Dimentio opened his eyes and looked at the clock. It was now the afternoon. He had been asleep all day. He sat up to see Izuku entering the room with Mimi and Olly. Mimi surprised him. Didn't they hate her? Wasn't she locked up? He flopped back down and pretended to be asleep. What was she doing there?

"Oh, he's still out cold," Izuku said sadly. "Sorry, Mimi. I thought he would be awake. He usually is awake at this time."

"Oh..." Mimi sounded so sad, it was heartbreaking. "Poor Dimentio. I hope he gets better soon."

"I think he's awake," Olly mentioned.

Dimentio's heart skipped a beat.

"He's breathing too quickly for being asleep. Unless he's in a light sleep, then maybe. It makes sense, actually."

"How many people sleeping did you watch to know that info?" Mimi asked, concerned.

"I do massive research on things...Mostly about sleep when I can't do so. I have such a hard time falling asleep!"

Dimentio now felt awkward. He wished they would stop talking about sleeping.

"How's he doing?" Mimi asked Izuku. "Did Olive say?" Dimentio was taken back by how much she seemed to care about him. Was she telling the truth by writing down in her diary that she actually loved him, or was that just a lie to get him to stop reading it? Dimentio stealthily covered more of his head with the sheets.

"Olive said he was talking to him last night, so it sounds like he's pretty good. Olly, why are you eating his food?!"

"It was untouched! I didn't think he was hungry if he didn't eat it!"

"Then why are you eating it?!"

"Because I'm hungry, okay?!"

"Boys, stop," Mimi ordered. "Sheesh, you boys fight all the time. Is there any break for guys like you?"

"Hey, that's rude!" Izuku cried. "And don't go back to eating his food! You're always hungry because you practically have no stomach, remember?!"

"But I like food..."

Dimentio rolled his eyes and let out a quiet sigh.

"Dimentio's creepy." Olly was the one who said that, getting an agreement from Izuku. "That nickname he gave Olive...What was that about?"

"He made a wooden duck while trapped," Mimi explained. "He named it Ducky. It was after he kind of lost his marbles."

Dimentio felt his eye twitch.

"He's a Mama's Boy," she giggled. "He tried to put that onto Olive when he started calling him Ducky after he lost the wooden one!"

Dimentio tossed a pillow at her. "Stop talking about me like I'm not here, will you?!"

"Oh, I was right," Olly gasped. "He really was awake!"

Mimi tossed the pillow back to him. "I knew you were. I know how much you love eavesdropping on people, Dimentio."

He huffed. "Tricky brat."

She smiled smugly at him. "That's what I do. After all, I come from a long line of Black Widows."

"Wait," Izuku said, "you're actually a spider?"

"Well of course. Did you think I could turn into that spider form without being one?"

"Shape-shifter," Dimentio explained. "They usually make themselves look prettier than they really are. Take Mimi, for example. Her spider form is terrifying." He kept a straight face, clearly not being the slightest bit afraid of her true form; unlike what he claimed. "And weren't you in prison?"

"Um..."

"Did you break out?"

"Maybe. And Izuku found me afterwards and was going to turn me back in. I told him I wanted to check up on you, and he let me take a stop here."

Dimentio smiled. "Queen Jaydes made it impossible to escape unless you were her or had strong enough magic. Enjoy it while it lasts." He took a sip of water from the cup that was sitting next to his bed. "I know I've broken from plenty of prisons. They need to fortify those things."

"Is this what villains talk about in their free time?" Izuku asked.

Olly shrugged.

"No," Mimi responded. "I will happily talk about something else though. Maybe money? I do like it an awful lot."

"Mimi might marry a crime lord if she wants money," Dimentio teased. "Or another villain that'll gladly steal all the money in the world for her."

"Oh, shut up!"

"Anyways, why are you even here? I'm going right to prison after this. Heard they had a special cell put aside just for me. Ohoho, let's see how fun that'll be to escape from."

"For your information," Izuku said rudely, "they can upgrade the cells when people escape. We can't have villains running around freely, you know. They're going to make sure neither of you can escape."

"I think we'll be the judge of that when it comes..."

"Yeesh. Are you sure he can redeem himself, Olly?"

"Of course." He nodded. "I can sense a want of light inside of him. It's not much, but I can sense it."

Dimentio shuddered. "Don't sense me."

"But it's masked by a shield of darkness, possibly from the Chaos Heart. It may fade away eventually, but for now it's still there."

"I told you to stop doing that!"

"I can't help it, Dimentio. It's a natural ability that senses all on its own. It's my choice weather I choose to say something about it or not."

"Well, it's creeping me out!"

Olly stayed silent.

"Thank Grambi. Now, Mimi, is Olive still going to that school?"

She nodded. "Doesn't want to leave. I can't believe the backstabber became the backstabbed!"

Dimentio gave her an annoyed glare.

"About your black eye," Izuku started. "Is it from the Chaos Heart or your mom?"

Dimentio tugged his bangs down to cover it. "It's...uh...It's my natural eye color..."

"So the yellow one's from your mom?"

"Ooh! Let me see!" Mimi exclaimed. "I didn't know that eye was real!"

He shoved her away. "Stop it! Izuku, why would you do this?!" He stood from the bed.

"Wait, Dimentio-" Mimi tried.

"You know I don't like people mentioning it! Why else would I hide it?!" He threw the glass of water at Izuku and hurried out.

"Wait!" He sighed. "I was just curious..."

Mimi rested her hands on her hips. "Shouldn't you two be in school?"

"Some of the teachers went missing, so it was canceled until they find them. Now, I'm taking you back to jail."

"Darn." She shoved him away from her with a spider leg and jumped out the window. "Hasta La Vista, hero boy!"

Izuku slapped himself against the windowsill, watching her dash away. "Oh no...I'm going to be in so much trouble."

Olly pat Izuku's head. "Don't worry, Izuku. We all make mistakes, and she'll get caught anyways."

He sighed. "I hope you're right..."
