Chapter 8: The Smash Battle
*Thoughts are in italics*
*Around five minutes later*
Luigi selected the following details from the challenge bowl; the boxing ring stage, weapons, no spirits and two stock battle. "So I guess we only live twice like James Bond " Daisy chortled. "Don't you think we should at least invite Rosalina and maybe someone else and make it a four player battle? I think Rosalina is going to be pretty mad if we don't include her in the match" Luigi declared. "Don't you worry about Rosalina one bit; I'll talk to her. Plus she's going to be the first person I invite to the battle. "I'll get her a backstage special access pass to the match" Daisy proclaimed. "Backstage? What is this a rock concert?" Luigi jested. "Ha ha. It's a smash battle at a boxing ring of course they are going to be selling tickets. It's going to be a major event" Daisy exposed. "A major event. Oh boy! What have I gotten myself into?" Luigi worried. "Sounds like fun we have to get Mario, Peach and Yoshi special access as well" Luigi declared. "Of course all of are closest friends will get the special accesses package" Daisy imparted.
*Four months later. Saturday July 20th. 6:50pm The battle starts at 7pm*
*The day of the smash battle has finally arrived. The band Europe starts singing the song The Final Countdown as Luigi and Daisy prepare for their smash battle*
*Mario and Luigi are meeting in Luigi's locker room before the match. The plumbers are wearing their usual attire*
"It's pretty cool Daisy got Europe to perform" Luigi applauded. "Yeah way cool man" Mario remarked. "How are you feeling bro? You're ready right? You just have to win here and you and Daisy and you will be all square in the contest. Watch out for her aerial attacks and her projectile turnips. She struggles when landing so take advantage of it and look for an opening. Keep your guard up. You got this!" Mario promised. "Luigi time! Let's a go!" Luigi hooted. "All right bro after they're done singing this song we'll get ready to go out". Mario revealed as Luigi nodded his head.
*Around 10 minutes later Daisy and Luigi come out to the ring*
Michael Buffer announces the fighters to the audience. "Our first fighter from the Mushroom kingdom is the younger of the Mario Brothers. Standing 5 feet 8.898 inches weighing in at 129.8 pounds. He's The ghost hunter, The Eternal Understudy. Give a warm welcome to Luigi. The crowd cheers. "I'm impressed Daisy hired Michael Buffer but they couldn't round my numbers up a bit to 5 feet 9 and 130 pounds?" Luigi dismissed as Buffer continued. Now his opponent. She stands 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs in at 110 pounds. She's always a threat when it comes to sporting events. She's Sarasland's Chipper Princess. Please give a warm welcome to Daisy!" *The audience applauds* "Ladies and gentleman to the thousands in attendance and the millions watching on television at home; Let the stock battle begin!" Buffer reported. "Millions?! Mamma Mia holy crap!" Luigi tensed as sweat dropped from his forehead. "Oh yeah!" Daisy remarked one of the many camera men zooms in on Luigi and Daisy as the battle begins.
"So it comes to this I have to beat Daisy in a fight to keep the contest going. Why couldn't we get a cooking challenge? We could have done TOC style and used a randomizer for the ingredients, We would had meat, produce equipment, style and a wild card ingredient. We would have had famous chief judges like Ming Tsai and Scott Conant. That would have been so much fun. But noooooo here I am fighting my girlfriend in a boxing ring in a smash stock battle". Luigi groused.
*Camera cuts to the backstage area where Rosalina, Mario, Yoshi, Birdo, Peach, DK and Diddy, Dixie are standing. The whole is group is watching in the action in their usual attire.*
"So who do you think is going to win?" Rosalina queried. "My brother of course" Mario piped as Yoshi, Diddy and Dixie nodded in agreement. "Are you kidding? Daisy is going to win this battle and end the contest. It's been fun but Daisy is too tough. Luigi won't be able to stop her". Peach declared as Birdo, DK, and Rosalina bobbed their head together. "Hmmm looks we're split. It will be very entertaining to see how this plays out. When this is all over we will see who is right and who is wrong" Rosalina foreshadowed.
