This chapter was originally a part of Chapter 1, but I decided against it because Chapter 1 has too many time skips as it is, so I split it. This chapter also has a lot of time skips, so be aware of that.
I also apologize for the long wait. I have been busy with exams and stuff, so I can't really focus on the fic, and I can only write for an hour or so a day because of it.
I will start introducing flashbacks of Naruto and Akimi's childhood in the form of Flashbacks so all of you can have a sense of what I have changed from the original anime.

Time Skip 1 Year Later Last Year Of Naruto's Training
A man walks through the crowd. Sweat pours from his head as he looks around the crowd nervously. Nearby, a Female teen in a white robe looks at him, but the man doesn't see him.
"Target Spotted," the female said as a seal on her arm glowed. "Roger that moving to your position now." a male voice sounded through the female's mind. A few seconds later, a white figure removed itself from the crowd and stood beside the female.
"Who should assassinate him?" asked the male. The female pointed at him. "It's your turn now. You know I'm still not as good as you at Blending. I still need more experience; after all, I just mastered it two months ago." She said, and the male nodded and walked back to the crowd. He seemingly vanished as he blended through the crowd, disappearing from the female's sight.
The male started walking towards the nervous-looking man, his footsteps making no sound. As he neared his target, the male activated his hidden blades and, with a swift motion, stabbed the man in the heart and continued walking through the crowd as if nothing had happened. Meanwhile, the man collapsed to the ground as blood poured from his wound, and the crowd started to panic. Meanwhile, the male in the white robe silently disappeared into an alley, jumped up to the nearby rooftop, and landed beside the female.
"Mission complete, Akimi-chan," the male said as he removed his hood, revealing Naruto. The blonde had recently started wearing Kenji's robe after he felt that he was ready. 'It's only a matter of time until someone sees me wearing this,' the blonde thought.
Akimi also has her own assassin's robe and hidden blades after completing her training a few months ago.
Flashback 2 Months Ago
Akimi fell to the ground after her test to become a full assassin. The test mainly included stealth, assassination, stealth assassinations, air assassinations, cover assassinations, and the ways to kill the target. It also tested her agility and how quickly she could climb various kinds of buildings should she run out of chakra.
The girl panted as she felt Naruto sit beside her on the grass. "Congrats, you passed. Welcome to the brotherhood. Akimi-chan," the girl smiled. "Thanks, Naruto," she said as she closed her eyes, feeling her arms ache after climbing for the last few hours of the test.
The girl felt a scroll being put on her arm and opened her eyes to see Naruto grinning down at her. "Try these on later," he said, and Akimi opened the scroll and placed chakra into the storage seal. With a puff of smoke, a robe appeared with a pair of hidden blades (Evie Frye's Assasins robe), and her eyes lit up. The girl hugged Naruto tightly as she smiled from ear to ear. "Thank you, Naruto-Kun!" she shouted happily, unknowingly pressing her D-cup breast to the blonde's head; she let go of the blonde to put on the hidden blades and examined the robes. The boy had a dazed look in his eyes and a red face as Kurama laughed at his container's face, although inwardly, the fox was jealous. 'Lucky son of a bitch', the fox thought as Naruto regained his composure, although he was still red in the face "N-no problem Akimi-chan" he said.
In the trees, Jiraiya giggled as he wrote in his notebook, "Attaboy Naruto," he said as he continued writing.
Flashback End
"Anyways, we should head back. Ero-Sennin has some news," Naruto said.
"I wonder what it is," Akimi said thoughtfully as they started jumping through the rooftops and towards the hotel they were currently staying at.
"I hope it's about my promotion. Tsunade-Baa-chan has been sending us a lot of missions for the past couple of weeks. I think it's to get me some more experience," the blond said as he started getting excited at the thought of becoming a Chunin or even Jonin.
"It's a good guess, but you never know. You might even have a chance at becoming an Anbu. Once you get back, your stealth skills are rivaling those of the higher-ranking members of the Assasins." Kurama said with a thoughtful nod.
