Hello I have returned! I'm very sorry guys for the late chapter. I was too busy doing my animation clip series of Goku and Chariot's Cross Adventure as you can see in my twitter site. So my apologies againn

Now as for the reviews you gave me, I have to say... THANK YOU.

Thank you all for giving me such positive and interesting and analyze reviews about this story I've given for you guys. I truly appreciated it!

Please review this more and more! I am always interested to hear your thoughts on this story :

Now warning guys, I still suck at grammar and spelling so forgive me if you got annoyed by it hehe

Update:

Okay I can see the question about Goku and Padmé "pairing" and if Chichi's is alive and I understand the question and a bit of concern. I can only say this. This is subtle pairing. And no I'm not gonna rush this two to be together just because I want to. Nope nope I will make this good as I can. It will be subtle, slow yet some progress. There ya go people.

What happened to Chichi will be revealed in the next chapter.

And lastly I'm not going to OOC their personality. They are still the same and they just met. I'm not going make them love each other like a Disney.

Nope. Some areas can be explain the next chapter. Thank you for listening :

NOW ONTO THE STORY

Chapter 2: A Stranger from the Unknown

Sabé hated medcenters.

It had been two standard days after the incident had taken place and the medics took the unconscious stranger; Son Goku, back at the medical center that was founded in the capital city of Naboo: Theed. It was a cultured city with elegant architecture and a unified harmonious style borne from rebuilding after a troubled ancient past. Its domed buildings maintained a handcrafted aesthetic, although areas such as the sleek and mechanistic Theed power generator, a popular city attraction hosting a regular tours, stood in stark contrast to their style.

Inside of the medcenter, the handmaiden, Sabé stood by next to the door whose inside where the man they had saved was sleeping comfortably on the bed, He now wore a white clothes. She was given a task by Padmé to take watch with the stranger while she was away on another world a few days earlier to deal with some matters ahead that involved with political issues and speeches and especially with the Military Creation Act coming in soon. Although Padmé told her that she would come back if he was finally better and good to speak with her.

While she would follow whatever her lady, her dear best friend would go or do or must, whatever she asked. There was one thing, that she wanted to beg but couldn't but really wanted to that she doesn't want to be in.

Staying in a medcenter.

She was not afraid of a medcenter, those were the places to heal wounds, she doesn't dislike staying with the patients. She would be fine with them. The medics on the other hand, most specifically the med droids with the likes of 2-1B surgical droid. Their "nice" sassiness and their "facts" and their "logical" ways was always made her want to bump her head to the wall.

She remembered one time having a small injury, during her teen years, and had to check it, by the med droids, and by small, it was just only a small scratch on her leg and it said that she needed to stay there or check it up to them again for another week in case of problems.

Some of those med droids were either malfunction, or they were just too cautious.

Of course, she still respected them due to their ability to assist anyone, they were of course one of the most successful droids that had ever created in the galaxy, that could assist the worst injury that anyone would have from their fights on pirates, criminals or battle droids.

She heard the sound of a door slid open, she glanced at it, revealing a humanoid medical droid, its internal components visible through a translucent torso sheath. It walked towards the handmaiden.

"His vital systems are normal, all of his external and internal wounds have been fully recovered."

Either her dislikes of staying in this medcenter for a while must had been making her crazy or did she just heard it saying that the man they just saved two standard days ago was...recovered?

She raised her eyebrows then asked. "He's already recovered? But it's only been two days since he was placed here. With heavy injuries."

"I am 100% positive. This man has no more wounds that needed to be taken care of. I would say that I too am surprised about this."

Sabé was quiet for a moment. Some gods in this universe must have heard my prayers.

"How long until he wakes up?"

"My prediction calculates is that he would wake up either today in a few more hours or possibly tomorrow early in the morning."

"That soon?… Very well then, thank you for informing me." She said in which the droid nodded in reply and went back inside of the room.

Sabé was ready to head out out of the medcenter to contact Senator Amidala, until she heard a sound of a man's voice calling her name behind her.

"Sabé!"

She halt her tracks and turned her head around to see a young man who looked somewhat the same age as hers but little older. He had a brown hair, his skin was pale and he was slightly taller than her. This young man wore a civilian indigo clothes with white sleeves under it.

