Chapter 45:- Haldi Function
Vrinda and Rishabh smiled and informed Aravind Srivastav that Purvi didn't change her decision.
Aravind was not surprised as he knew about Abhivi.
Purvi knew where Abhijeet went so she directly rushed to the three supreme Gods.
There he is, sleeping alone leaning on the pillar in front of the Gods.
Purvi slightly bowed her head in front of them and went near her Abhijeet.
He is sleeping in a sitting position and his face already very dull.
There are traces that he cried badly probably blaming himself for Purvi's situation.
Purvi shook her head and mumbled, "Kuch bewakoofonko ignore karna chahiye Abhi, lekin aap bhi naa..."
She smiled and slowly lifted him in her arms without disturbing him.
She gently tapped her toes and jumped into the sky and went into the clouds.
When she dropped him down on the cloud, Abhijeet was disturbed.
"Purviii", he immediately remember her.
"Shhhh, mai yahi hu aap ke paas, aise pareshan mat ho", Purvi said gently caressing his hair.
Abhijeet looked around and realised that they are in the sky, "Tum kyun yaha aayi ho? Toda araam karo yaar"
"Bahut hogaya araam , aap aise vadhu(marriage girl) ko chodke kyun aaye?", Purvi asked.
"Kyunki...kuch nahi bas aise hi...", Abhijeet said.
"Kair chodo, sab ko warning deke aayi hu ki mere Abhi ko pareshan naa kare", Purvi smiled.
"Tum bhi na Purvi, voh bas tere liye pareshan hai aur kuch nahi yaar", Abhijeet sighed, "Kya zarurat ti aise karne ki".
"Kyunki aap ki galti nahi hai ismein, khana teak nahi huva toh kya hogaya? Hum ladkiyo se bhi galti hoti rehti hai", Purvi said.
"Lekin aise ghatiya khana koi nahi banata darling, chodo hum yaha asmaan mein kyun aaye hai?", Abhijeet yawned and asked.
"Aap aasu kyun baha rahe te?", Purvi asked.
"Mai.. nahi...nahi toh...kisne kaha ki maine roya?", Abhijeet asked.
"Zyada oversmart mat bano, aap ke ye handsome chehra aise laal kyun hai? Aap bhi na Abhi, chote chote baatonke liye pareshan ho jaate ho , mera koi kuch nahi kar sakta aap chinta mat karo", Purvi said and held him on her lap.
"Tumne kaha hum romance karenge lekin ye kya hai?", Abhijeet smiled and hugged her waist.
"So jaao chup chaap , kal haldi ka function hai", Purvi said.
"Ha toh?", Abhijeet asked.
"Toh aap mujhe", Purvi about to say but suddenly they felt tremendous energy blast inside the southern part of Legendary India.
"Maa Rundamalini?", both of them were little shocked.
"Ab bhi koi Rundamalini ki araadhana kar raha hai? Legendary India mein allow nahi hai naa? Tamasik shaktiyonki araadhana karna mana hai naa Abhi?", Purvi asked in a surprise.
Abhijeet narrowed his eyes and tried to looked inside the cave but pair of Rundamlini eyes blocked his sight, "Niyam ke khilaaf hai, vaise bhi tumhe koi farak nahi padta".
One voice heard.
Abhijeet stopped trying to figure out who could it be but wondered who is so daring enough to wordhip tamasik powers. inside Gods territory.
"Leave it, Rundamalini ka agya nahi hai toh mai zabardasti nahi karunga, jo bhi hai humhe kya?", Abhijeet smiled and said, "Ha tum kya keh rahi ti?"
"Haa.. voh kya hai naa..", Purvi hesitated.
Abhijeet knew she is upto something but his mind also thought of something, "Purvi darling, mujhe na ek baat batana hai"
"Ha boliye na", Purvi nodded.
"Mujhe kuch nahi pata lekin kal pehle mai hi tumhe haldi lagaaunga", Abhijeet said.
Purvi's eyes brightened, "Arey waah, meri dil ki baat kahi aapne Abhi, mai bhi toh yahi chahti ti pata hai aap ko?"
Abhijeet kissed on her palm and closed his eyes, "Jab hum donno ek saat hai toh duniya ka har ek place kubsurat lagta hai"
"Ha Abhi, aur jald hi humhare kubsurti aur bhi bhadega", Purvi smiled and kissed on his forehead, "Shubha ratri, so jaayiye aap mai rest kar chuki hu ab aap ki bari hai".