'Nah, I lack the experience to join the Anbu. Maybe in a couple more years, I might join.' Naruto said as they reached the hotel and entered through the window of their room, the duo saw Jiraiya, the man was staring at a black book. 'The Bingo Book,' Akimi realized but decided not to say anything to Naruto. 'Naruto might have been added to it if Jiraiya-sama is looking at it.' Naruto, for his part, just looked at his Godfather, waiting for the man to say something
"What's the matter, sensei?" the blonde asked, and the man had just tossed him the book.
"Open it to page.54," the man said, and the blonde complied, opening the book to said page. His eyes widened as he saw a picture of him wearing his robes. He couldn't see his face, but the whisker marks were a dead giveaway.

"Damn, I wonder why it's so high with Iwa," the blonde said sarcastically as Akimi and Jiraiya shook their heads.
"Probably because you look too much like your father," Jiraiya commented as Naruto returned the Bingo Book.
"I guess I have to train harder now that I am in the Bingo Book. More Shinobi's and Bounty Hunters will want my head," the blonde said. Akimi and Jiraiya nodded their heads in agreement.
"It's time we step up your training even further. Be prepared, Naruto Akimi. The last eight months of your training will be hell." Jiraiya said with a sadistic grin. The Duo shivered in fright at the look on the sannin's face.
'Shit.' They both thought in unison. "Shit indeed," Kurama said as he laughed at the look on the Duo's face.
Time Skip 7 Months Later Last Month Of The Training Trip
'Fuck I can't move,' Naruto thought as he lay on the ground next to Akimi. The Duo was muddy and bruised all over as Jiraiya stood over the two with a proud smile on his face. Naruto and Akimi progressed a lot through the last seven months. The two learned to fully master their Nature Affinities, Lightning for Naruto and Earth and water for Akimi. Naruto managed, through the help of his clones, to learn Fuinjutsu. The blonde is currently in Level 6 Fuinjutsu and is progressing faster than Jiraiya ever did. However, the man wasn't surprised as the Uzumaki were Seal Masters, and with Minato also being a Seal Master, the blonde had Fuinjutsu in his blood and learned it like a Sponge absorbing water.
Akimi also progressed in her training as an assassin, as she can now assassinate someone from a crowd without someone noticing. The girl also learned she has an abnormal amount of control over water. Jiraiya even commented that she was one of the best water style users he had ever seen and that her potential in it could rival Tobirama Senju's control over water. The girl took this as motivation to continue to master her water affinity fully and maybe one day rival the second Hokage's control or even become better than him at water-style ninjutsu.
"I see you have been training them hard. Jiraiya-sama," a voice echoed through the clearing. Naruto and Akimi smiled at hearing the voice.
"Itachi." they both greeted the man as he appeared inside a murder of crows.
"Naruto, Akimi." the man greeted as he bowed his head to Jiraiya, who returned it with a nod as the man sat by a nearby tree.
"So I take it you have something to report?" Jiraiya asked with a serious face. Itachi nodded as he pulled out a scroll from his pocket and tossed it to Jiraiya.
"Hai, that scroll contains all the current plans of Akatsuki that I have managed to get and all of its current members." Itachi informed the man as he sat down near Naruto and Akimi. The man let out a tired sigh as the duo looked at him concernedly.
"Are you ok?" Naruto and Akimi asked with concern. Itachi nodded as he coughed lightly and smiled at the duo, remembering how he met them.
Flashback to Naruto's Childhood Naruto and Akima Age: 5 3 Years Before The Massacre
"Come on, Akimi!" a five-year-old Naruto shouted as he dragged Akimi through the streets of Konoha.
"Slow down, Naruto!" Akimi giggled as Naruto continued to drag her toward the forest surrounding the village
"Where are we going anyway?" Akimi asked the blonde.
"I found this really good clearing just outside one of the training grounds. Trust me, the place has a good view of the sunset," the blonde said as they reached a metal fence surrounding a large forest. The metal fence has a lot of signs that warn whoever comes across the training that death is coming.