*Camera cuts back to the boxing ring*
The domes roof opens from above and a helicopter drops a wooden crate down onto the center of the ring between Daisy and Luigi. Luigi rushes to the crate and smashes it open with two quick right hooks to the center. The crate bursts open and the two fighters shield themselves from the flying debris with their right shoulders. The fighters eyes boggle as they take in the plethora of weapons before them. There's a bunny hood, a beam sword, a fire flower, a freezie, bob-omb, gust bellows, a golden hammer and a maxim tomato. "Pretty good haul" Luigi remarked. "Almost all weapons save for the tomato. But you're gonna need something to heal you from the butt kicking I'm going to give you" Daisy teased. "If you can get it that is" Daisy snickered while sticking out her tongue. "Awww she has the cutest giggle" Luigi remarked. *Luigi shakes his head*. Okay I have to focus. I'm on the verge of tying this contest. I have to win this match to bring our contest all square" Luigi surveyed.
Luigi strikes first grabbing a freezie and hitting Daisy in the chest temporarily freezing the princess in place. Luigi hits Daisy with a couple of Jabs and an edge attack knocking Daisy onto the ring lying on her back and breaking the ice she was caged in. After a few seconds on her back Daisy bounces to her feet. Daisy sits at 15 percent damage. Daisy immediately grabs the bunny ears for increased speed and next the beam sword. She darts over to Luigi and unleashes numerous furious slashes at the plumbers chest and arms. Luigi dodges the first two attacks but fails to evade the rest of Daisy's onslaught. Luigi's damage goes up to 30 percent before Daisy's sword fades away. Luigi responds with an up throw and side smash combo to Daisy sending her careening once again on the ring this time she falls on the ring on her back and then rolls over onto her stomach. Daisy lied there for a moment. (Daisy's damage is now at 33 percent)
"That's it no more Ms Nice Princess. I'm taking this to the next level. If he wants to go all out with smash attacks then so can I". Daisy griped. Daisy's eyes and face went cold and Luigi gulped as he absorbed the look the once chipper princess bore on her face. "Oh no I don't like the look in her eyes. Damn she looks she's boiling!" Luigi gasped. Daisy stuck Luigi with two forward smashes one with a frying pan and with a golf club to his head and chest respectively bringing his damage up 63 percent and sending him colliding onto the ring and his back. Daisy darted over to Luigi and scooped up the fallen plumber and brought him back onto his feet. "This is no time for taking a nap. I'm not done with you yet" Daisy taunted. Daisy used her side special to use a powerful smash with her rear to Luigi's head. Daisy then promptly used her down special to hit Luigi with a Bob-omb blowing up in his face and landing him out of the ring and onto the floor below with a large resounding thud. Luigi came down onto his back and rolled onto his stomach.. Luigi takes 37 precent damage from the powerful attacks elevating his damage to 100 percent.
After several moments Luigi then got stars in his eyes. His feet felt like jelly. Luigi slowly wobbled to his feet. "But Daisy I don't want to go to school today I want to stay home and bake cookies with you". Luigi professed as he grabbed Daisy and enveloped her in a deep sensuous French kiss. The crowd gasped as they began trying to process what they were seeing.
*Meanwhile cut to the back stage area*
"Wow! My brother is something else. I wonder how Daisy is going to respond to that" Mario remarked. "Is that an attack? Or has he gone bonkers from the beating he's been taking?" Rosalina wondered as the rest of the group looked on in confusion.
*Cut back to the boxing ring*
After what seemed like forever but was only a few minutes the kiss breaks and Luigi looks deeply into Daisy's eyes. "Aaaah what was that? Wedgie this isn't the time or the place. I love you but….but. We can't do this now. We'll have time for this latter when the match is over" Daisy promised. "But we have time for this" Luigi assured as he embraced her and took her in his arms. They walked back into the ring together. He took her in his embrace and danced her over to the weapons. "Why did we stop here?" Daisy asked confused. "I wanted to give you something. I know you're going to love" Luigi bubbled. "What is it?" Daisy wondered. "This!" Luigi hooted as he quickly broke their embrace and picked up the golden hammer which was behind him and proceeded to give Daisy a slew of whacks to the head head and chest sending her damage (Which ended up at 135 percent) and her through the roof or dome above rather. "You tricked meeeeeeeeee. Damn it!" Daisy shrieked as she lost her life flying into the sky. Daisy came back about five seconds later appearing in a white light about ten feet above Luigi and fell back on to the ring.
