One thing he could not understand was God being dead, but he agreed to move on because he was also determined to help Issei. But Issei was quick to try to save her as he begged his master Rias to revive her as a devil but instead, she reincarnated Raynare forcing her to be her servant Everyone left afterward everyone except Issei he stood there by Asia's body he clenched his fist and started to cry
Issei: Asia I'm sorry I wasn't strong enough you were the only one who's been kind to me and I failed, I'm so sorry! If only I was faster and powerful I could've killed those bitches and saved you, if I was powerful I could've prevented myself from dying. I'm pathetic! Why do I always have to suffer? Said the voice and from the blizzard a Colossal white dragon with blue eyes, yellow horns, and white feather-like scales. It was over 50 meters tall. The look in its eyes sent shivers down Issei's spine as he didn't know how to react in the presence of a mighty dragon.
"You must be Albion the heavenly dragon.?" Issei asked with a little fear. "( Indeed I am Albion and from now on we are partners don't worry I won't harm you in any way and as I previously said god is dead he died during the great war)" said Albion. Looking down Albion saw that Issei was now visibly relaxing after being assured of his safety and having his question answered.
"It's nice to meet Albion, as you know my name is Issei Hyoudou," Issei said as he introduced himself to the heavenly Dragon "(Yes I know who you are and until recently I couldn't make a connection to you, to speak with you because you were too weak for that, but your emotions and desire for power had made that connection possible. But now the question is what do you intend to do with my power that is at your disposal?)" asked Albion.
"To be honest all my life I have been alone and have suffered betrayal after betrayal.
The first one was my friend who left me as a kid. I know that sounds stupid but explain it to a 6-year-old kid. My parents don't love me, they constantly abuse me and so do people at school and my sister never sticks up for me. Issei answered in a sad voice. The mighty dragon looked at his host with a little pity but a lot of admiration. His host had suffered so much but was still willing to work hard and secure his future. That was a very positive attitude. And he was going to make sure that his host didn't shut his heart out. Albion cared a lot about his hosts and he won't let him keep happiness away from himself.
Before Albion could reply Issei continued and said "I also want to get stronger so that I can prevent what happened to Asia. And to protect any other people that I may come to love and care for I will do anything that is necessary to get stronger." Issei honestly told the White Dragon Emperor.
Now Albion was amused, his host had a very keen sense of justice and righteousness. He wanted to protect the weak from the strong. That is something a dragon would do. Also to add in the fact that he still kept his heart open for any possible future relationships. This was an even better attitude. His host may be weak right now but his potential was limitless. He was 40% devil and that automatically made him stronger than a few of his old hosts. Also given the fact that he will live a very long life only adds to the sweet deal, but then he noticed something familiar within Issei. "That is a very interesting partner; I can see a strong will and desire from you, but if you truly plan on getting stronger, you must do it quickly because now that your Sacred Gear is activated, you will attract both strong enemies and allies to you. Now I have a plan for your training it will take two months to complete but by that time you can take on high class, and in case you are wondering I brought you and the girl here while I was talking to you, and about the liquid her body is frozen in it will keep her body from deteriorating and stop her soul from escaping once you become a high ranking devil, you can resurrect her.

"Thank you, Albion, you are the best. Now, let us start training." Issei exclaimed as he stood up and wobbly started walking, attempting to regain control of his body.
Time skip 3 weeks".
"So, Albion, I have mastered my body, my draconic abilities, and a fair amount of control over ice and fire. What should we do for the second month?" Issei inquired with curiosity.
"(Now that your body conditioning is complete, I have calculated that your body can withstand nearly 350 divisions. We are going to unlock your balance breaker and try and increase the number of divides your body can handle. To unlock your balance breaker, I want you to jump off that cliff without your wings.)"
Issei says, "ARE YOU INSANE? I WILL DIE IF I JUMP OFF WITHOUT MY WINGS."
"(SHUT UP, BRAT. The balance breaker is only unlocked, by intense emotions or by going through a life or death situation. Also, do not worry, I will save you before you hit the ground.)"
Issei says, "Fine, let us go." He made his way to a tall cliff. He gulped his throat, took a deep breath, jumped, and began screaming.

He opened his eyes and screamed even more loudly. He was getting closer to the ground when a divine dividing appeared from his back and Albion roared "(VANISHING DRAGON BALANCE BREAKER.)" In a flash of white light, Issei was covered in white draconic armor and floating in the air.
"Wow, this feels amazing." He began testing his armor just as I was getting used to it.
(Congratulations partner. I am proud of you. Now we will work on increasing your time with armor. And I will also be teaching you the abilities that have been unlocked, along with armor. At full power, you could compete with cadre-level beings.)"

