Chapter 117 – 2017: Riders Perfect Triumph

"An alternate version of Otoya Kurenai has gathered an army of Dark Riders and taken over the terrorist organization Down Fall in order to grow their numbers," Woz narrated as he was currently in an isolated room of Takumi Katsuragi's private lab, the room dark aside from a singular spotlight that shined down on him, "Kazumi Sawatari and his comrades, despite being able to still Henshin unlike the other Build Riders, were easily defeated by Otoya who had achieved a new threshold of power via Metal Build. Not to mention Tsukuyomi was easily defeated by Swartz."

He took a deep breath before closing his book and giving a smile.

"However we have regrouped and are all strengthening ourselves for the current battles," Woz continued, "A new upgrade for Kamen Rider Grease is approaching. Tsukuyomi has also received the remainder of Swartz's power that was dormant within my Overlord. With the help of myself and the other members of Team RWBY and Zi-O, we've created a new power for Tsukuyomi to utilize… and with Kazumi on his way to the governmental residence, my Overlord, Miss Rose, and Tsukuyomi join in order to assist in our advance assault."

Earth – Early July 2019

It had been a day since 'Down Fall's' takeover of the governmental residence, though the only statement they had put out was through email. It was a clear and simple statement that mentioned how they had taken hold of three major points of the city alongside the governmental residence. If any police or Kamen Riders other than the ones they had invited would try anything against them, then they'd launch a full scale assault from their current vantage points.

With the assistance of Down Fall, the Dark Riders had managed to salvage more government technology, modifying the Guardians with the Down Fall logo on their chest and face while also bringing out the heavy duty Hard Guardians. These were last resort weapons that would only be deployed in a severe emergency, though there were only a few that existed due to their cost and the firepower they wielded.

The Guardians, Hard Guardians, and select Down Fall members who could become Phantom Crushers were all placed at the three points where the three Super Medals were being kept. They were all placed within spire-like machinery on the roofs of buildings that had been secured, the machines sending out pulsations as they drew on each of the Medals' temporal properties.

Kazumi alongside Sougo, Ruby, and Tsukuyomi however weren't concerned when it came to the three generators. They'd let their allies handle it once it was time to start the counterattack.

"So they're in there, right?" Kazumi asked as he led the group towards the entrance.

Sougo closed his eyes, opening them as he saw a large crowd of red shapes waiting for them at the entrance hall, of course the entire building was filled with enemies. Though what concerned him was the set of two Rider-shaped guards that were right next to the entrance and would likely confront them before they got into the building.

"Yeah," he nodded, "Be careful though, we've got two of them already raring to go."

The four approached the entrance to see Kamen Rider's Sylphi and Black Baron.

"Here to stop some of us?" Ruby asked as she raised an eyebrow.

"By all means, go ahead," Sylphi gestured for them to pass as she and Black Baron backed away, "We figured you'd try and bolster your numbers so we've made sure to account for that."

"How kind of you all," Tsukuyomi narrowed her eyes as the four continued to walk forward.

"We're simply here to keep any backup from making their way through," Black Baron added, "That's all."

The four Riders kept on walking, making their way to the main entrance hall. Standing in front of them was a horde of Guardians with a few Hard Guardians at the lead. Leading them was a Phantom Crusher, but that wasn't all as Swartz, Uhr, and Ora were standing at the Phantom Crusher's side.

"Welcome, dear sister," Swartz smiled.

"Brother…" Tsukuyomi muttered.

The enemies before them had been positioned underneath a television screen that hung from one of the walls. The television crackled before video of Otoya could be seen.

"Whoa, okay…" Ruby muttered.

"Wow, you look terrible," Kazumi remarked at Otoya.

"Is… is that really accurate?" Sougo asked, wondering if Kazumi realized he was technically insulting himself.

"I see you brought Tsukuyomi, but did you bring the White Panel?" Otoya asked while ignoring the comment. A visible smile could be seen on his face when he saw Kazumi take the White Panel out.

"We're not handing it over to you though," Kazumi answered as he pocketed the White Panel, "You're going to need to go through us, me especially."

"What bravado," Otoya admitted with a smirk as he went to move the camera to show Misora.

"Mii-tan…" Kazumi said once he saw Misora.

"Don't worry Misora, this will all be over soon," Ruby reassured before looking over at the former Time Jackers with a glare.

"Grease… Ruby…" Misora managed to speak up once she saw the group.

"Now then… let's get started," Swartz said as he brought out his Decadriver and prepared it.

Uhr and Ora nodded, the two preparing their transformations into Dark Ghost and Dark Kiva.

"Henshin!"

[KAMEN RIDE: DECADE!]

[KAIGAN! DARK RIDER!]

[GABURI!]

The three took their stances as they transformed into Dark Decade, Dark Ghost, and Dark Kiva respectively. The trio of Dark Riders took a step forward, standing alongside the Phantom Crusher as they stared down their opponents.

"Alright everyone, let's go," Sougo said as Tsukuyomi and Ruby nodded, the three preparing their transformations before initiating them.

"Henshin!"

[IWAE! KAMEN RIDER~! GRAND ZI-O~!]

[KAMEN~ RI~DER~ TSUKU~YOMI! TSU-KU-YO-MI!]

[KAMEN RIDER ROZE RW~BY~! RWBY!]

"I'll end you with my burning soulfire…" Kazumi took a few steps forward as the trio's transformation completed, preparing a Build Driver while bringing out the Blizzard Knuckle and preparing it the same way Ryuga would for Cross-Z Magma, "For the sake of love and peace…"

[ARE YOU READY?]

A mechanical vat similar to Cross-Z Magma's appeared behind Kazumi, mist escaping it, "Henshin!"

The vat tipped over and poured freezing air on him, ice spikes jutting out from where he was before it shattered, revealing his form of Grease Blizzard

[GEKITO SHINKA! GREASE BLIZZARD! GAKIGAKIGAKIGAKI GAKI~N!]

His bodysuit and armor resembled the Build styled bodysuits, his forearm, chest, shoulder armor and helmet resembling his Sclash Driver armor but without the gel motif. His eyes weren't hidden behind a gel visor, piercing through with a bright red. The only other addition was his left hand having a large three clawed robotic hand, the entirety of his armor that wasn't the black bodysuit being a metallic blue coloration.

Grease Blizzard stood still as Grand Zi-O, Roze RWBY and Tsukuyomi who had kept to her base form for the time being walked over to stand beside him. It didn't take long for both sets of Riders to stare each other down as they awaited the signal to start.

"Grease… Blizzard…" Misora looked on in shock from the video feed.

"It's time," Dark Decade held up a hand, the Guardians and Hard Guardians rushing forward before he rushed forward as alongside the Phantom Crusher and his fellow Dark Riders.

"Just come and get us!" Grease shouted as he charged forward alongside the others despite the mechanized grunts aiming and firing from their guns to overwhelm them.

[REFLECT!]

Roze quickly brought out the Chalice Arrow, summoning multiple metallic Glyphs that formed in front of each Rider and followed them forward. The result was the bullets being bounced backwards at faster speeds, forcing the Dark Riders and Phantom Crusher to stagger slightly as a few Guardians were forced back, sparks flying.

"That should do the trick," Weiss remarked, "Sougo!"

"No need to tell me twice!" Zi-O called out as he tapped W's statuette.

[W!]

W in Luna Joker suddenly appeared, his Luna half splitting off and multiplying into five of itself. They stretched out their arms and swung them out, managing to strike at most of the Guardians as well as the Phantom Crusher.

W yelled out as the Luna halve copies disappeared before Luna reattached to Joker, only for the Joker half to launch forward and perform two powered up chops, "Joker Strange!"

The resulting chops had struck two of the Hard Guardians, hitting them hard enough to force them to the ground, the machines exploding soon after.

Grease quickly leapt onto W's shoulder, kicking off of it and using his high vantage point to slam his knee down on the Phantom Crusher while forcing it to the ground.

Roze's and Zi-O's defensive and offensive tactics had also allowed everyone else to pair up easily with their own opponents. Dark Decade and Tsukuyomi entered a grapple, Dark Decade managing to throw his sister further into the building, though Tsukuyomi didn't seem to mind as she began backing up further.

"Come now, are you really that afraid of me?" Dark Decade asked with a chuckle, "Where's that defiance you showed me?"

"Oh trust me, I've got you just where I want you," Tsukuyomi said as she looked around while continuing to back up, glad her helmet hid her smirk.

"You're backed into a corner like a wild animal," Dark Decade remarked, noticing that Tsukuyomi had backed herself against a set of elevators, "Do you really think this ends in anything other than your defeat?"

"Then come and end it," Tsukuyomi said as she kept on guard, keeping her arms spread out but behind her.

"Very well," Dark Decade said before yelling and charging forward.

DING!

Tsukuyomi yelled as she grabbed at Dark Decade just as he had closed in, swinging her body as she threw Dark Decade into the elevator while getting in after him. The elevator doors soon closed, cutting the two off from anyone else as the elevator began to rise.

Roze clashed blades with Dark Ghost, using Gambol Shroud and Myrtenaster in combination as she pushed back. Dark Ghost became a blur as he shot forward, Roze crouching forward as a time dilation Glyph formed underneath her. Soon enough she gained a gold glow as she sped forward as well, getting in brief clashes as she and Dark Ghost began speeding into and against each other.

Dark Ghost gasped as he staggered back, "What?"

"You're fighting four of us at once now Uhr," Roze said as she dismissed her weapons and summoned the Magma Knuckle.

"Team RWBY's not about to lose to a Ghost recolor," Yang added.

"You caught us off guard before," Blake said, "But now we're ready."

"So you'd best prepare yourself," Weiss said as Roze crouched forward before leaping at Dark Ghost at great speeds, reeling back her right fist before punching forward once close enough.

