Mrs. bennet had a dowry of four thousand pounds even though she was a solicitor's daughter. Accordingly, Bennet could have saved a comfortable amount being a gentleman of more income than his father-in-law. What would have happened if Mr. Gardiner had taught his daughter to save?

He goes back to Netherfield to correct Elizabeth's impression of him sooner to save himself the heartbreak. Unbeknownst to him, Elizabeth has a similar dream. Early reconciliation for ODC, but others still try to get in their way.

When Elizabeth and The Gardiners' tour of Pemberley goes awry, they become unexpected guests of the Darcys. Can this unforeseen stay lead to a serendipitous family of felicity? Or will their absence in family matters lead to the Bennetts' ruin?

Six years prior to Bingley's lease of Netherfield Park, a baronet's son and his sister arrived in Hertfordshire, altering the fate of the Bennet family. This is a very dark and controversial story, one of the characters is an unscrupulous man and a rapist and his sister is his accomplice. Some minor characters die. All the Bennet sisters have an HEA. Just a little drabble. This scene for a story occurred to me early this morning and needed to be written before I could do anything else. D&E meet earlier. E lives with the Gardiners in London. The two are engaged to be married when E receives a summons to return home to Longbourn. Commenters asked for more, so here it is. Complete for now.