Akimi shivered as a roar echoed. "I-I don't k-know N-Naruto, this forest seems dangerous," she said.
"Nah, don't worry. I have been here before. The animals tend to avoid me for some reason." The blonde said, 'Better not tell her because it's Kurama. I still don't know what she will do if she finds out, and I don't want to lose my only friend,' he thought sadly. "If she hates you because I'm sealed inside. You then she is not a true friend, and I know she will not hate you, Kit. You are just being paranoid," Kurama said 'I know, Kurama, I will tell her when I'm ready' he said to his friend.
"Anyways, follow me," the blonde said as he crawled under a section of a fence that had a hole in it and started running.
"W-wait for me, Naruto!" Akimi shouted as she followed after the blonde.
After a few minutes of running, the duo reached a clearing that had a large tree that towered over the other trees inside the forest, which was a shock to Akimi as the other trees were larger than the 3-story buildings she occasionally sees when she wanders around the village. But this tree seemed larger than the Hokage mansion.
"W-whoa," she gaped as Naruto stood beside her, a grin on his face as he watched her reaction.
"Yeah, it's pretty big," he said with a laugh as he approached the tree. "Let's get to the top. The view there is beautiful," he said.
"How are we going to climb that?" Akimi asked as she followed the blonde. Suddenly, the ground rumbled as a large boar barrelled into the clearing.
"AHH!" the two kids screamed in fright as the boar started running towards them. Just as the boar was a few meters away from the two, it was knocked to the side by a teen wearing a dark blue shirt and white pants.
"Are you both ok?" he asked as the boar ran away. The two kids nodded, still sweating as their hearts beat loudly. The teen smiled in relief.
"Thank Kami, I got here in time," he said as he approached the two kids. "By the way, my name is Itachi Uchiha," the teen said with a small bow.
"I'm Naruto Uzumaki, and this Is my friend Akimi." the blonde introduced himself and the girl. 'So he is the Kyuubi's Jinchuriki, ' Itachi thought.
"Thanks for saving us!" Naruto said meanwhile Akimi is still trying to calm her heart down.
"What are you two doing here? It is dangerous to be inside this forest for most Shinobi, even Jonin," Itachi said as he looked at the two with a serious face.
"I wanted to show Akimi the view from that large tree over there," Naruto said, pointing at the Tree. Itachi nodded. "Still, both of you should not have come here alone," he advised, and the duo nodded in understanding.
"We promise that we will not come here alone again!" Naruto and Akimi said in unison, and the teen nodded his head in approval.
"You both will miss the sunset if you stay down here any longer," Itachi said and chuckled as he saw the panicked look on Naruto's face. "Come over here. I will take you both up there in just a few seconds with my Shunshin," Itachi said.
"Is it that Jutsu that all of Jiji's guards use?" Naruto asked with curiosity as he and Akimi walked over to the teen. Itachi nodded. "Yes, it is. Be prepared for a headache," he said as he placed a hand over the duo's shoulder.
"Wha-" Akimi started to say but was interrupted as she suddenly felt a massive headache. "Ugh," she groaned as she suddenly felt nauseous.
"That is a normal reaction to Shunshin," Itachi commented with a chuckle but stopped as he saw Naruto looking perfectly fine.
"Have any of the Anbu used the Shunshin on you, Naruto?" he asked curiously. The blonde nodded.
"Yeah, they love using it whenever they need to get me to Jiji's office quickly," he said as he rubbed the back of his head 'because of all the pranks I pulled on the village' he thought as he laughed.
"Could have warned me first," Akimi said as she sat down on one of the tree's large branches. "Woah!" she said as her eyes widened at the sight.
The last few rays of light illuminated the village. Blanketing the village in a yellowish-red color as the Hokage Monument seemed to glow under it, the village itself shined with dozens of lights as the villagers turned on the lights, making the view from the tree absolutely stunning.