Dark Kiva meanwhile let out a growl as she punched at Zi-O who easily blocked her punch, shoving the fist away before punching back. Dark Kiva could only scream out as she was sent staggering back, sparks flying.

"You're not winning this," Zi-O said.

"Like hell we're not," Dark Kiva hissed out as she quickly summoned a Kiva sigil before launching it towards Zi-O, "As soon as Swartz takes Tsukuyomi's power it's all over! And thanks to them completely breaking off from us, you can't help her!"

[DRIVE!]

Zi-O brought out a drill weapon with a yellow base alongside a black and yellow caution stripe running down the center, the Rumble Smasher. He punched forward, the drill spinning rapidly as it clashed against the sigil before cracking and shattering it.

"No fair!" Dark Kiva gasped.

"You're severely underestimating Tsukuyomi," Zi-O said as he dismissed the weapon before bringing out the Ride Heiseiber, "She's not going to lose as easily as you think she is."

Back at Takumi's lab, Ryuga was currently waiting in the main room with Sawa and Penny, the three watching as Takumi brought over a tray. The tray had three wide bottles containing yellow liquid.

"It's done," Takumi said as Sawa went to pick one up to observe it, Penny leaning in to look the bottle over, "Drinking this will allow you to transform again. The enemy can't absorb your Nebula Gas essence either."

"You fell out with your dad because you were forced to make weapons for war, right?" Ryuga finally asked, recalling the troubles the Katsuragi family had, "So why are you doing this for us?"

"If what I make is used by heroes, then they're not weapons," Takumi answered with a confident smile, "They become hope."

"Well said," Penny nodded as Ryuga and Sawa smiled.

"Not to mention I've witnessed plenty of different Kamen Riders while in this new world," Takumi admitted, "It's inspiring and I'd like to be a part of that in any way I can."

Sento meanwhile finally walked over, staying silent as he had the Perfect Kingdom adapter as well as a new Fullbottle for it. It had a gold top, bottom and cap with a pearl white center and gold robot logo on it, it being the Grease Fullbottle.

"Sento," Ryuga spoke up when he saw his friend walk over silently, though Sento didn't respond.

"Is Grease's upgrade finished?" Sawa asked.

Ryuga had a light look of concern at the silence, "How's the Trio?"

"Sento…?" Penny asked as she looked over, a bit confused by the genius physicist's demeanor.

Misora had been treated to a multi-camera show in the prime minister's office. Otoya had set up various monitors to show the various angles of the large brawl taking place in the main entrance lobby. There was no footage of Tsukuyomi fighting Dark Decade however, as Elevator camera footage was hard to pull up and those two were likely heading for the roof where cameras were limited to nonexistent.

"They're putting up a good fight," Otoya remarked as he sat on the prime minister's desk, "But once I get my hands on the White Panel, I doubt they'll be able to hold up. Well… Grand will be a problem, but we'll see."

"Your strength and audacity aren't enough to beat even Grease," Misora remarked in a bitter tone, figuring that Otoya didn't think highly of Grease, which meant it was the perfect insult, "That guy, he's just some stupid, gaudy idol geek… but he fights for the future of all of his friends. He's a true hero of justice."

"A hero…" Otoya trailed off as he sat up before making his way towards the door, "Well I suppose I'll just have to break said hero."

"How could this happen?" Gentoku questioned as he struggled against his bindings, still being held in the warehouse from before. His head jolted upwards as he saw the lone Guardian that was in charge of guarding him fall to the ground.

"Gen!" Sawa called out as she hurried over with the bottle full of purified Phantom Liquid. She wasted no time in unscrewing the cap on the bottle and trying to force Gentoku to drink it, "With this, you can transform again!"

"W-Wait…" Gentoku gurgled, sighing inwardly once Sawa pulled the bottle away, "What are you feeding me?!"

"Well, you'd probably be better off not knowing!" Sawa called out as she went to force feed Gentoku again despite his protests, "Now hurry up and drink, Penny's waiting with a Build Driver and the Prime Rogue Fullbottle! She'll lead you to where you two need to go!"

Sento while planning everything had forgotten something very important, especially when Penny had offhandedly mentioned it right before he was about to leave. He had gone back to his warehouse and quickly opened up the pod that was in the center of the room, revealing Utsumi inside.

"I remember everything!" Utsumi shouted out in glee before becoming stone faced as he looked at Sento, "More importantly, how long were you going to let me lie down here?"

"My bad, I totally forgot about you," Sento admitted as he crouched down so he wasn't hovering over Utsumi, "But it's getting rough out there. I have a team put together but I could use another reliable member. Will you help us?"

Utsumi immediately sat up with a smug smile, "A foolish question."

Tsukuyomi gasped as she was sent rolling out of the elevator, Dark Decade having sent a powerful kick against her that she had barely brought her arms up to defend against. She had ended up tumbling out onto the roof of the governmental residence.

"I'm uncertain why you figured bringing me up here would be a good idea," Dark Decade remarked as he looked around, "Unless you don't want your friends to watch you grovel at my feet as you beg for forgiveness."

"Oh yes," Tsukuyomi said as she got on one knee, her voice immediately dripping with sarcasm, "I'm going to bow before you and pledge my allegiance… fat chance! And I'd only ever do it if I was desperate enough to try and get a sneak attack in on you!"

"Such insolence…" Dark Decade hissed out.

"How did you even get Decade's power?" Tsukuyomi questioned as she stood up.

"Wouldn't you like to know?" Dark Decade asked with a chuckle, "I'd like to know myself… but I'm not complaining about it."

"You accepted a power without even knowing where it came from?" Tsukuyomi questioned, "You're that desperate to beat me?"

"Of course I am!" Dark Decade shouted as he placed a hand on his chest, "I am the only one who deserves the power you're hoarding to yourself."

"For good reason you lunatic!" Tsukuyomi called out as she took a step forward while gripping her hands tightly, "You want to destroy multiple worlds in order to save our own! We're both Kamen Riders now! If we go back to our world we can stabilize it!"

"Like I'd ever be willing to do that," Dark Decade scoffed before holding his hand out, "The only one of us going back is me, and after I destroy this world and Remnant."

"I'm not about to let that happen," Tsukuyomi brought out her Zikan Girade Tsu in its gun formation before taking aim and firing.

Dark Ghost summoned the Gan Gun Saber while also bringing out the Sunglasslasher in its gun mode, running towards Roze while shooting with it.

Roze immediately brought up a Glyph, blocking against the shots before launching the points of the Glyph towards Dark Ghost. The Dark Rider easily slashed through them, energy erupting from his sword as he closed in.

[GHOST!]

A gold gate formed, Ghost in Netwon Damashii appearing as he held a hand out, launching a repulsion wave from one of his gloves to launch the Dark Rider back. Roze used Petal Burst, splitting into three and passing both Ghosts before reforming with the Gashacon Sparrow, slashing forward with the sickles and striking the Dark Rider in the back, sparks flying as Roze hopped away.

"Thanks Sougo," Roze called out as she got in a defensive stance before quickly using Shadow to dash to the side as Dark Ghost had started shooting at her again.

[KIVA!]

"No problem," Zi-O called out as he brought out the Dogga Hammer, energy crackling off of it as he began swinging it around, an energy projection of the head of the hammer forming and smashing into any stray Guardian alongside Dark Kiva before he slammed it down directly on said Dark Rider.

Dark Kiva gasped out as sparks flew, staggering back before landing on a knee, "Seriously?!"

"Not enough!" Grease shouted nearby as he had gone slightly deeper into the building than the rest, having demolished the Phantom Crusher while finishing off the remainder of the Guardians and Hard Guardians, "This ain't nearly enough! Who will fulfill my desires?!"

"I'll give you your wish," Otoya said as he walked out from a hallway while preparing his Build Driver with the Hazard Trigger and Metal Tank Fullbottles before crossing his arms, "Henshin!"

[UNCONTROL SWITCH! BLACK HAZARD! YABEI!]

Metal Build got in a fairly relaxed stance as he began to waltz towards Grease who rushed towards him. It didn't take long for the two to start ducking and weaving around each other, swinging, kicking, and punching however they could.

"C'mon!" Grease called out with a fiery passion as his movements grew wilder and faster, "I'm not the same as before!"

Metal Build could only lightly gasp as he was being pushed backwards, trying to regain some control of the fight only for Grease to continually overwhelm him. Sparks began to fly as he staggered backwards, Grease performing a left hook and staggering him further.

[SINGLE ICE! TWIN ICE!]

Grease cranked his Driver long enough as ice energy began gathering in his robotic claw.

[READY, GO! GLACIAL FINISH!]

Metal Build had fully stood only for Grease to launch a stream of ice from the robotic claw, freezing the Dark Rider's lower body to the ground and trapping him.

Grease then leapt up into the air and kicked out, a stream of ice propelling him forward as ice elemental energy gathered in his right leg.

[GLACIAL FINISH! BAKIBAKIBAKIBAKI BAKI~N!]

The result was Grease striking Metal Build in the chest, the ice energy and ice trapping the Dark Rider exploding outwards and launching Metal Build backwards.

"This is the end!" Grease called out as he planned to prep another finisher.

"I do wonder about that…" Metal Build gasped out as he still managed to retain his transformation, just barely sitting up.

Out from one of the hallways and completely missed by everyone was a Phantom Crusher, it blindsiding Grease while striking him hard. The result was Grease being launched into the air, which Metal Build took full advantage of.

[READY, GO! HAZARD ATTACK!]

Metal Build launched upwards before performing a knee drop to smash Grease into the ground. Energy tank track treads formed around him that began grinding Grease against the ground while moving forward. He then yelled out and flicked his right leg out, kicking Grease away.

The result was Grease rolling along the ground while the White Pandora Panel landed away from him.

The fights between Dark Ghost, Roze, Dark Kiva, and Zi-O had paused briefly as they had all managed to witness what had happened.