Abhijeet nodded obediently and slept on her lap.
After a while , Purvi snapped her fingers.
The cloud slowly began to move down towards their gaming base.
The entire Shakti Prapancha was shocked.
Bhaskara , Mrityu,Shree, masked man, dark magician, Kala everyone were stunned.
Without using divine powers, they are flying in the sky.
Not only that, Abhivi returned on a cloud???
"This world is crazy", Shree laughed and said.
Vrinda , Rishabh, Adi, Raj, Legend , Krish and Kali were almost jumped from their place looking at the beautiful cloud and beautiful Abhivi.
Prithvi was shocked as well as fumed, "Ye Abhijeet ka baccha, mai bhi dekhta hu aur kitna din ye hava mein udegaa... Jald hi marnewaka hai ye".
"Dekh kya rahe ho, photo toh bantaa hai na boss", Raj secretly said and snapped several photos without disturbing Abhivi.
Purvi gestured them to not to make any sounds.
She gently lifted Abhijeet in her arms and went inside his room and the cloud went back to the sky.
It was already 4 in the morning.
But all are awakened and started preparing for the ritual.
After ten minutes, Purvi returned back.
"Waah, kya baat hai Purvi humhe nahi pata ta ki bina daivi shakti ke tum donno aasman mein ud sakte ho", Raj said.
"Abhi bahut udaas te isiliye unhe khush karne ke liye maine ye sab kiya", Purvi said, "Lekin ek baat bolna hai"
Mrityu laughed and said, "Kal haldi function mein Abhijeet hi pehle haldi lagaayega na tumhe? Yahi baat bataana chahti ho naa tum?"
"You... dusronki baat sun na acchi baat nahi hai", Purvi pouted.
Vrinda smiled and went near her, pinched her nose and said, " Lekin tum donno kaise ek dusre ko haldi lagaate ho ye dekhna hai humhe, aur hum ye hone nahi denge".
Purvi raised her eyebrows, "Haar jaaoge"
"Dekhte hai kaun jitega aur kaun haarega", Rishabh said.
"Jab Abhi aur Purvi ek saat ho toh kuch bhi naa mumkin nahi hai.", Purvi smiled.
All smiled and nodded, "Dekhte hai"
"Bechara Abhi, mujhe lekar bahut pareshan taa voh. Pata nahi kaise voh khana karaab hogaya", Purvi sighed.
Adi looked at his friends and nodded, "Purvi, ab Abhijeet yaha nahi hai toh hum sachai bata sakte hai"
Purvi immediately turned towards them and asked, "Kya matlab? Kaun se sachai ki baat kar rahe ho tum?"
Raj coldly said, "Yahi ki Abhijeet ka banaya huva khana ghatiya nahi ta lekin ghatiya banaya gaya hai kisi ka chaal hai"
All were stunned including Purvi.
Rishabh asked, "Kyaa? Kisne kiya ye sab?"
"Nahi pata, lekin Abhijeet ne bahut accha khana banaya taa.. Alu paratha sach mein ek number ka hi taa"
Prithvi laughed and said, "Agar aisa hota toh Purvi ki halat aise nahi hoti"
"Prithvi ke bacche , tum ab bhi chote ho isiliye apna mooh band karo , hum bade log yaha baat kar rahe hai naa dikhta nahi tumhe?", Adi laughed.
"You...forget it, pehle ye bataa tumhe kaise pata ki Alu Paratha accha ta?", Prithvi asked.
"Kyunki hum sab ne pehle hi Alu Paratha ko taste ki ti .. bahut swadisht taa", Raj shouted.
Flashback:-
"Abhijeet, waah yaar kya swadisht banaa hai ye Alu Paratha, shayad Purvi ke liye kuch nahi bachega", Raj laughed.
Abhijeet who just went to wash his hands shocked, "Kameeno , pehle Purvi ko khaana taa yaar... Tum logonki toh... yaar sirf kuch vakt ki toh baat hai"
Krish laughed, "Abey chal hat, Purvi Purvi, Purvi... Ek baar apne dostonko bhi mauka do yaar"
"Accha ro mat, teak hai. Khaa sakte ho tum sab", Abhijeet smiled.
