We opened in an office building.
In the board meeting room, we see ten anthro animals in business suits.
"So you have any plans for after work?" one anthro animal questioned.
"Grabbing a drink and doing the normal, Miss Washimi, what is the order of business?" Another animal questioned.
"The company is getting new owners," a secretarybird answered. She is tall and thin, with white, yellow, and orange face feathers, a mole on her left cheek, gray crown feathers, black wing feathers, white and black tail feathers, and a gray beak. She is rarely seen with her eyes open, owing to her lack of facial muscles. Washimi wears a white blouse, a black knee-length suit skirt, yellow tights, and orange shoes.
"Nice, wait what!?" The one who asked the question said:.
"You heard me." Miss Washimi said.
"CEO, is this true?" was another questioned.
"Yep," the CEO said.
Then the doors open.
Everyone turns to see three figures.
The one on the right is a black and grey wolf male, the one on the left is a red fox male, and the last is a black and golden-furred jackal, and all three are wearing suits.
"Those must be the new bosses." One said.
"Yes, we are," the wolf said.
"And we're going to make some changes." The fox said.
"The first of which is to fire you all!' the jackal told them.
"What!?" The board screamed.
"Yep, your number is up." The wolf said.
"why!?" One member of the board was questioned.
"We feel that some of you are too old, and it would be better for you if you left." The fox said.
"That, and we don't trust some of you." The wolf added while looking at an Afghan Hound breed of dog. The dog has white fur on his face, with large, light gray circles around his yellow eyes, and wears small lunette-style glasses. He has light and dark gray long hair that covers his ears. He dressed in a dark business suit with a red tie and dark leather boots.
"So pack your things and get out." The jackal said.
The board members leave each with a look of defeat or shock on their faces while the former CEO stays.
"As for you." The wolf said this to the former CEO.
"Don't worry, young man, I was planning to retire just not so soon," the aged African elephant said.
"I see," the wolf said.
The elephant went up and left.
"I'm surprised," Washimi said.
"Well, the workday is nearly over." The fox said.
"Yep, just one more piece of business to take care of," the jackal said.
"Which is?" Washimi asks.
"Please bring us the employee records." The fox questioned.
"Okay, but may I ask why?" Washimi questioned.
"So we know our employees." The jackal answered.
"Okay, then." Washimi said.
Washimi leaves the room, and once they are sure no one else is there, listening from the outside, or planting any bugs, they drop their act.
"Man, they make it seem easy on TV, but the look on those guys' faces was priceless!" the wolf said, speaking in a way that one would find in a punk.
"So? Cody, did you find the ideal site yet?" he asked the now-named Cody.
"Not yet, but my search is narrowing down." Cody said.
"That sucks, but at least we have a way to fund our plan out of the evil organization. Team Flare is number two, while Team Galactic remains at the top of the list," the wolf said.
"Right." The jackal said.
"Is there something, Ash?" Cody asks.
"It's nothing; it's just that I'm still processing the events that brought us here." The jackal, now known as Ash, said.
{Flashback}
We see three figures.
The first is a skinny, slender teenage boy with a dark shade of cyan hair, slightly tan skin, and brown eyes with two distinctive lightning bolt-like markings for cheeks underneath each eye. He wears a blue collared shirt with short sleeves, white trim, a black undershirt, darker blue jeans, a red and white hat, and red high-top sneakers.
"So, what are we going to do?" The boy was questioned.
The reason for the boy's question is because of a giant rock monster that doesn't seem to be slowing down.
"I don't know, man, but we better think of something soon." The second figure said:.
The boy is the same age as the first; he has short, light-brown hair; he wears a brown jacket over a dark purple shirt tucked into his deep grey jeans and black shoes.
"But what?" The third figure was questioned.
The third is a teenage boy like the other two; he has messy raven hair, sharp black eyes, pronounced canine teeth, and light tan skin. His attire is a leather form-fitting black jacket with zips over the chest and sleeves, along with black pants and combat boots, also zipped, matching the jacket.
"Hey! Clemont, you won't happen to have built powerful mechs that only need one pilot for each mech, and they are fully loaded." the third boy jokes.
"Now's not the time for jokes, Wolf." The one known as Clement said.
Then a crazy idea came to the first human boy.
The second notice is the look on the first face.
