SpongeBob, Patrick, Squidward and Kevin ran all the way to downtown Bikini Bottom, only to be horrified at the sight. The robots had destroyed much of the town-an entire part of a building even narrowly missing the group. Despite the town's state of carnage and disrepair, the group did see a good sign. All the citizens had gathered at one part of the town to safety, prompting the group to run over to that area.

SpongeBob: "Jumping Jellyfish why is everyone still here?"-SpongeBob panicked-"Shouldn't you be getting the heck out of here?"

Suddenly Mrs. Puff came walking out of the crowd and approached SpongeBob. The sponge was happy to see his boating teacher and nearly hugged her, though Mrs. Puff simply stopped him with her fin.

Mrs. Puff: "SpongeBob? I can't believe I'm saying this but I'm glad your here."-said Mrs. Puff, regretfully

SpongeBob: "Wait so why hasn't anyone left yet?"-asked SpongeBob, confused-"I thought there was a city-wide evacuation going on."

Mrs. Puff: "We should evacuate and would but we can't."-said Mrs. Puff, panicked-"Those robots stole all the steering wheels."

SpongeBob: "Can't we just drive in a straight line?"

Mrs. Puff: "We can't, there are too many turns."

SpongeBob: "Dang robots thought of everything."-said SpongeBob, frustrated-"Don't worry, Mrs. Puff, Patrick and I will get those steering wheels."

Patrick then came across a window display full of bubble soap. He smashed his head against the glass and destroyed the window before lifting up all the soap into his arms.

Patrick: "Her egos might need these."

Patrick dropped the soap and all of it went into the holes on top of SpongeBob's head. SpongeBob and Patrick then ran away while Squidward and Kevin simply joined the crowd. SpongeBob and Patrick then ran down the road but instantly came across a massive pile of debris blocking their path.

Patrick: "Well that's just great, how are we supposed to get passed that?"-asked Patrick, annoyed

SpongeBob then looked and saw that there was a decent sized hole in the wall of debris. He then looked and saw a boat flipped to where it could easily be used as a ramp.

SpongeBob: "I've got a plan!"

SpongeBob then stood up front and turned into the shape of a ball.

SpongeBob: "Bowl me."

Patrick then picked up SpongeBob and held him like a bowling ball. Patrick then threw SpongeBob where he rolled across the road, up the boat and through the gap in the wall. SpongeBob then turned back to his normal self and landed skillfully. Though when taking another look he noticed a group of robots, including two small robots with mouths called "Chomp-Bots" and a disk-like robot with hands called the G-Love. Wasting no time, SpongeBob pulled out one of his new bubble soap bottles and blew two bubbles in the shape of bombs. The bubbles then exploded and cleared the path of debris for Patrick to come through with him. Patrick jumped onto one Chomp and flattened it while SpongeBob did a bubble spin and destroyed the other. The G-Love then came charging at them but a rope suddenly lassoed the robot and through it into a wall. The duo looked and saw that Sandy had been the one to destroy that robot.

Both: "Sandy?"

Sandy: "SpongeBob? Patrick? What in tarnation are you'll doing here?"-asked Sandy, astonished

SpongeBob: "We're looking for the steering wheels to help the evacuation."-SpongeBob explained-"So we were just here to look."

Patrick: "Yeah so what are you doing here?"

Sandy: "Well fortunately for you two I managed to find three locations with a stockpile of steering wheels."-said Sandy, opening a digital map with three red dots on it.-"Says here the robots are keeping a stockpile in the lighthouse, one the rooftops and near the dig statue I. The center. We should be able to get 'em if we split up."

Patrick: "I'll take that statue."-Patrick volunteered

SpongeBob: "I'll take the lighthouse."-said SpongeBob, panicked-"That's at my boating school and there's something in there I should check out".

Sandy: "Well then I guess I'm left with the rooftops."-said Sandy, excited-"Now let's get 'em, fellers!"

The three then split up and each went to one of their respective locations.

Patrick walked throughout the streets, struggling to remember where the statue was. He made his way over to the statue and surveyed the area. On top of the statue was a pile of steering wheels but surrounding it was various types of robots: four fodders, two ham-mers, a G-Love, six Chomp-Bots and a Tar Tar. In the far right there was a Duplicatotron.

