Hey guys, I'm back with the final update for now. After this chapter, I'll be working on my Akame ga Kill fic for a while, before I move on to my Pokemon fic. But as always please be patient with me, and I'll eventually get new chapters out for this story. I'm also very happy that you all seemed to enjoy last chapter and Natsu's reunion with Wendy. However, I want to make one thing absolutely clear about Wendy. That little bit at the end of the last chapter doesn't mean Wendy is suddenly going to become a yandere type character in this story. She will likely be more possessive because of her dragon instincts, but she won't be attacking other girls that mate with Natsu. I just wanted to clarify that before we moved on with the story. Well this chapter will pick up where the previous one left off, and will get the action started in this arc! That's everything I wanted to mention, so let's get to the fic!

"So this is the famous Wendy Marvell that Natsu has told me so much about." Erza said with a hint of irritation in her voice, crossing her arms underneath her chest, as she rapidly tapped her elbow. "It's nice to finally meet you."
"Yes, Natsu told me all about your meeting when you both were kids." Lucy added through grit teeth, as her brow twitched in annoyance. "Who the hell does this girl think she is?!"
Now you might be wondering what has Erza and Lucy so worked up, and the answer to that is quite simple. The source of their current frustration was none other than Wendy Marvell herself. Shortly after the blue-haired sky dragon slayer had arrived, the couch that the Blue Pegasus mages had dragged off was lugged back out. Then the rest of the mages present, except for Lucy and Erza, gave Natsu and Wendy some space so that they could spend a little time catching up. But this wasn't what was upsetting Lucy and Erza. No, what was really bothering them was where Wendy was currently sitting. Instead of sitting down on the couch, the blue-haired dragon slayer plopped down directly onto Natsu's lap, resting the back of her head against his chest. Lucy and Erza could only watch in silent anger, as Wendy cuddled up next to THEIR mate. The female Fairy Tail mages wanted nothing more than to chuck Wendy off her undeserved seat, but they both knew that was probably a bad idea. Lucy and Erza both knew that Wendy meant a lot to Natsu, and that he probably wouldn't be too happy if they started a fight with her.
"Heh, it's so good to finally meet you again after so many years, Wendy!" Natsu laughed with a toothy grin, completely oblivious to the annoyed glares his two mates were sending him. "So what have you been up to the past seven years?"
"Oh not much, I've been occupied doing jobs for Cait Shelter and looking for any clues about Grandeeney." Wendy replied a devious smirk, as she locked eyes with Lucy and Erza. "I can see that you've been busy though, Natsu." Both Lucy and Erza's faces flushed red when Wendy said this, but this little remark flew right over Natsu's head. Feeling satisfied with Lucy and Erza's embarrassed expressions, Wendy turned around to look at Natsu. "Well about about you Natsu? What have you been up to since we last saw each other?"
"Oh wow, so many crazy things have happened...I don't know where to start..." Natsu said, humming to himself as he tried to figure out where to begin. Suddenly snapping his fingers, a grin spread across Natsu's face. "OH! I know! You remember that I'm a fire dragon slayer, right?"
"Of course. You used that magic to fight off those bandits when we first met." Wendy replied, as she nodded her head. "Your dragon's name was Igneel as well, if I remember correctly."
"Exactly! Well check this out!" Natsu exclaimed, holding out his hand for Wendy to see, as a cluster of sparks crackled in his palm. "Pretty awesome, isn't it?!"
"Wow, you learned lightning magic!" Wendy cheered with a genuine smile, as she clapped her hands together. "Congratulations, Natsu!"
"Not just lightning magic..." Natsu explained with a smirk, giving a Wendy a light zap, which caused her to slightly jump in his lap. "This is lightning dragon slayer magic!"
"What?!" Wendy asked, as her eyes widened in shock. "How did you learn it then? Did you get a lacrima implanted in your body..." The blue-haired sky dragon slayer stopped that train of thought when she saw the frown that spread across Natsu's face. "If not...then that means...you found another dragon!?"
"Bingo!" Natsu replied with a grin, throwing his hands up into the air and shooting off a small burst of electricity. "It happened a few days after we went our separate ways. I took a chance and started searching in the mountains, and eventually I stumbled across a huge cave with a dragon hiding inside! His name was Valinor and he was the king of the lightning dragons! After I explained my situation to him, he offered to teach me lightning dragon slayer magic!"
"That's amazing Natsu!" Wendy exclaimed in excitement, as her warm brown eyes completely lit up. "If you managed to meet another dragon...does that mean...did you learn anything about Igneel or Grandeeney?"
