The sun rose over Petropolis the birds were singing and a familiar dog was trying to get into his former partner's apartment.
"Kitty! Let me in!" Dudley said.
"HEY! DUMB DOG SHUT UP!" One of the occupants of the building shouted as they tossed weights at Dudley.
"Whoa! Who throws weights at people!" Dudley said.
"SOMEONE WHO HAD THEIR APARTMENT EITHER DESTROYED OR WRECKED BY YOU!" The same person who threw the weights answered.
Meanwhile inside Kitty's apartment.
Kitty was in the bathroom finish getting ready for the day.
"there I'm ready for another day of fighting crime." She said.
"The bathroom is yours Ash!" Kitty said
"Thanks, Kitty." Ash said.
Ash entered the bathroom while the she-cat went to the intercom.
"Dudley I'm letting you in." Kitty said.
"Please hurry!" Dudley replied.
As she lets him in.
The dog had more purple spots than black spots.
"Someone was throwing stuff at you again?" Kitty questioned.
"Yes! Your next-door neighbor!' Dudley answered while yelling.
"Now! Where is the living candy dragon at?" he questioned.
"first off its name is Goodra second it's not made of candy and third it'll just send you to the hospital again." Kitty said.
"No, but it looks like it's made of candy." He answered
"Fourth I'm no longer your partner anymore." Kitty told him.
"You aren't?" Dudley questioned.
"You don't remember? do you?" Kitty questioned.
"No." Dudley said.
"I'm Ash's partner and your new partner is my clone." Kitty told him.
"Oh, right." Dudley said.
Then Ash came out of the bathroom.
"Alright, I'm ready." He said.
"Let's go and Dudley here." Kitty said as she handed the dog a bus card.
"A bus card?" Dudley questioned.
"You need it because you will ride it while Ash and I take the Tuff car." Kitty answered.
"Aw, but there are weirdos on buses." Dudley said.
"Beside you?" Kitty said.
"Please don't make me take the bus." Dudley pleaded.
Kitty picks up Dudley and carries him out of her and Ash's apartment, she then locks it.
"No." She said.
"He refusing to take the bus?" Ash questioned.
"Yes." Kitty answered as she and Ash enter the elevator.
"That guy is very childish." Ash said.
"Yep, ever dealt with someone like that?" Kitty said.
"Oh, you have no idea." Ash said.
As the two talk, Dudley has to take the stairs.
"So many stairs." Dudley said.
The elevator doors open to the parking garage.
"Maybe we can ask the chief if Dudley and your clone have their own car so that he doesn't complain." Ash said.
"I'm sure Chief is assigning a car to them and getting Karen her own place." Kitty answered as they got in the car.
"Cool." Ash said.
As they drove off Dudley finally reached the parking garage.
"Finally made it." Dudley said.
He then sees that Kitty and Ash have left without him.
"Great, now I have to take the bus." Dudley said.
At T.U.F.F. HQ.
'For an undercover program, they aren't doing a great job hiding their headquarters.' Ash thought.
"Alright, we should head to the chief's office." Kitty said.
"Right." Ash said as he followed the she-cat inside the building.
Soon enough they stood outside of the chief's office.
Kitty knocks on the door.
"Enter!" The chief's voice said.
Ash opens the door for Kitty.
"What a gentleman." Kitty said.
"My mom did teach me a few things." Ash said as he followed.
They walk up to the chief's desk.
"Good morning Agents Katswell and Ketchum." Chief said.
"Morning chief." They both said.
"Where's Agent Puppy?" Chief questioned not seeing the pain in the rear-end dog.
"He had to take the bus." Kitty said.
"Ah good I can enjoy the peace for a while longer." the Chief said.
"so what should we do?" Ash questioned.
"Your mission is to go undercover in the black market." Chief answered
"There's a black market?" Ash questioned.
"Yes, there is a new brand of catnip from what Keswick found out of the sample we got yesterday it has a whole different effect on she-cats." Chief answered
"What type of effect?" Ash questioned.