Patrick: "Okay how am I gonna get past thought robots."-asked Patrick, picking up a rock-"I know, I'll just throw this rock and they'll fallow it."

Patrick threw the rock that went right past the robots and landed on the side of a building. The robots then all turned and found Patrick as the one who threw the rock.

Patrick: "I've been watching too many movies."

One of the fodders charges at Patrick but he catches it and slams it down into a Chomp-Bot. Patrick then jumps into the air and cannonballs down onto the G-Love, the duplicatotron unfortunately makes new robots of the variants he had just destroyed. Patrick then jumped again and slammed to the ground, putting the ham-mers in a daze. He picked up one ham-mer and through it to collide with and destroy the duplicatotron, he then took the other and slammed it into three Chomp-Bots. Two of the fodders tried to attack but he grabbed their heads and slammed them together. He then took another and through it into a chomp-bot's mouth before crushing the chomp-bit itself. He then took the last two chomp-bots and clamped them onto the tar-tar before smashing it. As the last fodder tried to escape, Patrick through a broken ham-mer hammer and crushed it.

Patrick: "Well I guess that works too."-said Patrick, exhausted

Patrick then climbs the statue and scoops the pile of steering wheels into his arms. He then walks back to where the evacuation is taking place.

Sandy climbed one of the broken building in order to reach the rooftops. She climbed onto the top and was met face-to-face with a tar tar. The robot shot a wad of tarter cause at her. Sandy rolled out of the way and with a swift karate chop sliced the tar tar clean in two.

Sandy: "Tarter sauce?"-Sandy scoffed-"Ain't as good as Texas barbecue sauce!"

Sandy looked at her map and identified exactly which rooftop the stockpile was located on. She then peered up and saw that to get there it required many dangerous leaps across the damaged building.

Sandy: "Well this sure makes things tough."-said Sandy, cocky-"But I've handled tougher."

Sandy then jumps off of the roof and uses her lasso to swing from a bent chimney on the other building. Sandy then flew up into the air and spun her lasso and created a helicopter-like effect. While hovering across various areas she then landed on a roof and jumped to the next before jumping in the air and lassoing another chimney. Before her lasso could hit, however, it was caught by a robot out of nowhere. The robot itself was massive and flew with a single arm coming out the top of its head. This robot-called the "chuck"- swung Sandy around and through her to another roof.

Sandy: "Well things just got harder."-said Sandy, annoyed

The chuck took a bomb from behind it and threw it at Sandy. The squirrel then jumped out of the way and jumped at the chuck to kick it. The robot caught her by the foot and flung her into the roof. The chuck then threw another bomb that Sandy dodged once again. She then threw a lasso around the robot and pulled it towards her and karate kicked it in the face.

Sandy: "Well that was as crazy as a jackrabbit square dancing on a cactus."-said Sandy, shocked-"Anywho it's time to get those wheels."

Sandy jumped and threw a lasso around a chimney and swung up into the air before quickly switching to her lasso-helicopter trick. Moving across the roofs Sandy landed at the roof of the building for a corporate type business with robots standing around it. The robots charged at Sandy but she jumped out of the way and lassoed two of the the fodders and a tar tar that she threw off the building before coming back down and karate chopping a ham-mer clean in half. She then kicked the other tar tar that collided with a g-love and two chomp-bots, effectively destroying them. After the robots were destroyed, Sandy looked and saw a roof with a chuck guarding a stockpile of steering wheels.

Sandy: "Well this is it."-said Sandy, prepared-"Let's get them wheels!"

Sandy leaped across the roofs and jumped towards the steering wheels. The robot noticed her and began throwing its bombs at her. Sandy kept jumping across the roofs and narrowly dodging each bomb. She then threw her lasso around the robot and jumped on it, sending it falling to the ground.

Sandy: "Take that ya tin can!"-Sandy gloated-"Alrighty then, let's get 'em wheels."

Sandy takes up the wheels and jumps down to the ground with them.

SpongeBob ran towards a place he knew well, Mrs. Puff's boating school. As soon as he entered the school ground a fodder immediately noticed and charged at him, SpongeBob then took his bubble wand and destroyed the robot with a bubble spin.

SpongeBob: "Okay I guess it's time to get those steering wheels."-said SpongeBob, nervously-"Get it together, SquarePants, you can do this".