"What's the idea?" The second boy was questioned.
He tells them.
"Time to be heroes again," Wolf said.
"Right." The first boy said,.
The boys went to do their part of the idea.
"Soon the world will be remade." A figure on top of the sentient rock said.
"Oh great, you're that type of nut." The third boy said.
The figure glares at the boy.
"You dare mock me?" The man said
"Well, how would you like me to mock you? I take requests." The boy said.
The figure is a pale man with a muscular build, blue eyes that were covered by a pair of orange-striped glasses, and pointed red hair connected to his beard. He wears a black suit, lined in red with a fluffy gray collar, and black dress shoes. He also wears a pair of black fingerless gloves, as well as a Mega Ring rested on his left middle finger, a foldable brown bracer on his right hand, and a large backpack-like contraption on his hand.
"How did you ever get up here?" the man questioned.
"That's my little secret." The boy said,.
"No matter, you can't stop me." The man said
"Yes, we will," the boy said.
The boy then rushed the man while the others did their parts.
'I hope this works.' The third boy thought.
In Reflection Cave
"Yeah, I'm still not used to teleporting," the second boy said.
As the fight continues,.
"I need to hurry," the third boy said as he held a crystal in his hand.
With the first boy and Clement.
"Is it almost ready, Clement?" The first boy was questioned.
"Just five minutes, Ash," Clement answered.
"Good." The first boy, now known as Ash,.
Then there was the second boy and a dark-skinned woman with curled purple hair and violet eyes. She wears a pair of star-styled earrings, a black suit with a steel color on her shoulders, two rings around her arms, as well as gray ballet-like shoes. The woman also wears a silver cloak with a star pattern underneath. She also wears red lipstick and white nail polish, which appeases in a flash.
That rock monster is still moving." The girl said,.
"It's stop at the moment; whatever Wolf is doing up there, it's working." Ash answered.
"I hope that he can keep it up." Clement said.
"This is the wolf we're talking about." The second boy said
"Right," Clement said.
Back with Wolf.
"Come on, Lysandre, I can do this all day." He said.
Wolf and Lysandre were fighting, but neither was using their Pokémon. Wolf delivered a right hook to the man's face.
"You'll pay for that boy." Lysandre said.
"Get in line with the rest of the guys me and my brothers take down." Wolf said as he did a one-two combo.
This knocks Lysandre down.
Wolf then rushes to the hand with the device on it.
'Got to get that device.' He thought.
He reaches down to Lysandre and tries to take the device.
"I don't think so, boy!" Lysandre shouted.
"Like I hadn't heard that before." Wolf said with an eyeroll.
As they wrestle for the device.
Which makes the giant rock start to spin.
"Uh, why is it spinning?" Clement questioned.
"Wolf must have tried going for the device; now he and Lysandre are most likely wrestling for it." Ash said.
"This might work for us." Clement said.
"That if the others don't kill them first." The woman said.
"Right," Ash said.
Then they saw the other trainers restart their attacks.
You know our friend is up there fighting Lysandre, right?" Ash questioned.
No one replied.
"Yeah, they don't care." Ash said.
"Or they aren't that smart to start with," the woman said.
"Right," Ash said.
"Clement? how much longer?" the second boy questioned.
"Just another second." Clement said.
"We better get Wolf off of that future of rock." Ash said.
"Right," Clement said.
Ash and the second boy went to the woman.
"Olympia we need to get our friend off of the rock monster." Ash said.
"I understand." Olympia said as she teleported to Wolf's location.
Back with Wolf and Lysandre.
"Okay! That's it, time for Ninja Rule Number 3!" Wolf said as he punched Lysandre's manhood.
Lysandre lets out a high-pitched scream of pain.
Wolf was then able to grab the device off of Lysandre's arm.
"Dirty tricks are not just allowed; they are encouraged!" Wolf said while holding the device.
"Darn it!" Lysandre said.
Then Ash, Olympia, and the second appeared in a flash of light.
"Hey guys," Wolf said.
"Hurry Wolf!" Ash said.
"Right." Wolf said before rushing to them.
The rock stops spinning.
"It stopped spinning." The girl said,.
But everyone kept attacking.
