Bonzo excitedly grappled with his bag as he left the convenience store, snacks threatening to spill out. He managed to get all of his and Bree's favourite snacks, plus a few more just in case.
It was movie night with his girlfriend and he loved these nights. Cuddling on her sofa with snacks and watching something together, it's better than anything he'd experienced before.
When he knocked on the door, Bree answered almost straight away, full of her usual energy and bounciness.
"You'll never guess what I discovered!" she squealed with joy as she pulled him inside, Bonzo going willingly. "There's a site where people have been putting up movies that are dubbed in Zombie! We can watch our favourites in Zombie, which would be amazing because it would help me learn Zombie! How cool is that?"
Bonzo nodded and voiced his excited agreement. Bree's Zombie was pretty good anyway but he loved that she wanted to get better and learn more. Not only that, but she will actually try to converse with him in his own language, which most people didn't do because they knew he understood English (he wasn't bothered by this at all, but it was also nice that someone was willing to make the effort).
As they settled on the sofa, Bree pulling up the site while Bonzo spread out the snacks and covered them both with the blankets that were sat ready for them.
"What do you want to watch?" Bree asked, practically vibrating with glee.
Bonzo grinned brightly. He gently took the remote off of her and selected one of their favourite movies. His arms immediately wrapped around Bree as she leaned against him and the two of them sat back and enjoyed the movie.