"Beautiful, isn't it?" Itachi said as he and Naruto sat down next to her. Akimi could only nod her head, still stunned at the sight.
"This is what I want to protect," Itachi said as the kids looked at him curiously.
"What do you mean?" Naruto asked as he tilted his head sideways.
"I want to protect this village and its people. I will do anything to protect its beauty, even if it means I have to suffer," Itachi said with a far-off look as the two kids looked at him in wonder.
"I also want to protect this village," Akimi said as she continued to look at the village. "I want to preserve this beauty, and I want to protect all of my friends," she said further as Itachi looked at her with a small smile.
"Then let's make a promise," Naruto said as he looked at Itachi and Akimi. The two looked at him with a questioning look.
"I PROMISE THAT I WILL BE THE BEST SHINOBI SO THAT I CAN PROTECT ALL OF MY FRIENDS AND THIS VILLAGE!" Naruto shouted at the top of his lungs. Itachi and Akimi looked at him before the teen chuckled.
"I PROMISE THAT I WILL DO ANYTHING FOR THIS VILLAGE AND DO MY BEST TO PROTECT THIS VILLAGE AND IT'S PEOPLE!" Itachi shouted.
"I PROMISE THAT I WILL DO MY BEST TO BECOME THE BEST KUNOICHI THIS VILLAGE HAS EVER SEEN AND THAT I WILL DO MY BEST TO KEEP THIS VILLAGE AND MY FRIENDS SAFE!" Akimi shouted.
The three laughed as they continued to look at the village. After a few minutes, the sun finally set as nightfall began and Itachi. Shunshined them out of the Forest of Death
"You both should go back soon," Itachi said as Naruto and Akimi looked at each other, and after a few seconds, they nodded their heads.
"See you later, Itachi," Akimi and Naruto said as the kids returned to the village, leaving Itachi alone. As he looked at the retreating figures of the two kids, he smiled a genuine smile. 'They have the potential to become the best Shinobi to ever live,' he thought as he left in a Shunshin.
Unknown to the three of them, this will be the start of a friendship that will stay strong no matter what happens to them.
Even if one of them ended up leaving the village because of one particular elder who forced him to kill his entire clan except for one.

"Itachi!" the man heard his name and saw Naruto and Akimi looking at him worriedly. "Are you okay?" Naruto asked, and the Uchiha nodded, a small smile on his face.
"Yes, I'm fine. I'm just remembering my first meeting with you two," he said as the duo smiled, also remembering that memory.
"Yeah, that was one of the best moments we all have," Akimi said, smiling sadly, remembering the last time they saw Itachi as a Konoha Shinobi.
Flashback: A Few Hours Before The Uchiha Massacre
"WHAT?!" Naruto and Akimi shouted as they looked at Itachi in shock. The teen, for his part, looked at them with a sorrowful look.
"Wh-why?" asked Akimi as tears began to gather in her eyes. Naruto only looked at Itachi dead in the eyes, a serious look on his normally cheerful face.
"Danzo has ordered me to kill my clan, and I can only spare Sasuke because Danzo has another rouge uchiha with him. I don't know him, but he has an orange mask with one eye. Danzo said his name was Tobi." Itachi said, and Naruto's eyes widened as Kurama roared with rage within the seal.
"MADARA!" Kurama shouted with rage, "That man is dangerous. Kit tell Itachi that he should be wary of him." Naruto nodded, knowing the masked man from what Kurama had told him about the night he was born.
"Itachi, be wary of that masked man. He was the one who caused Kurama to attack Konoha," The blonde said seriously as Akimi and Itachi's eyes widened 'If Danzo has been working with him for a long time. He might also be involved in Kurama's Attack on Konoha. I swear to Kami Danzo, you will pay.' Itachi thought with rage but soon calmed himself as he looked at Naruto and Akimi, a sad smile on his face.
"Take care of my brother Naruto, Akimi. You three will have to be strong enough for the coming years," Itachi said as he disappeared in a murder of crows.