"HEY IF YOU ALL STOP THINKING AND ACTING LIKE YOU'RE FROM UNOVA FOR ONE MINUTE YOU MIGHT REALIZE RIGHT NOW IS A GOOD TIME TO ALLOW THE POLICE TO FLY UP HERE TO ARREST THE NUTJOB THAT LED TEAM FLARE AS WELL THE REST OF THE SAID TEAM!" Wolf shouted.
The group attacking the monster stops.
"Huh? That's work?" The second boy said.
"YES IT DOES SO STOP ATTACKING!" Wolf shouted.
"Why are you still shouting?" Ash questioned.
"Because I'm surprised that they kept attacking!" Wolf shouted.
"Then shouldn't we leave before they turn this into a pile of rubble?" The second boy was questioned.
"YES WE VERY MUCH SHOULD!" Wolf shouted.
"You can stop shouting!" Ash told Wolf.
"Fine." Wolf said.
Wolf takes the first step, then a beam hits the fake legendary Pokémon.
"What was that?" He questioned.
"It's most likely Clement's device that is draining this rock of its energy." The second boy answered.
"Right." Wolf said.
"Wait! Doesn't his gear work normally?" Wolf tried to say before they felt the rock shaking.
Then the rock started to break apart and sucked into a vortex.
"What's going on!?" Wolf exclaimed.
"And this is Clement's luck with his device running true to form." Wolf said it with a flat look on his face.
"We need to get out of here!" Ash shouted.
Then the rock underneath the small group breaks apart.
"Uh, oh," Ash said.
"And this is our luck running true to form." The second boy said
"Yep." Wolf said.
{Flashback over}
"Yeah, I'm still surprised that Clement is still alive and has all of his body parts." Wolf said.
"Same," Cody said.
Washimi came back in with good-sized files.
"Here you are sirs." She said.
"I'm guessing this is the first of many?" Ash questioned.
"Yes, sir," Washimi said.
"We may need some energy drinks." Wolf jokes.
"Okay then," Washimi said.
"He was joking," Cody said.
"Oh, my bad." Washimi said.
"It's fine; you will get used to me, and hopefully we don't have to fire anyone else tomorrow." Wolf said.
"Cool." Washimi said before leaving.
"Hmm, she had chosen the account department to be the first of our review." Wolf said.
"I see," Cody said.
The three then break the one tower of files into three small ones.
"Alright, let's see who we got." Ash said.
"Sota Ton, the director of the accounting department, has been with the company for a few decades; he has been passed over for promotion. The main reasons for this are the employees' words, "He's a Sh*tty Boss and making a lot of sexist comments." Wolf said as he read the file.
"Well, we'll have to change his attitude then." Cody said.
"I would say check the security freed. After all, he would put on an act and only focus his sexist comments on one employee. to lessen his chances of being fired." Wolf said.
"Right," Ash said.
"Next," Ash said.
He pulls out another file.
Cody opened it.
"Komiya Arai, the chief of the accounting department," Copy started.
"Alright, what else does it say?" Ash questioned.
"He's a loud and obnoxious person who is always following in Ton's shadow. He encourages Ton's behavior and, in his spare time, searches for new golf courses to try out. He will try to scold other employees in Ton's place." Cody answered.
"In other words, he's a yes-man who likes golf." Wolf said
"Great, just what we need," Cody said.
"He will be the first on the fire pile," Wolf said.
"Right," Ash said before pulling out another file.
"Tsubone Tsuruta is a sexist woman who treats her female co-workers poorly (her misogyny is ironic, considering she's female herself), often piling her own work onto them and talking down to them. On the other hand, she treats her male co-workers very well, blushing and sucking up to them when they talk to her, and sometimes even taking their work and passing it off to a female co-worker." Ash read.
"Another person we need to teach a lesson." Wolf said before grabbing another file.
The file has a picture of a female Thomson's Gazelle. She has an orange forehead pointing to her heart-shaped nose, matching orange ears, and a pink blush on her cheeks with large black eyes.
"Tsunoda Inoue has a very upbeat and perky personality, which can make her seem somewhat ditzy and tends to drive her co-workers crazy. She forever follows Ton around, praising him for his golfing skills. Retsuko brings this up to Tsunoda during dinner, to which Tsunoda responds that she does this for a reason: to stay on the management's good side, and that she is fully aware that her co-workers think less of her for it. Tsunoda has an active social media and dating life." Wolf read.