"Of all the dirty rotten tricks. I'm going to get you for that!" Daisy boomed as Luigi shrilled in fright. Daisy grabbed the fire flower and burned Luigi with her flames of anger onto his chest, stomach and back. Once that was used up Daisy connected with an inward forehand slap and outward backhand slap to Luigi's face which left a stinging red mark on the young plumbers face. Daisy then delivered her Forward aerial. She grabbed the crown off her head and struck Luigi in his head and chest numerous times in a vertical arc. She then kept her momentum going with her down aerial super piston kicks to Luigi's chest and legs. She then used a Toad to gut punch Luigi in the stomach and he fell to his knees. Luigi's damage now stands at 50 percent.
After getting back on his feet Luigi tried to regain control of the match with Up smash, neutral aerial and forward tilt but Daisy evaded all of his attacks leaving the plumber stunned. "I'm sending you on a way to ticket to Abu Dhabi!" Daisy bellowed as Luigi got the Abu Dhabi song from Garfield stuck in his head. Daisy then picked up the bellows and overpowered the plumber with a furious wind attack for a few minutes doubling his total damage to 100 percent while Daisy's damage remained at 0 percent. After the bellows dimmed and disappeared. "Damn I can't even touch her right now she's like unstoppable" Luigi fretted as he sweat dropped Daisy sported a confident grin as she knew the she had the plumber on the ropes. After a quadruple threat of down tilt, down throw, down smash, and finally dash attack Luigi was send hurdling off to the right and out of the arena and lost one of his lives at 130 percent. After five seconds Luigi appeared in a white light about ten feet above Daisy and fell back onto the ring. "Now we're even!" Daisy evaluated.
The fighters were now tied with one life remaining for each of them. Who ever got the next knock out would we the winner of the smash battle. "I can't let her take me down now I have to find a way to win this. I just have to keep attacking!. Luigi considered. Luigi unleashed a forward throw, back throw, Jab, Down smash, (legs hit box) Daisy's damage stood at 38 percent as she crashed on the ring and onto her back. She bounced on her feet and had a gleam in her eye. "Ugh she looks undeterred. She has that look in her eye again oh my gosh. She's like the energizer bunny. A really cute energizer bunny who can kick my ass" Luigi chuckled. "What's so funny?" Daisy quizzed. "Oh nothing" Luigi responded.
"I have to go for broke. If I go down I go down swinging" Luigi" spoke. Luigi attacked with his side smash, dash attack, trip attack and some fire balls for good measure but Daisy evaded them all. "Now it my turn!" Daisy decreed as the plumber stood stupefied at her incredible defense. Daisy charged with forward tilt, up tilt, forehand smash with a tennis racket, up smash (flower) and up neutral aerial brining Luigi's damage to 50 as he fell down onto the ring and laid on his back. Daisy jumped on top of the plumber and gave a few quick right knees to his stomach bringing his damage up to 60. "Where did that attack come from? Luigi spouted. "I've been practicing some new moves" Daisy exposed as she gave Luigi an even harder right kick to his stomach escalating his damage to 75 percent. Luigi clutched his stomach in pain.
"You're not done already are you?" Daisy implored doing her first idle pose stretching her arms over her head. "Are you Daisy or Juri Han? What's with all the ferocious attacks and needling at me?" Luigi researched. "Who is that?" Daisy probed. *Luigi takes his cell phone out of his pocket and shows it to Daisy* Daisy stands flabbergasted as she reads the page and then hands Luigi his phone back when she was done. *Luigi takes the phone back and puts in his pocket*. "Oh my God I don't seek to destroy and consume everything that enters my sight! I respect law and morality, I'm not vengeful and sadistic or ruthless! What is wrong with you? You must have taken too many blows to the head!" Daisy fumed.