"Uh...I'm sorry Wendy..." Natsu said in an apologetic tone, a sad smile spreading across his face. Seeing the downcast look in Natsu's eyes, Wendy's excitement quickly dissipated. "I didn't learn anything about Igneel or Grandeeney from Valinor...in fact..." Natsu's voice faltered for a moment, as he tightly balled his fists. "Valinor eventually disappeared too...without saying a word...he simply vanished...just like Igneel."
"Oh...I see..." Wendy muttered, as she hung her head in disappointment. "That's too bad...and I'm sorry you had to go through that again Natsu."
"Ah, don't worry about it." Natsu said with a grin, giving Wendy a thumbs up. "We can't give up just yet. We'll definitely find our dragons one day."
"That's right, if we can reunite after all these years apart, then we'll see our dragons again for sure!" Wendy exclaimed, as she felt her spirits rise once again. "We'll search for as long as it takes!"
"That's what I like to hear!" Natsu cheered with a massive grin, patting Wendy on the head, which caused the sky dragon to blush slightly, a smile plastered on her face. Turning her head, Wendy wasn't surprised to see Lucy and Erza shooting her annoyed looks.
"By the way Natsu, I've been wondering..." Wendy said, as she looked up at the pink-haired dragon slayer. "Those two girls over there...are they your mates?" Both Lucy and Erza's faces instantly flushed red at being called out so suddenly, with Natsu himself sputtering slightly.
"W-What makes you t-think that Wendy?" Natsu stuttered out, rubbing the back of his head as he avoided the blue-haired dragon slayer's gaze.
"Come on Natsu, I'm some stupid little kid." Wendy said, as she frowned at the pink-haired dragon slayer. "Grandeeney at least taught me the very basics of dragon mating and I have read books on the topic...plus those both girls smell like you...and the pink streaks in their hair...it's pretty obvious that they're your mates."
"*Sigh* I guess there's no use hiding it from her." Lucy said, rubbing the mate mark on the crook of her neck. "Yeah, Erza and I are both Natsu's mates. There's one other girl, Mirajane Strauss, who's Natsu's mate as well, but she's not here right now."
"Another girl you say." Wendy said, as she roughly pinched Natsu's leg, causing him to yelp in pain. "Three mates...my, you really have been busy Natsu."
"Excuse me Wendy, I understand that you and Natsu are old friends, but could you please refrain from hurting him?" Erza asked, slightly glaring at the blue-haired dragon slayer. "I get that Natsu has changed since you last saw him, but that's no reason to get upset at him."
"No...you both don't 'get' anything." Wendy said, as she got up off Natsu's lap and walking over to Erza and Lucy, intensely gazing at both girls. "I'm fifteen right now, with my birthday in a few weeks. Dragons, and dragon slayers by extension, generally have their mating instincts kick in when they turn sixteen. The dragon who raised me, Grandeeney, wasn't dragon royalty, so I don't need to worry about taking on multiple mates like Natsu does." Leaning in closer, Wendy spoke quietly so that Natsu couldn't hear her clearly. "But I can assure you both that when I turn sixteen, I will be taking Natsu as my mate. Ever since we met, I knew he was the one who I would spend the rest of my life with. Being around Natsu makes me feel so safe and comfortable, and I feel emotions I've never felt before when I'm with him. So, I won't let either of you get in my way, Natsu will be my mate."
"Wendy..." Erza and Lucy both simultaneously in surprise, before briefly locking eyes with each other. Coming to an unspoken conclusion, the scarlet-haired knight and blonde celestial spirit mage nodded their heads.
"If you want to be Natsu's mate that's fine with us." Lucy said, as she shrugged her shoulders. "I already share Natsu with two other girls and I don't really have a problem with that."
"We both understand that Natsu's magic and dragon instincts drive him to take multiple mates, especially since both the dragons that raised him were dragon kinds." Erza said, nodding her head as she spoke. "So as long as you don't hog Natsu all to yourself, you're free to take him as your mate, we won't try and stop you."
"Are you...serious?" Wendy asked, as her eyes widened in surprise. "You'll let me take Natsu as my mate?"
"Of course, Wendy." Lucy said with a smile, placing her hands on the blue-haired dragon slayer's shoulders. "Erza, Mira, and I all love Natsu. We decided that it was best to share him and his love, that way all of us could be happy with him. It's been a great decision so far, and we've all grown so much closer together. So we won't stand in the way of someone else who loves Natsu. He's got a really big heart, and he makes time for all of us, so I see no problem if he takes more mates."