"Khaa sakte ho kya? Hum sab taste kar chuke hai aur dekh lena hum mein se tumhara khana sabse uncha daam mein bana hai, its really tasty yaar", Kali said.
"Sach mein? Purvi ko khana pasand aayega na?", Abhijeet asked.
"Pasand aayega? Arey zindagi bhar ke liye voh tum se hi khana banaayegi dekh lena", Raj laughed and said.
Abhijeet and others laughed, "Purvi ke liye ye sab kar raha hu , agar usse pasand aaya toh mai aur mera dil donno khush".
"Waah...kya dialogue maara hai chalo, nahaake aate hai", All smiled.
"Rishabh ke liye kuch rakho, usse aane mein der hogi", Adi said.
"Ha , alag rakha hai , isse fridge mein rakh dena", Abhi gave Raj one extra plate of Aalu Paratha.
Flashback ends..
All were shocked hearing the flashback.
Purvi burned in fury, "Kisi ka chaal hai mujhe aur Abhi ko ek dusre se dur karne ke liye"
Prithvi laughed, "Purvi ye bhi toh ho sakta hai ki ye log Abhijeet ko bachaane ke liye jhoot bol rahe hai"
Raj laughed and said, "Bola na, chote bacche bade logonke beech baat nahi karte, Adi tumhe pata hai na kya karna hai?".
Adi smiled and said, "Purvi, ek minute haa mai abi aaya".
Adi went inside and quickly came back with a plate of Alu Paratha.
Legend said, "Purvi, ye Rishabh bhaiyya ke liye Abhijeet ne extra rakha taa , taste kar lo khud pata chalega".
Vrinda denied, "Abi abi Purvi teak huyi hai isiliye hum taste karte hai toda".
Vrinda hesitantly tasted the food but her expression changed drastically.
"Maa kya huva?", Purvi asked.
Rishabh stepped forward and tasted a small bit and his expression also changed.
Raj smiled and said, "Abey chote bacche ye le aur khaa le khud pata chalega tujhe"
Prithvi snorted and took the bite.
He couldn't help but saying that, "Yaar, its so tatsy".
Purvi immediately snatched the plate and sat down, started eating.
"Maa, ye toh sach mein number 1 hai", she shouted and didn't leave anything but a plate only.
Raj turned towards Prithvi and asked, "Ab bolo, kaun jhoot bol raha hai? Tumhe kya pata Purvi se Abhijeet kitna pyaar karta hai? Humne dekha hai. Zindagi mein pehli baar Abhijeet ne Alu paratha banaya hai pata bhi hai tumhe?"
Krish said, "Zindagi bhar hotel ka simple khaane se zindagi jeenewala Abhijeet pehli baar khana banaya hai, tumhe kya pata usse kitne mushkil huyi hai.. Uska haat dekha hai tumne Purvi? Nahi naa,dekh lena pata chalega".
"Kyun kya huva? Voh teak nahi hai kyaa?", Purvi quickly asked after washing her hands.
"Oh...toh tumne nahi dekha", Adi smiled, "Jaao dekh lo pata chalega"
Swoosh!
Purvi immediately rushed to his room.
Rishabh shouted, "Kitchen mein CCTV camera bhi nahi hai damn it... Kisi ne jaan buchkar ye sab kiya hai taaki hum sab aapas mein jhagda karein"
Immediately all looked towards Prithvi.
"Mujhe kya dekh rahe ho? Mai mantaa hu ki mujhe ye shaadi pasand nahi hai lekin ye sab maine nahi kiya hai", Prithvi said.
"Toh ye sab kiya kisne?", Purvi returned back and her eyes already wet.
"Kya huva Abhijeet teak hai naa?", Vrinda asked.
"Hmmm.. Unke haat jal gaye te mai teak karke aayi hu... Kya tum sab, pehle bataa dena chahiye taa yaar aur tum log unhe kaam karne hi kyun diya yaar?", Purvi asked.
"Kya karte Purvi? Abhijeet ne saaf saaf manaa kiya ta. Tum jaanti ho usse show off karna nahi aata dusronki tarah", Raj glanced at Prithvi.
Prithvi scoffed and turned his head.
