Still the real hero,
we were clearing up after dinner when he walked into the room.
He was a carbon copy of Tony but with cold blue eyes instead of warm brown ones.
His face was contorted into a sneer. There was rage and hatred in those eyes, and something almost predatory in the way he walked. Tony stood up,
"Who are you?" he demanded, furious. The stranger let out a laugh and in a cold, crisp, condescending voice he said.
"I'm your biological older brother. My name is Arno".
"I don't have an older brother. Biologically speaking, I am an only child." Tony replied, his voice like ice.
"I'm afraid you do. We are twins. Not long after we were born, I was sent to live with Aunt Angie and Uncle Daniel because mom couldn't cope with both of us. Dad was working long hours at the office. Just like Uncle Obie and Aunt Maria, they were unable to have children, they treated me well, but I was their only child. I was brought up loved and respected, but I wasn't privileged, unlike you!" Arno spat, glaring at his little brother.
"Well, maybe you should go and see if you can find The Capsicle… you two would get along famously" Tony replied, arching an eyebrow.
"Did someone mention me?" said Steve, peeking his head around the corner of the kitchen door
"Captain America. My name is Arnold Steven Stark, known as Arno. Anthony is my slightly younger twin brother."
"Slightly younger, much better looking, much smarter, less evil and far superior younger brother." Tony began, then he continued, "Tell me, brother, What do you do for a living?"
"I'm a modestly successful sewing machine company CEO"
"I took over Stark Industries, after mom and dad passed. I was Head of R&D and CEO for a long time, then I became Iron Man… after I was kidnapped in Afghanistan. I got palladium poisoning and almost died, so I made Pepper the CEO."
"What manner of name is Pepper?" he demanded condescendingly
"It's a nickname." Pepper replied, her voice ice, "My real name is Virginia… On the Hogwarts Express, I pepper-sprayed multiple bullies who were wailing on a friend of ours, and Tony gave me that nickname." she added coolly. There was a look of warning in her eyes. "I still know my way around a pepper-spray bottle." she added coldly.
"When my conglomerate and I take over this company, you will not be working here." he hissed
"Try it, and I'll sue you back to the Stone Age and through time to the end of the world!" Tony snarled, stepping in between Arno and Pepper.
"Really? I don't think you'll be so… brave when you see who my business partners are."
"You and your idiot business partners do not scare us one bit…"
"I'm going to make you sorry you were ever born"
"Yeah? You and what army?"
Arno chuckled
"Oh, you'll see… soon enough"
"Bruce, Jay, Clint, why don't you show my brother the door?"
"Sure Tony"
Arno pulled a face, "Pfffft! You're ridiculous".
"Yeah, maybe I am ridiculous, but I'll tell you this, I'm still the real hero around here. You, interloper, are going to respect me, and you will know your role and shut your mouth, or you won't like the consequences"
"My business partners will be thrilled to hear about this"
"Gentlemen, Ms Potts, we are about to begin the viewing." said Metatron, "I'm afraid the other Mr Stark needs to stay because he needs to understand."
"If he's staying, sit him with the Capsicle and the others… I want nothing to do with him, and I want him well away from Pepper and me."