"There was another?" Grease asked, "Of all the dirty…"

"Says the guy who brought the strongest Kamen Rider to my doorstep," Metal Build remarked as he walked over and snatched the White Panel from the ground. He then shoved it against his chest, gasping out as white electricity crackled outwards, soon shoving the White Panel fully into his chest. He panted heavily before chuckling, "Now I shall control a great power, one that will transcend dimensional boundaries!"

Metal Build's body began to flash with a bright white energy, a vortex occurring as the Phantom Crusher that was nearby groaned before yelling out. The monster was completely torn apart, the pieces flying towards Metal Build and merging with him.

When the vortex burst apart, Metal Build was seen in a new form, having the Phantom Crusher's chest, back and shoulder armor alongside the forearms. The Tank visor pieces were replaced by flat wing-like pieces done in dark green, silver and red.

"I've grown beyond my prior limitations…" He said as he gripped his fists tightly, "I'll call this form, Phantom Build."

"How pointless," Grease gasped out as he managed to stand while raising his left arm, "All I see are some minor decorations."

"Then allow me a demonstration," Phantom Build said as he held his hands upwards, forming two Aurora Curtains that held Riders behind them. The first was one that was dressed in heavy robes with a long red visor, the second towered above everyone in the room, it having a Kiva-like appearance with piercing yellow eyes, "Uhr, Ora, for being so dependable, I'm giving you a much needed update!"

"Huh?" Roze turned before stepping back, "Are those…?"

"More Dark Riders…" Zi-O muttered.

"Be warned however…" Phantom Build began to condense the Aurora Curtains into spheres of energy that landed in the palms of his hands, "This power is your last shot at beating your opponents because if you lose..."

Dark Ghost and Dark Kiva looked at each other before turning towards Phantom Build and giving a nod. The upgraded Build Rider launched the Aurora Curtain spheres out, each striking their respective Dark Rider.

The two Dark Riders yelled out as they were soon overflowing with gold energy, before that energy exploded outwards and tore apart their armor.

Zi-O and Roze winced as they moved towards each other, figuring that even with their strongest forms that it'd be best to pair up.

Dark Ghost had transformed into a Rider that was dressed in black robes but underneath had a modified Ghost transient suit. His armor was covered with gold long hexagonal patterning that each held a dot with a ring around it in the center. The entire suit was lined with gold, having a red eye marking on his chest. The belt was also fairly simplistic, being a gold buckle that contained an exposed Eyecon with no casing in the center while the visor was bright red with compound styling, having a large twisted horn resting above.

"Kamen Rider Extremer…" he introduced as he spread his arms out.

Dark Kiva meanwhile had grown in size and now towered over the other Riders. The new Rider had grey and black armoring similar to the Kiva Armor but with some noticeable differences alongside gold accents on the arms, hands and ankles. The belt was a large almost mechanical-like Kivat with drooping eyes. Meanwhile the chest looked like that of a mouth, four fangs in the center though it was closed up by various chains. The eyes were a bright yellow and similar to Kiva's though the top halves were cut off by horns that grew backwards.

"Kamen Rider Arc…"she introduced as she took a step forward, the area shaking slightly.

"You two," Zi-O stared at the two evolved Dark Riders, "You'd really throw away your lives just to beat us?"

"There's nothing left for us," Extremer replied calmly, "So that's why we'll drag you to hell with us if we have to."

"Exactly," Arc nodded before pointing at the Riders, "You've ruined our plans so many times, I don't even care what happens to me!"

"Girls…" Roze trailed as she got in a defensive stance alongside Zi-O.

"If they're going to be insistent…" Weiss trailed.

"We'll have no choice," Blake added.

"We're not chickening out," Yang replied, "They get through us and they'll keep on making everyone suffer."

"Then let's go," Zi-O said before yelling out alongside Team RWBY, the duo of Riders charging forward.

Arc immediately summoned a trident, and to everyone's surprise, was fairly mobile and not lumbering in nature.

[GAIM! RYUKI!]

Zi-O moved in first, bringing out the Melon Defender shield and blocking against the trident before aiming the Dragvisorzwei, launching bursts of blue fire to strike at and force Arc back.

Roze meanwhile brought out Ember Celica, grappling with Extremer who shoved her away before swiping and unleashing a red burst of energy to force her back.

"That was your big play?" Grease asked as he looked at the fight taking place before turning towards Phantom Build, "New armor for those two?"

"Perhaps a practical demonstration then," Phantom Build remarked dryly before he sped forward and struck Grease in the gut with his knee. He then sped past before kicking the Rider in the back. He didn't waste any time in following after the tumbling Rider, slamming his foot onto Grease's chest before slowly pressing down and crushing the Rider, "That damn destroyer… I lost so many expendable tools a decade ago. But that's fine, I was able to rebuild! And soon enough I'll be able to turn multiple worlds into my own world! The age of Negatives will begin once more, starting on this world!"

"How pathetic…" Grease gasped out as he grabbed Phantom Build's leg, "You must have been alone all this time."

"Are you… pitying me?!" Phantom Build questioned as he removed his leg before slamming his fists and feet into Grease, the ground cracking beneath the Rider further and further, "Friends and Bonds?! Are you really trying to pull that kind of speech on me?! I could care less about you Riders and your damn speeches!"

With one yell he tossed Grease up into the air before spinning and unleashing an energy wave that slammed Grease into the wall in an explosive burst. The result was the wall collapsing as Grease was flung outside, Phantom Build leaping after him.

"Ah, Kazumi," Roze gasped out as she skidded backwards.

Zi-O took a few steps back as well before turning, "Jeez, that Phantom Build is no joke."

"And we'll show you we aren't either!" Extremer called out as his coat was lifted off his body, it splitting up mostly before latching on again. The result being the coat had become wing-like appendages with peacock-like feathers that held eyeballs in the center. He then yelled out and flapped the coat-wings forward, unleashing a gust that forced Roze and Zi-O to skid back further towards a wall.

"So let's knock you down to the peg your friend fell to!" Arc shouted as she unleashed energy blasts from the gem on her forward, causing massive explosions around the two Riders and breaking through the wall, the ground and any backing giving way and forcing both Roze and Zi-O to leap outside, Extremer and Arc quickly following after them.

"Looks like they're having fun," Black Baron remarked as he saw the explosions on the side of the building, still standing guard with Sylphi.

"Indeed," Sylphi said before turning, "Hmm?"

The two Dark Riders saw Ryuga running straight towards them as he had his Build Driver prepped alongside holding onto Grease's upgrade.

"And just what do you think you're doing?" Sylphi asked, bringing out her staff.

A sudden burst of grey occurred between Sylphi and Black Baron, the two being forced to split apart as Woz and Geiz were back to back now.

"Thanks guys! I'll leave these punks to you!" Ryuga called out as he ran past.

"Just leave it to us," Geiz said as he prepared his base and Revive Ridewatches.

"Indeed," Woz said as he prepared the Ginga Miridewatch, "Our counterattack starts now…"

"Henshin!"

[RE-VI-I-VE GORETSU~! GORETSU!]

[TOUEI! FINALY TIME! WOZGINGAFINALY! FINALY!]

Geiz and Woz entered their strongest forms together, the two continuing to stay back to back before yelling and charging forward. Geiz brought out his Jaclaw and jabbed towards Black Baron while Woz leapt towards Sylphi who stabbed at him with her spear.

Tsukuyomi and Dark Decade were grappling with each other only to quickly shove each other away as they felt the building shake.

"It sounds like they're going all out," Tsukuyomi noted as she glanced at the city below them.

"Perfect," Dark Decade chuckled as he brought out his Final Attack Ride Card, "I'll finish this now and crash their fights so that I can take over this operation."

"That won't be happening," Tsukuyomi said as she reached behind her before bringing out her new Ridewatch and holding it forward, "This will make sure of it."

"What?" Dark Decade stepped forward as he lowered his arm, "Where did you…?"

"Did you forget that some of your power was still somewhere else?" Tsukuyomi asked, "In a young man whose name is Sougo Tokiwa?"

"You…" Dark Decade hissed out, "You drew out the power I left and made a Ridewatch with his help?"

"Not just his help," Tsukuyomi answered as she activated the Ridewatch.

[NOBLETSUKUYOMI!]

Tsukuyomi loaded the Ridewatch into place before unlocking her Ziku Driver, the usual clock that would appear behind her instead appearing underneath her as the stars and constellations within the crescent moon's gap began to project outwards, however the constellations projected were in various humanoid poses and shapes.

Each constellation began to faintly show what exactly they were representing. One was of Zi-O, one of Geiz, another was Woz while another was Roze. Shinobi, Quiz, Kikai, and even Kikai II were represented as well.

"W-What…?" Dark Decade gasped out as he saw all the Riders in front of him.

"This is thanks to all of my friends," Tsukuyomi said as she rotated her Driver, "Chou-Henshin!"

[NOBLE TIME!]

The light from the moon underneath her began to bathe her in a brighter light than before as the Rider constellations all broke apart into dozens of stars that converged and covered Tsukuyomi, her armor changing shape before the light burst apart.

[Zi-O, GEIZ, WOZ~! SHINOBI, QUIZ, KIKAI~! ROZE, AND KI~KAI II~! NINE HEARTS TOGETHER~!]

Tsukuyomi's base bodysuit remained relatively the same though she now had the crisscrossing gold lining on her biceps, thighs and stomach. She now had armor on both of her forearms and shins with it now resembling the usual Armor Time armor but pure white, the tips of her boots being gold instead of white while the forearm armor didn't have the Ridewatch holsters on them. Her chest was a standard Armor Time chest plate but completely white with gold constellations decorating it. Running from underneath it was a white open coat with gold rimming that was fit to her body, slipping underneath the belt and replacing her armored skirt pieces. Her watch strap now ran out from underneath her chest plate, it being gold with white lining. Her shoulders were now similar to Zi-O's, being primarily white with a large gold stripe and dial. The cape had been enhanced as well, having a velvet red interior with gold lining on the outsides, the cape gathering at her neck due to it now holding a high collar.