"We will. Take care of yourself, Itachi… we will miss you…." The two said as they started crying quietly.
Flashback End
Akimi and Naruto heard Itachi coughing and looked at him worriedly. "Are you ok? You have been coughing a lot more than usual. Are you taking the medicines Tsunade-sama gave you?" she asked, a worried look on her face as Naruto patted the man's back, and the man nodded.
"Yes, I'm fine. The medicine Tsunade-sama developed has been doing wonders for me." He said with a reassuring smile.
"If you say so…" The duo said in perfect unison, making Itachi sweatdrop 'I see they still tend to say some things in perfect unison. I wonder when they will get together; the bet I had with Jiraiya-sama and Tsunade-sama is starting to make me worry about the money I have left.' He thought, shivering at the thought of losing all his money because of a bet.
"Anyways, I have an announcement," Jiraiya said as he looked at Naruto seriously, and the blonde straightened up as he looked at Jiraiya, waiting for him to say something.
"I have been talking to Ma and Pa, and they have agreed that you are ready to learn Senjutsu," The Sannin said, and the three eyes looking at him widened.
"Are you serious?" Naruto asked, and Jiraiya nodded, a proud smile on his face. "I plan to pass down the Toad Summoning Contract over to you once you are able to use Perfect Sage Mode," The man said as Naruto's eyes widened further before a grin lit up his face.
"How about a bet then?" he asked the man, and Jiraiya looked at him curiously. "What kind of bet?" he asked, and Naruto's grin grew.
"If I can master Sage Mode in just a month before we head back to Konoha, you will stop writing Icha Icha and start writing another book that is similar to your original book, The Tale of the Utterly Gutsy Shinobi," the blonde said. Jiraiya's eyes widened before a sinister grin covered his face.
"And if you lose, you will have to proofread all of my Icha Icha for the next three books I plan to release," He said, and Naruto nodded his head, his grin still on his face.
Itachi and Akimi looked at each other before shaking their heads. "Bet you 500 ryo that Naruto wins," Akimi said, and Itachi shook his head, smiling. "No thanks, I have learned not to bet against Naruto. He has an unusual amount of luck," he said, and Akimi pouted. "Fine, scaredy cat." She said as Itachi chuckled.
"Anyways, I have to go see you all later," Itachi said as he bowed before disappearing in a murder of crows.
"He loves doing that, doesn't he?" Naruto said, and Akimi nodded.
"I will summon Lord Fukasaku now. Akimi, you will also stay at Mount Myōboku." Jiraiya said, and the girl nodded.
"Summoning Jutsu!" Jiraiya shouted as he bit his thumb and went through the necessary hand signs. He slammed his hands on the ground, and a poof of smoke appeared as a small toad appeared.
"Seeing as I have been summoned, have ya told the boy 'bout his training Jiraiya-chan?" Asked Fukasaku, and the man nodded. "Hai, this is Uzumaki Naruto and his partner Akimi." The man introduced his student and his partner. The duo, for their part, bowed in greeting at the toad.
"Hmm, good manners, I see…" Fukasaku said as he looked at Naruto closely. "Well, when ya three are ready, summon Gamakichi-chan so I can reverse summon you two. As for ya, Akimi-chan, come over here," Fukasaku said as the Student and Master nodded. Akimi approached Fukasaku, who took out a brush and some ink and started writing a seal on Akimi's arm. Once done, the elder toad made a hand sign, and the seal glowed briefly before gathering at one point in Akimi's left shoulder and forming the Kanji 客 (Guest).
"This seal will allow me to summon you to Mount Myouboku without signing the summoning contract and will stay on your shoulder until ya three leave Mount Myouboku," Fukasaku informed the girl, and she nodded her head in understanding.
"Wait for a few minutes before summoning Gamakichi-chan, Jiraiya-chan," Fukasaku said and disappeared. In a puff of smoke, Jiraiya looked at the duo and smiled. "Well then, let's get to packing," The sage said as he tossed the duo a Storage scroll.
