A couple of weeks had passed, Sabrina had already gotten used to Hogwarts with the long corridors, then immense stairs and the large space, Sabrina already knew her school schedule by mind and even already had a routine in what she did each day, she was a careful and very quiet student so much so that she hardly communicated with the others except with Lily Evans, every time the teachers turned to look at her they saw her with the redhead, it was a very peculiar friendship from the teachers' point of view while Sabrina did not interact with anyone, Lily had made new friends very quickly, Lily had earned the appreciation of the members of her own house and the teachers while Sabrina only stayed on the sidelines, it was something strange since that the young girl with black hair had the components to be accepted at least by the teachers, she was intelligent, capable, resourceful, perceptive, sagacious and cunning but even so she did not seem to have the confidence to approach anyone, they saw her a couple of times talking to Lucius Malfoy but nothing more than that, James Potter was one of the most interested in the strangeness of that girl, "the imp of Gryffindor" as he had been named for his practical jokes and great pranks, in the short time he had been here he had formed a gang that helped him in his misdeeds, they called them "the marauders" the leader was clearly Potter but the second in command was surprisingly Sirius Black, after he was selected for Gryffindor it seemed that he stopped caring about appearances and what was important in him for the Black house and became one of the most problematic students of his year, after them was Peter Pettigrew who followed them wherever they went and helped them with whatever they asked, some nicknamed him "the puppet" for doing everything that Potter and Black tell him, then there is Remus Lupin, the last member of the group but surprisingly the most close to James and Sirius, Lupin is a more cautious and discreet boy, much less energetic than the others in his group, did not participate in any of the pranks that the boys made but neither did anything to stop them, these 4 children had become the headache of the teachers and had achieved fame in the corridors thanks to their impetuous "exploits", they had climbed at a very popular rank in which everyone wanted to be their friends and be with them as long as they didn't make jokes on them, there was only one person that James Potter had not been able to impress and that was Sabrina Snape, it was clear that the boy's ego had grown in great amount after all that admiration he received from others, Sabrina's denial of him had damaged his pride so the boy had set out to conquer her, many times during breaks or after class, Potter could be seen chasing her and that had become very annoying for Snape, with Potter constantly harassing her her level of irritation increased, James's attachment to her was so big that she stopped spending the afternoons in the castle and preferred to start venturing around the school grounds, those two had caused a lot of commotion from the moment they set foot in Hogwarts, something painful for Sabrina because she didn't like to attract attention but something fabulous for James who loved to attract attention "Could you leave me alone?" once Potter?" Sabrina said, getting mad since James had been following her for more than an hour. "Please, I'm just getting started," James said with his typical mocking and joking tone that was exhausting the black-haired girl's patience. "I'm not playing, I'm already tired of you Potter" the comment that Sabrina made more than affecting James seems to have motivated him "Well then you'll have to put up with me because I'm not going anywhere" James said proud of himself to which Sabrina gave him a look of fury but of a moment by moment her gaze became cold and lifeless as if she didn't notice the other's presence and so the next few weeks continued, James moving and fidgeting doing anything to get Sabrina's attention and she ignoring him as if he weren't there, That was a low blow for Potter but he knew how to pull himself together. "Do you want to play? Let's play," James whispered to himself maliciously. The following week he began to make all kinds of jokes to Sabrina to make her angry, making her look ridiculous in public and By humiliating her, it didn't take long for Sabrina to start responding to James. They began to send spells and have magic duels in the hallways. James didn't care if he got hurt as long as he had the black-haired girl attention. Sabrina Snape became the target for the main pranks of the marauders, although it was not an easy target, she knew what to respond with and there were times when she was even able to win the four of them, but the experience of seeing her upset by him was unmatched for James, Lily Evans began to get involved, Obfuscated by the unusual attitude of the boys against Snape, it began to become normal to see Sabrina and the four boys with a punishment or in the infirmary for a fight they had, in those moments Potter always took the opportunity to flirt with the black-haired girl who looked at him angrily and ignored any of the proposals he made to her. "I'm begging you, Sabrina, just give me one chance, just one." James had ruined the nickname Lily called her, it didn't sound the same and hearing it from the James' mouth irritated her greatly "Don't be absurd Potter, opportunity for what? You annoy me until you can't take it anymore and then you come out with this, you can take that offer of yours and shove it up your ass." James laughed loudly at Sabrina's insults towards him that in his ears were like compliments "How can you be so pretty and so rude?" James said flirtatiously to which Sabrina just grumbled and responded very seriously "I'm not going to date you Potter understand" but still the boy didn't stop, he continued and continued until Sabrina ended up adapting to this and taking him as part of her new routine but always rejecting Potter