Various Ridewatch shaped metal patches adorned her armor like medals that held the Riders represented on her Ridewatch, each performing their own pose. Her chest held two of the patches, them being of Zi-O and Roze. Woz and Geiz were present on the patches that were on each of her shoulders. Her forearms had two patches each, her left arm having Shinobi and Kikai while the right arm had Quiz and Kikai II.

Tsukuyomi's helmet's front was now pearlescent white, the black crescent backing remaining the same while the Katakana was now more golden in coloration than yellow and held a white outline.

[KAMEN~ RI~DER~ NOBLE TSUKU~YOMI!]

"Let's go… brother…" Tsukuyomi took a step forward as Dark Decade took a step back, "We're ending this today."

"Very well…" Dark Decade hissed out before rushing forward with a yell, "Let's!"

Kazumi gasped as he managed to get himself on his side, the smashing onto the concrete outside having broken his transformation. He glanced back as he heard Zi-O and Roze yell, the two landing but keeping their transformations as Extremer and Arc landed nearby.

"Playtime's over," Phantom Build said as several Guardians began filing out of the building to help back him up.

"Don't just end it on your own like that!" Ryuga called out as he jogged into view before stopping nearby Kazumi.

Roze turned with a laugh, "Ryuga!"

"Perfect!" Zi-O pumped his fist as he glanced over.

Extremer and Arc looked over as well, a bit surprised to see Ryuga show up since they were told the status of most of the Build Riders.

"Ryuga…" Kazumi gasped as he managed to get on one knee.

"Your Trio put their lives on the line to make this," Ryuga said as he held out the Perfect Kingdom adapter and Grease Fullbottle.

"They did?" Kazumi asked as he took the adapter and Fullbottle, only to feel his heartbreak when he saw Ryuga silently pull out the dog tags the three would keep on them, "Those idiots…" he spoke in a strained and low voice as he took the dog tags, "You went over again before me… your prayers… I have them now. Lend me your strength."

Roze alongside the remainder of Team RWBY all let out light gasps while Zi-O glanced down and gripped his fist tightly.

Kazumi meanwhile fully stood as he knew his allies would be fighting their hardest and transforming as well, Ryuga setting up his transformation for Cross-Z Magma. So without any further words he loaded in the Grease Fullbottle before closing the adapter and pressing the front button.

[WELCOME! ICHI DANKETSU!]

Without missing a beat he went and slotted the adapter into the Build Driver before gripping the handle and turning the crank.

[GREASE PERFECT!]

Soon enough a Snap Builder began to form, being distinct colors of red, yellow and blue, the Castle, Owl, and Stag Lost Smash appearing with fire erupting from their bodies in their respective colors.

[ARE YOU READY?!]

Kazumi gripped the dog tags tightly in his fist while holding it close to his face, opening his eyes, "Henshin…"

Ryuga had timed his transformation alongside Kazumi's, "Henshin!"

[GOKUNETSU KINNIKU! CROSS-Z MAGMA!]

The Lost Smash slid into Kazumi before bursting into bright colors, and revealing the main base of Grease's new form. It was primarily a build styled bodysuit with the patterning, having gold with silver accents and pearl-white eyes for the visor. Each of the lights turned into armor, attaching to his chest, shoulders, forearms and back.

[FARMERS FESTIVAL! GREASE PERFECT!]

While each of the Lost Smash provided various accents to the gold and silver armoring, there were three points that stood out. The shoulders were red on the top with small shields resembling the Castle Lost Smash's. The arms were primarily blue with forearm mounted blades in similar shape to the Stag Lost Smash's blades. While the back held a pack with wing-like protrusions just like the Owl Lost Smash's wings.

[GAKIN! GOKIN! GAKON! DOCKING!]

Standing alongside Cross-Z before all the Riders was Grease in his strongest form yet, Grease Perfect Kingdom.

"This is…" Grease trailed as he gripped the dog tags tightly in his hand, as despite transforming he still kept holding them, "MY LAST PARTY!"

With that yell, both Grease and Cross-Z charged forward, easily plowing through the Guardians that were sent their way.

"Leave Misora to me," Cross-Z called out as he began to head further in, "You all take care of your fights!"

"No need to tell us twice!" Zi-O called out as he turned to face Arc and Extermer, Roze doing the same as the two got in fighting stances alongside their Dark Rider opponents.

"We're ending this today," Arc hissed out.

"Yeah," Extremer nodded.

"Team RWBY's not going to back down that easily," Roze said as the rest of her team shouted in agreement.

Grease slashed through two Guardians before looking over at Phantom Build who was staring calmly at him, "Don't look down on us Kamen Riders."

"Then show me your resolve," Phantom Build said as he walked forward, "So that I can crush it!"

Grease yelled out before charging towards the Dark Rider, planning on ending this fight today.

Of course, Kazumi's transformation had been an unintentional signal to Sento's group and his allies. They had split into three pairs of two, all of them arriving at the three points Down Fall had secured before starting their assault.

[BUILD GENIUS! SUGEI! MONOSUGEI!]

[BATENGINE!]

Sento and Utsumi had both teamed up, the genius physicist taking his strongest form. It was his white armored, multicolored bottle filled final form of Build Genius.

Meanwhile for Utsumi, he had a variant of the Night Rogue suit, the black bodysuit staying the same though the armoring was partially modified, now white with purple accents, the visor more resembling a Rider mask with two singular eyes and a bat shaped crest. Equipped with an Evol Driver alongside the Bat and Engine Fullbottles, this was the other path of Rogue, MadRogue.

MadRogue went to deal with the excess amount of Guardians and Hard Guardians. The Rider had brought out a Steam Blade and Nebulasteam gun, shooting down any enemies from far away while slashing and stabbing into the ones closest to him. It didn't take long for the mechanized soldiers to start falling to the ground inoperable. He then went to initiate his finisher, "Glory to Namba…!" he paused before shaking his head and pushing at his helmet as if he was pushing up glasses, "No, to the people."

[READY, GO!]

MadRogue gathered purple energy in his right leg before yelling out and spinning around, a purple wave of energy being unleashed and striking through all the machines around him.

[EVOLTIC ATTACK! CIAO!]

Build meanwhile was dealing with the small remainder of Guardians and Hard Guardians with ease. Given he was utilizing his final form, it made sense. He easily countered any punches the Phantom Crusher tried to attempt when it closed in, soon forcing it back.

"The laws of victory have been decided," Build called out as he began cranking the handle of his Driver to charge his finisher.

[ONE SIDE! GYAKU SIDE! ALL SIDE!]

The Phantom Crusher let out a yell as it unleashed its entire arsenal of missiles against Genius, engulfing both it and the last of its mechanical soldiers in a burst of explosions.

[READY, GO! GENIUS FINISH!]

Build immediately leapt out of the smoke, the bottles on his armor spewing out multicolored sparks of energy that launched him forward. A rainbow vortex of colors swirled in his right leg as he slammed it against the Phantom Crusher, destroying it completely.

"Alright," Build turned towards the building that held the tower, "Now then…"

[TAIGI BANSEI! PRIME ROGUE!]

After meeting up with Penny, Gentoku had followed her to the generator they were assigned to. Upon being greeted by Down Fall forces, Gentoku transformed straight into Prime Rogue while Penny brought out Floating Array and gathered her magical energy.

Penny was assisting Rogue, using her swords and their range to strike at the Guardians and Hard Guardians. Of course she had electrified her swords with her magic, unleashing the electricity in bursts whenever she connected a hit, the result frying the Guardians and stunning the Hard Guardians to allow Rogue to close in for devastating punches and kicks.

The Phantom Crusher had tried to close in and grapple with Rogue only for the Rider to shove it off and deal a few devastating punches to its gut. The result sent the Phantom Crusher tumbling backwards as the remaining Guardians and Hard Guardians quickly got in the way and began marching towards Rogue who turned his back on them.

Penny landed in the mechanized soldiers' path, gathering Floating Array and charging her energy quickly before unleashing a beam that struck and destroyed the machines.

"Become a sacrifice for the greater good," Rogue called out as he kept his back turned.

The Phantom Crusher yelled out before launching itself towards Penny, surprised when she had ducked at the last second while rolling away.

[READY, GO!]

Rogue had turned with an uppercut, striking the Phantom Crusher in the face to send it spinning in mid-air. He wasted no time in leaping up and performing a scissor kick, a gold crocodile mouth projection forming as it bit down on the Phantom Crusher.

[PRIME SCRAP BREAK!]

The Phantom Crusher could only groan out as it was unable to take the damage and exploded, Rogue landing and flourishing his cape.

"Very good," Penny clapped before looking towards the tower, "Now let us deal with that."

"Right," Rogue nodded as he rushed for the tower.

[STRIKE FORM!]

Kotaro, Teddy, and Michal had arrived at the generator they were assigned to, the duo of Future Riders transforming together into New Den-O and Aqua with Teddy becoming the Macheteddy for New Den-O.

While New Den-O slashed forward with his sword, Aqua was managing to slash forward as well. The water themed Rider of the future was summoning and gathering water from his Aqua Driver and swinging it outwards to slash with.

The Phantom Crusher facing them growled out, kicking up into the air and launching missiles towards the two. Aqua and New Den-O looked up as they saw the missiles hurtling towards them. The result caught some of the Guardians and Hard Guardians in the explosion, kicking up smoke.

The Phantom Crusher began to lower itself with a chuckle, only to gasp as sparks flew, small explosions forming as New Den-O had shot at the monster with his Macheteddy's gun function.

"What?" The Phantom Crusher gasped as it saw that both New Den-O and Aqua were unharmed, "How?!"

"Water's pretty useful," Aqua remarked as he waved his hands in front of him, water gathering around him and New Den-O like a shield.