After a few minutes, Jiraiya summoned Gamakichi, who was carrying a big scroll. "Yo!" he greeted the three.
"Sup Kichi!" Naruto waved at the toad as he finished sealing all his stuff, with Akimi doing the same with hers.
Gamakichi unfurled the scroll, which had a seal inside it with three empty circles. "Sit there and wait for Fukasaku-sama to Reverse. Summon you three," the toad informed, and the three nodded their heads as they sat on the circles.
"Inform Pa that we are ready," Jiraiya said, and Gamakichi nodded. "See ya there!" he said as he disappeared in a puff of smoke. A few seconds later, the three vanished along with the scroll in a puff of smoke.
Mount Myōboku
Jiraiya, Naruto, and Akimi appeared in Mount Myōboku In a puff of smoke. "Woah," Naruto and Akimi said in wonder as they looked around. They were surrounded by what looked like giant leaves and waterfalls.
"I see you are enjoying the sight. Welcome to Mount Myōboku," Fukasaku said as he hopped over to the three.
"Well, let's get started on the training. Follow me, Naruto-chan." Fukasaku said as he hopped over to a nearby waterfall with the blonde following behind him.
"Well, let me show you around the place while Pa shows Naruto the basics," Jiraiya said as he motioned Akimi to follow him, and the girl nodded.
With Naruto and Fukasaku
"Alright, Naruto-chan, sit by the water, and I will let you get a feel for Nature Energy," Fukasaku said, and the blonde nodded as he sat cross-legged by the pond and the toad gathered some oil in his hands and started explaining Senjutsu to the boy.
"Senjutsu or Nature Energy exists in every part of the world. Every living being has it, from plants to animals. However, humans do not have it, so you must learn to draw it from around ya'self. This oil will help you gather it and get a feel for it until I deem ya experienced enough at gathering Nature Chakra. Ya will use this oil as it is dangerous to take too much. If ya do, ya will turn into a stone statue of a toad," Fukasaku explained, and the blonde nodded, gulping at the last word. "Any questions?" the toad asked, and the boy nodded. "Why can't we train outside Mount Myoubouku?" he asked, and Fukasaku chuckled.
"That is an expected question. You can't because the oil is necessary for the training, and it only exists inside this mountain, and it will immediately evaporate once you exit the mountain", Fukasaku explained as he started rubbing oil all over the boy's body.
"Now, to properly gather Nature Energy, ya must sit perfectly still and meditate and try to feel the Nature Energy and gather it in yourself and blend it with your chakra. I will keep watch over ya in case you start turning into a toad," Fukasaku said, and the blonde nodded as he started meditating.
'Whoa!' he thought, feeling a sudden presence he hadn't sensed yet. From his mind's perception, the world seemed to glow green, and it felt warm and comforting. 'So this is Nature Energy. It feels so warm,' he thought as he smiled.
Fukasaku looked at Naruto, shocked. The boy seemed to be a natural at gathering natural energy; however, he soon whacked the boy on the head as he started developing toad features on his face.
"Ow!" the blonde yelped as he rubbed his head. "What was that for!? The Nature Energy felt so warm, and I was so relaxed! But you hit me on the head!" the blonde complained, and Fukasaku laughed.
"You started turning into a toad, so I had to hit you with this cane," he explained, and the blonde nodded. "You seemed to be a natural at gathering Nature Energy, so you might learn it faster than Minato-chan did" " the toad complimented, and the boy's eyes widened at the mention of his Father's name.
"Wait, Dad is also a Sage? How fast did he learn it?" he asked excitedly, and Fukasaku laughed.
"He learned it in just 1 and a half years for a stranger to Senjutsu. That seems long, but for us toads, it was the fastest time for a new summoner to learn it, and since you are his son, you might also be a quick learner," Fukasaku said and Naruto rubbed the back of his head in embarrassment.
"Nah, I don't think I can learn it faster or as fast as Dad did. I'm not a prodigy," he said with an embarrassed laugh, and Fukasaku chuckled.