"If anything, it will make things more lively." Erza added with a light chuckle, before she crouched down to be eye level with the blue-haired dragon slayer. "So what do you say, Wendy? Let's end this hostility and be friends instead, because if things go the way you want, we'll be spending a lot more time together."
"I...I think I'd like that." Wendy said with a smile, shaking both Lucy and Erza's hands as a sign of their newly formed friendship. "Sorry about how I acted earlier. You two have known Natsu for a while, so you know how possessive dragons can be."
"It's fine Wendy, we understand." Lucy said, as she brushed some blonde and pink lock out of her eyes. "There's no hard feelings."
"*Ahem* Are you four ready to begin?" Jura asked, walking over to the gathered mages and tapping his staff onto the ground. "Because we cannot afford to waste anymore valuable time now that all the guilds are accounted for."
"Tch, we've got this big, important mission and Cait Shelter only sends one teenager." Sherry said, as she eyed Wendy suspiciously. "Seems kinda irresponsible to me."
"Oh, but she isn't alone, you garish woman." An annoyed feminine said from the building's entrance. Turning around, everyone but Wendy was surprised to see a small, white cat wearing in a pink dress walking towards them.
"Carla! Oh man, I'm so sorry about running ahead like that!" Wendy said in an apologetic tone, as she clasped a hand over her mouth. "I just got so excited at the thought of meeting Natsu again, I just wasn't thinking straight."
"For heaven's sake child, how many times have I warned you about that?" Carla said with a frown, crossing her arms over her chest. "You scared me half to death when you bolted off like that."
"This is the first time I've seen another cat like me..." Happy thought with a slight blush, as he stared at Carla with hearts in his eyes. "She's so beautiful." When Carla noticed that Happy was gazing at her, she huffed and turned away from him. However, this wasn't going to dissuade the blue cat, he was determined to win Carla's affection.
"Everyone...before we go on this mission...I have to let you know something..." Wendy nervously said, walking in center of all the gathered mages. "I'm not really going to be any help in a fight. But I do know lots of support magic and enchantments. So please don't exclude me from this mission!"
"It's that meek attitude of yours that makes people look down on you." Carla chastised, as she shook her head. "You really need to try and be more assertive."
"Don't worry about it Wendy, I know you'll do great!" Natsu said with a toothy grin, placing a comforting hand on the sky dragon slayer's shoulder. "Just leave all of the grunt work to me! You can keep us all patched up if we end up getting hurt! I have a feeling that your healing abilities are going to be really important on this mission!"
"Thanks Natsu...that means a lot to me." Wendy said with a smile, as she lowered her head to hide her blushing face.
"So you're the infamous Natsu that Wendy is so infatuated with?" Carla asked, inspecting the pink-haired dragon slayer. "Huh, I don't see what's got her so worked up."
"Thanks, nice to meet you too." Natsu said with a frown, as he rolled his eyes.
"Don't worry about Carla, she just needs to get to know you better." Wendy whispered to Natsu, flashing him a quick smile. "I'm sure she'll warm up to you soon."
"Now that we're all here and acquainted...allow me to explain our mission..." Ichiya said, as he seemed to dance and spin with every word her said. "If you go north from this location, there's a huge expanse of the Warss forest. An ancient civilization sealed an immensely strong magic away there. The magic's name is Nirvana."
"I've never heard of that magic." Lyon said, crossing his arms over his chest.
"What about you Jura-san? Have you heard of it?" Sherry asked, as she quirked an eyebrow in confusion.
"No...I have no knowledge of such a spell." Jura replied, shaking his head. "It must be quite old."
"For the ancients to seal this magic away...it must be quite destructive." Ren added, as he shoved his hands into his pockets. "So we must be very cautious."
"It's safe to assume that Oración Seis are gathering there as we speak..." Hibiki explained, stroking his chin as he spoke. "They aim to take Nirvana for themselves. It is our job to make sure that doesn't happen! We have to put a stop to Oración Seis!" All the non-Blue Pegasus mages were surprised when Hibiki's hands were coated in a golden glow. "We twelve mages are up against their six, but do not underestimate them even for a second! They are all unbelievably strong." With a flick of his wrist, Hibiki three up six golden squares of light, all them displaying pictures after a few moments. "There members include Cobra, who controls poisonous snakes, although his true potential is unknown. Racer, who is specialized in speed based magic. Hot Eye, of the Heaven's Gaze. Angel, who can apparently see into your heart. Midnight, who we have next to no data on. And their head commander, Brain...each of them has enough power to crush a guild on their own. We'll need to use our numerical advantage."