"Before I answered that question let me ask you how old are you?" Chief asks back.
"Eighteen, Sir." Ash said.
"Okay, this catnip put the she-cats into early heat, and unlike the normal heat the she-cats will allow anyone to have "help" them get rid of it either by free choice or by force." Chief answered as he placed a normal-sized folder on the desk.
Kitty's eyes widen in horror.
"What?" Ash questioned.
"By force, I meant the she-cats would force themselves on a male regardless of age." Chief answered as he hopped up and opened the folder.
In the folder is a picture of a grey and black fur she-cat with brown hair she wore glasses.
"This is the first victim of the catnip her name is Jennifer Ketera she uses the nip thinking it's the over-the-counter stuff to help her with her heat but a few minutes later she had unprotected relationships with a thirteen-year-old male wolf." the Chief said.
"That's horrible." Kitty said in shock.
"That's not the worst part of it the girl's parents disown her and she refuses to terminate her pregnancy, luckily for Jennifer, the wolf's parents take her in as long she agrees to marry their son." Chief said
Ash's fists tightened so much that they started to bleed a little.
"So far she is happy, but if we don't stop this Catnip from hitting the streets who knows what problems it will cause." Chief said.
"What are our undercover identities?" Ash questioned.
"Kitty's is an arms dealer named Hilda Ironfang, and yours's a gunsmith named Rex McStorm but since there aren't any other humans you have to use a new device called an image-inducer." the Chief answered.
'Until we arrest The Chameleon again and take his suit so Keswick creates one for you.' the Chief thought.
"How do I use it?" Ash questioned.
"Keswick will tell you." Chief answered.
Soon said scientist walked into the office.
"Good morning agents." Keswick said.
"hey Keswick how do I use this?" Ash questioned while showing the device to Keswick.
The device looks like a wristwatch, Keswick shows Ash how the device works.
Soon enough Ash was covered in a bright light and when the light died Kitty couldn't help but blush at what she saw.
He appeared to be a gold-brown and black jackal with brown hair while wearing an all-black outfit.
'Oh my gosh, he looks so handsome.' Kitty thought.
Ash try to touch his new muzzle but only to have his hand go through it.
"Wow, you really couldn't tell that it wasn't real." Ash said.
"Well, until we arrest The Chameleon and take his suit you have to use holographic disguises, while the holographic disguise follows your body movement you cannot eat or drink with it." Keswick said.
"Okay then." Ash said.
"I'll tell you about The Chameleon later." Kitty told Ash.
"Okay." Ash said.
"Good luck agents." Chief said.
As they leave.
The familiar dog agent walks into the office.
"Finally made it!" Dudley said.
"And the peace is over, Keswick go get Agent Puppy's new partner." Chief said.
"On it Chief." Keswick said.
"AND MAKE SURE SHE HAVE A CAR!" Dudley shouted.
After an hour Keswick came back.
"What took so long?" Dudley said.
"Well, obviously she had to get dressed." Keswick said.
Karen looks at her partner.
The she-cat is wearing a grey version of Kitty's outfit.
"So he's my partner?" She questioned.
"Yes." Keswick Answered the question while the Chief gave the odd animal a questioning look.
"I had to make sure that she's not a carbon copy of Agent Katswell so the only type of memories that she has are the basics of how to live and how to do her job." Keswick said.
"Good the last thing we need is an identity issue when she runs into Agent Katswell." Chief said.
"So, what's the mission?" Karen questioned.
"Birdbrain is planning on stealing an untested wing growth drug." the Chief answered.
"We'll stop him, Chief." Dudley said.
The brain-dead dog rushes out of the office.
"Is he always like this?" Karen questioned.
"Yes." Chief and Keswick answered.
With Ash and Kitty.
They have to use one of the T.U.F.F. safe houses as their hideout Kitty went upstairs to change her appearance.
'I can't believe someone is doing this to my fellow she-cats.' She thought.
She had chosen a toxic purple wig and an outfit that was more fitting to her role.
'I really hope that I don't get any perverted looks.' Kitty thought.