"Tonra. I didn't expect you to be here." Sabé said in surprised. This was Tonra, he was part of the Royal Naboo Security, who also assisted her during her mission on Tatooine to attempt to save Anakin's mother from slavery. He was also a dear friend of her. Tonra then answered with a smile and a surprised tone in his voice.

"I should say the same thing to you." Tonra said. "I'm here to visit my mother. She was sick a few days ago and so I wanted to check if she's getting better from it."

Sabé nodded in understanding. "So that is why you weren't there when we were calling for assistance that day."

"Yep and speaking of that, I figured that you're here to keep watch on the survivor from that pod?" Tonra asked.

"Yes. Senator Padmé requested me to watch over him while she was away to do her job until he wakes up so she can ask some questions with him. Sabé explained. "Since that the ship he was in is still unknown including his origins. She would like to know his origins."

"I see. I heard it from my friends and other officers back in the base, saying that the ship has no matching origins by Republic or the Hutts or any kinds that we've known." Tonra said. Putting his thumb on his lower chin in wonder. The spacepod that the injured man rode in was completely alien to them as they tried to understand it but not allowed to touch anything incase if it goes wrong such as accidentally pressing the self-destruction without knowing.

"And how is that guy now? I also heard that he was wounded pretty badly when you and Padmé first found him." Tonra asked.

"He's now fully healed. Although he's still unconscious but the med droid did told me that he'll wake up soon." Sabé informed him in which he raised his eyebrows in surprised.

"He's healed already? I thought he was still going to be stuck here for another week." Tonra said in disbelief. Granted that a bacta tank can easily heal a wounded person than the old traditional way but it would still take a week or two to heal the external and internal injuries that the person has whether on battle or gotten into an incident. Sabé nodded in agreement of the fast he gotten healed.

"That's true. It surprised me as well. I didn't expect that he would get better this quickly." Sabé said. It wondered her as well. Even when they tried to give him some injections to check for any disease that they took when they moved him here, the needles couldn't seem to properly shot the man well unlike other patients they dealt with. His body was no average human type that was for sure. This news would surely surprised Padmé quite much.

"And where's the Senator now?"

"She's at the meeting with Queen Jamillia at the Royal Palace. I was about to notify her about this." The handmaiden told him in which he nodded in understanding. They both then heard a voice of a child. Both of them looked at the source and saw a boy who was at the age of 9.

"Tonra! Mother wants to see you!" the boy shouted, waving his two small arms at the Sergeant.

"Tell her I'm coming!" Tonra told him then turned his head toward Sabé. "I have to go now, Sabé. I don't want her to wait anytime soon.

"Of course, Tell your mother I said hello." Sabé said with a smile.

"I will. I wouldn't want to keep secret from my mother about my girlfriend." Tonra joked as he winked at her with a light smirk. Sabé immediately gave a soft yet hard punch on his shoulder.

"Just go." Sabé said sternly at him, her stare looks like piercing him with a blaster fire. He gave a soft laughed.

"Take care! I'll see you sometime soon!" Tonra waved her goodbye and started running towards the boy as they both head to where their mother was. Sabé sighed after a few moments.

"This guy I swear..." The handmaiden muttered. A small blush was formed on her cheeks from what Tonra just said about her as a girlfriend. She shook her head, returning to the task at hand. She then grabbed her commlink and was ready to contact Padmé.

"Come on...Come on!"

The world's sky was filled with the color of dark red with storms raging on lands and seas. Lightnings spread everywhere, tornadoes whirled as trees and buildings was ripped apart from its path. Lava poured out from the ground like a fountain. This world almost looked like hell itself was raised from the pit but in reality this world was dying because of the one tyrant, Frieza who decided to end this world from existence and a few moments it will burst to explode into nothingness. No one was left but with only the exception of a Super Saiyan Warrior, Son Goku, who was inside of a pod, trying to find a way to activate the ship. His fingers pressed on any buttons he saw, anything that can make the small pod to fly, and to get himself away from the dying planet.

"Please work on me!" Goku begged at the ship's control as if he thought that it had a sentience of its own. The ground that the pod was laying on cracked in two and started to split and down there, the magma was pouring out from between the huge cracks. The pod was slowly rolling down to the hole like entering into the deepest fire of hell itself.

