It's been a few days since the whole incident with Mizore finally bellied over as members of the newspaper club were in low spirits.
"After homeroom, Tsukune spent much of his day in the school bathroom just trying to distract himself, be it grooming his hair in different styles or listening to music.
"Damn, what is it with LINKIN PARK that wants me to style my hair like all main shonen protagonist" said Tsukune as he used the remaining bit of hair pomade to look like Son Goku before washing it out.
Looking himself in the mirror, Tsukune felt progressively more concern about Mizore, cause in spite of her stab happy and murderous tendencies, she only acted out in the name of love, something Tsukune can sympathize with.
Hearing the lunch bell rang, Tsukune exited the bathrooms and went to regroup with his friends, but as he made his way closer, he notice that the students were gathering and murmuring over something.
Curiosity getting the best of him, Tsukune was surprised to see 2 students beaten up and covered in fresh cuts made by a knife.
"Tsukune" called Moka as she and the others finally regrouped with the boy, "Hey" Tsukune said as they were all together to see the tragedy of what had befallen to this academy's students.
"Dear god, who could've done that" said Yukari, "I can probably guess one name and hit the nail on it's head" said Kurumu.
"We can't be sure that Mizore was the one to do it" said Moka, "Need I remind you the light concussion I had to deal with these last 2 days or the scars on your shoulder and Gin's arm" said Kurumu in a hushed voice.
"Guys, this isn't the time and place, for now let's meet back at the club room" said Tsukune as he ushered everyone away and not risk slipping out their dirty laundry to the student body.
Once in the club room, everyone began to discuss the big elephant in the room.
"I say we finally fess up to the teachers and let them deal with Mizore" commented Yukari, "I don't think the teachers are going to be of much help, I say we call the JSDF to hunt down that bitch" said Kurumu.
"You're insisting we skip the cops and go straight to the governments military" asked Moka as she found the idea to be fair fetch and out of hand.
"You know that cousin of mine who taught me how to skateboard, he's ex JSDF and I know he'd step up if something like this were to happen" said Kurumu.
"We're not going to get the authorities or the staff involved, we're going to figure things out ourselves" said Tsukune.
"But what can we do, Moka is an ex delinquent and gang member, Yukari is still a kid who likes to play dress up, and the only thing I got to defend myself are these stun guns and pepper spray I bought" said Kurumu as she lifted her self-defense armaments.
"Maybe not what we can do, but there is something I can do, and I plan to do something about it and man up" said Tsukune as he stormed out the club room and nearly crash into Gin.
"Where's the fire at this time" asked Gin as he eyed the remaining ladies in the club room.
"Ladies" Gin said with a smirk, "Gin, not now please" said Moka, "What, I took a knife for you guys and this is how you want to repay me".
"Forgive us for not wanting to trust a wolf in a tuxedo you living embodiment of a Tex Avery character" said Yukari.
"Hey now, I'm more suave than ol' wolfy, besides you girls won't believe the dirt I found on little miss Yandere" said Gin, "You mean Mizore" asked Moka as they gathered around to see the photo's Gin collected, much to his shock.
Elsewhere
On the far end of the creek where Tsukune first met Moka's real personality, we see Mizore moping all by her lonesome and looking like a mess, her clothes were dirty, her knee socks were torn, and her signature knife was dripping fresh blood.
"Tsukune…" sniffled Mizore as she still had feelings for the boy even after all the mean things he said to her.
"I finally found you" came the voice of a male teacher as it was assistant coach Mr. Kotsubo as he approached Mizore.
"What do you want with me" asked Mizore, "Tsk, is that anyway to address your teacher now" said Mr. Kotsubo as he creeped towards the troubled girl.
"Mizore Shirayuki, Osore Academy's number one problem child, a potential perpetrator from a year prior after she had stalked, kidnapped, and caused her victim to develop a minor case of Stockholm syndrome, fortunately for you, you were pardoned before being prosecuted due to the victim hanging himself in his holding cell the night before the trial" said Mr. Kotsubo as Mizore shamefully stayed silent and turned her head away.
"Out of shame, you transferred here from your home prefecture in Hokkaido, hoping to start a new leaf, instead here you are, after finally making your debut in class, guilty of stabbing 2 innocent students" said Mr. Kotsubo.
"That's-" began Mizore as she turned her head to defend herself, not realizing how close her teacher was now as he practically leaned over her.
"My aren't you a trouble maker, but don't worry, I won't rat you, that is to say, if you remained obedient" said Mr. Kotsubo as he laid a hand on her thigh which really creeped Mizore as used her knife and slashed at the accusing hand.
"Back off you creep" said Mizore as she tried to get up and run away from the man, but Mr. Kotsubo was quick to recover as he ran after and proceeded to pin the troubled girl down.
"Fine, we can do this the hard way, you little bitch" said Mr. Kotsubo as he forcibly squeezed Mizore's wrist with enough pressure to drop her knife, before proceeded to choke her out.
"Shh, it's alright, by the time you wake up, it'll be all better" said Mr. Kotsubo as he relished at the sight of Mizore choking out before the young girl finally passed out from asphyxiation.