'Who am I kidding.' Kitty thought as she changed clothes.
After a while, she comes out fully dressed.
Kitty now wears the wig, and a blood-red shirt over it a black coat, cream-colored cargo pants, and black high heel sandals.
"Ash, are you ready?" Kitty questioned.
"Ready as I'll ever be." Ash answered as he packed a few weapons that they might need.
"let's go then." Kitty said.
Ash opens the door for her.
"Thanks." Kitty said before getting in the car.
"No problem I thought need them to keep up our disguises and backstories." Ash said.
"Right so give me your bad guy impression." Kitty said.
Ash thought about every villain he had faced.
Then he gets an idea.
He clears his throat.
"I'm sure you won't want our deal to be known." Ash said in his best villainous voice.
"Wow, that was pretty good." Kitty said.
"Thanks." Ash said as Kitty started the car.
As they drive off.
"If T.U.F.F. Knows where the black market is at then don't you shut it down?" Ash questioned.
"It's not as easy as you think those in the black market have some members who have dirt on both the mayor and the city council which ensures that it doesn't be shut down." Kitty answered.
"I see." Ash said.
"What shouldn't I do once we get there?" the Pokemon Trainer turn spy questioned.
"Just don't act out of place like don't do anything a hero would do." Kitty said.
Ash eye-roll at that.
After an hour of driving, they arrived at their destination.
The black market is a row of warehouses.
"We're here." Kitty said.
"Try to keep body contact as short and small as possible." Kitty added.
"Right." Ash said.
The duo walks towards the first warehouse where two rhinos are standing guard.
"They can't keep letting everyone in." Kitty said in a low tone.
"Yeah." Ash said.
The duo reach the rhinos.
"Password?" The one on the left questioned.
Kitty speaks up.
"Honor among thieves is honor under the sea." Kitty answered in a different voice.
"Go right in." The rhino said as he ge opened the door.
'Why do I feel like that is more fitting for a mermaid anime?' Ash thought as he and Kitty walked in.
Ash then takes a look at his surroundings.
There were stands like one would see in RPGs.
"We'll need to be careful." Kitty said.
Ash nods.
As they walk.
Ash could see some of the stands sell everyday items most likely stolen.
'Man, they even try to rip off other criminals.' He thought.
The duo reaches a stand that has questionable medical supplies.
"You think that's our target?" Ash whispered.
"No, they are just a seller we're looking for the suppliers who will lead us to whomever is creating the nip." Kitty whispered back as two shady cats went to the stand.
"Do you have it?" One cat questioned.
"We have some questions." One cat said.
"Let's see how this plays out." Kitty whispered.
As the conversation continues.
"What do you want?" the bat behind the stand questioned.
"Recently we heard of a new type of catnip that throws female cats into a heat-like frenzy forcing themselves on anyone regardless of age and this isn't very good for our boss so he wants answers." The first cat said.
The bat tossed the table he was using as a stand he then turned around and flew towards the entrance.
But he doesn't get very far as a bullet hits his wing, causing him to fall to the ground.
The two cats walk towards the down bat.
"You're not going anywhere." the first cat said.
"That went south fast." Ash said.
"Yeah." Kitty said.
The two T.U.F.F. agents rush the two cats.
The first cat is tackled to the ground by Ash.
Ash nearly went for one of his PokéBalls but remembered where he was at.
'Alright, I'll just do this the old-fashioned way.' He thought.
Ash punches the cat in the ribs.
The cat Ash tackled clutches his chest in pain.
Kitty Katana chops her cat.
The cat immediately falls to the ground.
Then both T.U.F.F. agents felt a powerful shock.
The last thing Ash sees before passing out is a figure holding a taser.
"Let's take all three to the boss!" was the last thing Kitty could hear.
She wakes up an hour later only to find herself tied to a chair.
She checked herself to see her disguise was removed but unlike Dawn and Misty, she had her workout clothes on underneath.
'where's Ash?' She thought
Next to her on the left is Ash but his disguise was turned off.
'They must have taken his disguise device.' Kitty thought.