"Damn it! Just work for me!" Goku shouted, sounding desperate, he smashed the controls with his two fists as if smashing it would finally wake the ship up to make it flying again but unfortunately, it did not and the pod started to go down into the magma. Goku got out of the pod for a few seconds before it hit into the burning hot magma as the space pod slowly sank and melted away.

Goku then looked at the world around him and hit a sudden realization.

He was going to die. He was going to die with this planet with him, and there was nothing that he can do to change that.

"No...Dammit...No..!" Goku muttered.

After a few moments, the world burst into light as Goku screamed to the sky, preparing to be succumbed to this inevitable fate.

"AAAAAAAAAARRRRRGHHHHHH!"

And the planet finally exploded.

Then everything flashed into white and for a few moments it slowly fade into utter blackness.

Then there was nothing but pure silence, for how long? Seconds? Minutes? Hours? Days? He couldn't tell, until Goku heard a faint sound, a sound of a beeping noise echoing into his ear drums. Then it grew somewhat loud. He could hear the sound of people and mechanical noise from the background but faint and muffled.

After a few moments, Goku slowly opened his eyes. He could see an electric light emanating from the greyish ceiling, brightening his eyes, making him blink from the brightness it gave him, then opened it again. He wasn't dead. It was only a dream. A nightmare. He finally remembered that the space pod he used actually worked and he managed to escape from Namek's destruction.

Goku sighed with relief. He looked around the room, he felt soft cloth on his back, realizing that he was on a bed. Goku looked at the clothes that he was wearing and noticed that he now wore a white brownish clothes instead of his tattered orange gi from his fights on Namek all the way to Frieza.

"Woah...Where am I? Did I really managed to get myself back on Earth?" Goku asked himself as he looked around the room. It looked similar to the rooms he went in back on Earth from what he remembered, but the interior design of the room looks sleeker with curves on it. Maybe he was back on Capsule Corp or somewhere on any building similar to it?

He then heard a mechanical voice right next to him. "Oh you're finally awake! What marvelous development!"

Goku turned his head and saw a droid with its components visible on its torso.

"That's a weird looking robot." Goku thought. That droid looked like a skeleton in a way.

"Oh hi?" Goku greeted the droid with a slow wave. "Where am I?"

"You are inside of the medical center! You are being treated from your injury when the medics took you a few days ago" The droid informed the Saiyan.

This answer made Goku stopped in his tracks. His hands was now twitching then slowly started to shake, his face turned pale into horror.

No no no it can't be. Please no... not that.

Medical Center? Medical? Medics? Oh no. This is much worse than having a nightmare that he thought that he died on planet Namek. Then that would mean he was inside of...the hospital. If he was in a hospital, then there's doctors and if there's a doctor...then that could only mean one thing.

He hoped that he would never be in that place again. He prayed to Kami, the Kais, or any higher gods or celestial entities, that he would never ever want to see or even witnessed be in that place again in his life.

Goku's mouth was twitching like he was stuck in a blender, then slowly and shakingly looked at the droid's mechanical other hand and noticed something that he would never like to see again.

A. Sharp. Pointing. Needle.

Outside of the Royal Palace.

"Where are we heading, Senator?" the old security officer asked Senator Padmé Amidala. His hands gripped on the steering wheel. She and the officer was in a green landspeeder transport that was fairly used by Royal Naboo Security Forces on Theed and any places on Naboo.

"Take me to the Medical Center." Padmé answered. She now wore a simple outfit consisted of a light crimson low-cut dress with a dark brown overcoat. The slightly ruffled collar of the coat was stiff, high and fan-shaped in the back. Her hair was done in a twin bun hairstyle.

The old security guard nodded in acknowledgement. "As you wish."

The green landspeeder they were in roared to life and moved towards their destination. Padmé was finally finished with the meeting with Queen Jamillia about the Military Creation Act. She was about to head back in her office with many data pads that she would need to read until she was informed by Sabé back on the med center about the saiyan's health.

He's already recovered? This soon?

This honestly shocked her, obviously. She expected that he would still need time to have his injuries patching up and she would patiently wait and see him again on next week, but she didn't expect that he was already better and Sabé even informed her that there was a high chance that he would wake up today.

She could have just told Sabé that she'll have to guard him and try to reassure the man while she was away to do her important parts, but then again, what are the chances that he would understand them? Which made her to wanting to go to check up on him and be the one who should asked some questions regarding of his origins and how he crashed here with his wounds.