"No it's not that. It's just that she says that exact phrase and that's what made me think of it. You're nothing like her. You're kind, loving, cheerful, caring, courageous, determined and the most wonderful woman in the world!" Luigi professed. "I don't want to fight anymore. I never wanted to fight you. I tried to convince myself that I did but I don't. Why can't we play board games, or less physical sports? I never wanted to hurt my girlfriend. I'm a lover not a fighter". Luigi sniffled wiping tears from his eyes. "Awww Wegie. I know you're not a fighter but I am. So I'll do I'll the fighting for both of us from now on. You don't have to worry. But we have to finish this match as hard as it is. We've come this far. There's no turning back now. Come on give me all you've got. Let's give the people a good show. When it's over we''ll have some real fun". Daisy proclaimed with a wink. "You promise?" Luigi inspected. "I promise" Daisy assured.
Luigi unleashed an edge attack, neutral arial full tilt, and back throw sending Daisy landing onto the ring on her stomach. Daisy's damage is now at 69 percent. Daisy got back on her feet. "You got a little fight in you. I like that?" Daisy snickered. "Now you sound like the Joker. But obviously you're nothing like him" Luigi chuckled. "I know. I thought you would say that." Daisy bubbled.
Daisy then went into beast mode with forward smash golf club, neutral aerial clean, back aerial clean, down special turnip where she made a stitch face. After the barrage of attacks Luigi damage was up to 139. Luigi was starting to feel the effect of Daisy's attacks and everything was beginning to hurt; his chest, his arms, legs ,etc. Miraculously Luigi then readied himself to strike back with grab pummel, back aerial clean, up tilt, down forward tilt and down tilt knocking Daisy onto the ring and increasing her damage lever now to 99 percent but the princess was still no worse for the wear. "This has been fun but all things must come to an end" Daisy foreshadowed as Luigi eyes blinked in bewilderment. Daisy assaulted with a blitzkrieg of down tilt, floor attacks to front front, back, trip and an edge attack to send Luigi flying out of the ring and onto the ground below where he lied in the heap on the floor with his damage now at 175. Daisy zipped over the fallen plumber.
About thirty seconds later Luigi returned to his feet in a daze. His legs felt like jelly and then he saw it. He got a nervous feeling in the pit of his stomach when his eyes first saw the final smash orb gliding towards them. Stars seemed to dart past Luigi as he tried to get the strength to move to get his equilibrium to snag the final smash but nothing would move. "Crap I can't even move she's going to get the final smash and put me to sleep and knock me out. Ugh momma mia!" Luigi yelped as Daisy jumped up and snagged the final smash. She then used her special move and putt the young plumber to sleep. As Luigi fell to the floor snoring; Daisy picked up three flowers healing her and reduced her damage down to 39 percent.
Daisy then charged up her final smash and delivered a devastating blow to Luigi with a fearsome frying pan smash to the stomach sending Luigi flying out of the arena in a green light and causing him to lose his last life in the stock battle. "Game!" What a match! Daisy wins!" Buffer declared as the crowd cheered. Arirana O' Bomb then came out to the center of the ring and sang three songs. She sang The Boxer by Simon and Garfunkel, Eye of the Tiger by Survivor and finally The Best by Tina Turner to close her set to which the audience gave a standing ovation.
*Cut to the backstage area*
"Wow what amazing fight and what a performance by Ariana!" Rosalina exclaimed as everyone nodded simultaneously. "Nobody ever got that tomato either" Diddy granted. "They used everything else at their disposal" Dixie divulged. "Well that's the way it goes I guess. Daisy just took it to another level" Diddy appraised. "Luigi said it himself he's not a fighter and yet he gave it his all in the end". Mario declared.
*Two day later*
*Around 8:30 pm*
*Interior Daisy's Castle in Sarasaland*
*Master bedroom*
After giving the final tennis ball to Polter Pup to end the contest the couple is now upstairs in the master bedroom.
Luigi is in birthday suit as Daisy wearing marching black lace bra and panties. "I won, won and now I got my trophy!" Daisy marveled as she waved Luigi's flag in victory. She laid a bevy of kisses up and down Luigi's pole. She alternated between loose and strong holds to her bat as Luigi moaned along with her movements and it didn't take long for Luigi's solider to be standing at full attention. "Oooo looks like someone is enjoying my handling. Now I'm going to play my saxophone" piped with a smile. Daisy took Luigi's saxophone enter her mouth played the notes to match on Luigi's reeds sending waves of pleasure throughout his body. After a minutes of her handling; "Oooo yum, yum" Daisy cooed after she licked her lips on the pre cream coming out of Luigi's pop. "Now are you ready for the main event?" Daisy researched.
