Chapter 34: Defending The Space Center! Team Magma Tries To Cause Galactical Chaos!
Weiss - "That's not good."
Twilight - "I'm with Weiss. So what do we do now Michael?"
Michael - "Simple. We stop them."
Michael and the girls then quickly headed towards the Space Center. The party quickly made their way through the Space Center, easily taking down all of the Team Magma grunts that stood in their way. Soon they arrived at the control center, seeing Maxie and Tabitha were trying to forcefully take something from the Center's scientists.
Michael - "That's far enough you two."
Tabitha - "Well, well. Look who decided to show up after beating down my boss further at our hideout."
Clair - "Then at least tell us what you plan on doing with the rocket fuel you're trying to steal."
Maxie - "Fufufu... Since you're all so curious, you deserve an explanation. We're going to jettison the entire load into Mt. Chimney. With Lord Groudon gone, we have no need for that slag heap of a mountain. So we'll use the fuel's power to make the volcano eurpt! It will be savage!"
Michael - "Are you insane?! Do you have any idea just how many lives you'll affect by doing that?"
Tabitha - "Well too bad boy. You want to stop us? Beat us in a battle then."
Michael - "You're on."

Michael then activated his Battle Disk, which caused an aura to surround Camerupt.

Michael - "Can you keep going Greninja?"
Greninja - "Sure thing."
Michael - "Good. Then get back out there."
Michael then once again activated his Battle Disk, causing an aura to surround Mightyena.

Michael said nothing as he watched Maxie slowly break down.
Maxie - "If... If we, Team Magma, are wrong... Then might Archie and Team Aqua's goal to expand the sea also be equally misguided?"
Michael - "That's entirely for Archie himself to discover. But as far as I can tell, you both went down the wrong path for your goals Maxie. And only time and effort will help you all right those wrongs."
Maxie remained quiet, taking in Michael's words. Then he finally came to a decision.
Maxie - "All right... We'll give up on the fuel... There appear to be more important matters that I must examine..."
With that, Maxie finally led Team Magma out of the Space Center.
