September fourth, the first day of Dimentio attempting to enter U.A., and another thing that was special to him. He went to write it on the calendar, but changed his mind.

"It would be better if nobody knew."

"Knew what?"

Dimentio flinched away from the Origami King. "Oh, it's just you. You really need to stop sneaking up on people like that! You nearly gave me a heart attack..."

"Sorry. That's not a good thing, right?"

"Of course not!" He smacked Olly on the back of the head as he walked past him. "You really should read more educational books rather than those dumb dramas." He crossed his arms. "How'd the cyclops one turn out?"

"Apparently there is a second book! They got married at the end of the first one, but now they have to deal with new marriage stress and a possible daughter!"

"Ah. How can you be so excited for something fictional?"

"Hm...I don't know, really. I guess I find some connections between this story and your own."

"Huh?!"

Olly nodded. "I mean, you lost your eye, right? That technically makes you a cyclops. And I think Mimi likes you."

Dimentio covered his yellow eye. "W-who told you about that?! Was it Izuku?!"

"I-I'm sorry! I didn't know that was a sensitive topic for you! Forget I said anything!"

Dimentio attempted to get the band off again.

"But to make you feel better about your eye...I only had one. My paper was faded, so I near death, you could say. Paper Folk fading is like aging for humans. It makes us old and eventually die. Since I was still so young, I was basically actively dying. Maybe that's why Olivia's attack did so much against Giga Olly..."

Dimentio huffed and started using a bobby pin in an attempt to separate the two parts of the band. "Where's Izuku anyways?"

"He's brushing his teeth."

"Oh."

"Anywho...I restored my color. I had to draw a new eye back, I believe. Unless it came back when I restored my color...But your eye being a memory of your mother? I find that to be really sweet. At least you got to meet yours, even if you don't remember her well."

"You have a mom?"

"Had. I accidentally killed her with the Super Gooper Blooper. Yours?"

"Died from an infection." The pin snapped in half. "Apparently, taking out her eye killed her. I guess I killed my mother too." He tossed the other half of the bobby pin at the wall.

"I-I'm so sorry...Maybe we should change the subject?"

"Or, you know, we could keep talking about my childhood trauma!" He mocked sarcastically.

"Dimentio, are you alright?"

"I'm fine. Leave me alone."

He expected everyone to be shocked when they saw him, but not like this. Bakugou tried to attack him first thing, but Olly protected him while Izuku explained the situation.

"Oh, so Dimentio's actually trying to be good?" Ochako asked. "That's great! It really shows how much he's changed already!"

"He only wanted to when I brought up Mimi..."

"Shut up, son of a b^&*#." Dimentio forced his way past the students.

"He still needs some...work. Heh."

Before class, Izuku asked if he could talk to Dimentio in the hall. Aizawa allowed, but only because he didn't like or trust Dimentio at all.

Izuku brought him into the hall. "Being rude, shooting spitballs at Kachaan, shoving Olly twice, swearing at me; are you okay? You're being worse today than you were yesterday! Although, the thing with Kachaan I understand. He can be kind of rude sometimes, but that's no excuse! What's wrong with you today? Olly mentioned you talking to the calendar earlier."

"What's wrong? What's wrong?! You want to know what's wrong?! Today is my birthday, is what's wrong! My mother died on my fifth f&*#ing birthday! I spent four years alone! And Piper only appeared on my tenth birthday, and either way she didn't mean it! And after that? After I left? I spent almost thirty years alone! That's why today sucks! That's why I'm mad! Nobody cares about me, your teacher doesn't even want to give me a second f&*#ing chance, and Olly's too nice to even pester me about my problems like you do! I celebrated every single one of my birthdays alone because of me! If I hadn't existed in the first place, mother would have never died!" He began shaking and crying. He tried to speak, but wasn't getting enough air through his quick breaths to do so.

"D-Dimentio? Are you okay? Are you going to pass out?!"

He fell to his hands and knees, sobbing into his hands. "I killed her, Izuku...If she hadn't given me her eye..."

Izuku placed an hand on his shoulder. "You didn't kill her, unless it was on purpose." He gave Dimentio a gentle smile.

