Day 7 Prompt: Spilling
Takes place somewhere between Showtime (7x11) and First Date (7x14).
"Whatever you have to tell Buffy, surely you can do so in front of everyone," Giles protested when he asked to speak to Buffy alone.
She had just come out of the basement, and was right there with her laundry basket. If he could just...
"It's ok, Spike. What is it?"
She pulled a face at his hesitation. He sighed
"Fine. You forgot your knickers."
Anya snorted. Dawn choked on her milk. Giles spilled his tea. Everyone else gaped at her in shock.
He dropped the garment in her basket with an apologetic smile and fled back to the basement.
If anything, I'm sure Buffy is kinda glad the soul solved his panties co-dependencies issues... or not xD
