Windu didn't understand, no one would understand. Obi-Wan sighed as he sat in the cockpit of his ship. Should he go with him? His former master said that he could help him. However, how can someone help him? He had given in. He was a slave of the Darkside again. He ran his hand through his hair and let out a breath. He then laughed to himself. Why was he thinking about this? He was a Sith, he shouldn't be worried about what other people think about him. He knows who and what he is.

Mace sighed. He will help Obi-Wan even if he doesn't want it. He should have been a better master to him. Obi-Wan was always quiet though and never shared his troubles. "When I get him back, I will be more helpful with that," Mace muttered to himself as he sat in his and Obi-Wan's shared apartment. "Obi-Wan," he tired through their shared bond. He knew Obi-Wan wouldn't answer but he had to try.

"Master, help me please but I don't want you to see me like this," Obi-Wan thought back. Mace sighed.

"I can't help if I can see you ObI-Wan, come home and we can work something out," Mace thought back.

"You can?" Obi-Wan asked. "I really need help, but I'm too far gone,"

"You are not ObI-Wan," Mace thought back. Obi-Wan didn't reply back. Mace sighed and pulled out a holobook.

Obi-Wan could not sleep, he kept thinking about what the Jedi would think of him. They would kill him, yes, but he could take them. He was powerful, never to be a Jedi. He lay awake on his ship. He could feel his former master through their bond but, why didn't he...

"Sleep Obi-Wan. You need it," Windu told him. Obi-Wan nodded slowly before he ran his hand over his eyes before he closed his eyes.

Mace didn't leave his room. How could he face anyone? His Padawan turned to the Darkside again. He could help him; he just doesn't know how. Maybe Yoda can help. Mace sighed as he stood up from his desk and walked to the front door. However, when he opened it, he let out a gasp when he saw Obi-Wan standing there. He was looking down. Mace felt shame inside him, but the Darkside was still flowing around him. He could sense the lightness, but it was masked so well that Mace knew that it would take a lot longer to save him this time.

"I…I don't know how you can save me; I don't need to be saved but I felt your presence and I wanted to be here," Obi-Wan said calmly but there was a hit of sarcasm in his voice. Mace sighed and let him into their apartment. Obi-Wan walked in but he kept his head down.

"We can try," was all Mace said before he watched Obi-Wan walk into his room.

Obi-Wan knew this was a mistake but what else can he do? All of his enemies were gone.

"Are we? You know you didn't kill me," Obi-Wan sighed. Maul was right, he just kicked him out and cut off his legs. He knew Maul would survive that. "Why don't you get some rest Kenobi?" Obi-Wan nodded but he didn't go to sleep. "Sleep Kenobi, you know I'll be right here," Obi-Wan felt his eyes drop before he fell asleep.

A/N: I'm sorry about the wait on this story. It's been a crazy start to the year, and I haven't been on the mood to write this story. Anyway, tell me what you think. Thank you for reading and I will see you next time. -Captain Voxland.
