It starts with Gengar and Nidorino battle each other on TV being watched by Red. His calls up the stairs,telling him that Professor Oak wants to see him.
By the time he arrived here, Professor Oak's Grandson,Blue was there. Green was there as well. Blue picked Squirtle,Green picked Bulbasaur,& Red picked Charmander. While the three sets off on a journey,Red begun searching for Pokémon to catch.
While training with his Charmander,Red encounters a Pidgey. He has Charmander battles Pidgey and throws a Poke Ball at it,successfully catches it. Later,He meets up with Blue,who challenges him to a battle. Red sends out Pidgey and Blue sends out Spearow. After Pidgey gets taken down,Red sends out Charmander and defeats it with Ember. Blue sends out Squirtle,who defeats Charmander with Bubble.
Red takes his Pokémon to the Pokémon Center where he meets Brock,who has been watching him and invites to come to his Gym at Pewter City,which Red accepts.
After his Pokémon recover,Red journey to Pewter City where he meets up with Green,who has earned a badge. Later,The Battle begins with Brock calls out Geodude and Red calls out Pidgey. The two Pokémon battles. Pidgey manage to defeat Geodude. Brock sends out Onix,who takes down Pidgey. Red sends out Charmander. Onix was about to Tackle,but Charmander uses Flamethrower and defeats it.
Brock gave Red a Boulder Badge and TM34(Bide). As Red and Green are about to continue when They encounter a Pikachu. Red plans on catching it.