"You'll pay for that!" The Phantom Crusher called out as the remaining Guardians and Hard Guardians began gathering behind the two future Riders.

"You soak them while I deal with our flying friend?" New Den-O glanced over.

"Sounds good to me," Aqua nodded as he quickly turned to face the Guardians before rushing towards them.

"Kotaro," The Macheteddy spoke up, "How about a countdown for old time's sake?"

"It's been a while," New Den-O chuckled before nodding and gripping his weapon tightly, "Let's go… ten seconds!"

"Ten!"

The Phantom Crusher yelled out as it charged towards New Den-O.

"Nine!"

"Eight!"

New Den-O backed away to avoid the strikes by the monster, getting in a quick slash before spinning and kicking the Phantom Crusher to force it back.

"Seven!"

New Den-O brought out his pass, scanning it on his belt as the energy began to charge up, storing itself in his sword's blade.

"Six!"

[FULL CHARGE!]

"Five!"

"Four!"

"Three!"

New Den-O leapt straight into the air, his sword shining brightly and crackling with electricity before he dropped down.

"Two!"

"One!"

He soon slashed as he descended upon the Phantom Crusher, slicing through it. The monster could only yell out as it sparked violently before exploding.

"Zero!"

"Aqua Vortex!" Aqua called out as he summoned the water around him, using it to carry him upwards before he swung his foot forward, the water swinging outwards and striking the Guardians and Hard Guardians in one swift motion.

The machines could only let out mechanical shrieks as they were sliced into before exploding.

"Alright," Aqua pumped his fist as he landed.

"Now to deal with that machine they mentioned," New Den-O said before hurrying towards it, Aqua turning and following after him.

Sylphi yelled out as she stabbed at Woz who simply redirected her spear with a gravity bubble, forcing it away before kicking at her to force her back. Sylphi didn't give up however, yelling out as she stabbed again and again, Woz continually bringing out gravity bubbles to block Sylphi's attempts at striking him.

"I must admit, it's hard to believe you were troubling before," Woz remarked before giving a grunt as he leapt back, Sylphi yelling out and unleashing a horde of Helheim vines to strike at him. He used his gravity to float away before bringing out his hands and unleashing a pulse to disperse them, "Granted, we didn't have the arsenal then that we have now."

"Will you ever be silent?" Sylphi questioned as she initiated her Driver's finisher.

[HELLS SPARKING!]

Sylphi leapt upwards as energy gathered in the tip of her spear as she stabbed at Woz who brought out a gravity bubble to catch the spear. To her surprise he shifted his hand and used the bubble to slide the spear forward and drag her in.

Woz yelled out as he unleashed a palm thrust, a burst of energy occurring as Sylphi was sent flying away. The burst was strong enough to snap her spear as she was sent rolling away.

"Now… come with me," Woz said as he initiated his Driver's finisher, his cape spreading out, changing and warping their surroundings to where they were in space surrounded by galaxies.

[FINALLY BEYOND THE TIME!]

"Like I'll let you do me in," Sylphi said as she initiated her finisher again, leaping up into the air and kicking out as purple energy gathered over her right leg.

Woz said nothing as he leapt into the air, cosmic energy gathering around his right leg as he kicked out.

[HELLS SQUASH!]

The two kicked against each other, clashing and trying to overtake the other as the area faded back to the front of the governmental residence. Not even a second later, Woz's cosmic attack exploded outwards and sent Sylphi slamming into the ground, a massive explosion erupting from her impact.

[CHOU GINGA EXPLOSION!]

Woz landed as his posture relaxed.

Black Baron was currently in a grapple with Geiz before seeing what had happened, "What?"

"Not sure why you thought working with her would work," Geiz scoffed before he kicked Black Baron away, "Especially since her original plan was to turn you into a strong Inves."

"So long as I got the power to pay you back for humiliating me, I didn't care," Black Baron said as he initiated his finisher, "Let's end this!"

[COME ON! BANANA AU LAIT!]

The Banaspear shined a bright gold coloration, purple aura erupting from it before the aura began spiraling around the blade.

Geiz meanwhile raised his Jaclaw, his saw spinning as it gained a bright orange glow.

[NOKO SETSUZAN!]

The two charged at each other, striking one another with their powered up weapons as sparks flew. Geiz winced as he realized that Black Baron was concentrating his power to constantly power up the Banaspear instead of releasing it all at once. It was why he chose to do the same with his Jaclaw. Of course, thanks to the Banaspears range and striking distance, Geiz was at a disadvantage.

Despite this Geiz pushed through, Black Baron gasping as sparks flew from his suit. He wasn't ready to go down however, striking with his weapon at an angle and striking Geiz in the palm and wrist, forcing the Rider to drop the Zikan Jaclaw.

"It's over!" Black Baron yelled out as he stabbed forward.

"No it's not!" Geiz shouted as he quickly flipped the Geiz Revive Ridewatch.

[SPEED TIME!]

Geiz disappeared in a flash of blue as Black Baron could barely make out that Geiz's armor began unfolding to reveal its inner blue portions. Before the Dark Rider could even think to look around however…

[FINISH TIME! REVIVE!]

A blue blur slammed directly into Black Baron, that blur being Geiz who had rammed his shoulder into the Dark Rider. He began dragging Black Baron with him at high speeds, the Dark Rider losing the Banaspear as Geiz shifted his body upwards before pushing further, launching Black Baron up into the sky.

[HYAKURETSU TIME BURST!]

Black Baron didn't even get a chance to try and counter, Geiz immediately striking his Driver with a Rider Kick. The speed behind the attack had launched both of them down to the ground, creating a shallow crater near Woz who turned with an amused grunt.

"Impossible…" Black Baron gasped as his body fell limp, his Sengoku Driver and Lockseed having been shattered as he lost his transformation.

"Now stay down," Geiz remarked as he stepped away from Glasya who let out a light groan before passing out.

"Not bad, Geiz," Woz remarked.

"You weren't too bad yourself either," Geiz replied.

"Don't think it'll end here…"

Woz and Geiz perked up as they turned towards the explosion that Woz had caused by defeating Sylphi. The smoke had finally cleared as Sylphi could be seen though her body was destabilizing and fading away as she was truly defeated this time.

"This is only the prelude to your nightmare…" Sylphi gasped out as she fully faded away.

"What the hell?" Geiz asked.

"Mad rambling, that's all," Woz scoffed, though he grimaced behind his helmet. He couldn't help but wonder what exactly awaited them beyond the Dark Riders. It felt odd that Sylphi was a part of this group given her plans had revolved around Evolved Inves at first, "That's all…"

"You don't sound too sure yourself," Geiz remarked.

"Come now Geiz," Woz ignored his ally's remark as he walked towards the entrance, "We should help clear the building out since the others are fighting hard."

"Fine," Geiz sighed before following after his ally.

Extremer yelled out as he unleashed his tendril-like feathers at Roze who began backing away, twirling Crescent Rose in its scythe form rapidly, using the recoil to help her bat away the tendrils. That was until a few managed to catch her and hold her in place.

"I've got this," Weiss called out as a Glyph appeared behind Roze, launching out Hard-Light beams that cut through and sliced the tendrils.

Roze quickly switched Crescent Rose to its gun formation and began shooting powered up blasts, the attacks striking Extremer who braced against them.

[KIVA!]

Zi-O brought out the Zanvat Sword, sliding the hilt across it to initiate its Wake Up form, the blade glowing a blood red. He braced and blocked against Arc's trident, managing to hold it out decently well. He then tapped the Kiva statuette once more as Arc was close to an outdoor ceiling at where they were fighting.

[KIVA!]

Kiva Emperor formed out of a gateway on the ceiling, hanging upside down, holding out both hands as he caught a punch Arc sent at him with her free fist. He then pulled Arc in, performing two punches at her face just as Zi-O slashed forward, unleashing a red wave of energy against Arc's trident.

The result sent Arc stumbling back, her trident snapping into multiple pieces as the wave had also managed to cut into her alongside her vision blurring from Kiva's punches.

Roze yelped and backed up with Petal Burst to move out of the falling giant's way, sliding near Zi-O as Extremer hurried over to Arc.

"We can't lose yet!" Extremer called out to Arc.

"R-Right…" Arc shook her head before growling, the gem on her head shining brightly while the eyes on Extremers wings began to glow brightly.

The two Dark Riders then yelled out and launched numerous energy blasts at Zi-O and Roze.

Roze quickly formed a Glyph in front of them while holding her hand out, Zi-O holding his hand out as well as the Glyph grew larger and turned golden. The two braced against the projectiles and winced as the Glyph began to crack. The two looked at each other and nodded, launching out the edges of the Glyph like missiles just as it shattered.

As Zi-O and Roze both let out yells while explosions occurred all around them, the missile-like points of the Glyph struck forward at high speeds, Extremer yelling out as he was launched back while Arc braced, her size and durability managing to help her.

"You idiots…" Arc scoffed, "When are you going to admit defeat?!"

"We're not giving up!" Team RWBY shouted back.

"Yeah, we're just getting started!" Zi-O shouted as well.

Grand Zi-O and Roze RWBY both leapt out of the smoke of the explosions, punching forward and striking Arc directly in the face. A burst of energy occurred, Arc yelling out as she tripped and fell on her back.

Speeding all around them were both Phantom Build and Grease, the two enhanced Riders clashing against each other every now and again. Phantom Build had brought out a Drill Crusher, using that to match Grease's stag blades.

"Assault!" Grease shouted as they slashed past each other, "Zenith!" he shouted yet again as they briefly clashed, "Reverberation!" he shouted out as he forced Phantom Build to land on the ground with a well timed slash, "This is my strength!"

Phantom Build let out a gasp as he was forced on the defensive, dodging and just barely batting away strikes from Grease. He then grunted as he was dragged back by Grease only to grab onto the Rider as he stopped on a dime. Grease let out a grunt, surprised that Phantom Build was managing to keep from being pushed.