"Lekin Purvi, isse aise nahi chod sakte na hum?", Vrinda said, "Kal haldi ka function hai agar vaha bhi kuch shadyantr huva toh?"
"Kuch ghanta nahi kar sakta voh... Mujhe nahi pata voh kaun hai lekin tum log kya kar rahe ho? Ye sab kuch ho raha hai dikhta nahi kya?", Purvi shouted at Shree and others.
Mrityu smiled and said, "Humhe pata hai ki kisne kiya hai kyunki hum past , present aur future ko dekh sakte hai. Kya tum jaan na chahti ho?"
All were stunned including Prithvi.
But Purvi's reply surprised them a lot, "Nahi, ye shraap khatam hone do, tab tak mai chup rahungi".
"Lekin Purvi...", Vrinda about to say something but shocked and frightened looking at her eyes.
It was full of murder.
Everyone stepped back in fear.
Purvi coldly said, "Shayad log bhool rahe hai ki hum donno kaun hai?"
"Ha ye sach hai ki shadi khatam hone tak hum donno aam insaan bane rahenge lekin uske baad...huh.. sab ka hisaab chukta karungi mai"
"Tum sab shayad bhool rahe ho humhe duniya mein Supreme Ruler kaha jaata hai, uska matlab kya hai agle hafte mein pata chalega".
All were stunned looking at her human destructive aura.
It was way more terrifying than her divine form.
Purvi added, "Abhi ke khoon ke har ek boond ka javaab dungi mai... Khoon ka samundar bahega .. Jisne bhi mere Abhi ko tang kiya hai uska aur uske pure khandaan ka sarvanash karungi mai,ye mera vada hai aur ye tair hai, isse khud bhagwan bhi badal nahi sakta".
"Purvi, kya matlab? Abhijeet ko kaun maarne ki koshish karega? Aur ye sab tumhe kaise pata?", Rishabh asked.
Mrityu widened her eyes and said shocking everyone presnt, "Usne Abhijeet ke bhavishya ko dekha hai".
Huh... All gasped in a shock.
She already seen Abhijeet's future?
Purvi glanced at everyone, "Kisi ko ab koi mauka nahi milenwala, agar bhagwan bhi mere saamne kyun naa aaye unhe nahi chodungi mai.. Aur ek baat, agar kisi ne ye sab baate dusronko bataane ke bhi koshish kare toh anjaam bahut bura hoga uaad rakhna... Koi nahi bachega, KOI BHI NAHI"
Purvi went back to Abhijeet's room.
But most of the people are shivering.
Purvi was like a killer goddess who emerges from the blood sea and went down to kill all the evils of the world.
Vrinda and others were shivering by her presence.
When Purvi left, they all little relieved.
Mrityu and others secretly exchanged their looks.
"Jald hi ye duniya puri tarah se badalnewala hai", Kaala said.
Abhijeet's Room:-
Its already 6 in the morning.
Purvi is still sleeping like a flower while Abhijeet who already awake, admiring his beautiful future wife.
His eyes are admiring her beautiful mehendi which is very dark.
The darker the mehendi is, the love is too depth.
"Huh...mera pyaar isse bhi gehra hai", Abhijeet laughed at himself.
"Voh mujhe pata hai", Purvi said without opening her eyes.
"Tum so nahi rahi?", Abhijeet asked.
"Jab aap mujhe ghoor rahe te tab aankhe khul gayi meri", Purvi opened her eyes and looked at him with a smile.
"Mai apne ladki ko ghoor nahi raha ta, enjoy kar raha ta iss beautiful chehre ko", Abhijeet pinched her cheek.
"Abhi, maa ne kaha ki voh aap ko pehle haldi lagaane nahi degi", Purvi pouted.
"Kyaa? Toh mujhe kuch sochna padega naa?", Abhijeet sat straight and said.
"Ha, zarur socho lekin aap ko hi pehle haldi lagaana hai yaad rakhna nahi toh... nahi toh mai aap se shadi nahi karungi", Purvi pouted.
"Lo, phir se vahi baat... Isiliye ladke humhesha shadi se ek kadam dur bhagte hai", Abhijeet sighed, "Chinta mat karo mai kuch soch lunga".
Purvi nodded and closed her eyes again.
Abhijeet lost in his thoughts and suddenly one idea came up from his mind, "Ab mazaa aayega"
He smiled and kissed on Purvi's forehead.
