Final Report
At the loud house nighttime, Lisa gathered all of the fossil Pokémon and returned them to their pokeballs, while the family gets ready for bed.
"I'm glad that the both of them can enter the league," Luna said."
"Me too," Luan said."
"I wonder who they'll be facing at the league," Lana said."
"Maybe some tough trainers," Lola said."
"I hope he beats that jerk Cross," Lynn said."
"Me too, after what that jerk did to Lincoln, I would pound him," Leni said."
Lisa comes in," We have to be prepared for the next progress report," she said."
"Oh yeah, the report will mention the last gym battles," Lynn sr. said."
"True, in the meantime lets go to sleep," Rita said."
Everyone goes to bed. the next day, after everyone had breakfast and Lisa sends lincoln's fossil pokemon back to oak, the Casagrandes and the Mcbrides arrive. Lisa installs the videophone in the garage as everyone gathers around.
"Ok everyone, we're ready," Lisa said."
She turns on the videophone and a recording image of professor oak appeared."
"Greetings everyone, I'm here to tell you that this'll be my final progress report," the recorded oak said."
"Really, this'll be his final report?" Carl asked."
"Looks like it," Carlos said."
The footage shows the footage of Lincoln's gym battle with Blane on top of the volcano.
"Do you think those other gyms in the other regions have battles like this?" CJ asked."
"Maybe," Lori replied."
"I bet fire Pokémon can handle lava," Carl said."
"Maybe some of them," Lisa said."
The next footage showed Lincoln and Ronnie Anne facing Giovanni.
"I still can't believe that the leader of team rocket was the gym leader," Maria said."
"Yeah, but something must've happened during the battle," Frida said."
"Maybe something inside that man awoken in him," Rosa said."
"Like he was molded into someone he didn't want to be," Hector said."
They looked surprised seeing Comikid.
"He really looks like a superhero," CJ said."
"Yeah," Carl said."
The sisters were feeling guilty about making fun of Lincoln and his love for Ace Savy.
"Girls, are you ok?" Rita asked."
"we're feeling guilty about making fun of Lincoln's love for Ace Savy," Leni replied."
"You mean, how you all minus Lucy were making fun of him even though he would never make fun of you for the stuff you like," Lynn sr. said."
The sisters nodded in guilt.
"Now you girls will have another thing to apologize to him for," Rita said."
The next footage shows Ronnie Anne facing brock and misty.
"I can't believe that a Pokémon came from a time portal," Carlos said."
"Yeah, and it's a rock and fire type," Luan said."
"I guess brock's little sister sees Ronnie Anne as her rival for Lincoln," Luna said."
"Too bad that Lincoln is single right now," Lynn said."
"Yeah," Rita muttered."
"Single," Maria muttered too."
"I can't believe Misty's sisters flirted with Bobby," Lori said."
"At least he rejected them," Leni said."
"What if Ronnie Anne was right about misty using her swimsuit to distract the male trainers?" Lola asked."
The females couldn't answer Lola's question.
"that's stupid," Lana replied."
"So, misty is only ok with bug type Pokémon as long as they're water types?" Lori asked."
"I guess it takes baby steps to get over her fear," Carlota replied."
"Maybe," Leni said."
"That's all for the report, now that Lincoln and Ronnie Anne have all 8 badges, I hope you all enjoy seeing the Pokémon league, I'll send the schedule for the league to begin," the recorded oak said." take care."
The recording waves goodbye as the video ends.
"I'm glad the report gave us good info," Carlos said."
"And we got the schedule when the league starts so we won't miss anything," Howard said."
"All that's left is Lincoln's call, we'll just have to wait for a while," Lisa said."
"We can stay until he calls," Rosa said."
Loud house evening,
Everyone was watching the dream boat while Lisa reinstalled the videophone in her room, until their wristwatches start beeping.
"He's calling!" Leni said."
Everyone gathers in Lisa and lily's room.
Lisa turns on the videophone and Lincoln and friends appear on screen.
"Hey guys," Lincoln said."
"Hey link, we saw yours and Ronnie Anne's battles," Luan said."
"Yeah, and we saw the last report. Something really got me, what happened between you and Giovanni?" Lynn asked."
Lincoln explains about how Giovanni was like a kid chained up and was forced to be something he's not because of his mother not thinking about what he wants. Lori began to feel bad thinking about how she forced Lincoln on that double date with Bobby and Ronnie Anne.
"So, he was molted into that kind of person his mom wanted and not cared about his dreams and feelings?" Leni asked."
"Yup, link here somehow freed him," Ronnie Anne replied."
"He disappeared after that," Clyde said."
"Maybe he's laying low not just from the cops but this Logan loud guy," Bobby said."
(After hearing that name)" That reminds me, I talked to my brother Lance and my sister Shirley and they don't know anything about a Logan loud," Lynn sr. said."
"I even asked Grandma Harriet if there's anyone named Logan in our family and she said no," Lucy said."
"I see," Lincoln said."
"Maybe he's from another universe," CJ said."
"Yeah, like those Pokémon you guys saved," Carlota said."
"You could be right," Lincoln said." but, why did Giovanni's note say beware of Logan loud?"
"Who knows," Carl replied."
Luna decided to change the subject.
"So bro, you excited for the league?" Luna asked."
"Yeah, but it'll be a couple of weeks until it starts," Lincoln replied." So, we're going to train since we're in pallet town."
"I already asked Ivy to send my Pokémon to oak," Ronnie Anne said." and we're going to train in separate areas."
"Why?" Lola asked."
"it's because they'll know each other's strategies if they train together," Lisa replied."
"That makes sense," Lola said."
"In the meantime, you'll be surprised on how much stronger our Pokémon will get," Lincoln said."
"We'll be prepared bro, and cheering you two on," Lynn said."
"Thanks guys," Lincoln said." We're gonna go train now see yah."
"Bye sweety, and don't train to hard," Rita said."

"Ok," the two said as they turn the videophone off."
"Hey, why don't we invite our friends too so they can see the league too," Luna said."

That's chapter 72, next chapter, Lincoln and Ronnie Anne faces their first battles at the league.