"I...I know I'm not as strong as you all..." Lucy muttered, as she tightly balled her fists. "But I'll give it my all. I have people who put their faith in me, I'll prove that they weren't wrong to do that."
"A-And I'll support you all the b-best I can!" Wendy exclaimed in a nervous tone, her body visibly shaking in a mix of fear and nervous excitement.
"You all can relax on that account. We won't simply be relying on fighting strength as our only tactical advantage." Ichiya said in a surprisingly serious tone. "All will be fine as long as we can find Oración Seis' base."
"Oración Seis has a base of operations out here?" Lyon asked, as he cocked an eyebrow. "This is the first I'm hearing of something like that."
"There is much we don't know about them yet, but we're certain they have a stronghold in the forest." Ren explained, gesturing to a map of the forest that Hibiki had projected. "We believe that it's somewhere within this general area."
"The perfect scenario would be if they were all gathered within their base." Ichiya said, before he did a quick spin, pointing towards the roof overhead. "If we can achieve that, our guild's Sky Steed, Christina, will bury their stronghold!"
"You guys have a magic heavy bomber!?" Sherry exclaimed, her eyes widening in shock.
"But aren't we going up against people?" Lucy pondered, as she gazed at the people gathered around her. "Isn't a bomber kinda overkill?"
"They are the type of enemy that warrants that firepower." Jura explained in dead serious tone, causing a chill to run down Lucy's spine. "Listen here...even when it comes to battle, we must not fight on our own! We must always battle with odds of at least two on one!"
"Oh, this is getting me all fired up!" Natsu cheered with a grin, as he punched his fist into his palm, causing a small burst of electricity. Not surprising the Fairy Tail mages, Natsu bolted towards the front door without a moments hesitation. "Okay, I'm gonna fight all of six of them at once!" Turning around mid-sprint, Natsu locked eyes with Wendy. "Come on Wendy, let's go kick some ass! We'll show them the power of two dragon slayers!"
"A-Alright! Let's do this!" Wendy exclaimed with a smile, feeling her nervous wash away as she chased after Natsu. "Natsu believes in me, so I'll show everyone that I can be useful!"
"Slow down, child! Don't be reckless!" Carla called out, as she sprouted wings and quickly flew after Wendy.
"Wait up Carla, I'll go with you!" Happy exclaimed, flying after the female white cat.
"That young girl...is a dragon slayer?" Jura said in a shocked tone, as he watched Wendy run out of the guild with a bight smile on her face. "I would have never imagined."
"Come on Lucy, let's get after him." Erza said, equipping a sword onto her hip and making her way towards the front door. "We can't let Natsu get Wendy into trouble."
"Yeah, knowing Natsu he's bound to get himself into a tough situation." Lucy added, as she followed closely behind Erza. "Then we'll have to him clean up the mess her caused."
"That damn idiot." Gray grumbled, tailing slightly behind Erza and Lucy. "Why does he have to be so damn hot-headed?"
"I don't like the idea of Fairy Tail one upping us." Lyon said, as a smirk spread across his face. "Let's get out there Sherry!"
"Right behind you!" Sherry exclaimed, her and Lyon both sprinting out of the building, much to Jura's annoyance.
"We're going too!" Ren yelled, as he darted out of the building, Eve and Hibiki hot on his heels.
"This is not how I would have liked to start the mission, but none the less it has begun." Jura said, crossing his arms over his chest. "We shouldn't waste any time and join them as well."
"One thing Jura-san..." Ichiya said, as he danced over to where the massive man was standing. "I'd like to ask you as a member of the Ten Wizard Saints...are you a match for Master Makarov?"
"Oh, not at all." Jura replied with a small smile, waving a hand dismissively. "The title of Wizard Saint is bestowed by the council. I may have the title, but I'm the weakest of them. Comparing me to Makarov, is like comparing heaven to earth."
"Is that so?" Ichiya muttered with a smirk, as he discretely reached for the vials on his belt. "I am quite relived to hear that. I was worried what would happen to me if you were on the same level as Makarov." Jura quirked an eyebrow in confusion at Ichiya's odd behavior. However, Jura quickly had to cover his mouth as noxious fumes started to fill the room.
"What is this abysmal smell!?" Jura exclaimed, collapsing down onto one knee. "What the hell is going on?!"
