Magical Twins

Chapter 5 The Platform

Thanks for the reviews! I really appreciate it. Here's Chapter 5! To enjoy!

"Hey, Harry, are you coming?" Sirius was waiting for him.

Harry looked behind him for a moment and then walked over to Sirius.

Then he saw a bright red steam train. Real smoke came out!

'Is this a new model?' he wondered.

Sirius laughed.

'No no. This is the Hogwarts Express. So it will take you to Hogwarts.'

"Oh," said Harry. He was still a little surprised by the train and the fact that he had walked through a wall.

He looked around for a moment. He saw a little girl pointing at him. He turned around quickly.

He didn't like it when people stared at his scar. He also didn't like the attention he was getting.

"The train is leaving soon," Sirius said. 'Are you okay?'

"Um, yeah yeah."

Harry tried to heave his trunk up, but could only get one side off the ground.

'Shall I help?' a tall red-haired boy asked him.

"Yes, please," Harry replied.

"Hey, George, come help me!"

Then an identical boy emerged.

Together they lifted the trunk and put it on the train.

"Thanks," Harry breathed.

"You're welcome," the twin brothers said in unison.

'Who are you?' Then they looked surprised.

"Are you Harry Potter?"

'Oh, that one. I mean, yes, yes I am.'

The brothers stared at him in awe.

Harry brushed his hair back so they could see his scar.

The boys' jaws dropped.

"Fred, George!" a voice shouted.

"Bye Harry," they said in unison and walked away.

Harry stepped off the train to say hello to Sirius again when he saw the red-haired girl he had bumped into.

She saw him too, but ignored him.

Harry moved closer.

"Get yourself into Slytherin, you hear me?" said her stern looking mother.

"Sure, Mom," she said.

"Don't be so rude, young lady. Be like Draco, very polite and Slytherin-like.

And if you don't get into Slytherin... Then you'll be lucky you're at Hogwarts and not with us.'

Harry was taken aback by the threat, but the girl just bowed her head and muttered, "Yes, Mother."

Her mother seemed pleased.

Then a boy came from behind.

"Alice, are you coming?" a pale boy with blond hair came from behind his father (who looked exactly the same as his son, only taller).

"Calm down, Draco," he said.

His eyes flicked to Harry, who was pretending to tie his shoelace.

He turned to Alice.

"I'm sure you'll get into Slytherin."

Alice tried to smile, but it was like a farmer with a toothache.

She looked so unhappy.

She didn't fit in either.

The father, mother and son with blond hair and she the only one with red hair.

'Harry!'

Sirius called him.

He took another look at Alice and her family and ran to Sirius.

'There you are Harry. I thought you were lost."

Sirius hugged him.

'Who are they?' Harry pointed to Alice.

Sirius' face hardened.

'Malfoy. That's an evil family. Just stay away from it.'

"What do you mean evil?"

'They were supporters of You-Know-Who. Death Eaters.'

Harry was shocked. He looked from Alice's familiar face to Sirius.

'Are you sure?' He had to know.

'Yes.' Sirius nodded. "They're not in Azkaban because they claimed to be under the 'influence' of the Imperius Curse."

'Oh.' Harry took one last look at the girl and hugged Sirius.

"Do you send letters?" he asked.

"Every day, if you want," Sirius said.

"No, no, that's not necessary," Harry said hastily.

Sirius chuckled.

"Come on, get on that train, you'll be late."

"Hello Sirius." Harry suddenly had a lump in his throat. He tried to swallow it down but couldn't.

He gave Sirius one last hug and ran onto the train so his godfather wouldn't see him crying.

He grabbed his trunk and sat in the nearest compartment.

The train started to move.

He waved to Sirius one last time before the train turned the bend and Sirius and the platform were no longer visible.
