Noel, Emilius and Haru went to see elder Gutknecht "elder Gutknecht?" Haru called out and looked around for the elder skeleton who was reading through a pile of books
Haru cleared his throat making the elder Gutknecht stop reading "oh its not often we get visitors...oh who is this young lady" Elder Gutknecht said looking at Noel
"Her name is Noel Shroud she's my sister and Emil's soulmate" Haru said making Noel sigh and Emil smiled happily at hearing Haru call Emil Noel's soulmate
"We're trying to get to the living world so we can meet up with our brother Theo" Haru said as Elder Gutknecht rubs his long beard "I see" Elder Gutknecht said
"I may have a way" Elder Gutknecht said pulling out an egg "this is only temporary visit though if you want to come back just say hopscotch" Elder Gutknecht said "hopscotch?" Noel said confused "exactly" Elder Gutknecht said as he opened the egg which made a cloud of smoke and they disappeared
They arrived in the forest in the living world "it's good to feel the breeze again" Haru said as he looked back at Noel who was currently being hugged by Emilius who was gushing at how adorable she was
Noel sighed 'should I really be expecting this I mean can I really accept someone who is dead as my soulmate and not expect him to stab me in the back' Noel thought to herself as 2 drops of ink fell from her
Haru had seen this and narrowed his eyes "Well where were you and Theo supposed to stay?" Haru said "the Inn" Noel said "ah gotcha" Haru said about to walk forward
Noel then stopped them "wait I think it would freak people out if they saw two corpses walking around...I think it's best I go alone" Noel said making Emilius pout "but I want to meet your brother" Emilius said
"No...you can meet him another time" Noel said as she walked off to go see Theo Emilius pouts "she's always been like that for what I can remember at least" Haru said
"I don't understand?" Emilius said confused "she's always been a bit of a detective always observing people from afar...but when she saw she had a gray soulmark that means you were already dead...she became even more closed off" Haru said
"She had lost all faith in finding you so she just gave up on love" Haru said with a sad sigh "I do wish she had been a little more trusting in her gut" Haru said
Emilius got up "I need to go see her" Emilius said as he went "no wait she told us to stay here" Haru said as he went to go chase after Emilius
At the Inn...
Noel was at the Inn but she heard voices "I don't think I've ever felt this way about anyone before" she heard her brother Theo say "neither have I" she heard Victor say
Noel sighed and abruptly opened the door making both Victor and Theo flinch "you could knock...actually where have you been" Theo said as he then screams in shock when he looks out the window to see Haru and Emilius
"I thought I told you two to stay behind" Noel said scoldingly "are you disappointed that I'm dead is that why you can't accept me" Emilius said "what's going on" Victor said scared and startled
"What are you talking about" Noel said annoyed "your disappointed that I'm a corpse aren't you that's why you don't want me as your groom you hate me" Emilius said
"Haru is that you!" Theo said shocked to see the dead older brother "um later...Theo...guys stop arguing" Haru said as he tried to break off the fight between Emilius and Noel
Then Noel snapped "you can't expect me not to be angry you abandoned me first when you died out of nowhere" Noel said angrily as her glamor spell broke and her flaming blue hair turned red in anger
"Hopscotch" Noel said angrily as the smoke surrounded them and they went back to the library where Elder Gutknecht was and she burst out of the room angry and annoyed
"Why did you egg her on like that...she might not seem to care...but she was quite heartbroken when she saw her own soulmate was dead...come on " Haru said trying to calm Emilius down Emilius started to feel guilty about the way he acted and went to go find Noel