"It's a perfume magic that disables an opponent's ability to fight..." Ichiya explained in a menacing tone, as he released the remaining contents of his vial into the air. "Well that's what it's supposed to do."
"Ichiya-dono?!" Jura said in between coughs, struggling to get back onto his feet. "What are you doing?!" Jura's eyes widened in fear as Ichiya rushed towards him, the fumes in the air preventing him from dodging. Unable to move, Jura gasped in pain as Ichiya stabbed a dagger through his side. Only adding to the confusion, Jura watched as Ichiya exploded into a cloud of smoke, being replaced by to small creatures with blue colored bodies and two antennae. They had small, black, beady eyes with white pupils. They both wore shorts, with one wearing orange shorts, while the other wore black ones. One had a "^" shape for a mouth, while the other has an "v" for a mouth. They both also had a sash running from their left shoulder to the right side of his waist. "W-What the...hell?"
"That Ichiya guys doesn't think about anything but sex, eh?" The creature in orange shorts said to the other.
"He doesn't think at all!" The creature in black shorts replied, as it threw its arms up into the air. "He was just a useless adult!"
"We get it, so stop your complaining." A new feminine voice said from the building's entrance. Jura's eyes widened in fear when he got a good look at the girl, she was definitely a member of Oración Seis!
"Y-You...are..." Jura struggled say, pressing a hand onto his bleeding wound. "H-How did...you..."
"Oh...you're worrying about that old pervert..." Angel said with a smirk, as she shrugged her shoulders. "I had him copied. And because of that I know about your entire plan." Jura felt a chill run down his spine, remembering everyone else that had run ahead, and the danger they were likely smirk widening, Angel rested her head on her palm. "That's right! We managed to take out two big shots right off the bat!"
"I am mortified..." Jura managed to say, before collapsing to the ground, losing consciousness because of blood loss.
"I will not allow any children of light interfere." Angel said in a wicked tone, as she glared down at Jura's unconscious form. "And who try to will be punished by an angel!"
(Same Time: With Natsu and the Others)
"I can see it now! The forest" Natsu cheered, spotting the treeline just ahead of him. "Come on guys, let's get to work!"
"Right behind you, Natsu!" Wendy exclaimed, as she followed just behind the pink-haired dragon slayer. "Let's teach these guys not mess with us!"
"Why did he have to drag Wendy into his stupid stunts?" Erza asked, lagging slightly behind Natsu and Wendy. "The last thing we need is our only support mage to get hurt."
"I don't think we have to worry about Wendy getting hurt." Lucy said, as she kept up with Erza's pace, much to the scarlet-haired knight's surprise. "Natsu will make sure nothing bad happens to her. If anything happens, he'll keep her safe." The blonde celestial spirit mage slowed down slightly when she noticed a massive shadow creep over her and everyone us. Looking up, Lucy's eyes widened when she saw what was overhead. "Erza! Check it out!"
"Oh!" Erza exclaimed with a smile, spotting Blue Pegasus' magic bomber flying above them. "That must be the magic gunship Christina!" Everyone stopped for a moment to marvel at the massive flying ship, elegantly cutting through the sky. However, that marvel was quickly dashed as explosion rocked Christina's hull. Fire erupted from the magic gunship, as it quickly began to descend towards the ground.
"This can't be happening..." Hibiki gasped, as he covered his mouth with his hand. "Christina is...crashing..."
"What the hell happened?" Lyon asked, watching as Christina smashed into the ground ahead of them, which kicked up a massive cloud of dust and debris.
"Wendy..." Natsu said, as he stood protectively in front of the blue-haired dragon slayer. The pink-haired dragon slayer glared at the billowing smoke cloud, sensing an ominous presence from within. "Stay behind me...someone is coming." Moments later, six figures emerged from the smoke, all of them resembling the pictures Hibiki had projected. "Looks like Oración Seis decided to come to us."
"Looks like the maggots have been gathering." Brain said, slamming his staff into the ground. "Looks like we'll have to exterminate them."
"We already know about your pathetic little plans." Angel said with a smirk, as she rested a hand on her hip. "We've already taken down Ichiya and Jura."
"That's not possible!" Ren exclaimed in anger, taking a step towards the Oración Seis mages. "We don't believe you."
"Heh, I can hear you all trembling." Cobra said with a grin, as he shoved his hands into his pockets.
"Yeah, I'm trembling all right..." Natsu said with a grin matching Cobra's, as lightning crackled off his body. "I'm trembling with excitement!"