Lastly that would be out of character of her. Despite him, being a stranger from an unknown world, or system, Padmé still cared for the man's well-being, as she always does with a lot of people, she hated seeing people suffer, and she would do whatever it takes to help them.

She looked to her side, seeing the streets filled with people doing their daily lives. She saw a little boy who looks like he was at the age of 10, waving at her while holding his mother's hand. Padmé kindly returned the gesture as she waved at her with a soft smile. Seeing her people doing their daily lives happily brought warm on her heart, and the boy she waved made it even warmer than she already felt. After the boy was loss on her sight from being too far away due to the moving vehicle she was in, Padmé then asked the officer.

"Were you supposed to be seeing security with Queen Jamillia, Captain?"

He nodded. "She is well protected. I assure you, Senator."

This man was none other Captain Panaka, who had once served her as her personal bodyguard during her time as a Queen. He was tall and dark-skinned, he had a steely gaze and athletic physique only accentuated by the cut of his own brown leather jerkin, blue shirt, and pants of an RNSF. He was in his forties now, but still looked like he was still in the position to fight as a strong man on Naboo.

"Protected from?" Padmé prompted, nodding while still looking towards the moving streets and continuing to do so.

"Spice Miners." He explained. "Contract issues. Nothing to concern you, Senator. Actually, I was about give you an information about the pod that the survivor was in."

This made the Senator looked at the Captain with a peek of interest in her eyes.

"Have you finally understand how the pod works or possibly found a trace of his origins?" Padmé asked.

Panaka shook his head. "The second question is a no, we still have no idea where its origin lies, but how it works on the other hand, I can tell you that this pod is not exactly an escape pod."

"Not an escaped pod? Are you saying that the pod he used is a starfighter-like?"

"No, not as a starfighter but when our engineers tried to comprehend how the pod works, it looks like it can move very fast. A speed faster than a speed of light."

"Faster than a speed of light? It has its own hyperdrive?" She asked. Disbelief came out from her mouth.

Panaka shook his head again.

"Not exactly." He continued. "It doesn't have a hyperdrive when the engineers checked the space pod, but the way it works and how fast it can fly shows that it somehow can though its still very slower than a Hyperdrive no doubt, but it could still travel very fast that not even a starfighter could outchased it. We still don't don't know how it works but that's how it is. They even said that this pod might came from somewhere far away from our known regions. Probably much farther than what's stated."

Padmé nodded in understanding from the information she was given by the captain. A pod that is faster than a speed of light and much far from the known regions? Would that mean that this man they saved few days ago came from is a foreigner from the far unknown region or possibly another galaxy?

This information was quite surprising and interesting to hear and at the same time she couldn't help herself but to feel excitement growing inside of her. She had always loved meeting new people from another new world that she, the Republic or any known faction within the galaxy had not yet known.

But if he was a foreigner then that would mean that there was a possible chance that this stranger she saved would or could not know or understand how to speak Galactic 'Basic' which was a prevalent language in this galaxy that was spoken by many known species with the exceptions of few. If that were the case, she already had preparations in case if that were to come. Despite that possibility, and the fact that she needed to prepare herself for the votes at the coming days about the Military Creation Act, she was still little excited to talk with this foreigner.

"We have arrived, Senator." Panaka spoke.

Padmé raised her eyebrows in a surprised look and looked around and just realized that they have finally reached the medical center of Theed. It seemed that she was too focused in her thoughts for a while.

Senator Padmé then got off from the landspeeder transport and looked at Captain Panaka, then bowed with curtsey at him.

"Thank you for driving me here, Captain." Padmé said with appreciativeness from her voice in which the Captain also returned the gesture.

"You're welcome, Senator. I will head back to the Royal Palace with Queen Jamillia." Panaka said. "Contact me if you need any assistance."

With that, he drove the landspeeder around and went back to the Palace. Padmé watched him go, then turned around and started walking to the medical center. She saw Sabé outside of the entrance door and was about to give a small bow to each other until...

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" They heard a shrieking voice of a man that his scream of terror was so loud that its echoes could lengthen in a kilometer radius which made the people who heard it gave a concerning looks.

Padmé and Sabe looked at one another and could only know where and who would it be that gave such a loud scream.

