Emilius layed in a room of darkness he slowly opened his eyes seeing nothing but darkness and looked around to see if he could find his bride Noel
He soon spotted Over-blot Noel looking at her own childhood memories with a sad look on her face "Noel" Emilius said trying to walk towards her only to sink into the ground like quick sand
Emilius caught sight of Noel's memories there he see's little Noel being picked on by girl's older than her "hey loser I bet you couldn't protect yourself if you wanted to" the leader said
"Look at how she's shaking wimp" the other girl's said "oye brats" a voice said as Noel's older cousin Kit showed herself "crap it's Kingscholar" another girl said
"Now...you wanna tell me why your picking on my little cousin there" Kit said cracking her knuckles "scatter" the leader said running away from Kit leaving Noel bruised on the ground
Kit kneeled down in front of Noel "are you ok little fire" Kit said ruffling her hair softly "no" Little Noel said teary eyed as she starts to cry her eyes out from the pain
"I was always getting picked on by girl's older than me...when my cousin Kit saved me I began to idolize her...she was so much better than those bullies who picked on me" Over-blot Noel said
The scene changes to Noel's mother Everett having to clean up her bruises "oh Noel you can't let them pick on you like that" Everett said as she disinfects the injuries
"I'm sorry mommy" little Noel said with tears in her eyes "shh...it's not your fault Noel, people are just cruel if this happens again don't be afraid to defend yourself, you need to observe closely and be careful who you make friends with" Everett said "okay mommy" little Noel said
"my mother was always watching out for me even making sure that if I ran into any trouble that I could defend myself" Over-blot Noel said with a sigh
"So I started to observe the people who approached me I could read them easily to see if they were genuine or fake" Over-blot Noel said as the memory changed to the day of Haru's wedding
"When I saw that woman with Haru I could immediately tell she was faking her love for him only wanting to get her Grubby hands on his money" Over-blot Noel said clenching her fists tightly
Emilius started to understand why Noel was so closed off "but before I could warn haru about his fake bride...he had already been dead by the time me and Theo got there" Over-blot Noel said
"Maybe if I had gotten there and warned him sooner then maybe he'd still be alive...and maybe if I hadn't given up on finding my soulmate maybe I would have found him sooner" Over-blot Noel said
Emilius got out of the hole and walked over to Noel hugging her tightly from behind "You've got nothing to blame yourself for...it's not your fault" Emilius said
"You have me and your brothers and family...don't blame yourself for something that isn't your fault...I love you so much please just come back" Emilius said with a sad look on his face
Noel started to calm down and she buries her face in his chest and started to cry her eyes out while Emilius comforts her the darkness started to fade
