Chapter 21
We went to college long distance. Brooke went to school in the city and had an apartment. I stayed in town.
That isnt a time we like to talk about because we were apart and only got to really see each other on breaks and holidays. It was a difficult time.
When we both graduated i started running Clothes over bros full time. Really throwing myself into making it a sucess while Lucas focused on his writing.
This was the calm before we got more serious. Late nights. Early mornings. We lived on no schedule and really made it a point to make time for our relationship we were living together in a ranch back then.
We look back on that time fondly because life now is nothing like that.
"Bye bye momma!" Axel and Emmett said.
Brooke had just let them go from her arms. As Lucas got them settled in the backseat.
Axel off to school and Emmett off to daycare.
Lucas was off to his office for work.
While i was off to the store to open and deal with customers.
I was pregnant again. And it felt like a seperate experience already.
Maybe Lucas was right and we were having a girl because the morning sickness is hitting me bad and i'm early in this pregnancy.
As i got in my car and drove to Clothes over bros.
Surprised to see Peyton and Rachel waiting outside for me.
Peyton is now Peyton Baker and Rachel is married.
They are very non traditional. Her last name is still Gatina and i think they have an open marriage.
I try to mind my business on that.
The last thing i heard about Nathan was that he married an actress named Alex Dupre. They met at a party eloped.