"Oh I like you already..." Cobra said with a twisted smile, his snake slithering around his shoulders. "I'm gonna enjoy breaking you."
"I never thought you'd intercept us." Erza said, as she tightened her grip on her sword's hilt.
"Well I'm glad you did, because you saved me the trouble of searching for you guys!" Natsu exclaimed, before charging directly towards the Oración Seis mages, with Gray following right next to him.
"Destroy them." Brain ordered, moments before Racer rocketed passed him, blazing towards Natsu and Gray. In the blink of an eye, Racer was behind Natsu and Gray. Racer wound up and prepared to hit both Fairy Tail mages with a spinning kick. However, Racer was shocked when Natsu spun around and blocked his kick.
"You think you're fast?" Natsu asked with a smirk, before he grabbed ahold of Racer's leg and hurled him into a nearby tree. "Try being faster than a lightning bolt next time." Whipping around, Natsu turned to face Lucy, flames bursting from his cheeks. "Luce, right next to you!" The blonde celestial spirit mage turned her head and was shocked to see an exact copy of herself standing right next to her. "Fire Dragon's Roar!" The stream of scorching flames hit the imposter Lucy, causing it to explode into a cloud of smoke. "You may look exactly like Luce, but you smell nothing like her!"
"That's quite enough of that, you're wasting our time and money." Hot Eye said, pointing towards his own eyes, moments before they began to glow ominously. "One does not need love as long as they have money! It's so true!"
"What the hell is he on-" Natsu was cut off as the ground underneath him began to warp and distort, seemingly turning into a liquid. "Shit!" Focusing his magic, Natsu coated his entire body in orange lightning. "Lightning Dragon's Flash Step!" The pink-haired dragon slayer's body morphed down into a streak of lightning on the ground that shot towards Hot Eye. A split second latter Natsu sprung up in front of Hot Eye, hitting the large man with a powerful uppercut that sent him tumbling back. A growl rumbling his throat, Natsu spun around mid-air and locked onto Racer, who had recovered and was making his way towards the Blue Pegasus mages. "Lightning Dragon's Static Roar!" A burst of orange lightning exploded from Natsu's mouth and quickly caught up with Racer, who was forced to abandon his attack to dodge. Landing back on the ground, Natsu came face-to-face with Midnight, who appeared to be fast asleep. "Oi, you serious right now? This guy must be a really heavy sleeper. Let's wake him up then!" Natsu inhaled deeply, his cheeks bulging with blue flames. "Fire Dragon's Purifying Roar!" However, Natsu was surprised to see his flames swerve around Midnight, as if there was a forcefield around him. "What the hell?"
"I wouldn't do that." Racer said, dashing around behind Natsu. "Midnight's is pretty scary when he's awake." Cocking his fist back, Racer tried to punch Natsu. But once again, his attack was stopped when the pink-haired dragon slayer spun around and stopped his attack.
"Still too slow." Natsu said with a toothy grin, as he grabbed ahold of Racer's arm, before lifting him into the air and slamming him into the ground back first. "You really need to speed things up man."
"So strong..." Lyon muttered, staring at Natsu in shock. "It's only been a few months since I last saw him and he's become this strong."
"He really wasn't messing around earlier..." Hibiki said, as he watched Natsu take down a copy of Gray who had tried to attack him from behind. "We really shouldn't piss him off."
"This little shit..." Cobra growled, glaring daggers at Natsu. "He's mocking us." Looking for a way to possibly batter Natsu, he spotted another way to attack the pink-haired dragon slayer. "Oi, I got a job for you..." Cobra whispered to his snake, a devious smirk on his face as gazed at Erza. "Get the job done." Silently, the large purple snake slithered off Cobra's shoulder and into the nearby treeline.
"I knew Natsu was strong, but this is crazy..." Lucy said in awe, as she watched her mate deflect another one of Racer's attacks, slamming him into the ground once again. "He's taking on Oración Seis by himself."
"Well they aren't all attacking at once..." Erza said, her eyes focused on Brain and Midnight. "Also...we have no idea who powerful those two are." The scarlet-haired knight was so focused on Natsu's fight, that she didn't notice the dangerous beast sneaking up behind her. By the time Erza had heard something lunging towards her, it was far to late. Before she could even reach for her sword, Cobra's snake had sank its fangs into her right arm. Roaring in pain, Erza collapsed to her knees, the entire right side of her body already completely numb.
"ERZA!" Natsu exclaimed in worry, rushing over to his mate's side, cradling her in his arms. "Are you okay?!"