"We'll have to tell her that kissing up to the boss won't be tolerated anymore." Cody said before pulling out another file.
"I think we have to keep a close eye on her." Wolf said
"Why do we need to keep an eye on her?" Cody questioned
"Once she finds out she won't have any social media, she will start to search for any information about us." Wolf answered.
"True," Cody said before opening the file in his hands.
She is a large hippopotamus woman with pink skin, bright pink cheeks, small ears, and two prominent square front teeth.
"Kabae Takahashi is a very bubbly person, loves to talk about her family, and is quick to spread rumors. Despite her tendency to leave a path of destruction with her rumor spreading, she is a genuinely good person who even went as far as going to a co-worker's house to care for her while she had a cold. Furthermore, behind that joking attitude, Kabae is a very efficient worker and hired trainer, respected among her peers. She is also seen to care for her coworkers." Cody read.
"That's good." Wolf said he was pulling out another file.
20 minutes later.
"The accounting department has more women in it than Celadon City's gym; we better none of them are like them." Wolf said it with an edge in his voice.
"Right, so who's next?" Ash questioned.
Cody opened a file that had a picture of a Hyena male. He has grayish-brown fur, a black nose and ears, and a dark gray muzzle with freckle-like spots on his cheeks. His eyes are hazel, there are fur tufts in his ears, and he has a pronounced underbite.
"Shingo Haida, but everyone called him by his last name. Haida is kind and considerate, even when not getting what he wants. He is loyal to his friends and would do anything to help them. At times, Haida can get very passive and indecisive; he can be pretty much a pushover, only following people's words rather than listening to his own choices. This stems from his father dominating his life with unrealistic expectations, leading to his being unable to make his own decisions. His lack of confidence has been a huge obstacle in his life; he's a skilled accountant and has some skills with computers." Cody read.
"We'll have to do something about that lack of confidence." Wolf said this before pulling out another file.
The file has a picture of a female fennec fox. She has light fawn fur across her entire body except for a dark fawn tripoint stripe down her forehead.
"Fenneko Inoue is quiet, perceptive, and can easily figure out what her co-workers are thinking just by watching their mannerisms. Fenneko is a self-proclaimed pro-social media stalker, and while she is always right, Fenneko gets extremely confused if she thinks that she might be wrong in her observations. She is very opinionated and judgmental and isn't afraid to voice those opinions; she can occasionally be a nasty person." Wolf reads.
"Sounds like someone you don't want to get on their bad side." Ash said before pulling out the last file.
"And another we have to keep our eyes on." Wolf said.
"Right," Ash said before opening the last file.
The picture is that of a female red panda. She has light orange fur on her face, black eyes,
"Her name is Retsuko," Ash said.
"What's your last name? And?" Wolf questioned.
Ash continues reading.
"Retsuko is a timid, softly spoken, and polite young woman who works diligently, often being the only person to work overtime—usually because her bosses drop their work on her desk to leave on time. She is kind and slightly rigid." Ash read.
"Ouch," Cody said.
"Well, we can't learn her last name later since, from the sounds of it, she's the primary target for our three problem employees." Wolf said.
"Right," Ash said.
They check the time.
"Well, it looks like closing time," Wolf said.
The three former humans get up from their chains.
"Let's head home." Cody said.
"You mean our home for the time being." Wolf said
"Right," Cody said.
"Either way, let's go. The last thing I want is to have a run-in with our neighbor, Ms. Tosaka." Wolf said.
"Yeah," Ash said.
"I would rather have to deal with Brutella and Nastina again; those sisters only have the face that the boogeyman would love." Wolf said.
"Agreed," Ash said.
Cody didn't say anything as memories of those two women nearly hit him during their first meeting.
He then shudders.
"I'm so happy we never have to deal with them again." Cody said.
"Same." Ash and Wolf said it at the same time.
They then saw Washimi.
"Heading home, sirs?" She questioned.
"Yes, it is time to clock out." Ash answered.
"Okay, then goodnight." Washimi said.
"Thanks, and don't drink too much." Wolf said.
"Okay," Washimi said.
The three enter the elevator.
'Something tells me that things will get very interesting around here.' Washimi thought before heading home.
Ton, Komiya, and Tsubone had cold chilis.
