Disclaimer: I don't own Crash Bandicoot.

"Happy Easter, big brother!"

Crash Bandicoot stared in wonder at the gift that Coco was offering to him. The orange marsupial silently observed the large piece of chocolate held towards him - which happened to be shaped like an egg.

Coco smiled at her brother. "I hope you like this, Crash! You deserve it for all you've done to stop Cortex from conquering the world!"

Crash averted his gaze from his surprise to his smart younger sibling who was giving it to him.

"After everything you've done to foil that mad scientist's plans and save the world..." Coco placed the chocolate egg into Crash's gloved hands. "...this is the lest you deserve!"

Crash looked wordlessly at the egg again. He kept his thoughts on his gift from his little sister to himself.

"Enjoy, Crash!" Coco said, waving cheerily at her beloved brother before disappearing into their house, intending to glue her attention to her computer screen as usual.

Crash waited until his sister had closed the front door on the house. Left all alone in the garden, he fixed his attention onto the chocolate egg in his hands. He was astonished to receive such a thing from his younger sibling. The heroic bandicoot always brought down Dr Cortex's plans for world domination due to his sense of justice, not for rewards. What Crash lacked in intelligence, he made up for in morality.

There was only one thing he could think to do with a reward like this.

Crash tossed the chocolate egg high into the air. He watched it fly upwards until it came falling down. He waited on the spot as it plunged down to where he stood - before launching into a spin attack as it landed on his head, smashing the egg into tiny little pieces.

Bits of chocolate flew everywhere. Some scattered all over the garden while others hit the front of the house. Some pieces even went through an open window. They soared into the living room to land on the carpet. A few the knocked framed pictures off the mantlepiece to land to send them falling into the flames roaring in the fireplace.

One piece of chocolate even swept across Coco's laptop screen, causing the young brainiac to jump as it left a huge scratch.

"What the-?"

Coco's green eyes widened with horror. Then they took in the pieces of chocolate littered all over the house before narrowing irritably. She knew piecesly who was behind this. She marched angrily to the window which the chocolate bits had flown through, glaring at her brother who stood outside.

"Crash!" Coco hollered. "What are you playing at, big brother?! I gave you that chocolate egg to eat, not to goofy around with!"

Crash took no notice of his outraged sister. He was too busy happily munching on what he had replaced the egg with. The mad marsupial sighed with relish over the wonderful flavour that filled his mouth. This was his kind of reward!

As far as Crash was concerned, a sugary, sweet chocolate egg couldn't beat a crunchy, juicy Wumpa Fruit.