"I was wondering how strong you'd be," Phantom Build admitted, "This is really it?"

Grease gasped out as he was suddenly pushed back, now being put on the defensive as Phantom Build was starting to outpace him. He didn't get a chance to counter, getting kneed in the gut and sent flying down several outdoor steps before being bombarded by a flurry of missiles.

Zi-O and Roze were nearby and turned with a gasp, "Kazumi!"

"I have the White Panel on my side," Phantom Build said as he began to walk down the steps, "There's no way I'd lose to someone who merely uses the power of bonds to grow stronger. I'll applaud you though, you were the last Build Rider I expected to give me this much trouble."

"Your damn right we're not losing…" Arc growled out as she began to pick herself up, "Even if it means the end of my life… I'll give everything to kill Zi-O, Roze and all their allies!"

"There's no turning back," Extremer called out as he walked in front of Arc before spreading his arms, "Do it! I'll give all of myself as well!"

"Fine then," Arc said as dark energy gathered near her Arc Kivat's mouth, forming a fuestle before it blew into it, "But you're the one who asked for it!"

[WAKE UP!]

The chains on Arc's chest shattered, revealing a gaping maw that began to initiate a powerful suction. The suction began to absorb Extremers essence, his body breaking apart as he was fully sucked into Arc's chest.

Black tendrils began erupting from Arc, forming new shoulder and chest armor, the chest having a center eye that stared dead straight at whatever was before it. The tendrils also added two larger arms and a pair of large wings as well, various fires burning within the gaps to fill them out.

The Arc Kivat's faceplate suddenly fell off, shattering when it hit the ground. It revealed that the Arc Kivat was actually a Mecha Kivat, its mouth suddenly moving as it spoke again.

[GO TO HELL!]

"We'll destroy you Zi-O, Roze…" Arc said as its voice was now a mixture of Ora and Uhr's, the absorption of Extremer's power having allowed Arc to reach its Legend Arc form. The monstrous Rider unleashed a gust of wind and fire from its wings, forcing Zi-O and Roze to fly backwards just from the gust alone "We'll destroy everything!"

Zi-O and Roze both managed to right themselves in mid-air, planning on dropping back down only for Legend Arc to quickly zoom forward. It used its enlarged hands to grab hold of both Riders and keep them within its iron grip as it hovered above the ground.

Dark Decade gasped as he was thrown and sent rolling across the rooftop. His fight against Tsukuyomi's new form had started fairly standard. Both grabbed at, punched, kicked, and tried to gain an advantage on each other. Of course Dark Decade was slowly starting to realize that his even with his powers, Tsukuyomi's newfound strength thanks to Noble was edging him out.

The two punched each other in the chest with Dark Decade gasping as sparks flew. Despite this he grabbed Tsukuyomi and tossed her against the ground. Before he could attempt anything else he was struck in the gut by Tsukuyomi's foot, a burst of energy forcing him back as she got up.

"Just how are you so easily pushing me back?" Dark Decade questioned as he charged forward.

"It's like I told you!" Tsukuyomi shouted as she charged forward as well, managing to bat away Dark Decade's punches before striking him directly in the chest to force him back further, "This isn't just my power… it's the power of everyone who supports me!"

Dark Decade quickly withdrew a card from his Ride Booker before initiating an Attack Ride.

[ATTACK RIDE: METAL!]

Dark Decade's body turned a shimmering silver as he walked forward, his boots clanking against the rooftop.

Tsukuyomi looked all over her and noticed her patches were shimmering, and so she tapped Zi-O's.

[ZI-O! KING'S BOOSTER!]

Energy gathered instantly in the palm of Tsukuyomi's hand as she summoned a large gold energy saber that was longer and more solidified than her usually energy swords. She shouted as she closed in, slashing at Dark Decade once and managing to get sparks to fly. She slashed again, her blade digging into his shoulder despite his enhancements.

Dark Decade yelled out as he closed in before punching Tsukuyomi in the chest, forcing her away as the energy saber was also dismissed.

"The King who I chose to believe in…" Tsukuyomi spoke up as she tapped Shinobi's emblem, "The Faunus girl who told me it didn't matter where I came from so long as I did what I felt was right…"

[SHINOBI! SHADOW LEGION!]

Bringing out her Zikan Girade Tsu in its gun formation she aimed it forward, suddenly purple projections of the gun appeared around her in rows. As soon as she pulled the trigger, all of the spectral Zikan Girade Tsu's began firing at Dark Decade.

Dark Decade raised his arms and crossed them, grunting as the onslaught of blasts assaulted him before he gasped, his metal shell breaking as he staggered back.

"The Retainer who while troublesome was still a reliable ally to us," Tsukuyom called out as she tapped Woz's emblem, green energy gathering in her hand before she threw it forward.

[WOZ! GRAVITY EXPLOSION!]

Dark Decade was ready to rush forward only to gasp as he was suddenly caught within the cube that Woz would sometimes use in his finishers. The cube itself spun rapidly around him before the Dark Rider gasped as it suddenly shrunk before exploding. Tsukuyomi stood her ground, tensing up as she watched Dark Decade launch out from the explosion.

[ATTACK RIDE: TSUPPARI!]

Dark Decade landed in front of Tsukuyomi before performing a rapid series of palm thrusts, forcing Tsukuyomi to raise and cross her arms. Despite her defense the attacks were managing to slowly break through her defense until she realized something.

"The sister who would always be there to protect her friends," Tsukuyomi spoke up as she tapped Kikai's emblem.

[KIKAI! BURN OUTBURST!]

Dark Decade shouted as he kept up the rapid palm strikes, unaware that the force and energy behind them were suddenly being absorbed by Tsukuyomi. He then gasped as his sister threw her arms forward, breaking him out of his attack.

Tsukuyomi let out a low shout before yelling further, her visor flashing a brief red coloration as she struck Dark Decade in the chest with a punch, sparks flying as he was sent tumbling away as a result.

"The girl from another world who is a dear friend to me…" Tsukuyomi said as she rushed forward while tapping Roze's emblem.

[ROZE! PETAL SLICER!]

Spreading out her hands, white energy petals were released from underneath her coat as they began spiraling around her legs. She rushed forward and began performing swinging kicks in a rapid fashion, the petals lashed out at the same time, slicing into and striking Dark Decade.

Dark Decade barely had a chance to recover, sparks flying as he braced as best he could. Tsukuyomi spun and threw her arm forward, the razor petals spiraling up her body and around her arm before spraying out against Dark Decade. The petals had sliced so deep into the armor that smoke began to trickle out from the cuts.

"The freedom fighter who was with me when I didn't know who I was," Tsukuyomi said as she tapped Geiz's emblem.

[GEIZ! REVIVE BLITZ!]

Dark Decade quickly brought out his Ride Booker in its sword mode, bracing with it as he raised his arms when he saw Tsukuyomi speeding towards him. The female Rider immediately began performing a rapid series of powered up punches, managing to break through his defense and strike him several times in the chest.

"The girl who sought to live her own life and now can," Tsukuyomi tapped Kikai II's emblem.

[KIKAI II! GLIDING SABERS!]

Energy constructs of Floating Array appeared behind Tsukuyomi as wings, the Rider quickly launching forward and swinging her arms outwards. The Floating Array copies began following her movements, sweeping and striking at Dark Decade as she slipped past him. She then backed away and gathered them all before unleashing a burst of energy that struck Dark Decade and sent him slamming against the elevator entrance, the door being dented.

"Do you… do you really think I give a damn about all these people you keep listing?" Dark Decade rasped out as he began to pick himself up, "They're nothing but annoyances to me, and they should be tools at best to you!"

"The ex-heiress who found happiness in friends and even something more," Tsukuyomi answered defiantly as she tapped Quiz's emblem.

[QUIZ! SPECTRAL PARTNER!]

"I'm not going down without a fight…" Dark Decade hissed out as he quickly drew out the cards he knew he'd need before tossing the Ride Booker away, soon readying a new attack card.

[ATTACK RIDE: MACH!]

A spectral version of Quiz appeared near Tsukuyomi, the two brandishing their respective swords before swinging forward, spiraling beams of energy being unleashed from the tips of their weapons at Dark Decade.

[ATTACK RIDE: STRIKE VENT!]

Dark Decade however began dashing from side to side while moving forward, dodging the blasts before he closed in while summoning Ryuki's Dragclaw, slamming it against Tsukuyomi's helmet and launching her backwards after releasing a burst of fire from it.

Tsukuyomi let out a scream as the force behind the attack had sent her tumbling away, giving a light gasp as she felt herself suddenly hit the edge of the roof.

"Now then… shall we end this, sister?" Dark Decade asked as he held up his Final Attack Ride Card, ready to load it into his Driver when sudden explosions rang out through the city. He hastily looked around and saw three distinct trails of smoke rising high into the sky, acting as fast as he could he turned towards Tsukuyomi only to gasp as he was frozen in place.

"Just in time," Tsukuyomi let out a weak chuckle as she got to her knees before rising, "The difference between you and I… is that I'm not egotistical enough to think that I alone should be a savior. I know I can't do everything myself, that's why I put my trust in my friends."

"What stupid remarks…" Dark Decade gasped out as he tried to struggle against the time stop only to be unable to.

"That being said, thank you brother," Tsukuyomi put a hand to her chest before gripping it tightly as she began to initiate her finisher, "If you hadn't done what you did… I would have never met Sougo, Ruby, Geiz… everyone who shaped me into who I am right now."

[FINISH TIME! NOBLETSUKUYOMI!]

Tsukuyomi leapt into the air, a golden crescent moon appearing behind her as the area turned to night briefly. All around the rooftop arena were constellations representing the Riders that helped form NobleTsukuyomi. The stars of the constellations shined brightly energy spiraling out from them and entering Tsukuyomi's boot as she kicked outward.