Then five cats walk into the room.
"Ah, I see that you're awake ma'am." One cat said.
"If you know what's good for you! You'll let me and my partner go and hand over the bat!" Kitty said.
"First off the bat is currently busy with our boss and second, you aren't going anywhere until you answer a few questions, MS. Katswell." The cat said.
"If you already know who I am then you have to know what type of trouble you and your boss will be in if my partner and I don't report in!" Kitty said.
"Oh we are definitely aware but our boss isn't worried about that however we were surprised when we saw that your partner wasn't a white-furred dog." The cat said.
"And not a very bright one at that." Another cat said.
"Me and that dog aren't partners anymore, so let us go now!" Kitty shouted.
"Can't do that the boss would like to have a "talk" with you and that hairless monkey." The first cat said.
Soon Ash wakes up.
"What happened?" He questioned.
"Ash, are you okay?" Kitty questioned.
"Yeah, I'm fine I don't know about my image inducer." Ash answered.
"These guys took it." Kitty said.
"I meant it might be damaged from the shock." Ash said as he was the two cats that tried to grab the bat with three others.
"Oh." Kitty said.
Then a blueish-grey furred tom cat who missing an eye if the eyepatch is any clue, half of his left ear is missing, he wears a black suit walks in.
"I see that they're awake." He said.
Kitty and Ash give the cat a heated glare.
The cat grabs a chair and sits down.
"I hope my men didn't mistreat you." The tom cat said.
"If you call getting tased being mistreated." Kitty said.
"My men have the right to defend themselves besides it's better than them shooting you down." The cat said.
"Who are you?" Kitty questioned.
"Hmm, it looks like T.U.F.F.'s intel is a bit outdated." The tom said.
"She asked you a question." Ash said.
"I'm Dean Kastle head of the Cat cartel, also known as Mr. Meow!" Dean told them.
Kitty's eyes widen.
While Ash has a confused look on his face.
"Kitty, are you okay?" Ash questioned.
Kitty looks at the human and realizes that Ash doesn't know who the tom cat in front of them is.
"He's one of the biggest mob bosses in Petropolis." Kitty said.
"Oh." Ash said now realizing how bad things could get while bringing out his Pokemon would be a good idea, however, he and Kitty didn't know how many cartel members were there or where they were.
"What do you want with us?" Kitty questioned.
"Believe me or not we have a common enemy for now." Dean answered.
"You mean that new catnip?" Kitty questioned.
"Yes, mainly those that create it." Dean answered.
"And who would that be?" Kitty questioned.
"I don't know the bat isn't talking." Dean answered.
"I see so why grab us then?" Ash questioned.
"One, my men didn't know you both were T.U.F.F. agents, they thought you were with the bat, two, if my men didn't bring you here you would have put an APB for my men which would make the creator of this accursed Catnip go into hiding or leaves the country." Dean answered.
"Alright, but what I don't understand is why you're after these guys too?" Kitty questioned.
"Because I'm the grandfather of Jennifer Ketera, also that stupid law." Dean answered.
Kitty's eyes widen at the granddaughter's name.
"What law?" Ash questioned.
Dean turns to him.
"He doesn't know every law of Petropolis and I have to agree what law are you talking about?" Kitty said.
"If any species becomes too much problem for all of Petropolis law enforcement then that species is hereby banished from Petropolis." Dean told the human.
Ash and Kitty's eyes widen at that information.
"You can see that this nip is more dangerous than you thought." Dean said.
"Yeah." Kitty said.
"While my former foolish daughter disowned my granddaughter I disowned her and renowned my granddaughter, but if this nip isn't stopped all forms of cats will have to leave Petropolis unless we work together!" Dean tries to make that line epic and impactful but the blow-up of Jennifer as a kitten doesn't help.
"You know that would have looked more epic if not for the picture of his granddaughter." Kitty muttered.
"I know." Ash muttered back.
"So, will you work with me?" Dean questioned.
"Depends." Kitty said.
"On what?" Dean questioned.
