire situation wasn't as planned. Blood boiled, her vision turned crimson red. Her teeth quenched so hard that she thought they would break every moment. The muscles were the only thing that was as usual.
"Praetorian Shield" Leinas heard and saw Fluder protection covering her. A fist was pressed against it. Leinas looked at the helmet.
Purple flames flared up behind the visor. She saw the minotaur pelt. The ease in which the enemy acted. Suddenly she felt something she had not felt since she fought against the ogres. She felt content.
"Bring it one, a**hole!" she shouted as she took her spear into reverse grip and grabbed her sword.
Suddenly the shield began to crack and Leinas jumped back, just in time before it shattered and dissolved.
The enemy fist then hit the ground, leaving a deep imprint.
"You think you already won? But in your bloodlust you gave me the resource I needed for my greatest magic. "Raise Undead Warriors"" Fluder casted and all the dead soldiers, which the beast had cut down, rose up again.
"Hahaha. Nice party trick. Now let me show you something much more interesting. I am sure you will love this. "Obey"." the enemy replied and Leinas saw Fluders face gaining a red tan.
The undead immediately turned around and formed up.
"You dare to sue my weapons against me?" Fluder shouted in anger.
"I could say the same. Tell me old man, what is the most important thing when doing necromancy?" the beast shot back.
"To have a strong will." Fluder hissed.
"No. You need a stronger will than the enemy necromancer or undead. Otherwise your tools get stolen. But now back to business." the monster threw in before reading his word.
Leinas though didn't wait and threw her spear and charged right behind it. The monster dodged the spear and Leinas immediately began to stab onto the foe. She used her anger as fuel and placed a stab followed by another stab and another stab and so on. The chest and torso were receiving stabs all over while the enemy didn't even move to block her. Suddenly the foe swung downwards and Leinas dodged.
Once the sword was dodged she suckerpunched the fully plated foe under the chin.
The head flew upwards and crashed onto the ground close by.
A purple flame shot towards the sky and laughter filled the area.
Leinas tried to fall back, when pain bore into the side of her chest. She looked down to find the enemy greatsword stuck into her side.
"Please, master, help me. I can't fight that monster" she begged in her mind as she fell backwards.
A black void creeped onto her vision, laughter filled the air. The last colored picture was how the undead attacked Fluder.
→ Arwintar Nazarick-mansin / Arachama ←
Arachama was just taking a break from teaching Arche, when an alarm went off. It was an item, which counterpart Arachne had given to Leinas. She didn't waste time.
"Monga, we have a problem. Are you ready?" she demanded.
"Waaah, yeah in a second." came the reply.
Arachama meanwhile got one of her chainmail jackets and threw it over.
"Mom, what is going on?" Arche inquired.
"Leinas is in trouble. Could you watch over the other children?" she asked her daughter.
"Yes, mom." Arche agreed as a portal appeared.
"What is.." Monga tried but Arachama was too fast and placed a hand on his shoulder and activated the necessary items.
It took a moment before Arachama realized that Monga had halted the time. While Monga was immediately dodging an attack, Arachama used the time to destroy the weak undead and heal Fluder. She then turned towards Leinas and glared at an offending weapon in her side.
"Aracha, get them to the mansion!" Monga ordered and Arachama didn't wait long to cast another "Gate", throwing Fluder and Leinas through and closing it afterwards.
"Monga, fall back, "Pyroclastic Wave"" she shouted.
Monga was just able to dodge the wave of hot air, molten rock and fire.
She looked around and was sure that the foe was defeated.
"Let's get back home and get our friends back up." she sighed.
"Yeah. But are you sure it is over?" Monga inquired.
"I don't wanna know for now." Arachama replied, hugging Monga.
"Then let's return to your mansion, "Gate". Ladies first." Monga smirked and they arrived back.
The mansion was in chaos, as war expected. The wounded were brought to two clean and clear rooms, where Pestonya was already taking care.
The wounds on Fluder had been deadly, but luckily she was able to heal them up. Arachama was also sure that he had less wrinkles in his face.
Leinas on the other hand was a completely different story. The greatsword was placed aside and Pestony had tried her best, but the wound did not close.
Arachama tried her best as well, but nothing worked. Leinas face grew whiter as the sheet.
"Seems like I will finally have peace?" she asked in jest and with the sigh her life left her body.
"Monga, can you?" Arachama asked, desperate as she didn't want to lose one of her friends.
"I have an idea. But I can't promise anything." Monga tried and Arachama left the room.
→ Azerlisia-Mountains / Gondo ←
The convoy was resting after Lord Ainz Ooal Gown had left them in a hurry. First Belegar was fuming, since he thought that this was a ploy. But he calmed down after seeing one of the wives of the skeleton walking around.
"Luckily he didn't say anything. I don't want to know what will happen then." Gondo sighed and sat down.
Belegar followed suit and both began to clean their equipment.
"What do you think could get our ally into such a haste?" Gondo inquired, hoping to learn something in terms of politics.
"I think it is the second wife he has, Arachama." Belegar theorized,
"What makes you so sure about that?" Gondo asked.
"He is the strongest amongst Nazarick, as far as I can tell. She is close to him in strength and relations. I think it must be either something strong against one of them or something important for one of them. Otherwise they wouldn't need to act." Belegar answered.
"So whatever took his attention isn't something we want to meet?" Gondo summarized.