"What is it this time. It's your choice seeing as you won the contest". Luigi adjured. "Yeah I was thinking of a western theme. Something I like to call Daisy Goes West. I play a cowgirl" Daisy smiled. "Who plays your co star?" Luigi probed. "You do. You play my faithful steed" Daisy proclaimed as she gave Luigi a big smooch on the lips mixing in some tongue. "Can you wear the hat and the cowgirl boots?" Luigi begged. "Of course I wouldn't have it another way" Daisy assured. Daisy got out of bed and took off her bra and panties and let them slip to the floor revealing her bewitching body and tan skin.
Daisy put on her black cowgirl boots that were on the floor by the nearby chair and picked up her black cowgirl hat sitting on said chair and donned it on her head. "Okay. It's time to ride. We've got a long ride ahead of us Wedgee" Daisy cooed as she jumped on top of the plumber and smooched him lovingly from head to toe. "Ooooo yes" Daisy moaned as she kissed him. She then climbed on top of her steed with his rocket inside of her hanger and started her ride. She rode him slow then steady, slow then steady then fast then teased him by stopping for a bit and coming out of him. She took a moment to kiss him on the lips and down to his neck where she delivered a small but noticeable hickey on the left side of his neck. "You're all mine" Daisy chuckled. "Ow what are you a vampire or a cowgirl?" Luigi searched. "Maybe both" Daisy granted. "That's an odd combination" Luigi reckoned. "But a good one" Daisy proclaimed as she climbed back onto her horse and once again the two become one.
Daisy alternated her speeds as she rode him. Luigi fondled Daisy's melons while she rode him. Their cries of bliss filled the room for twenty five minutes until the two couldn't take it anymore. Daisy slowly increased her speed until finally she was galloping atop the plumber. "Oooo I can't hold out much longer Luigi" revealed. "Me neither. Let's come together!" Daisy imparted.
Daisy's walls clamped down hard on Luigi's rocket as their juices came together. They sat there in bliss for several moments as Luigi stroked Daisy's right orb causing the princess to cry out happily. After a few minutes Daisy got up and then sat on top Luigi for several minutes kissing his lips lightly and caressing his chest. "Oh wow what a rider you are" Luigi congratulated. "Well I've the got the best horse there is. He's got tons of stamina" Daisy professed as she gave Luigi a fiery kiss mixing in a ton of tongue. Luigi returned her kiss in kind.
Daisy got up and took off her boots and placed them by the chair and then she took off her hat letting her long beautiful auburn hair gloriously fall out. Daisy then tossed the hat on the chair and returned to the bed. The couple changed their position in the bed so that they lied down with Daisy on the left side of the bed and Luigi on the right side of the bed. Luigi nestled into Daisy's ample bosom and gave several light kisses all along her breasts before finally delivering a light suck and a light love bite to her left nipple. "Ouch" Daisy giggled. Luigi used his right hand to caress Daisy's backside. After Luigi gave a couple of playful taps to Daisy's rear with his right hand Daisy snickered as she tenderly stroked Luigi's banana with her right hand. After ten minutes of cuddling ; Luigi nestled into Daisy perfect pillows. As Daisy sat up in bed Luigi found himself drifting off to sleep in the warmth of Daisy's knockers. Daisy patted the plumbers head gently and sighed happily. Luigi fell asleep first and Luigi started to snore quietly and Daisy followed him to dream land shortly after.
*One Year later Daisy and Luigi got married at Daisy's castle and invited all their friends and family. Mario was the best man and Peach was the maid of honor. The year after that the couple welcomed their beautiful baby daughter into the world*
*Interior hospital room with Daisy sitting up in the bed with her baby girl. The baby is wrapped in a pink blanket. Daisy is holding her baby in her arms and Luigi standing to her right side*
*The baby girl has Daisy's hair and face and Luigi's eyes*
"How about….we name her Liliana or Lilly for short?" Luigi proposed as the baby cooed as if the name possibly resonated with her. "Hmmm it seems like she likes that name. Lilly…. like the flower? I like that name. I like it a lot". Daisy beamed as she happily cradled her newborn baby Lilly in her arms.