"First we get our belongs back." Kitty started.
"Done." Dean said.
One cat brings Ash's image-inducer to him while another two entire them.
"Thank you." Ash said before turning on his disguise.
"I thought you wouldn't want to get dressed in front of everyone." Dean answered Kitty's unspoken question.
"So, you already have somewhere for me to get dressed in private?" Kitty questioned.
"Yes, my granddaughter's room." Dean answered as a she-cat walked towards Kitty.
"Please follow me." She said.
Kitty follows the she-cat.
"so you have a different partner huh?" The she-cat questioned.
""Yes, thank the heavens for that." Kitty answered.
"I've never seen a hairless monkey before." The she-cat said.
"It very rare genetic trait." Kitty lied.
"I see still he's actually kinda cute." the she-cat said.
"Yes, yes he is." Kitty said as the she-cat opened the door for her.
"Here you are just let me know when you're done and I'll take you back to the boss." The she-cat said.
"Thank you." Kitty said as she walked into the room.
The room itself is fitting for a Teenage she-cat.
As she gets dressed.
It didn't take her long to get dressed.
"I'm done." Kitty said.
She steps out of the room wearing her disguise.
"Well let's head back to the boss and your partner." The she-cat said.
The two she-cats make their way back to the office.
"So, what's your name?" Kitty questioned.
"Why do you need to know?" the she-cat questioned.
"Just curious." Kitty said.
"Nice try law girl." The she-cat said
"What do you think I'll try to look you up on the internet?" Kitty questioned.
"More like T.U.F.F. database." The she-cat said.
"Right, like we have data for the biggest crime boss in the city and the people he hires, the chief is too afraid to even try to get pictures of the guy." Kitty said.
"I meant so you can check out my criminal record before I join the cartel." the seh-cat said.
"Like I'd have time to do that." Kitty said.
"Fine, my name is Rose James" the now named Rose said.
"It's nice to meet you Rose." Kitty said.
"Whatever." Rose said as they entered the office.
"Ah, you're back." Dean said.
"Yes, where's the bat?" Kitty questioned.
"Follow me." Dean said.
They follow Dean.
Soon they come to a door.
One of the cats opens the door.
They see the bat.
So far the bat hadn't been harmed Kiity looked at Dean.
"I'm surprised that you didn't beat the information out of him." She said.
"That's just it we don't know if he's telling the truth or just saying something to stop the pain." Dean said.
"Let me try something." Ash said.
"Ash, do you need to use any of your special equipment for this?" Kitty questioned while not saying that would give away what else Ash has.
"And you know we can't allow non-T.U.F.F. members to see it." Ash said.
"Right." Kitty said before pushing everyone out.
"Very well." Dean said as help Kitty the door and then close it.
Soon Ash and the bat are alone.
"Oh, did the poor kitty cats need a mutt's help." the bat said in a male voice.
"Do you know just how many lives you're ruining with your drug?" Ash questioned.
"Big deed, rich people ruining lives as well." the bat said.
"Did you this drug caused a girl to be disowned by her parents?" Ash questioned while giving off a soft blue glow.
"HEY! That's the difference between me and some of the others I don't sell to kids under the age of eighteen!" The bat said.
"What about when she went after a 13-year-old?" Ash questioned.
"We'll do something for a living I'm just the seller I don't ask questions from either the people I get the stuff from or selling it to." the Bat said.
"At the cost of getting every cat in Petropolis banished from their homes?" Ash questioned with the glow intensifying.
"Wait! you mean that's law is for real?" The bat question is back.
"Yes, and if you don't help us a lot of people will be taken from their homes men, women, and children do you want that on your conscious?" Ash questioned.
"Could you hand me a piece of paper and something to write with." The bat said
As Ash does so.
The bat takes the piece of paper and writes down what Ash wants.
"here believe it or not I don't want children to suffer because of me." The bat said.
"Trust me with what you just did no kid will suffer because of this nip." Ash said
Soon Ash leaves the room.
"I get it." Ash told them
This surprises Dean and his crew.