"Yes. Whatever it was is something we hopefully never see. By the way, what rune is this and in which category does it fall?" Belegar quizzed Gondo as he drew a rune onto the floor.
They would do this for a while, though Gondo found that Belegar was showing him runes related to combat and anvils of doom.
Sadly the lesson was interrupted when Ainz Ooal Gown returned.
"I am sorry that it took that long. But Aracha needed help." Lord Ainz told them.
"We understand that you want to protect your kin." Belegar smiled and the group continued, none witnessing the question in Lord Ainzs eyes.
→ Arwintar Nazarick-mansion / Leinas ←
Sunlight tickled Leinas eyes and she would slowly open them. She looked around and found that she was in her room within the mansion. Beside her was her lady, sleeping with a bit of drool on her chin.
But her stirring had woken the lady up and Leinas was in a hug in short order.
"Are you ok? Nothing feels off?" Lady Arachama asked.
"All feels well, though the sunlight is stronger than usual." Leinas answered.
"It is night, Leinas." her lady looked away.
"What do you mean? Everything is looking as if it was a day." she replied.
"I am sorry, but that has to do with your circumstances…" Arachama tried and looked in another direction.
"What do you mean?" Leinas asked, leveling her eyes.
"You see, as Monga and I intervened, we brought you and Fluder to the mansion. Fluder is alive by the way. Pestonya was able to heal him. You on the other hand were cursed with an item called "Woundmaker". No one I know can heal an injury from an item like that. You died in this room a few hours ago. Sadly you can't revive someone that got hit that badly by that blade, thus we needed to be tricky." Arachama began.
"What do you mean by "I died"?" Leinas inquired, a bad feeling settling in her gut.
"You were dead. A corpse. Nothing we were doing helped. We only know the fertility of our action after we analyze the blade immediately after your death. But we were able to kind of revive you?" Leinas recognised the voice. It was the same voice her lady used when something isn't as it seemed.
"What happened afterwards?" Leinas asked.
"Well, revive is a strong word. Effectively we placed you into something similar to a revive and a stasis. Then we changed your species…" Lady Arachama told her and grabbed a mirror.
What greeted Leinas was something Leinas had problems to describe. The body was pale, her hair was white as well. Her figure, now that she looked at it, was covered in a comfortable, mono colored dress. Eye Bags were deeply black, with a trail towards her chin. Her skin everywhere looked like the one of a water corpse.
"What am I?" Leinas asked, fear in her voice.
"We used a special wand, which revives someone in a new body. A body which fits the person's circumstances the best. It gave you the form of a banshee." Lady Arachama explained and Leinas continued to observe further.
"What will happen now? I can't show myself like that…" Leinas wanted to know.
"Fluder already reported you dead, along with the other ten. As for you, you will rest for the night. Afterwards you will stay here until Monga officially comes here to meet with Roble and Baharut. He will bring books and other information about your new form. After that we have to look. I hope we will manage." Arachama explained and Leinas nodded.
"Thank you, my lady." Leinas responded.
"No, thank you for not being angry." Arachama sighed and gave Leinas a hug.
"At least I can serve my Lady more directly now." Leinas thought.
→ Arwintar Imperial-palace / Arachne ←
Arachne had spent quite an enjoyable time at the palace. Most of it was spent cuddling with Jircniv. But she also managed to bring a few ideas forward. Some of them in regards to the military, others regarding the economy or the intel network.
Luckily they scored a great victory today. Once Fluder had brought the eggs, the decoy was able to retreat. The only problem was the 'death' of Leinas Rockbruise. It irked Jircniv greatly that he only had two of his four imperial knights left.
Nimble tried to bring papers about potential candidates, but most were not promising enough. But Arachne couldn't just come around and propose some things here and now. Especially if it would 'look' like Baharut would be weak in comparison of the Sorcerer Kingdom.
Thus the current situation.
Jircniv was walking up and down the room. Nimble was standing outside the door. The food was already cooling off. Arachne meanwhile covered herself in a thick blanket.
"I need some kind of bodyguard." Jircniv sighed as he looked out the window, into the night.
"I remind you that I am a great caster and that we already have a plan anyways." Arachne threw in,
"I know, I know. But that doesnt.." Jircniv replied.
"Please come here, my love." Arachne asked.
Jircniv looked at her, she showed a bit of skin, he blushed and followed her plea.
"What is it, my pearl?" he inquired.
"We are already in the final part of the plan. The only thing you need to do is ask. Why not combine those two with the first day of arrival?" she asked, stretching her arms towards him.
He relaxed and sat down beside her and reciprocated her hug.
"Your right, but until then you will stay with me?" he said.
"Rrr. Of course, your majesty." she giggled as he kissed her on the neck.
They would continued to cuddle in silence until the candles were burned. Afterwards they fell asleep arms in arms.
→ Hideout close to Surshana-shrine ←
A back cracked and armor screeched as a body walked over the ground.
"Am I lucky. But the damage was still high. A new armor is necessary and my blade is gone. But I got confirmation. That is good."the dullahan thought.
He slowly moved onwards and managed to reach a hideout. There he changed and healed himself, as far as he could.
"Mark my words, Ainz Ooal Gown, by my blade will you all fall." the voice cackled.
AN: I hope you enjoyed the chapter. It was a tough one for sure. If you enjoyed it, please leave a comment/ review.