SpongeBob then walked to the base of the lighthouse and blew a bubble in the shape of a trampoline, he then jumped on it and bounce up to the top. Upon landing SpongeBob heard a fearful "meow" and looked to see his old friend, Lighthouse Louise and her baby snails being cornered by a short, rotund robot, though the robot immediately noticed SpongeBob and instead charged at him. The sponge jumped out of the way as the beeping robot fell off the railing and exploded.

SpongeBob: "Well that was unexpected."-said SpongeBob, astonished-"Are you Alright, Louise?"

The snail meowed and purred as SpongeBob rubbed her shell and babies. Though this was cut short when SpongeBob noticed a pile of steering wheels at the bottom of the lighthouse, guarded by four fodders, two ham-mers, six bomb-bots, a g-love, and two tar tars.

SpongeBob: "Stay right here, Louise."-said SpongeBob, firmly-"I've got business."

SpongeBob ran down the stairs and arrived at the many robots that guarded the steering wheels. Two of the bomb-boys charged at SpongeBob but he did a bubble spin that took them both out. Unfortunately the duplicatotron in the room brought both robots back. SpongeBob blew a bubble in the shape of a trampoline and jumped into the air. He then did a bubble bounce that destroyed the g-love, two fodders and one tar tar. Three of the bomb-boys charged at SpongeBob but he trapped them in bubbles, effectively encasing their explosion. He then trapped the other three and threw two of them at the last robots before sending the last one directly into the duplicatotron. SpongeBob then blew a bubble that picked up the steering wheels and scooped up Louise and her babies before leaving the lighthouse.

The trip regrouped and gathered all the steering wheels into one pile. Sandy bends down and counts but gives disapproving nod.

Sandy: "It ain't enough."

Patrick: "Tarter sauce!"-said Patrick, frustrated-"What do we do now?"

Sandy: "Well I did find one more stockpile that should get us enough, but it's in the sea needle."-said Sandy, gravely-"The sea needle is unfortunately heavily damaged so..."

SpongeBob: "Sandy, if going up there will help save these people, then going up there is what it takes."-said SpongeBob, heroically-"To the sea needle!"

SpongeBob and Patrick ram to the sea needle, Sandy half heartedly following them. They took the elevator to the top of the sea needle and found a surprising sight.

???: "Hands off me money, ye foul robot!"

They look to see Mr. Krabs, who was fighting with a chomp-bot over his wallet. SpongeBob then blew a bubble that hit the robot and destroyed it. As he reclaimed his wallet Mr. Krabs turned to look at the trio.

Mr. Krabs: "SpongeBob? That you, boyo?"-asked Mr. Krabs, confused-"Why didn't you come into work today?"

SpongeBob: "I'm sorry, Mr. Krabs, but I've been fight robots."-said SpongeBob, defensively-"I need to help with the evacuation."

Mr. Krabs: "I don't give a sea fig about any robot apocalypse."-said Mr. Krabs, unfazed-"You should be at the Krusty Krab, making me money..."

Sandy grabbed Krabs by his shirt and pulled him to look her in the eye.

Sandy: "Listen here ya' cheapskate."-said Sandy, angrily-"We're down there savin' lives and all you darn worry about is yer money? Not in this down, Krabs."

While Sandy berated Mr. Krabs SpongeBob noticed a chuck carrying a large bag of steering wheels. Sandy then dropped Krabs and the three gave chase. The chuck moved quick but SpongeBob was quick to act. He blew a bubble in the shape of a bull that charged directly at the chuck. The robot was destroyed but it dropped the steering wheels that fell to the ground. Despite the sudden setback, SpongeBob suddenly thought of a plan.

SpongeBob: "I have an idea!"-said SpongeBob, excited-"Patrick hold my underwear!"

SpongeBob pulls up the back of his underwear and hands them to Patrick.

Patrick: "Okay but are you gonna do?"-asked Patrick, confused

SpongeBob: "It's time for the ultimate wedgie experience!"

SpongeBob then jumped down and Patrick held onto his underwear, effectively working as a bungie jump. As he moved down SpongeBob blew bubbles that trapped each of the steering wheels in a bubble. As he moved further down, both Patrick and Sandy held onto his underwear. As SpongeBob finally found the last of the steering wheels he blew bubbles around all of them. SpongeBob then flew back up and his underwear snapped back into place, as the steering wheels floated towards the town below, the trio took Krabs and left the sea needle.