"That was quick." one cat said.
"Apparently there are lines that some people don't cross for the bat he would never make children suffer." Ash said.
"We better fully plan our attack I don't want one who knows how to create this nip to live!" Dean said.
"Whoa that escalated quickly." Ash said.
"Dean I understand how you feel but we should save killing him as a last resort." Kitty said.
"With all due respect but letting anyone with the knowledge of creating the nip live is too dangerous." Dean countered.
"Sorry but it's T.U.F.F protocol but how about this if we can't arrest them then you can take them out." Kitty said.
"Far enough but I can't promise if one of my cats won't kill them if we reach them first." Dean said.
"Fine." Kitty said.
A few hours later.
"Are we ready yet?" Dean questioned.
"Yes." his cats answered.
"You agents ready as well?" He questioned.
"We are." Ash answered.
"Then let's go." Dean said.
Everyone went to their vehicles.
"This is going to be intense." Ash said.
"Just don't try doing a one liner like in action movies." Kitty said.
"Did Dudley try doing that?" Ash questioned.
"More times than you will ever know." Kitty answered.
"How did you not snap while working with him?" Ash questioned.
"Because of the people we were after kept attacking us." Kitty answered.
"Good point, at least you don't have to deal with that anymore." Ash said.
"True that." Kitty said.
"That reminds me I wonder how your clone is doing with Dudley." Ash said.
With the comic relie... I mean the other T.U.F.F. agents.
"Freeze! Birdbrain!" Karen said
"You too late Agent... wait you're not Agent Katswell! What happened? did the dumb dog finally get her killed or drive her insane?" the blue running bird questioned.
"Actually she got a new partner and Keswick cloned me to replace her." Karen said.
"Okay, that would be something you shouldn't tell people." Birdbrain said.
"Yeah well you're the one that asked." Karen said.
"By far you're better and smarter than my henchmen." Bird Brain said.
"Thanks I guess?" Karen said in confusion.
"Who." Owl said.
"Don't you start Owl." Birdbrain said.
"Where?" The bat said
"I see you what you mean now." Karen said.
Back with Ash and Kitty.
"Since the Chief hadn't called us to give them backup then they're doing fine." Kitty said
"Right." Ash said.
Then the convoy stopped.
"what's going on?" Ash questioned.
"I don't know." Kitty answered.
They see Dean getting out of the lead car.
"WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THIS!?" The mob boss questioned in a furious tone of voice.
"Sir some of the cars can't go off road." One cat said.
Dean couldn't blame his cats since in their choice of vehicles
"How should we remedy this problem, sir?" The cat questioned.
"Find the closest vehicles for sale make sure they can go off road and catch to us." Dean said with a deadpan look.
"Yes sir." The cat said.
Then 1/3 of the convoy pulled out their phones.
"What's going on?" Kitty questioned.
"Some of my cats' vehicles can't go off-road." Dean answered,
"I see." Kitty said.
"They will catch up once they get some off-road vehicles." Dean said.
"Okay then." Kitty said.
Those who don't have off-road vehicles move out of the way.
"We're back on the road." Kitty said.
"Yep." Dean said.
As they continue.
The smaller convoy stops six miles away from a compound.
"We're here." Dean said.
"I am guessing we're going on foot for the rest of the way?" Ash said since it was the go-to in most spy movies.
"Yep." Dean said.
Ash looks around and nothing happens.
'Huh? I guess Team Rocket didn't somehow follow me there there's new.' Ash thought.
"Ash, are you okay?" Kitty questioned.
"I was expecting my three pains in the rear end to show and you know." Ash answered.
"I see." Kitty said.
Ash went to the rear of the T.U.F.F. Mobile.
"alright let's prepare ourselves." He said.
Ash pulled out of the duffel bag he had packed earlier.
"Alright, how do you think this will go?" He questioned.
"If no one from the Blackmarket had warned them we just have to sneak in take out their defends and you guess the rest." Dean answered.
"Right." Ash said.
One of the cats pulls out a spotter scope.
"What do you see?" one cat said.