"Abhijeet chalo bahar aao, Purvi ko taiyyar karna hai", Vrinda knocked the door.
"Saasu ma lekin mujhe haldi lagana hai Purvi ko", Abhjeet said opening the door.
"Nahi mere honewaale damaad ji, aap ko haldi lagaane nahi denge hum, pehle mai lagaaungi", Vrinda smiled.
"Nahi , dekh lena aap pehle mai lagaaunga", Abhijeet said.
"Ye ladki ab bhi so rahi hai kyaa?", Vrinda went inside and pushed Abhijeet out.
"Purvi ke kamre mein tumhare kapde rakhe hai aaj vaha taiyyar ho jana, Purvi ne kaha hai ki aaj voh tumhare kamre mein taiyyar hogi", Vrinda locked the door .
"Chaahe jo bhi ho mai hi usse haldi lagaunga pehle", Abhijeet smiled and said.
Haldi ceremony:-
Purvi was wearing yellow color chudidar looking extremely gorgeous.
"Meri hi drashti na lage", Vrinda smiled and applied black dot near her lips.
"Maa, Abhi ko haldi lagaane do na", Purvi pouted.
"Ha kisne manaa kiya hai? Lekin humhare haato se bachke usse haldi lagana hoga aur ek baad, voh hava mein gayab hoke nahi kar sakta haa, ye cheating hai", Vrinda said.
"Maa, ya kya baat huyi? Toh kaise haldi lagaayenge voh mujh", Purvi asked.
"Mujhe kya pata? Abhijeet se puch lo na, bas 5 minute , bahar aa rahi ho tum teak hai?", Vrinda smiled and went out locking the door.
Mrityu was standing outside the door and said, "Tum chinta mat karo mai usse andar jaane nahi dungi".
Vrinda nodded and went down.
Abhijeet smiled and slowly went behind the house, "Huh.. saasu maa aap ko pata nahi ki ghar mein khidkiya bhi hoti hai... Aur mai vahi se andar jaane...jaane...jaane..."
He was shocked and stammered because Shree and Swathi standard near the window..
"Hi Abhijeet bhaiyya, kya kar rahe ho yaha?", Swathi asked with a smile.
Abhijeet cursed Vrinda and gave a sheepish smile, "Voh... voh...ha..voh bas taazi hava khaane aa raha ta"
"Toh taza hava mil gaya? Mai prakriti ki Devi hu , madad chahiye kya?", Shree asked with a smile.
"Nahi, nahi toh... bas accha laga mujhe...mai chalta hu phir ", Abhijeet ran away.
Shree and Swathi laughed and hi-fied each other,"Bechara Abhijeet"
Abhijeet went to the terrace but he was blocked by Kaala and Aravind Srivastav.
He tried to go through the stairs but directly blocked by Vrinda.
He stood outside the house helplessly looking at the sky, "Kya karuuuuu, bas haldi ka function shuru hone hi wala hai"...
He shouted making all laugh.
"Tum log aise nahi maanoge naa?", Abhijeet narrowed his eyes and suddenly went inside.
Shree and Swathi quickly went behind him.
Vrinda laughed when she saw Abhijeet's sad and pouting face, "Kaha na mai nahi jaane dungi".
All surrounded Abhijeet not giving him any chance to reach Purvi.
"Bas kuch hi der mein Purvi neeche ajaayegi , aur tum shart haar jaaoge",Nitya said.
Abhijeet glared at them while all of them laughed.
But...
There was a knock outside..
Purvi slowly opened the door a little while they are busy with Abhijeet.
One shadow quickly entered inside the room and Purvi immediately shut the door.
"Abhi, aap aagaye", Purvi said and hugged him tightly.
It was Abhijeet who entered the room.
He hugged her back and said, "Mirror Clone kisi kaam toh aaya".
He kissed on her cheek while breaking the hug.
"Purvi, ye dekho haldi churake laayaa hu", Abhijeet showed her small cup of haldi.
Purvi smiled happily, "Mujhe pata ta ki aap haarenge nahi, lekin"
"Purvi lekin kyaa?", Abhijeet asked.
"Lekin aap ko pehle haldi lagaate hai naa?", Purvi asked.
"Pata hai darling", Abhijeet smiled and applied haldi to himself making Purvi laugh.