"This way, my lady!" Sabé told the Senator who nodded. Both of them started running at the room where Goku was in, readying their blaster pistols.

After a few moments of fast running, they reached at the room, and they could hear a muffle voice, thanks to the door that was still closed.

The two women then opened the door, and aimed their blasters in case if there were anyone was trying to kill the foreigner, but they saw no one else, other than the medical droid and Goku who was in the corner of the room. His face and his posture looked like he was about to have a heart attack in a few moments.

"Please calm yourself, Sir!" The medical droid exclaimed, moving its hands up and down, gesturing as a sign to remain calm.

"What happened?" Padmé asked the medical droid in worry, she and the handmaiden held their blasters down, thinking that there was probably some misunderstanding.

"It's him that happened!" The droid answered, pointing its fingers towards the saiyan. "I just saw him woke up and the moment he saw me, he just screamed at me!"

"He just went into panic?" Padmé asked again. "You haven't put anything that could probably affected him in a bad way?"

The medical droid then immediately turn its head toward the Senator, and based on the droid's movement, it looked like it was just insulted from what she said.

"Of course not! That would be unprofessional of me!" The medical droid defended itself.

"Get it away from me!"

The two women and the droid looked at Goku.

"Me? I haven't even done anything! You just started screaming at me!" The medical droid said, waving its hand up and down stiffly.

"Not you! The one you have!" Goku told the droid with his voice in a shake of fear, who was still on the corner of the room like a baby child.

"What do you mean?" Sabé asked the saiyan who then immediately gave a reply.

"The needles!" Goku said. "Get it away from me!"

Padmé and Sabé looked at one another, thinking if they had heard it right, then looked back at Goku.

"The needles?" Padmé asked in a small confusion.

"Yeah!" Goku replied. "Please get it away from me!"

Maybe needles had a bad reputations on his place? She wasn't certain.

Padmé was still confused but somehow made a small understanding of what to do next and looked at Sabé who also understood what they're going to do, then both of them turned their heads towards the medical droid.

"I believe that it is best that you leave. I can handle it from here on out." Padmé told the droid.

"Are you certain, ma'am? He still needs to be checke-" The medical droid tried to say something but was completely cut off by Sabé.

"Me and the droid will be outside until you need any assistance, my lady." Sabé said. She then grabbed the medical droid out of the room with her, the door was then slide into a close. Padmé then gave a great sigh, thanking her friend for making this easier. She was now finally alone with the foreigner.

Outside of the room, the people around Sabé and the medical droid were looking at two with concerned looks on their faces from what had just transpired. The droid tried to say something that could make it go back and check Goku once more.

"Please, ma'am! He still needs to be checked on his mental state!" The droid said. Its arms still gripped by the Handmaiden's hands.

"He will be fine. I'm sure that you can check him, once he finally got himself settled there." Sabé told the droid. "And as you said before, he's fully healed from any injuries, or disease that he had a few days ago."

Sabé glanced at the room of where Padmé, and Goku were in, with the doors completely shut off and now guarded by her while keeping the medical droid at bay easily.

"Hopefully you can sort this out, my lady." She murmured, and looked at the people around her, and the droid, who still looked concerned. Sabé gave a small sigh. She's going to need to calm the people down as well. This would take a while.

Inside of the room, Goku was still in his posture on the corner, but slowly starting to relax, knowing that the needle was no longer there. He swore that when he saw that needle on the droid's hand. It looked like it was mocking him...in his imagination at least.

After a few moments of awkward silence, Padmé was about to break it that was growing in this room, but Goku started first by giving a long sigh of relief, with his right hand pressed on his chest.

"Pheeww! Thanks a lot! I almost had an heart attack." Goku said, scratching his head with his eyes closed. Padmé couldn't help but gave a light chuckle at his way of saying things. He seemed to understand or coincidentally know how to speak basic in his place. She should not be having any problems about understanding one another.

"You're welcome. May I ask you to sit on this bed? I would like to have some questions with you." Padmé asked kindly, gesturing the bed where he slept. "But you can also ask some questions to me as well so that would be fair for both of us."

"Oh sure! No problem!" Goku said, he walked on the bed, and sat on it. The senator then sat on a chair right next to the bed. He looked at Padmé. Scanning her from head to toe, she looked human, would that mean that he was finally back on Earth? But if that were the case, then why couldn't he sense his son, Gohan already? or even his friends, or the Namekians. Unless he crashed on a planet that was also humans or almost human-like kind of people.