"So far no guards." the cat with the spotter scope answered.
"That's weird." The other cat said.
"No, it could be a trap the person who is running this compound wants us to walk in and take us out before we could do the same." Dean said
"possibly let me try something." Ash said.
Ash then pulled a pair of gloves and fake glasses from the duffel bag.
"What's he doing?" A cat questioned.
"It's an experimental T.U.F.F. scanner." Kitty lied.
"I see." The cat said.
Ash use his aura.
"I see about twenty or fifty people in the compound." Ash said.
"What about around the area?" Kitty questioned.
"Looks like a patrol of at least four or five guards and a sniper." Ash said.
Then a cat with a sniper rifle walk up
"Where's the sniper at?" The cat asks.
"He's on the right corner of the roof." Ash said.
The cat aimed their sniper rifle at the right corner and fired.
"Sniper taken care of." The cat said.
Ash stay quiet.
"Ash you okay?" Kitty questioned.
Ash gives her a look.
"Oh right sorry, my bad." she said.
"It's fine." Ash said.
"Where are the guards?" The sniper cat questioned.
Ash tells him.
And like before the sniper cat killed them.
"Tangos down." He said.
"Good job." Dean said.
"Let's move in." Kitty said.
They did so the group walked towards the compound.
"Be careful we don't know what type of firepower they have." Dean said.
Everyone nodded.
As they enter the building.
They had to break into small groups.
"So how are we doing the groups?" Ash questioned.
I'll go with one group you go with another." Kitty answered.
"Alright then be careful." Ash said.
"We both have to be." Kitty said.
As they split up.
Some of the groups find storage rooms full of nip and they set bombs in the room.
"Soon, this nip will just be a memory." Dean said.
"Yes, sir the bombs will go off once we are at a safe distance." one of the cats said.
"Good." Dean said.
With Ash's group
"I see someone in the room on the top floor." Ash said.
The sniper cat from before line up a shoot.
"Wait it might be the one who's in charge." Ash said.
"Even more reason to take the shot." The cat said
"But we need to make sure they aren't able to escape besides if you take them out now it'll alert the rest of the compound." Ash said.
"Good point." the cat said lowering the rifle.
"Besides a few more people are surrounding them." Ash said.
"Then it might not be the boss or the creator." The cat said
"Actually the room they're in looks like an office and one of them is sitting behind a desk." Ash said.
"Let's go!" one of the cats said.
As they move.
Once they reach the door they could to guards at the door.
"All alright on three." Ash said.
The cats nodded.
"1, 2, 3!" Ash said.
Four cats rush the guards.
One cat punches a guard in the face.
The sheep guard punches back
Another cat tackles a guard.
That cat pulled a small wooden club and started beating on the another sheep guard.
Ash meanwhile heads towards the one behind the desk.
The remaining cats follow him.
"Who are you?" The one behind the desk questioned.
"I'm with T.U.F.F. and members of the Cat carte." Ash answered.
The one behind the desk stared in shock.
"And you are?" Ash questioned back.
The guy tries to run.
One of the cats pulled out a gun and blasted the guy's kneecap.
Ash covers his mouth to muffle his screams of pain.
He gives the cat a dirty look.
"Are you the boss of this operation?" Ash questioned
"No! I'm just the overseer for the compound!" The badger answered.
"Then where's the guy in charge?" Ash questioned.
"I don't know they video call and make sure that their identity isn't known." The badger answered
Ash growls.
"Listen, my friends here are fully committed to killing everyone here, so unless you can give us something useful, I can't be held responsible for what happens next." Ash said.
"I'm just in charge of the compound not the operation." The badger said.
"I guess that means that my friends can do what they want with you." Ash said.
Ash started to walk out of the room.
"Wait don't leave me with them!" The badger pleaded.
"We have a deal and their boss wants the nip and those who are contracted to the nip gone." Ash said.
"No, please!" The badger pleaded as Ash closed the door.
The cats get closer to the badger.
Soon, the badger's muffled screams could be heard.