"You won't die instantly from that poison..." Cobra said with a smirk, as his snake slithered back around his shoulders. "So enjoy suffering until you can no longer breath."
"You mother fucker..." Natsu snarled, furiously glaring at Cobra, before he gently handed Erza over to Lucy. Getting back onto his feet, Natsu tightly balled his fists, blue flames exploding off them. "You're gonna pay for hurting my mate." Turning around, Natsu locked eyes with Wendy, who was hiding behind Lucy. "Wendy, I'm going to need your help here."
"Wendy..." Brain muttered, as his eyes widened in surprise. "This changes things."
"What's Brain talking about?" Angel asked, glancing at Cobra.
"How the hell should I know?" Cobra replied, as he shrugged his shoulders.
"B-But Natsu...I don't know how to use offensive magic." Wendy said in a frightened tone, as she pocked her head out from behind Lucy, here eyes full of disappointment. "I'm sorry but I can't-"
"I'm not asking you to fight..." Natsu said, offering his hand to the blue-haired dragon slayer. "I want you to use your enchantments on me." Wendy's eyes widened slightly when Natsu said this. "Help me take these bastards down. Then you can use your magic to heal Erza."
"R-Right!" Wendy said in a determined tone, as she stepped out and walked over to Natsu, gently taking his hand. "I'll help you fight." However, before Wendy or Natsu could even react, a cloud of black smoke wrapped around the blue-haired dragon's slayer's body and yanked her towards the Oración Seis mages.
"WENDY!" Natsu roared, reaching out to grab Wendy, his fingers just brushing passed hers. "Give her back god damn it!"
"The Sky Priestess! She's ours now!" Brain exclaimed with a twisted smile, as the block smoke continued to emanate from the skull on his staff.
"I said give her back!" Natsu roared, charging towards the Oración Seis mages. "I won't let you take her!"
"All's fair in money and war!" Hot Eye yelled, as he used his magic to warp the ground underneath Natsu and the other light guild mages. The rapidly changing ground launched all the gathered light guild mages into the air.
"Happy! Help her!" Natsu exclaimed, before crashing hard back into the ground, which momentarily knocked the air from his lungs. "Please...save her."
"Right!" Happy said, as wings sprouted from his back and he raced towards Wendy. The blue cat quickly reached Wendy and grabbed ahold of her hand. "Don't let go Wendy!" Happy tried to yank Wendy free of the black smoke, but no matter how hard he pulled should wouldn't watched in horror as both Wendy and Happy disappeared into the black smoke.
"Wendy! Happy!" Natsu exclaimed, pushing through the pain he felt and rushing towards the Oración Seis mages. "You bastards! Give them back right now!"
"We no have more need for you insects!" Brain exclaimed, as he pointed his staff at Natsu. Moments later a massive stream of swirling, dark magic erupted from the skull atop the staff. As the dark magic approached Natsu, it began to break off and separate, targeting him and everyone behind him. Natsu's eyes widened when he saw the dark magic approaching his other nakama. "Everyone, get down!"
However, Natsu was forced to stop in his tracks when an imposing figure crashed into the ground in front of him. When the dust settled, Natsu was shocked to see Jura towering over him.
"Iron Rock Wall!" Jura exclaimed, slamming his staff into the ground. A split second later a large protective barrier made of earth formed in front of himself and Natsu. Whipping around, Natsu was relieved to see similar defensive walls in front of the rest of his nakama. The ground shook violently, as Jura's barriers blocked Brain's magic. After several moments the shaking stopped and Jura lowered his earth walls. Releasing a shaky breath, Jura turned to face everyone else. "Is everyone okay?"
"Thank you Jura-sama." Sherry said with a small smile, as she bowed her head. "You really saved us back there."
"That was truly amazing." Eve said, getting back onto his feet and dusting himself off. "Thank you very much."
"Where are they?!" Natsu growled fiercely, as blue bursts of fire crackled off his body. "Where the fuck did they take Wendy and Happy?!"
"We were holding them back, but we let our guard down." Ren said, hanging his head in shame. "We were stupid to rely on Natsu-san to take them all on himself."
"I'm just glad to see that you're fine, Jura-san." Lyon said, as he walked up to the massive man. However, Lyon stopped when he saw the bandages wrapped around Jura's waist. "Jura-san...are you..."
"No..." Jura cut Lyon off, turning around to reveal a large splatter of blood on the bandages. "I was hit in a very dangerous spot." Jura suddenly gestured behind himself, showing that Ichiya was also with him. "I was only able to fight because of Ichiya-dono's temporary Pain Reliving Perfume."
