Wally is the son of Wall-eye. He has his father's appearance. He is often shown throughout the series as very clumsy, apologetic, and often says that he has no interest in being a bandit. He is seen as dimwitted and good-natured. He is also seen as loyal to both and his family and friends. He is also shown to be good in cooking and dancing.