"You seem to be humble and honest. I like that now. Then try to gather Nature Energy again," Fukasaku said, and the blonde complied as he started trying to gather Nature Energy again.
Time Skip 1 Month
"No fucking way…" Jiraiya muttered as he looked at Naruto with wide eyes. The boy, for his part, only looked at him with a wide grin as he stood in front of the man with his sage mode activated. Nothing much changed for the blonde apart from his toad-like orange eyes and pupils with orange pigmentation around his eyes.
"H-how?" the man asked Fukasaku, and the toad chuckled as Akimi started laughing uncontrollably.
"The boy is a prodigy when it comes to gathering Nature Energy and learns the basics pretty quickly," the toad explained, and Jiraiya shook his head as he looked at Naruto, shocked. "But to learn it in just a month! Not even Minato learned it that fast!" he said disbelievingly. Naruto, hearing this, laughed.
"Well, part of Sage mode requires me to stay perfectly still, and I have mastered that before as being an assassin. Sometimes, it will require me not to move and sit perfectly still for assassinations and to avoid being detected." He explained, "Ya owe me a new book now, Ero-sennin," he said with a laugh as Jiraiya shook his head and muttered something about annoying and genius blondes.
"Well, since the training is over, let's head back to Konoha now. Tsunade will want to hear about this", Jiraiya said as he walked off to gather his things while sulking at losing a bet to the blonde while said blonde laughed with Akimi.
"Well, let's go back! I'm excited to meet everyone again!" Naruto said with a grin as Akimi nodded, a smile on her face.
"Yeah, I miss everyone, especially Hina-chan. I hope she is doing okay. Last time I heard, she just made Jonin," Akimi said with a proud smile.
"Wait, really? When? You should have told me! So I could congratulate her or something," Naruto said, and Akimi laughed sheepishly.
"Well, I kinda forgot to tell you about it." She said, and Naruto shook his head with a small smile.
"You do always tend to forget important things," he said with a laugh. "That's why we got a different present for Itachi that one time where we were supposed to buy his favorite Pocky that is only available for a limited time, but you ended up forgetting to buy it, and it got sold out before we got there, and we just got him some Kunai polish," the blonde said as he laughed harder and Akimi blushed in embarrassment.
"Hey! That was just that one time! And it's not my fault that Konohamaru just happens to be there to drag me off to play Ninja Tag, and I got sidetracked." she said, and the blonde just looked at her blankly.
"…ok fine, I admit it. I do tend to forget important things! But I have gotten better, so stop looking at me like that!" she yelled, and the blonde laughed as he walked off. Akimi shook her head, muttering something about 'Teasing blondes,' and followed the teen.
Time Skip On The Gates Of Konoha
"Hey, Izumo! Is that who I think it is?" Kotetsu asked the other Chunin guarding the gates of Konoha with him. "Yeah, it's him, so he finally returned. That's good; Konoha will need him for the coming years," Izumo said as the three figures Kotetsu spotted approaching the shack they were staying at.
"Welcome back, Naruto!" Izumo greeted as the white-robed teen approached the shack.
"Yeah, it's good to be back! So are we clear to go in? Cause we probably need to report to Tsunade-baachan as soon as possible," the teen asked, and the two guards nodded. "Yeah, you three are free to go in. See ya later, Naruto!" the chunin said as he waved goodbye to the teen who started running towards the Hokage Mansion.
Jiraiya chuckled as he and Akimi followed suit. "Hime will probably have a Heart attack once she hears about him mastering Senjutsu in just a month," Jiraiya commented, and Akimi laughed. "Yeah, she probably will. Well then, let's go. I want to see her face," She said, and the man nodded as they started sprinting towards the Hokage mansion.
Hokage Office
"FUCK THIS DAMN PAPERWORK!" an angry Tsunade yelled as she rubbed her forehead in irritation resisting the urge to punch a hole into the desk. "HOW THE HELL DID SENSEI AND MINATO MANAGED TO FINISH ALL THIS SHIT SO FUCKING FAST!" Shizune, the poor woman, sweatdropped as she watched her mentor complain about the paperwork, although the woman couldn't blame her as she had her fair share of dealing with every person who had an office bane of existence paperwork.