Padmé studied Goku's face and his body and his movements. When she first saw Goku inside of the pod all the way to the medical center, with his body that looked like that he experienced many fights or battles in his lifetime, she expected that this man's attitude would be strict, a soldier-like type of kind, but instead he acted like an innocent naive boy that took the shape of an adult of a fighter. And for some strange reason, it was somewhat...fitting for him.

"So um...what do you like to ask of me Miss...umm.." Goku realized that he hadn't gotten her name yet. Padmé immediately noticed this and apologized.

"Oh my apologies. I am Senator Padmé Amidal. You are in a world of Naboo. My home" She introduced herself, she bowed with curtsey, and kindness to it.

Naboo? So I am on a different planet... Goku thought to himself. That would explain why he couldn't sensed the the people he knew or even the Namekians themselves.

And what the heck is a Senator? Or maybe that's her actual name, and it's just very long. Or maybe it was a rank like a King and a Princess but a different name? Looking at her clothes, it looked like princess-like royalty. Considering that Goku only heard those kinds of titles from his friends or anywhere he went during his time on Earth as a child. It was likely the possibility.

"Ohhh nice to meet you, Senator Amidala. My name is Son Goku. But you can just call me Goku for short." Goku said, with a gleeful smile. Upon hearing the revelation of his name, Padmé cupped her chin in slight fascination and curiosity. What an interesting name for this strange person.

"So how are you right now?" Padmé asked, bringing up his recovery and his state. "You were definitely in a bad shape when we first found you."

Goku checked his own body and see that his wounds were completely healed from his battle against Frieza.

"Oh yeah I'm definitely alright now! My body wasn't really that much in a bad shape when I got it." Goku laughed sheepishly. Padmé raised an eyebrow, staring at him in disbelief.

"Are you sure? When I first found you inside of that pod, you had heavy bruises everywhere around your body, with also fresh and dried blood on your face." Padmé pointed. Goku cupped his chin, remembering his recent injuries.

"Hmmm well that is true. I was kinda beaten up hard back there. Hehe." Goku admitted. Nodding at his recent state.

While that was true, that despite he got beat up hard during his fight against Frieza, it was somewhat pale in comparison when he first fought Vegeta back on Earth, especially when he was at his Great Ape form, who almost crushed him to death, breaking his bones, and that after the fight against the Elite Saiyan, Goku couldn't even properly fight if he even tried his hardest, let alone move his body, and was forced to stay in the hospital for a long while, until Yajirobe came for the rescue, giving him the senzu he really needed before going to Namek.

"But I'm fine now. Whatever you guys did. I'm alright now, so thanks!" Goku said, smiling at the senator with reassuring expression.

Padmé nodded in understanding. He really does sound like an innocent boy. She thought.

"I see... that is good to know then. What got you into that state anyway?"

"Well I was in a huge fight against tyrant guy named Frieza and his men who worked for him who was threatening the native people who lived in that world I got off from, including my son, Gohan, and my friends Piccolo and, Kr-." Goku abruptly stopped for a moment. Goku still remembered like it was just a minute ago. Frieza. The tyrant who took many lives in his conquest, almost killing Piccolo, and took Krillin and blew him up. It angered him dearly. His hands, gripped on the sheet of the bed, but soon relaxed and finished his answer for the Senator of Naboo. "My friend, Krillin."

Padmé noticed the abrupt change of his expression from those last words. It was obvious something must have happened badly to them. And fighting someone name "Frieza"? That could explain his heavy injuries earlier before it was completely healed by the bacta tank. But who or what this "Frieza" was that he fought exactly that got him into that? Was this person was part of some pirates she never heard of or criminal gangs? Or maybe from an unknown small empire?

"Where do you come from exactly?" Padmé asked.

"Ohhh well I got off from a planet called Namek, where I went to help my friends and the native people called the Namekains, but I live on Earth." Goku answered, with honesty in his voice. Padmé cupped her chin with her right hand, with interest.

Namek and Earth. She never heard those planets before. That's another evidence that he's from a far away place. But how far?

"And how did you got here with your space pod? I guess you got here accidentally?" She prompted. Goku scratched his head and gave her a small laugh.

