Author's Note: Came up with this idea after being inspired a half a decade ago. However was not able to fully flesh it out like I wanted back then. Managed to do so a few years later but never got around to start putting down into words until just now.

The Dragon continent is called such because viewed from high above in the sky. Where one can look down and see the entire continent as a whole to see that in its entirety it looks like a dragon. There are several small villages located on various islands scattered around the continental mainland. There off the coast of the region known as the Dragon's Head is one such island, that is one of the larger ones amongst them. Not the largest but at the same time neither the smallest either

A village exists where to live mostly self sufficient lives without much help from the mainland itself. Living off of their home island that has everything they need to survive and thrive for the most part. The island does it is visitors along with those who decide to make the island their home along with the natives who are those that descend from the first one to colonize the island.

The original settlers were those who fled the mainland because of all the creatures that lived on it. Mainly the various types of dragons that made the Dragon continent their home. Yet another reason why the continent is named after a Dragon is because of all the various types of dragons that can be found there amongst other legendary creatures that roam the lands and sky. The reason the people of the continent even know that it is shaped like a dragon is because dragons themselves can go up high enough into the sky to see such a sight in the first place.

Rumor has that various dragon races can assume humanoid forms but still display aspects of their dragonic abilities while within their human forms. It is thought that those with magical abilities have them because they have a dragonic family member somewhere within their lineage and/or are a dragon themselves. However most time it is merely those that have dragonic ancestry rather than them being a dragon themselves.

Inko was such a person who was fleeing from a dragon that was attacking her home village and went missing for nine months. When she was discovered again washed up on the shore of the island. She had no memories of the last nine months and was very protective of the baby boy she had been found with. One that she claimed as her own son and would raise him as such.

Naming the baby boy Izuku as he grew up to be a ten year old that was somewhat short for his age, his round face framed by a short mess of fluffy dark-green hair which sticks up at odd angles around his head, casting noticeably dark shadows onto itself. His eyes are large and somewhat circular, their irises the same green color as his hair, which at times is very watery, usually stretched quite wide, giving him an innocent appearance. He has a set of four symmetrical freckles in diamond formations, one on each cheek, but despite these prominent traits, he's often described by others as being plain-looking.

This boy was typically wearing a green and white variety of typical clothing for otherwise normal villagers with a pair of gloves that he also wore on his hands. Because a number of the villagers descend from those that were flee dragons it was rather common for a large majority of the villagers to develop some sort of ability more offer than those on the mainland would.

Izuku has grown up hearing stories told about the All Might the wanderer symbol of peace and his party. They went around the Dragon continent to save everyone they could and right whatever wrongs that were within their power to do so. Tales of All Might deeds even reach the villages that existed on the various islands like Inko's and Izuku's. With him always going on about how he was one day going to become just like All Might and save people with a party of his own.

Though shortly after Izuku had turned ten, he would indeed go about saving someone.

A five year old girl with bluish, off-white hair, messy and unkempt, which is parted in the middle of her forehead, almost reaching down to her waist. She has very wide, innocent-looking eyes, which are bright red. Poking out from the right side of her forehead is a small, brown horn. She was wearing just a plain white shirt that large enough to reach to her ankles.

The fear he saw on her face when the person who claimed they were her guardian had come from her from the wooden area from she had first run into Izuku. Cause a chill to run down his spine. She was called to come over to him and be her this when something within Izuku came him to grasp the girl close to him with one arm. A grasp that held her close to him in a secure manner that made it so she could slip away from him but not too tight that it would harm her. Then with his other arm seemingly on instinct pressed against a nearby tree and launched himself with a force that shocked everyone including himself.

It was a force that was so powerful it left his arm in shambles as a result though going purely on instinct alone once again noticing that her guardian was not let up and did the same thing only this time with his legs. Launching himself into the village where he crashed and landed on someone who managed to catch him.

The girl's guardian was still there tail but the one that Izuku had crashed into was none other the All Might himself as he had wandered to the island that Izuku called home along with his mother.

The girl's guardian not wanting to deal with the wanderer symbol of peace attempted to flee but it was useless at this point as they were quickly dealt with in a single blow by All Might who seemed rather pissed upon getting a good look at them.

Eri as Izuku learned the girl's name was in the end was left in the care of Inko after All Might left to go deal with her guardian. Her ability activated and managed to heal Izuku however she did not have control and it took a member of All Might's party who had an ability to cancel out those of others to get Eri's back under control. The reason she was left in Inko's care was because Izuku needed her. She was able to control her ability when it came to helping Izuku who needed to train to control his own strength now.

Whatever awoke in him was too powerful for him to control at the moment yet he was determined to get it under control and Eri declared she was going to help. The two were very stubborn about this thus in the end All Might just convinced Inko and his party to leave them be. Her former guardian was captured and with that, the last person that she had to worry about was in custody. The rest of his group had already been taken care of before he attempted to flee to here to attempt to lie low with Eri.
