Chui is the daughter of Makucha and Chuluun and the leader of the Wildlife Guard. She has yellow and white fur with black spots and a black and white tuff on her head. Her eyes are green.
Chui was born alongside her sisters, Yuki and Sauti and brother Jicho. Chui is a natural-born leader - bold, energetic, and daring. She is well-versed for fighting. She can sometimes be a bit cocky and sassy. Her main peeve is injustice. Choosing a paw print as her guard mark, Chui only wants to protect animals and wildlife rather than disrespecting the circle of life. Chui is fierce and isn't afraid to stand up to her parents when they learn they've been helping the Night Pride and the other guards foil there plans and the plans of a neighboring evil pride of lions.
Chui is a well-versed fighter, holding her own against two lionesses. Chui is also fast, agile, strong, and clever.

Chui's name means "Leopard".
She is the first snow leopard/african leopard hybrid to appear.
She is also the first child of a villain to form her own guard.