Before the teacher could continue with his sexual assault, he felt the air around him getting cold.
"You have some brass trying to assault a student like that" said Tsukune as he was emanating a dangerous aura.
"Aono what the hell are you doing here" demanded Mr. Kotsubo, "I came here under the intention to find and apologize to Mizore, instead I find a hard example of how corrupted not only the school is as a whole, but also humanity" said Tsukune.
"That's enough young man, leave now before I expel you for assaulting Shirayuki" said Mr. Kotsubo as this was the last straw Tsukune began to slowly reveal his real self as the sentient blots of phobias began to emerge, with on holding a lynch rope in their hand, one holding a medieval torch in hand, and the last one brandishing a rusty Sycle.
"What the fuck" said Mr. Kotsubo as he tried to run away but wounded up tripping and falling into the creek where he was confronted by the thing he feared most.
Swimming through the water and reaching out to him was the infamous kraken, as the man has had a fear of cephalopods since he was a boy after he got bitten by a squid.
Ensnared by the tentacles, he was brough close to Tsukune as he began to open his wide beaky mouth, causing the assistant coach to scream in terror.
While all of this was going on, we can see Moka and the others looking for Tsukune and found the boy emerging from the creek, dragging out the coach with him.
"Tsukune are you all right" asked Moka, "I'll be fine, but he won't" said Tsukune as he glared at Mr. Kotsubo.
"Did Mizore do this" asked Kurumu, "No, I did, I caught the fucker attempting to molest Mizore after choking her out" huffed Tsukune as this revelation left them all speechless.
"Tsukune, about Mizore" said Moka, "Yeah, what about her" asked Tsukune.
"Maybe it's better if you look at these" said Moka as she handed him the photos Gin had show them.
Apparently, Mizore was innocent in regards to what happened to these students, as the photos revealed that she had been cutting her own wrist while crying this whole time as Tsukune went to examine the fresh wounds she afflicted on herself.
Feeling guilty of causing this girl to be destructive, Tsukune went about and carried the girl in her arms.
"Let's get her to the club room for now so we can disinfect and clean her wounds" said Tsukune as he carried the troubled girl with him.
Later
Waking up at long last, Mizore found herself in a room that wasn't like her own as she regained consciousness.
"Are you all right Mizore" asked Tsukune as the girls eyes widened before realizing who was next to her as she got out of bed.
"Tsukune" said Mizore with a wince as her throat was sore after being strangled, "Easy, here take one of these, this should help you cope with the pain" said Tsukune as he handed her a pain killer and a glass of water.
"Thank you" said Mizore as she noticed that she was out of her sweater and her arms were left exposed to the boy she liked as she covered them under the sheets out of shame.
"Mizore, it's all right, if anything I want to apologize and say that I'm sorry" said Tsukune as the girl was surprised to hear this.
"I'm sorry for not only rejecting your love so rudely, but also judging you so rudely, I never wanted to hurt you like that" said Tsukune as he lowered his head towards her.
"But, you're right to judge me, I stabbed your senpai and Moka, and knocked Kurumu out, and even tried to force myself upon you, I'm… a monster and a menace to society" said Mizore as Tsukune sighed in defeat.
"When I was in middle school, I had a friend, her name was Mia and while she might have a sweet, almost Disney princess like appearance and attitude, she was a genocidal maniac as well" began Tsukune as hearing this seemed like a whole lot of malarky.
"When my friend Dai was coping with the break up from his ex, she got me involved in helping them plan out the perfect date between them, which mainly involved committing acts of arson on a whole city block, with Dai going mad with a flame thrower as Mia took joy of locking people in and seeing the scared faces begging for mercy as Dai incinerated them" said Tsukune.
"Tsukune, I appreciate you trying to cheer me up, but all of that sounds like stupid nonsense" said Mizore as the boy sighed and began to pull out a photo album that was edited from showing what him and his friends looked like in their monster form.
"That's them right there" said Tsukune as he showed the incriminating photo of his friends since he was paid to photograph and document their date that night and managed to keep a few copies himself.
"Oh… I'm… this is… just wow" said Mizore as she was speechless at seeing the sight of your classic leather jacket bad boy with his face stained in blood holding a flame thrower, while Mia was kissing him on the cheek.
"Mind you, Dai is already a violent man, in fact he's been talking about trying to find a way to punch the sun in its stupid face, as he puts it, with Mia backing him up on it, at least financially" said Tsukune.
"So don't think of yourself as a monster or a terrible human being whose actions were driven by sick twisted love, cause the shit I've seen my friends do and the stuff that I did when I was dating my ex doesn't even compare to what you did" said Tsukune as this brought some comfort to Mizore.
"So please don't be so hard on yourself, and maybe reel in those stab happy tendencies of yours, and who knows maybe you can have friends who are willing to accept you" said Tsukune.
"What about love, can someone even love a girl like me" asked Mizore, "If I can find a girlfriend after convincing everyone to have a food fight at school using freshly sharpen steak knives, so can you" said Tsukune as Mizore began to smile at Tsukune once more.