The group made it down town where with their now-replaced steering wheels, everyone was now leaving Bikini Bottom. The trio stood with Mrs. Puff, who look astonished with the results.

Mrs. Puff: "Wow I must say, SpongeBob, I'm impressed."-said Mrs. Puff, surprised-"I never thought I'd say this but well done, SpongeBob."

SpongeBob: "Thanks, Mrs. Puff, that means a lot."-said SpongeBob, pleased-"So can I help with the evacuation?"

Mrs. Puff: "Now there's something I did think I'd say: no."-said Mrs. Puff, firmly-"SpongeBob you don't even have a license."

SpongeBob: "Oh really...then what do you call this?"-asked SpongeBob, pulling a card from his wallet

Mrs. Puff: "A library card."

SpongeBob: "Darn."-said SpongeBob, pocketing his library card

Mr. Krabs: "No I won't go!"-Mr. Krabs denied-"I can't just leave me Krusty Krab behind!"

Pearl: "Daddy!"

SpongeBob looked and saw Pearl dragging Krabs up onto one of the buses, with Mr. Krabs himself struggling to not get in, but to no avail. The bus driver then gave a hand motion for SpongeBob to get on. SpongeBob thought about this before standing up firmly.

SpongeBob: "No."-SpongeBob denied, to everyone's shock-"When I made that wish, I caused all this, and I'm not giving up until I make it right and save Bikini Bottom."

Patrick: "Yeah and I'll be here with him the whole step of the way."-said Patrick, proudly-"I gave him the shell, so I'm just as guilty."

Sandy: "And I'm stayin' too."-said Sandy, sternly-"SpongeBob's my friend and I ain't never runnin' from a fight."

Mrs. Puff: "SpongeBob, are you sure you want to do this?"-asked Mrs. Puff, skeptically

SpongeBob thought and looked around at the Kaos then to all the citizens getting ready to leave. With just that he gave a solemn nod.

SpongeBob: "I am."

Mrs. Puff: "Well then I'm off."-said Mrs. Puff, getting on the bus

SpongeBob then picked up-who had shown up moments after he gathered the steering wheels-and placed him in the bus. He pet Gary's head and smiled and nodded to him.

SpongeBob: "I'll see you soon, Gary."

Gary then purred and nuzzled against SpongeBob's chest before slithering back into the bus. SpongeBob stepped back as the buz was about to depart when...

Squidward: "Hold it right there!"

Squidward got off the bus and walked up to the trio who volunteered to stay.

Squidward: "There is no way in Neptune's name that I am trusting you two buffoons to save all of Bikini Bottom!"-said Squidward while indicating SpongeBob and Patrick-"And Sandy, you can't be trusted either, none of you can without someone to stay and make sure this doesn't go south."

SpongeBob: "Oh Squidward, you want to come with us to stop this crisis!?"-said SpongeBob, excited

Squidward: "Do I want to? No."-said Squidward, sternly-"Do I have to? Unfortunately: yes."

SpongeBob: "Whoo this is great."-said SpongeBob, excited-"It will just be the four of us saving Bikini Bottom as friends!"

Suddenly the evacuation buses suddenly left and rolled out of Bikini Bottom. The group now staying to save Bikini Bottom stood by and readied for a mission at hand.

SpongeBob: "Alright now we're on a mission to save Bikini Bottom."-said SpongeBob, heroically-"So where to?"

Squidward suddenly face palmed at SpongeBob's ignorance.

Squidward: "You don't even no where we're going?"-asked Squidward, annoyed-"No wonder I'm helping you."

Sandy: "Now hold on."-said Sandy pulling up a map-"According to this there are still people at Goo Lagoon that didn't realize the evacuation."

SpongeBob: "Then that's where we're goin!"-said SpongeBob, heroically-"Every to Goo Lagoon!"

SpongeBob, Patrick, Sandy and Squidward then took off to Goo Lagoon. While leaving they did not realize that Plankton had also stayed behind and snuck back in the opposite direction as them. While the heroes try to save Bikini Bottom from robots, Plankton had other plans.