Motohama: Hello, Issei. We need some money. Matsuda: Yeah, the only thing you use it for is porn, you filthy pervert. All you do is peek, whereas we got laid.

Lesha:' Gwiber if I'm not mistaken, that's the name of a mythological dragon and he-he hates me' She started to cry even though she avoided him. She still cared about him but didn't show it because she was too worried about herself and her reputation. She never once tried to help him, ever since the rumors started, but he kept being nice to her and helped her. I guess it can't be helped, but he completely disowned me and our parents, and now everyone knows I'm his sister. Maybe he was telling the truth, maybe he was being framed and bullied.' She didn't use Hyoudou as her last name, she used hysteria.

All the students were shocked and furious. Lesha was his sister, and he despised her; how dare he be related to one of Kouh Academy's queens and say that? The girls attempted to attack, but before they could, guys were sent flying their way, and Issei was still kicking their asses. He delivered uppercuts, roundhouse kicks, and haymakers, and he even broke their jaws.
This lasted for about 15 minutes, by which time he had taken down 150 guys and was not tired, the other guys were afraid they pissed themselves, and the girls were worse, some of them had a sticky liquid going down their legs due to his Dragon aura, some were even blushing.
Then Issei exclaimed, "If none of you want me to beat the shit out of you, back off now!" He released his Dragon aura, making everyone back off, and walked over to Motohama and Matsuda, grabbing them by their necks and slightly choking them.
Issei: "You there!" He pointed to two people, one who worked for the student council and the other for the school newspaper. "Start recording! I want this to go live so everyone can see it!" They did as he said without hesitation. This was because of both Issei's aura and Albion. "Now tell them that you were the ones who put those magazines in my bag and locker. Tell them you forced me to accompany you to spy on the girls and then let me take the fall when you were caught; tell them you have been bullying and abusing me FOR NO GOD-OW DAMN REASON!
"TELL THE TRUTH NOW!"
They shit themselves after seeing a large white Dragon growling at them.

The screams caught the attention of Sona, who came in to investigate but had to get through the large crowd, but Rias heard a familiar voice.
Issei: "TELL THEM THE TRUTH NOW OR I WILL CUT YOUR DICKS OFF NEXT." He pulled out a pocket knife.

He slammed Motohama into the floor just enough to keep him conscious. "I'm done with the Hyoudou family.
It is over, and anyone who gets on my bad side will pay the price!" Sona finally makes it through the crowd and notices the two self-proclaimed perverts, each with a broken hand and arm covered in blood. Take a look at the man who did this. It was Issei. Issei began to walk away after accomplishing his goal, the crowd dispersed, and the pervs fled the crowd of girls who were about to kill them for using Issei as a scapegoat.
Then Kiba walked in, shocked to see guys laying on the ground and blood on the floors and walls, he approached a student and asked what happened, his eyes widened when he discovered Issei did this, he looked at his phone to see the video, he could not believe what he saw, part of him was proud, part of him was terrified.
Kiba asks Issei, "How strong are you?" The guys Issei beat up were later taken to the infirmary, and Motohama and Matsuda were taken to the hospital, where they would stay for three months. For the rest of the day, everyone left Issei alone; the teachers were afraid to say anything to him, and everyone stayed away from him during lunch. Issei did not mind; he preferred being alone right now. Everyone was surprised when they saw Kiba approach Issei; they were worried he would snap, but he didn't.
Issei: "What is up, Kiba."
Kiba: "Do you mind if I sit here?"
Issei: "No problem."
Everyone's jaws dropped to the floor; they could not believe what they saw. Kouh Prince was sitting with the former pervert who beat up the majority of the students, and they were having a casual conversation. Issei took note of this, paused their conversation, and sighed.
Issei: "Listen, I am not going to hurt anyone as long as you do not make the mistakes those perverted idiots did, they did not expect me to get stronger and they got bitched around, so as long as you do not try to frame me, slander my name, or try to ruin my life any more than it already is, I will not do anything harmful to you, and as for the keno club and the girls that beat on me, I forgive you, but, next time, do thorough research on someone, and as for my relationship with Kiba, he's my best friend; he also helped train me, while I specialized in power, Kiba specializes in technique and speed.
All the students were shocked to hear that Issei and Kiba were best friends. It shocked Kiba as well, but he was happy and he didn't expect Issei to give him credit.