"Now rest up, I'm gonna call Moka and the others and let them know you're fine" said Tsukune as he began to pull out his phone, only for Mizore to pull him in bed.
"They can wait, right now, you have some repenting to do" said Mizore as she held the boy tight.
"Come on Mizore" said Tsukune as he tried to slip out, but the girl proved to have a vice grip on the boy.
"Sigh, fine, but after this we're even, deal" said Tsukune, "Deal" said Mizore as she took in Tsukune's warmth and smell as she cuddled the boy of her dreams.
The Next Day
After saving Mizore, Tsukune had opted to bring her to his apartment as he's lost all trust with the school's faculty and staff as he nursed the troubled girl back to health.
Speaking of staff, Tsukune decided to leave Mr. Kotsubo to his fate by leaving the panties of his ex, along with one of Mizore's stocking, with his pants pulled down before taking the incriminating photo's which riled the school enough to do something it hasn't done in years and fire the teacher as a means to keep things under wraps.
Now as for the students, it was unknown how they got their scars as Gin and Ms. Nekonome came forward with the evidence that they weren't attacked by Mizore, but by a different perpetrator all together, who remains on the lose.
As for Mizore she decided to take one more sick day off to make herself look presentable according to Tsukune.
"Well guys, we should take solace in knowing we cleared the name of a fellow student and classmate to some" said Gin as he's finally regain everyone's trust again during these last few days they were all gathered back in the club room.
"I mean don't get me wrong, I'm glad we got rid of that molester, but at the same time we still have to deal with Mizore" said Kurumu as she still had reason to dislike the girl.
"She's not so bad once you get to know her" said Tsukune, "Easy for you to say, considering how you brought her home with you" said Moka.
"My oh my, Tsukune mad respect man" said Gin, "It's not like that, and Moka knows it" said Tsukune as he was preparing to defend himself till they all heard the door open.
"Good to see everyone together and finally getting along again" said Ms. Nekonome as she got everyone's attention.
"Now students allow me to introduce your new club member, Shirayuki Mizore" said Ms. Nekonome as she presented the girl who recently cut her hair short as she had her headphones around her neck and a sucker in her mouth.
"Hey everyone" said Mizore nonchalantly, "Mizore, you got a haircut" commented Tsukune.
"Yeah, does it look ok" asked Mizore as she felt worried what might Tsukune say, "I think you look cute" said Tsukune as he got the girl to gush over being complimented.
"Hey what gives, you only recently got chummy with this crazy ass thot a few days ago and already you're complimenting how cute she is, what the hell Tsukune" nagged Kurumu as she got up in the boys face, while Moka choked him from behind while Yukari kicked him.
"Hey, leave my darling alone you desperate bitches" said Mizore as she pulled out her knife, "Oh, you want to go!" exclaimed Kurumu as she pulled out her stun gun, ready to fight, only for Ms. Nekonome surprising her students by judo throwing the pair onto the ground.
"Now students, I don't mind bad language, but bad actions like fighting with weapons is a no-no in my book" scolded Ms. Nekonome as she left the girls to pick themselves up and their weapons.
"Now I trust you students to behave yourselves, I've got an important staff meeting dealing with the incident that happened yesterday, so please take care of yourselves and be safe when going to your dorms, or in your case Mr. Aono to your apartment" said Ms. Nekonome as she left her students to themselves.
"That was… something" said Tsukune as he never thought of Ms. Nekonome being the type to show any proficiency in combat given how she has the personality of a skitty kitty.
"Didn't you guys know, Ms. Nekonome is a 10th Dan black belt in judo, Karate, and aikido" said Gin as this surprised everyone.
"For a guy who's ex was a notorious party girl, and was surprised to learn she was a regional chess champion, I thought nothing could top that as the most surprising thing to learn about someone" commented Tsukune.
"Aren't all of your old friends full of surprises in spite of their 2 dimensional nature" commented Yukari as she recalled how the murderous and arsonist Dai was not only a closet professional hair stylist, but also a drag queen model.
"I believe this is what they call, never judge a book by it's cover" said Moka as she felt mad respect for Nekonome.
"I swear, if I have to deal with another surprise or plot twist today, I'm going to scream" said Kurumu.
"So long as she doesn't get in my way of love and use her power and authority against me, I'll comply to her request of behaving myself for now" said Mizore.
"Ok guys, let's get back on topic, we've got a lot of work to do before our next article and something tells me we'll be doing it less independently by the end of the day" said Gin as he was trying to take his job serious.
And there we go guys, personally my only regret when I first cancelled this fic was not progressing far enough to introduce Mizore the last time, so for me to finally reach that milestone is a big goal I finally met and achieve, so make some noise for me people.
From here on, I'll be including some characters from the manga to join the story since the anime honestly didn't do the series justice, I mean yeah it gave us an ending to deal with, but seriously if you read the manga, which I highly recommend you do for those very few that didn't, because it's that great even though it leaves you feeling with a could have been.