"Ah yeah. I needed a ship to get off the planet and I just pressed whatever buttons I can find in that pod. I don't really know how to fly that space pod, since I never really used that kind of pod before." Goku said. He only knew the Saiyans such as Vegeta and Nappa including the Ginyu Force used those space pod or what they call it the "Attack Ball".

"Wait. That wasn't your space pod?"

Goku shook his head. "Nope. That pod I used was from one of the bad guys who worked for Frieza. My ship was too far to reach it in time, so I needed whatever the nearest ship I see, and get out of there as fast as I can."

"From what exactly?"

Goku looked at her, then to the floor. His child-like expression turn into a frown and sadness.

"From Namek's destruction."

She put her right hand on her lips. Shocked and Horrified formed on her face, from what he just said. "Namek's Destruction? You mean the planet you got off from...exploded?"

Goku nodded. "Yeah."

"By the stars. What about the native people, the namekians and your friends and your son? Did they managed to escaped too?"

"Yeah, thankfully they managed to escaped in time before me, and got sent to my home instead. But..." Goku clenched his fist. His face darkened. "Many of them, including the one I know were killed by Frieza I was fighting back there."

Padmé was saddened by this. "But if that planet was about to be destroyed, why did you guys keep on fighting? Surely both of you would have stopped rationally and escaped together"

"Well... He wanted to kill me and my friends that bad, so I do whatever it takes to beat him."

"I see." She said. "And what was the reason why Planet Namek destroyed? Did something happened to its core?"

"Frieza was the one who caused the destruction of Namek."

Padmé stopped in her tracks. "Wh-what did you say? What do you mean about Frieza was the one who caused it?"

"During our fight, when I was close to defeating him, he fired an energy ball that was enough to destroy the planet's core or damaged it enough for the planet to explode so that I would be trapped and died with Namek." Goku said. "But it wasn't instantly. He gave it five minutes or more or less, so that he can escaped Namek without him getting hurt."

Padmé didn't respond. She took a step back, still comprehending from what Goku said. This "Frieza" caused Namek's destruction? Why? She could understand that if the planet was destroyed from a supernova or a large asteroid, or the planet's core was so old enough that it would soon die and would explode into debris, or turn into a dead world with no life remain. But to be destroyed by someone? By that "Frieza"? And the reason why because he didn't want to be…defeated? How could this person did such a thing?

And worst of all... What kind of weapons was this person using? What kind of technology that could create enough energy that could destroy a planet? To think and do such horrible act!

Padmé was silent for a few moments, until she managed to put herself back into place barely. "And you said that the native people...the namekians who lived there managed to escaped to your homeworld right?"

"Yeah." Goku said. "They got off just in time, before their homeworld exploded."

Padmé couldn't imagine how the Namekians felt. Their world destroyed by this...man, this tyrant. She felt sorry for them. How could she not? Their world destroyed because this "Frieza" just wanted to kill this man? Where would they live then? Would they have to find a planet for them to live in the future?

"What about this "Frieza"? What happened to him?" Padmé asked.

"We kept on fighting until the last few minutes before the planet exploded." Goku said. "During our fight, he accidentally cut himself in half with his energy disk."

Energy disk? Energy ball? What kind of weapons were they using to fight each other? Was it a different term of cannons?

"I see... so he's dead then." Padmé with a hint of cold and bitter in her voice. Knowing of what this person had done towards the native people and their planet.

"Yeah but not from his own energy disk. He was still alive surprisingly."

Padmé stared at him in disbelief. "What? But...that's impossible! You said he was cut in half. No person can ever survive that."

"Yeah...though I think he and his kind can. I'm not sure what they're called though." Goku tried to remember from what he heard or when he read Krillin's mind when he got there.

"Then he died with the planet?" Padmé guessed.

"No, I killed him." Goku said. Padmé looked at him, and was surprised that instead of giving that answer with a cold and angered expression, she saw a hint of...pity? That she did not expect. Was there some history between the two?

"I see..." Padmé said slowly. "I think that would be all for today. We can discuss this at the later time."

She didn't or couldn't want to continue on. It was too much to bear. Probably worse for him than her just hearing it. She would talk with him about that later on.

"Oh okay. No probs. You can ask me anytime you like." Goku said, his innocent child-like smile returned quickly.