"Ye kya kar rahe hai aap? Apne aap ko kyun haldi laga rahe hai?" , Purvi asked.
He smiled and leaned forward.
Purvi blushed and closed her eyes.
Abhijeet applied her haldi not with his hands but with his cheeks.
Purvi was happy and blushing by his romantic approach.
Abhijeet applied haldi to both of her cheeks and the applied to her neck with his hands.
Purvi already lost in his love...
She didn't realise until he applied haldi to her hands.
"Ab aankhe khol sakte ho tum", he smiled and said.
Purvi slowly opened her eyes and realised that he already applied haldi.
She hugged him tightly which made haldi on his shirt, "I love you"
"I love you too", Abhijeet and said and hugged her back.
"Ab sab logonka chehra dekhne layak hoga, maine accha intezaam karke rakha hai", Abhijeet laughed.
On the other hand, main lights were turned off and dj lights were turned on.
Shree smiled and said, "Abhijeet, chalo mere saat dance karo"
"Chal hat, mai bahut gussa hu tum logo ne Purvi se dur rakha hai mujhe", Abhijeet stepped back.
All laughed.."Looser"
Shree dragged him with her but suddenly frowned.
She looked at Abhijeet and widened her eyes, "Dhokaa, lights on karo jaldi".
She shouted...
With her loud shout, the music stopped, main lights turned on and all looked at Shree.
"Kya huva? Aise kyun chilla rahi ho?", Mrityu asked walking towards them.
"Kyun? Arey iska haat pakdo pata chalega ", Shree glared at Abhijeet.
Mrityu touched his hand and shocked, "Damn it, Abhijeet ne sab ko dhoka diya hai"
All were shocked and rushed towards them.
Vrinda asked, "Kyaa? Kya huva? Abhijeet yaha hai toh tum log gussa kyun ho?"
"Kyunki ye Abhijeet hai hi nahi", Mrityu's words stunned everyone.
Shree pointed her finger towards Abhijeet's forehead.
One green energy rushed out.
But shockingly his whole body dissipated into rhe air.
"Mirror Clone Formation", Shree coldly said.
"Toh Abhijeet kaha hai?", Vrinda shouted.
Swoosh!
Suddenly two more clones appeared each side of the door of Abhijeet's room.
CREAK... The door is opening.
Suddenly, the mirror clones start shouting.
"Ladies and Gentlemen"
"Pure duniya ka Vijetaaa"
"Veeronke Veer Mahaa Veer"
"Brahmand ke sabse bada yodha"
"Ladkiyonka sapne ka rajaa"
"The great Abhijeet Srivastav padhaa rahe haaiiiiii"
Both shouted and knelt down.
All were shocked...
Like a king Abhijeet stepped out holding Purvi's hand in a kingly manner.
Swoosh!!
Mirorr clones disappeared into the air.
All saw Abhivi's face were full of haldi.
Abhijeet already applied haldi to Purvi and Purvi also applied haldi to him.
"Kya huva aise chehra ukda sa kyun hai bhai?", Abhijeet laughed and hugged Purvi sidewise.
Raj laughed and said, "Swathi ji, chalo nikaalo 1,000. Betting haar chuki ho tum"
"Ye dhoka hai Abhijeet tum ne cheating ki hai", Vrinda said.
"Oh hello sasu ma, Maine cheating nahi ki hai. Aap ne kaha taa ki hava mein udna manaa hai isiliye Mirror clone ka istemaal kiya . Waah kya badhiya team taa, Mrityu, Kaala, Shree, Aravind Srivastav... phir bhi the great Abhijeet jeet gaya", Abhijeet laughed.
Shree smiled, "Maan gaye, tum donno ek dusre se kitna pyaar karte ho ye aaj saabit hogaya"
All left their fake anger and smiled in the end.
True, Abhivi's love is just out of this world.
"Chalo ab shuru karein?", Vrinda said and took Purvi to the mandap.
One by one, all applied haldi to Purvi while Abhijeet admired Purvi.
She is looking very cute in that yellow chudidar and full of haldi on her body.
Purvi glanced through her eyes and asked, "Kaise lag rahi hu?"
"Kubsurat", Abhijeet's eyes admired her making her blush.
Abhijeet and Purvi then rocked the stage by dancing together for several songs.