Tsukuyomi herself dropped down as the sky returned to normal, the images of the eight other Riders flashing rapidly over her armor as she approached her brother at high speeds.

"No!" Dark Decade shouted only to let out a gasp as the time stop ended, realizing that Tsukuyomi had released it on purpose. He let out a defiant yell and punched forward just as his sister approached, "I will not let it end like this!"

The brother and sister clashed, and while it seemed like they were even for the first few seconds, it was only for the first few seconds. Tsukuyomi had near immediately broken past Dark Decade's fist, striking him directly in the chest. Numerous constellations suddenly erupted from Tsukuyomi's boot and formed all around Dark Decade. Soon enough physical projections of Zi-O, Geiz, Woz, Roze, Shinobi, Quiz, Kikai, and Kikai II began to form over the constellations, all of them in kicking stances. Dark Decade had been struck from numerous angles in seconds, the energy building up before exploding outwards.

[NOBLE LUNAR TIME JACK!]

Tsukuyomi was in a crouched stance, soon standing tall as she glanced back. Dark Decade had lost his transformation, but even Swartz had reverted further, soon resembling his more youthful appearance as he was back to back with his sister, glancing at her with a glare.

"This world, our world, and even Remnant… all of them are my home," Tsukuyomi said as she kept glancing at her brother, "I would never sacrifice one over the other, brother…"

"Dear sister…" Swartz clutched his chest, his voice strained as his body began to destabilize. Black smoke began exiting his body as he started to fade away, "You don't have any say in this…!"

"I should be saying that," Tsukuyomi remarked.

"How…?" Swartz gasped as he fell to his knees, turning away to face the ground, "How could I lose like this?"

"It was thanks to Ruby," Tsukuyomi said as she turned away, "I can say for sure things would have turned out very different had Oma Zi-O not taken her."

"Oma Zi-O…?" Swartz asked as his body slumped further, letting out a sad laugh as he began to shudder, "So the power I so wished to attain… spurned me before I could even imagine it…"

"Goodbye brother," Tsukuyomi said as she closed her eyes, her transformation dismissing itself as Swartz fully faded away.

Grease was breathing heavily, just lying down on his back as Phantom Build watched Legend Arc still hold both Zi-O and Roze in its grip. Nearby was Misora who had gotten free thanks to Cross-Z, though of course she had immediately rushed to see the fights taking place, managing to hide behind a corner as she gave a light gasp.

Grease then began to chuckle, still gripping the dog tags he had tightly as he had never let go of or put them away at all during the fight.

"What's so funny?" Phantom Build asked as he looked over.

"You all don't understand anything…" Grease let out a light gasp as he raised his dog tags to look at them before slowly sitting up, "Y'know, us Kamen Riders… we fight with the hope entrusted to us by the public. Half-assed resolve just ain't gonna cut it…" he let out another gasp as he began to push himself into a standing position, "To light the fire in our hearts and answer their prayers… that's… that's what we're fated to do when we become Kamen Riders! That's our way of life!"

"How interesting," Phantom Build chuckled as he could see Grease's resolve, "But pretty words won't beat me."

"I'll crush you with my burning soulfire," Grease held a hand near his chest before yelling and charging forward.

Phantom Build rushed forward, slashing at Grease who allowed the Drill Crusher to strike directly in the chest. Phantom Build pushed forward but was unable to, giving a gasp when Grease grabbed onto it, "What the…?"

Grease yelled out, an aura of red, yellow, blue, and white erupted from behind.

"Incredible…" Phantom Build gasped out, "This level of power is…!"

Grease yelled further as he forced Phantom Build's arm away, multicolored energy erupting from his blades as he slashed against the Dark Rider several times.

Phantom Build was sent rolling backwards only to get up, immediately launching more missiles at Grease as he initiated his finisher, spinning and kicking several energy treads at Grease to continue the onslaught.

[HAZARD FINISH!]

The result was a massive series of explosions that engulfed Grease in a cloud of smoke.

Zi-O and Roze grunted, the two struggling against Legend Arc meanwhile who kept trying to keep them in its crushing burning grip. Zi-O however managed to shift his body enough to get to the statuette he needed.

[KIVA!]

Out from a gateway came Kiva… or seemingly not as it was a black, gold and red colored dragon with a similar aesthetic to Kiva Emperor. This was indeed Kiva however as it was his Flight Style, an alternate form he could access from Emperor.

The draconic-like Rider wasted no time as the stones on his forehead began to shine brightly. It unleashed a beam of gold energy against Legend Arc, the Dark Rider yelling out as its grip loosened on Zi-O and Roze.

"Now…" Roze grunted as she managed to push the hand away, "Let's show them a special Team RWBY combo!"

Two Summoning Glyphs were formed, having a purple outline as Roze used Shadow to use multiple at once. The result were the Arma Gigas and Bossroach being summoned, the two immediately bursting into orange fire as she had added Burn to them, using the damage she had received in order to power them up.

The two Summons immediately launched off of their Glyphs, slicing and tearing through the enlarged extra arms of Legend Arc. Roze and Zi-O quickly pushed themselves out of the now limp hands, Glyphs being formed underneath them to stand in the air as Zi-O tapped Ghost's statuette.

[GHOST!]

Ghost in Mugen Damashii exited a gateway, spinning rapidly in a horizontal manner as he had the Gan Gun Saber in its Hammer Mode.

[INOCHI DAI KAIGAN: LOVE BOMBER!]

The spinning Rider yelled out as energy erupted around him like a tornado, slamming into Legend Arc further and forcing it backwards.

"No!" Legend Arc shouted, "We won't go down that easily!"

"Let's go, everyone…" Zi-O said as he initiated his finisher.

"Right," Roze nodded as she prepared her finisher, "Team RWBY's with you all the way."

[FINISH TIME! RUBY!]

"Of course," Weiss started.

[WEISS!]

"Always," Blake continued.

[BLAKE!]

"You know it," Yang finished.

[YANG!]

[FINISH TIME! GRANDZI-O!]

A gold gate appeared behind Roze, Ghost Mugen Damashii with an infinity sigil made of glowing feathers on his back merging with her and empowering her up, Roze keeping the infinity sigil wings as she leapt upwards into the air.

Meanwhile behind Zi-O another gold gate formed, with Kiva in DoGaBaki Emperor form mimicking Zi-O's movements as he leapt up. The two merged together, empowering him as red, blue, green, and purple auras began erupting off from his legs as he performed a drop kick.

'Farwell, Time Jackers…' Zi-O thought as he and Roze hurtled for Legend Arc's chest and helmet respectively.

Zi-O struck against Legend Arc's chest eyeball, red fangs erupting from Zi-O's legs and piercing into it. Multi-colored flames erupted from it and engulfed the Dark Rider as Roze slammed her foot against Legend Arc's helmet, all of Team RWBY yelling out.

[RWBY TIME BLAST!]

[ALL 20 TIME BREAK!]

Legend Arc's body exploded into a fiery Zi-O sigil as the feathers from Roze's infinity sigil burst apart and turned red, petal-like feathers flying all around as Zi-O and Roze landed on the ground and out of the explosion. The two looked upwards as the fires faded to reveal nothing left. The two knew that if Tsukuyomi was successful then the Time Jackers were completely gone now.

There wasn't time to relax however, the two turning towards the fight between Phantom Build and Grease, the smoke finally clearing as Misora watched on and feared the worst. To her relief however, Grease had come out completely unharmed, having summoned two energy shields shaped just like the Castle Lost Smash's to protect him.

"Huh?" Phantom Build gasped.

[BLUE! READY GO!]

Grease cranked his Build Driver in a short manner, his blades glowing with energy as he charged in and slashed through Phantom Build with ease.

[STAG SLASH! SHUPAAN!]

[BLUE! YELLOW! READY GO!]

Grease cranked his Build Driver again but for a bit longer, his back erupting and launching himself forward at high speeds. He struck at multiple angles, shifting direction or bouncing off of a wall and launching back. He juggled the Dark Rider before slamming directly into Phantom Build, sending his opponent flying back.

[OWL ATTACK! BORUN!]

[BLUE! YELLOW! RED! READY GO!]

Grease went to crank his Driver for a little bit longer than last time, energy versions of his shields forming as they tilted to where the bottoms were facing forward, each launching a beam of energy at Phantom Build, "Let's go!"

[CASTLE BREAK! GOKIN!]

"Where did this power come from…?" Phantom Build asked as staggered back from the beams. He glanced around before noticing Zi-O and Roze staring at him, "No way… Arc and Extremer were already…?"

Grease said nothing as he went to crank his Driver again, this time cranking it for as long as he needed as he prepared his new form's finisher, shouting out as he held his friends' dog tags upwards, "DISAPPEAR FROM OUR SIGHT!"

[BLUE! YELLOW! RED! GOLD! READY, GO!]

Grease yelled out as he ran forward, launching upwards and spinning rapidly while kicking out with both feet. Projections of the Castle, Owl, and Stag Lost Smash formed all around him while kicking out, the three merging with him in a bright flash.

[PERECT KINGDOM FINISH!]

A spiral of red, yellow, blue, and gold energy shot towards Phantom Build, piercing through the Dark Rider in seconds as a massive explosion formed, Grease sliding right out of it.

[DOGODOGODOGODOGODOGON!]

(Insert End)

The explosion and resulting smoke faded quickly, Phantom Build's form crackling with electricity as his arms fell limply, his body shaking as he struggled to hold it up.

"I was equipped with power that should have surpassed most Kamen Riders…" he gasped out as he glanced at Grease, "So how did it end up like this?"

"We have things we need to protect," Grease answered simply as he straightened himself out as he glanced back at Phantom Build, "You Dark Riders don't, that's all there is to it."

Phantom Build said nothing as his body dispersed into green particles, the White Panel being the only thing that was left as it clattered against the ground. With Phantom Build and the Dark Riders gone alongside Down Fall's soldiers and equipment in disarray, the day had been won by the Kamen Riders.