"Please calm down, Tsunade-sama!" she said, and Tsunade looked at her with an annoyed look. "CALM DOWN?! YOU TELL ME TO CALM DOWN WHEN I HAVE A FUCKING MOUNTAIN-SIZED PAPERWORK?! HOW ABOUT YOU DEAL WITH ALL THIS SHIT YOURSELF HUH?! YOU WANT THAT, DON'T YA!" the Sannin yelled at the poor woman, making her cringe in fear.
"Mah mah, why don't you calm down, Baa-chan? Give poor Shizune-nee chan a break, dattebayo," A familiar voice said, and Tsunade perked up and looked at the windows, seeing a familiar blonde brat. Her face lit up as Naruto sat in the chair in front of her table.
"Naruto!" she said as she hugged the blonde, crushing his head in the 106.
"Lucky bastard," Jiraiya said as he appeared on the windowsill with Akimi appearing in a Shunshin in the office.
"Why don't you let go of Naruto Tsunade-sama? He seems a little bit blue," Akimi giggled, and the woman let go of Naruto, whose face is blue.
"I just saw a long tunnel… with a bright light… Mom and Dad are there waving at me…" the blonde said as he gasped for air, and the other four people in the room shook their heads.
"Stop being overdramatic, Naruto," Tsunade said as she lightly flicked the teen in the forehead.
"Yeah, yeah…" the blonde muttered as he rubbed his forehead in pain.
"So enough of the reunion. I bet you have much to report regarding Naruto and Akimi's progress and the fact that he has that Man's robes," Tsunade said. Jiraiya nodded as he started explaining everything Naruto had learned along with Akimi.
Tsunade closed her eyes as Jiraiya finished his report about the three-year training trip. Naruto and Akimi had grown quite well under Jiraiya, and from what her fellow sannin told her, the duo could make quite a dangerous team and are easily high Jonin level. After a few more moments of deliberation, she finally came to a decision. She opened her eyes and looked at the duo with a serious look.
"Naruto! Akimi!" she shouted, "Hai!" the two straightened up instantly as they looked at her, waiting for the Hokage to say something.
"You two are easily Jonin level but need more experience in the field and more things to learn, so I hereby promote you two to special Jonin and will be promoted to the standard Jonin rank or Elite Jonin, even Anbu, based on your performance!" Tsunade announced, and the Duo's eyes widened in surprise.
"A-are you serious Hokage-sama?" Akimi asked. She didn't think she and Naruto would get promoted this fast. After all, she and Naruto had only graduated Four years ago.
"H-hell, yeah!" Naruto shouted in joy after recovering from his shock and wrapped an arm around Akimi's shoulder, bringing her into a one-armed hug. The girl, however, didn't respond as her eyes were still wide and mouth agape. Naruto chuckled, seeing the look on the girl's face.
"I think ya broke her Baa-chan," Naruto said, and Jiraiya laughed as Tsunade developed a tick mark at the title the blonde likes to give her.
"Stop calling me that, Gaki!" the older blonde shouted in annoyance as she tossed, or more like threw, the Jonin vest at Naruto's head, making the blonde fall to his ass as he rubbed his head in pain.
"Ow! What was that for?!" the teen shouted in pain. As he rubbed the growing lump on his head, Tsunade started ranting about respecting those who were older than them. Jiraiya began to laugh harder at the scene in front of him.
'it's good to be home,' Jiraiya thought with a wide smile as the scene before him was replaced with Kushina in Naruto's place, Minato as Akimi and a younger-looking Tsunade as she hit the red-head for the same exact reason while Minato laughed sheepishly.
A tear fell from the man's eye as he remembered those times. The man shook his head as the image disappeared, and his smile widened. 'Yeah, it's good to be home.'
