"Uhm, Vert, are you sure this is a good idea? You DO know I've been gone for a while right? I'm not sure if the others will even recognize me anymore…" said Chika, who was feeling very insecure about the current situation that's all about her.

"I am made aware of such possibility my dear sister, but there is nothing to worry about, for I'm sure the others will be happy that you're back" said Vert, who tried her best to cheer her up.

It's funny, while Chika has longed for the day that Vert saw her as a sister, she never expected it to be this soon, and it certainly didn't help that she made an announcement to the other CPUs (and IF and Compa), and announcement that would change the course of their relationship.

Upon finding out about that announcement, Chika panicked for a while, for whatever implications might be, things MIGHT not go well for Leanbox. And honestly, you can't exactly blame her, for Leanbox isn't the kind of nation that would wish harm upon others.

"I know what you're thinking about, so I'll just say this: I understand your concerns and all, but look on the bright side, I'm sure the others wouldn't mind your return at any costs, if anything, they'd be happy to know that you're ok, and hey, who knows, you might even be introduced to some new people"

New people… now, the first thing that came to Chika's mind was obviously the new CPUs from the nation known as the PC Continent, after all, it would make sense, seeing as there was so much talk about the CPUs there, especially the candidate who goes by the name of 'Maho'. This took a long while until eventually, Chika decided that it was high-time she and Vert finally decided to make a move and just go to the meeting room, where the others are waiting for their arrival. Just then, Vert whispered something to Chika:

"Now Chika, I want you to stay here until I say so, for I want your presence to be a surprise, ok" upon hearing that, Chika nodded, understanding the situation. After this, Vert decided that it was now time to begin the discussion.

"Greetings everyone, sorry to keep you all waiting!" said Vert apologetically, followed by a rather displeased IF

"Well there's an understatement, what exactly took you so long to get here?" which was now followed by Blanc

"And another thing: What's with this 'changing our relationships' thing? Vert, what are you planning?" before Vert was about to respond, she was bombarded by a lot of talking, which made her feel a bit overwhelmed, before eventually putting her foot down.

"My my, calm down everyone! I understand your concern and everything, but there is one thing I have to say. No, Leanbox isn't planning to do anything malicious at all, so that's a good start, second, I brought you all here for a very special announcement. Now, as I'm sure you all know, I have been acting… quite immature, around you all, especially to Nepgear"

"Oh? M-Me? I'm… well, I didn't quite mind you being all nice to me, but I suppose it's nice to hear you say that"

"Indeed it is! Now, as I'm sure most of you are made aware, ever since the destruction of the Deity of Sin, things have took a turn for… let's just say, mixed results. However, the one thing that changed a lot, was the absence of our oracles… except for Planeptune"

Hearing that, Blanc and Noire threw nasty glares at Neptune for being so lucky, which did make her nervous as a result.

"Now now you two, settle down. Now, as I was saying, I too no longer have an oracle in Leanbox, or… should I say used to, because, I have a surprise for you all!" upon hearing that, everyone else were suddenly curious as to what Vert meant.

"You can come in now, for I told them I have a surprise" which made Chika finally show herself. Upon doing so, everyone in the room was shocked to see the familiar face many years ago.

"Yes, it is I! Chika Hakozaki, it's a pleasure meeting you all again, and it's nice meeting you, Lady Grey Sister and Anri!"

"Wow, miss Chika, it's so nice to see you again!" said Rom, which was immediately followed up by Histoire

"Chika Hakozaki, it is so good to see you again after all these years! I take it you missed being the oracle and everything, is that correct?

"Indeed Histoire, I really missed living in Leanbox, so, I decided to go back and spend my life there forever!"

"So, you must be the Chika I have heard so much about, well, it's nice to meet you, name's Maho, and this is my friend, Anri"

"Maho huh? Well I must say, it is quite a pleasure meeting you for the first time, same with you Anri! But wait, Vert, aren't you forgetting something here?"

"Goodness me! You're right Chika! Everyone, there is one more thing I want to share with you: Chika and I, had a little talk the other day and… from this day forward, Chika is now my little sister!"

There was silence in the room, for no one, and I mean, NO ONE, expected for such announcement to drop. Just now, Neptune decided that it was to break said silence.

"Soooo, you're not gonna be all clingy towards Nepgear?"

"Or Uni?"

"Or Rom and Ram?"

"That is correct you three, and I must apologize for how I acted towards them. Although I had desires for a little sister, I realized I was being too selfish with me trying to steal them from you, and for that, I'm truly sorry…"

"…Miss Vert, it's okay… we understand!"

"Yeah you dummy!"

"Oh… well, it's nice that all of you are very understanding. I do have one more thing to say, that I hope this news should shed a new light for me and my nation!"

"Will do Vert, now, come on Nep Jr., let's go home!" as she said this, everyone else, except for Vert and Chika left to do their own thing.

"Honestly my darling sister Vert, I'm so glad this meeting turned out as well as it did!"

"Same here Chika, now, ready for another game of 4 Goddesses Online?"

"Honestly, sure, I could use a break right now" as she said this, they both decided to go their own rooms and started playing some video games together.
