Tong Lou is Tong Fo's son. He has dark brown fur and blue eyes.
Lou was born to his father and unnamed mother in Chor Gom prison. He was looked down upon by his parents for being king and good-natured vs his family's evil outlook on life. Lou hated living in prison and started a friendship with Tayra and Faye to help them escape. Lou had no talents other than his giant eyes and knack for seeing things super far away. As a result, Lou was unable to do anything to help the valley. However, he is very alert and is able to detect when someone is up to no good. He is also sneaky and can go unnoticed by most large enemies. He is also quick and agile. Due to this, he is accepted as a member of The Dragon Knights.
Lou can be socially awkward at times, but enjoys others being around him. He can also be unpredictable, such as when he shown being able to switch his emotions back and forth rather quickly and appearing to be in one place but quickly moves to another. He is also polite and merciful, being unable to leave a friend alone to fight or die. He is very intelligent and incredibly calm, and known to be a mastermind and has a high level of intelligence. Despite not being a good fighter, Lou is a look out and alerts his friends to oncoming attacks and enemies. He's also good at spotting weak points in foes. Occasionally, he does help out on an attack but this is only when dealing with a larger enemy.
Lou has a close bond and possible romance with Tayra.
He also has a close bond with Lotus who finds him adorable.