Ash search the other rooms close to that one.
'There's got to be something.' He thought.
Ash went into the first room.
He takes a look around.
So far Ash keeps finding living quarters.
"Why are there so many living quarters?" He questioned.
Then he heard something.
"What was that?" Ash questioned.
He then uses his Aura abilities and sees a group of something hiding in a wardrobe.
He goes to the wardrobe and opens it.
There are children around Bonnie's age.
"Why are there kids here?" Ash questioned.
The kids didn't answer him.
"Don't worry I won't hurt you." Ash said reassuringly.
"You're not with the bad badger man?" A small grey mouse boy questioned.
"No in fact he can't hurt you anymore." Ash said.
"Where are our mamas and papas?" a light orange fox girl questions.
"I don't know but I promise we'll find them." Ash said.
"Did you find something?" one of the cats questioned.
"Yeah, a bunch of kids." Ash said.
"I see." The cat said as they leave.
Ash turns to the kids.
"Let's get you out of here." Ash said to the kids
With some hesitation, they walk up to him.
He leads them outside of the compound.
Kitty sees him.
"Ash over here!" Kitty called waving her partner toward her.
She then sees the children behind Ash.
She smiled as next to her were the children's parents.
The children smile as they run to their parents.
The mouse boy hugs Ash.
"Thank you." he said before he ran over to his parents.
Ash smiled.
Kitty walks over to him.
"good job." She said.
"Thanks." Ash said
"we're ready to destroy the nip." Kitty said.
"Dean and his cats are still in the compound and they had set bombs." Ash said.
"They're finishing up in there so they should be out soon." Kitty said.
"So did you find the person who created the nip?" Ash questions.
"unfortunately no." Kitty said.
"Same here I found the guy in charge of the compound but he doesn't know that much." Ash said.
"I see." Kitty said.
"Should we inform the chief about our findings?" Ash questioned.
"Yeah." Kitty said.
Kitty dials up the chief.
"what is it Agent Katswell?" The Chief questioned.
Kitty and Ash told the Chief everything.
"I see." The Chief said.
"What now Chief?" Ash questioned.
"First make sure the nip you found is destroyed." Chief said.
Then a loud boom could be heard from Ash's and Kitty's side.
"Dean is way ahead of you, Chief." Ash said.
"Good." Chief said.
"Agents report to T.U.F.F." the Chief ordered.
"right." Ash and Kitty said.
Ash and Kitty follow the cats whom Dean told to take the families to their homes.
"At least we managed to strike a massive blow to these guys." Ash said.
"Yeah, but they're still on the loose." Kitty said
"True." Ash said.
"Which means it might become a joint case." Kitty said.
"Yep." Ash said.
Once they saw the orange fox mother and daughter enter their home the T.U.F.F. agents went to T.U.F.F.
"We're back Chief." Kitty said.
Ash then saw a blue bird with a big booby with a pair of wings coming out of each cheek of said booby.
"Uh." Ash said.
"Don't ask." Birdbrain said.
"All alright, then." Ash said.
'Much had been Dudley's mission.' Ash thought.
"Welcome back Agents Katswell and Ketchum." Chief said.
"Sorry, we can't get either the person behind the nip or the creator of it." Kitty said.
"We'll get them eventually." Chief said.
"And I'm guessing Agents Puppy and Katwaul went okay-ish?" Ash questioned unsure if the bird will be okay or not.
'Another reason why I'm happy to be your partner no more wacky missions.' Kitty thought.
"Pretty much." Chief said.
"I won't dare to read the report about that mission." Ash said
"Good thinking." Chief said.
'Sadly dough I have to read it.' The Chief thought.
"What should we do now?" Ash questioned.
"Write up your mission before you clock out." Chief answered.
"Right." Ash said.
Ash and Kitty went to their desks.
"What a day." Ash said.
"Yeah, and hopefully we don't have to deal with Dean again." Kitty said
"Somehow I doubt that we've seen the last of him." Ash said.
"That might be true let's just hope it won't be enemies." Kitty said as she started up her computer.