"The Oración Seis fled just as we were arriving." Ichiya said, stumbling slightly with each step, the Blue Pegasus mage looking far worse off than Jura. "They must have been scared."
"You sure you're okay to move around man?" Gray asked in a concerned tone, as he gawked at Ichiya's heavily wounded body. "You're practically falling apart."
"Everyone, please partake of my Pain Reliving Perfume." Ichiya said, popping the top to one of his vials, which released a thick pink fume. Everyone who breathed in the fumes breathed a sigh of relief as their pains were washed away. "Please remember that this is only temporary."
"They took Wendy and Happy..." Natsu growled, as he grit his teeth in frustration. "I'm going to find them...and beat the hell out of all of them."
"Natsu..." Carla said, surprising everyone but the pink-haired dragon slayer, as white wings sprouted from her back. Flying up to the dual dragon slayer, Carla grabbed ahold of his scarf to keep him from running off. "I understand that Wendy and the male cat mean a lot to you...I also understand that you're very upset right now...but now isn't the time to be rash and running off. We need to formulate a plan...Also..." Turning her head, Carla turned Natsu's attention back to Erza, who was currently propped up against a tree. "There's a more pressing matter we must solve."
"Oh shit..." Natsu cursed, scrambling to his feet and rushing over to Erza's side. "Fuck me I almost forgot in all this mess...are you okay Erza?!"
"Please hang in there Erza!" Lucy cried, as tears stung her eyes, grabbing ahold of the scarlet-haired knight's good hand. "We'll save you, so please just fight through this."
"I can't believe my Pain Reliving Perfume is having no effect..." Ichiya muttered, staring at Erza in shock. "It's practically inconceivable."
"This is no time for us to be sitting around...I can't help anyone like this." Erza said in a pained voice, as she reached up and grabbed Lucy's belt, forcing the blonde celestial spirit mage to quickly reach down and hold her skirt up. "I'm sorry Lucy, but I'm going to borrow this." Everyone gathered around Erza and watched as she tightly tied the belt around her poison filled arm. Biting down into a cloth, Erza materialized a sword next to her. Taking a breath to steel her nerves, Erza outstretched her arm. "Do not hesitate, cut it off!"
"Erza...what the hell are you-"
"I understand, I'll do it." Lyon cut Natsu off and grabbed the sword, raising it above his head.
"Lyon you bastard!" Natsu snarled, as he got in the ice mage's face. "Don't you even fucking think about it!"
"Do it!" Erza exclaimed, her voice being muffled by the piece of cloth in her mouth. "It needs to be done!"
"We can't allow her to die here!" Lyon said, as he swung the sword. However, everyone gasped in surprise when Natsu stopped the blade with his flame coated hand, melting the sword in half. "Natsu! What the hell are you doing!? Is her arm worth more than-" Lyon was cut off when he received a fierce punch to the jaw, courtesy of very pissed of dragon slayer.
"Are you fucking deaf!?" Natsu roared, grabbing ahold of Lyon's jacket and yanking him back onto his feet. "Did you not hear what I said after Erza was first bit?! Wendy can heal her! Her sky dragon slayer magic can be as an extremely powerful healing magic!"
"That's what I was trying to tell you fools." Carla said, as she shook her head in annoyance. "But you were all suddenly gunk ho about cutting this poor woman's arm off."
"Alright, this is no time to be fighting amongst ourselves." Jura said, pushing Natsu and Lyon apart, acting as a barrier between them. "If what Natsu and Carla say is true, than our objective is clear. We need to rescue Wendy for Erza-san's sake."
"You're right..." Natsu said, as he tightly balled his fists. A few moments later, Natsu offered his hand to Lyon. "Let's work together to get Wendy back and save Erza."
"Heh, of course." Lyon said with a smirk, before shaking Natsu hand. "Can't have you showing me up anymore."
"All right everyone..." Natsu exclaimed, as he extended his fist towards his nakama. "Let's go!"
"Yeah!" The rest of the light mages cheered, bumping all their fists together.
And done! A slightly shorter chapter this time, but I felt this was a good stopping point. Well the action has officially started, Wendy has been kidnapped and Erza is seriously injured! We also saw that Natsu is strong enough to take on most of the Oración Seis mages by himself, but how will he fair against the others? Well you'll have to just wait and see! This will be the final chapter for now. I plan on working on my Akame ga Kill fic next, then my Pokemon fic after that. Once those are done, I'll start writing for this story again.