He truly is a peculiar person. I'm interested to know more about him later. Padmé thought. There were more things she would like to know about him, about his cultures and history in his world 'Earth' he called it. She would have to wait for the time being, as she needed to do her duty regarding the Military Creation Act.

"Oh yeah by the way! Can I ask for your help of something?" Goku asked, raising his hand.

"Of course. What is it that you need?" Padmé said, smiling at him.

Goku scratched his head. "Well you see... I was wondering if I can borrow a ship and use it to get back to my home."

Padmé gave a quick pause for a moment then finally said. "You can... but we have no idea where the exact location of star system of your home is or how far it is. Unless you know it already."

"Oh. You mean that you can't just like push some buttons or say a word of the planet you want to go at, and wait for a while and you're there?"

She stared at him in disbelief. "What? No. Of course not. Like I said, you need to know what star system otherwise you'll end up in a middle of nowhere or worse you'll get send to a star or a black hole."

"Ohhh I see then..." Ah man I was hoping that would just be it.

"You don't know which or where your star system of your home at?" She asked.

"Nope. I didn't explore about space that much. I didn't even look what part of the galaxy my home was. Going to Namek was actually my first time I went to space. My friend's father Dr. Brief only told me to press the button then my ship starts flying." Goku said.

"That was your first time going into space?" Padmé asked, with surprise in her voice.

"Yeah. Same goes with the ones I know who went to Namek."

Padmé was surprised about this revelation. Could that mean that they don't have the technology or not as advanced as this known galaxy have in his place?

"I see... well if you don't know where your home is, you can't use the ship to get there without knowing the location."

Goku gave a thought about it then slumped down in disappointment. "Oh man. That means I'm going to be stuck here for a long while then. I don't even know how far I am from my home."

But for how long? That he does not know. If only he had some teleportation techniques that could sense known people's ki signature and teleport there quickly, it wouldn't be a problem.

Padmé looked at him with pity in her eyes. She could only imagine the sadness he was feeling right now inside, that there's high chance that he could never see his loved ones. Maybe the Jedi Order could help him? That can be a possibility, but he would have to wait until she gets to Coruscant for the Vote against the Military Creation Act and she'll have to be with him when they head to the Jedi Temple.

"I think I know some people that could help you to find your way back home." Padmé reassured the saiyan. Goku looked at her, hope glowing from his eyes.

"Really?" Goku asked.

"Yes, but you're going to have to wait for a while. I'll be coming along with you as well for other important reasons, so that means you'll have to stay in this world, until I sorted things out for myself." Padmé said, giving him a warmful smile.

"Oh I have no problem with that! I can wait as long as you needed." Goku happily said, grinning like an innocent boy. Since that there was no bad guys threatening innocent people or destroying planets. He was fine with that, although he hoped that his son and Piccolo and his people are doing just fine.

"Then we're finished then." Padmé said. Standing up as she looked at Goku. "Thank you for answering my questions, Goku. The medical droid still wanted to check on your mental state so you'll have to stay here for a while."

Goku's face went pale. "Oh—erm- yeah about that, Senator..."

"What is it, Goku?"

"Well you see, I don't wanna stay here in this hospital because you know... they give me the creeps and that 'thing'." Goku shivered at the thought of that droid with the needle. Padmé was still somewhat visibly confused of why he was afraid of staying inside of a medical center, or even seeing a needle.

"Ahh I see. That's alright then, Since you don't have any problems in your mental state, getting you out of here should be easy enough." Padmé gave him a wink. Goku sighed in relief.

"Phew! Thank-" Goku didn't finished his sentence as a powerful growl came out so suddenly Padmé jumped.

"What...was...that?" Padmé wondered aloud. She heard another growl again but much fainter. She saw the source and found out that it came from...Goku's stomach.

"Hehe...well I'm not sure how long I was out but I'm famished!" Goku laughed sheepishly, scratching the back of his head. Padmé couldn't help but giggled at this unexpected part from this new guest.

"Well since it's close to lunch, how about we go to the restaurant for us to eat?" Another growl came again from Goku's stomach as he laughed again with a nod.

"Yeah! I can't wait!" Goku grinned. Knowing that he was unconscious for a long while in the pod, including inside of the hospital, his hunger for food was his first top priority on the list. Padmé giggled softly again at his child-like personality.

This is going to be an interesting day.