Ruby, Sougo, Geiz, Woz and Tsukuyomi had all met up again, everyone confirming the various deaths or defeats of the Dark Riders. Thankfully a quick call to Shinnosuke allowed the police to quickly start working on cleaning up the Down Fall situation. The group was currently waiting near the governmental residence for Penny to arrive so they could head back home.

"Man, I kind of wish we had seen Tsuki's new form," Ruby pouted.

"Indeed," Woz sighed, so busy with trying to help out that he realized he wasn't able to rejoice Tsukuyomi's new form.

"I'm sure we'll have plenty of chances to see it," Geiz reassured.

"Yeah, at least Grease Perfect Kingdom was cool," Sougo admitted before realizing something, "Hey wait, what happened to Ryuga?"

"He said he had to hurry back," Ruby said with a shrug, "Not sure why but he seemed really nervous."

"I wonder why," Tsukuyomi mused.

"Probably didn't want to stick around given well…" Geiz gestured towards Kazumi and Misora who were nearby.

Kazumi was walking off only for Misora to run over, "Grease!"

"Mii-tan…" Kazumi turned briefly.

"Thank you," Misora smiled.

"Thank these guys instead," Kazumi said as he held up his friends' dog tags, gripping them tightly as he closed his eyes, "They died for my sake…"

"BOSS…!"

Kazumi hated how he could hear their voices, as if they were echoes of the past that would haunt him forever more.

"Boss!"

"Boss, hey!"

"Hey, Boss!"

"BOSS!" Akaba, Kiba, and Aoba shouted out in unison as they suddenly ran over from around the corner.

"You did it!"

"That was awesome!"

"Boss! Boss! Boss!"

Kazumi backed away from the group in near shock, "How are you all here?!"

"Extracting the essence actually made us feel better," Akaba admitted.

"Look at my moves!" Aoba smiled as he began pumping his arms forward and back.

"Hey, I know that!" Kiba laughed as he posed, the others laughing with him.

"Didn't you guys die?" Kazumi asked as he was still in disbelief.

"Oh yeah," Akaba snapped his fingers before pacing around Kazumi with a smile, "Sento Kiryu said something about that. About letting you think we died so that your emotions would surge, raising your Hazard Level."

"What was that…?" Kazumi asked as he gritted his teeth, disbelief turning into seething rage at Sento's dirty trick. He soon stepped forward as he shouted out, "YOU REALLY ARE A DEMONIC SCIENTIST!"

"And now I know why Ryuga immediately bailed…" Ruby trailed with a nervous chuckle.

"I mean, Ryuga didn't lie," Sougo noted, "It's just he made it seem like they sacrificed a lot, Kazumi was the one who ended up thinking they died."

"Huh," Ruby said as she thought back and realized the wording, "You're right…"

"Yes," Penny said as she was behind everyone.

Everyone turned and yelped as the backed away, even Woz was surprised by this sudden appearance, the retainer holding his chest.

"I did not exactly like the way he had to go about it, but Sento said the upgrade would be difficult to use normally," Penny explained, "I must admit though, I was not expecting the process to finish said upgrade to gradually heal them. It was most shocking as I witnessed it."

"I can imagine," Ruby took a few deep breaths before smiling, "So, what do you guys want to do for dinner tonight?"

"How about some Okonomiyaki…"

Everyone heard a familiar voice before turning, Futaros walking over before stopping and crossing his arms.

"My dear Princess…" Futaros held a stern voice, "Why did you not tell me of this situation?"

"Because uh…" Tsukuyomi let out a nervous chuckle before realizing something, "Wait, why didn't you know?"

"I kind of told Uncle to distract him so he wouldn't be worrying," Sougo chuckled before realizing something, "I did not expect it to last this long though…"

"Oh your uncle is a one of a kind human kid," Futaros remarked, "But Imagin like me don't exactly tire easily."

"Sorry about that Futaros," Tsukuyomi bowed, "But it's over now, we don't have to worry about my brother anymore."

"I see," Futaros nodded before pointing in the direction of 9-5-DO, "Then I'll still suggest what I said! I've spent long and hard learning the craft, so let's have some Okonomiyaki!"

"Ooh, let me call my team so they can meet up with us," Ruby said as she began to text the others, upon doing that she then noticed that Penny had a inquisitive look on her face, "Penny?"

"There is one thing I'm wondering…" Penny admitted out loud, "Why was Gentoku clean shaven?"

"Wait he didn't have the beard anymore?" Geiz asked.

"He did not," Penny shook her head, "It was very weird to witness."

Sougo let out a chuckle while putting his hands behind his head. Admittedly he was unsure of the future, especially with how this attack had suddenly happened. Then there were the words of Kotaro, Teddy and Michal, how their worlds were in danger of colliding. He pushed back those thoughts however, he could tell everyone after their victory feast. Whatever was thrown their way next, they could handle it.

Unbeknownst to the group, they were being watched by Michal, Kotaro and Teddy who had gone to the governmental residence after dealing with their side of the mission.

"This situation was odd," Kotaro admitted, "So many Dark Riders and they felt mostly expendable… even with integrating Down Fall…"

"Perhaps we should keep an eye on things," Michal suggested, "Specifically around Tsukuyomi."

"Why her if I may ask?" Teddy asked.

"Because aside from Down Fall the other big operator in this was Swartz trying to get her powers, right?" Kotaro asked to which his ally nodded, "If he wasn't the leader then why would they allow him to go so far with that side?"

"Very true," Teddy realized.

"Which is exactly why we need to keep close tabs on Tsukuyomi," Michal said, his other two allies nodding in agreement.

Narutaki was currently in his hidden laboratory, having been watching the various fights of the Build and Zi-O Riders alongside their allies.

"You did well Sylphi, Phantom Build," Narutaki smiled as he saw another monitor show several Nova Shocker grunts transporting a tank of water labeled 'Raw Phantom Liquid'. Another monitor showed that some of the Guardians and Hard Guardians that had been acquired by Down Fall had been taken away in order to bolster their ranks. Not only was there that but there was also a camera showing a garden of mutated Helheim fruits.

Looking to another monitor he saw Neopolitan, the thief currently sitting in a chair as a VR Headset was placed over her face, various data being pulled out of it as a container holding a Blank Ridewatch was nearby, it pulsating and reacting to Neopolitans presence.

Soon enough an unexpected face to most entered the room, the Dummy Dopant.

"You wanted to see me, sir?" Dummy asked.

"Yes," Narutaki brought out a tablet and handed it to Dummy before walking off, "Follow me."

Dummy nodded, taking the tablet and staring at the footage he was receiving curiously. It was of a man with orange hair and a white stylish suit, the man wearing the same bowler hat that Neo wore.

"Huh?" Dummy tilted his head, "This is…"

"Neo's memories of the one who meant everything to her," Narutaki replied, "I asked and she gave me permission to get extensive details out of her about the man. I think you know what I'm implying."

"I do," Dummy nodded, "And I'll do it. But wait… don't you have me doing…?"

"The other project, yes," Narutaki said as they entered another lab, "But in this case, taking part in both would prove useful for us."

The lab before them had a large table with various containment tubes on it, labels listing different monster types. There were a few smaller items at the front and not in tubes, merely placed on stands. These consisted of a Dopant Memory, Smash Bottle, and Horoscopes Switch, each being labeled as the Heat Dopant, Stretch Smash, and Aries Zodiart respectively.

In smaller tubes were shards that clearly belonged to a Fangire alongside ash from an Orphnoch, these being labeled as the Spider Fangire and Snake Orphnoch respectively.

The larger tubes had the more interesting body parts, an orb shaped one with electricity flowing through it having the Core of Roidmude 007, the Sword Roidmude. Another had the Culex Worm's arm with the one next to it having the Shika Inves' horns. Next to them was the head of the Grongi Xu-Zain-Da, perfectly preserved.

All of these tubes or holders all had wires that were connected to the front of the table, all of them feeding into a small pedestal that held a peculiar object. It was purple and bulky in shape, having a black egg-like front to it with a low jagged crack going across horizontally. Of course there were red jagged cracks going inwards as well. It looked to be a stamp of some sort as it was labeled the Oblivian Vistamp.

"9 of the 10 elements needed for this miraculous transformation have been gathered," Narutaki mused as he looked over at Dummy, "We just need the last."

"Yeah about that," Dummy said as he looked over the components, "Why do we have a Dopant in here again? Wouldn't I be enough?"

"Remember, it's because you're taking the place of the final sample needed," Narutaki replied, "A sample that would normally be beyond anyone's reach as it has yet to exist in this era, nay, this iteration of our universes. Time is fickle across the different universes you see."

"So you have a way for me to copy the sample needed?" Dummy asked.

"Yes," Narutaki nodded as he brought out an Anotherwatch, a monstrous Decade-like face emblazoned on it. Soon enough an Aurora Curtain formed, "Now onwards to the last sample, the sample of… a Deadman."

Author's Note: And so we end the Grease V-Cinema Arc that kicked off our new Saga with a bang. I had a lot more moving parts to this originally but it was getting to be too much so I scaled back a lot. That being said I got the important things done with in here which were Grease Perfect Kingdom and Noble Tsukuyomi's debut, the latter of which was a lot of fun to write. We also see the end of the Time Jackers as a group here as this arc was also to fully close out their story as we move deeper into the Saga with Narutaki set to take the stage.

Speaking of Narutaki… I'm unsure if people noticed what exactly I was doing in the previous Saga with the particular monsters being nabbed by him and Neo. But I suppose the demons out of the bag with the Oblivian Vistamp now fully revealed. The monsters shown being collected in the prior chapters alongside the ones revealed here were the samples used for the demonic monster Oblivian, in the Revice: The Mystery special. This Saga's going to get wild in terms of what I pull out of the bag, so be prepared. That said, thanks for reading and I'll see you all next time.