"S-says you...at least you knows yours...I'm pretty sure my father left because of me..."

"I don't think you were the problem. After all, my dad left, but I don't think it was because of me. He and mom probably had a few issues that couldn't get figured out. Plus..."

Dimentio calmed down a bit, wiping the black tears from his face.

"Maybe, since Piper said you had the two nicest parents in the world, he didn't leave. Didn't you mention an Oni eater?"

Dimentio silently nodded.

"Maybe he was the reason for both of their disappearances? After all, your mom was an Oni, right? And if your dad loved her, which I'm sure he did, I'm sure the Oni eater would have killed him too. He was trying to get to you, and to get to you, he had to get through your parents. Right? It makes sense to me."

"I-I guess...But why are you even worrying about this? This is my problem..." He stood.

"And you aren't alone anymore. You have Olly, mom and I, even some of our class. Plus, I'm sure Piper liked you; even if it was only a little."

"Thanks..." He cleaned off his face. "Holy Bibliofolds, that was embarrassing. Never make me cry like that again, okay?"

"Oh, and one more thing before we head back inside."

He sighed. "What is it?"

"I already talked to Aizawa about this, and he agrees that I should have you apologize to the class. Especially since Olive's in here."

"What? Oh no, I can't do that..."

"Why not? It'll be the first step in your redemption."

Dimentio grabbed his gut. "Do you really want to know why I dropped out of school...? It'll make sense, but uh..."

"Go ahead."

He sighed again. "Alright. So I found out I have terrible stage freight when we were doing a school play...And I ended up throwing up on my teacher by accident." His face turned red from embarrassment. "Heheh...I throw up when I get nervous and I didn't want that to happen again and dropped out. Not like I had any parents then to tell me what to do..."

"I'm sure you'll be fine! It's only like, twenty-ish people? I'll cheer you on from the side."

"No, I don't think you understand..." He covered his mouth. "It hurts so much, like I'm just throwing up acid. I really don't want to..."

"I'm sure everybody already forgave you." He hesitated. "If you ant to be a jester, you need to get over that stage fright."

"Why else do you think I worked as a mercenary instead?" He smiled awkwardly. "Izuku, can we just not right now? I really don't want to have to drop out again..."

"Dimentio."

He sighed, defeated. "I know I can't talk you out of it, and I know I can't run. But if I throw up on you, that's your problem, not mine."

"Please don't say that so casually."

Izuku shoved Dimentio back into the classroom and closed the door. Dimentio was trapped. Leaving the school would get him electrocuted, and if he actually tried to apologize...Izuku gave him thumbs-ups from the doorway.

"Really wish I had my mask right now...But Piper just had to go and break it, didn't she?"

Olly smiled at him. Izuku probably told him about this too.

"F&*^. Stop staring at me like that..." He looked back to Izuku again, who just nodded. "Okay...Here goes..."

He froze. Everybody was staring at him all at once. Judging him. Watching and waiting for him to mess something up. He felt his stomach tie into knots and mouthed "I can't do this" to Izuku.

"Sure you can," he mouthed back, and smiled.

He stared at the ground. His knees were shaking. "I...s..." He nervously wrapped his tail around his legs. He glanced at Izuku again.

"Look at them," he muttered. "It'll make it mean much more."

He wiped drool off his face and gulped hard. "I-I'm...s-s-sorr...ryyy for...things...I..." He covered his mouth and shook his head at Izuku.

"Almost there," he whispered. "Just a little more!"

"I sh-shouldn't...have tried that...especially...with Ol-Olive...That was...so mean of me...and...I-I'm l-looking to-" He gulped again. "To...better m-myself..."

Izuku nodded and came over. "Could have been better, but I think it was good eno-"

Dimentio coughed and black dripped from his hand. Izuku saw it came from his mouth when he moved his hand away. "Wh-why is it black...?"

Everybody looked horrified.

"Oh my gosh, what is that?" Olly asked, concerned. "Is that blood?!"

"S&^*, great. Just f&*^ing threw up. Again." Hw wiped off his face. "Why is it black?"

Izuku pulled him out of the room. "I didn't think you were being serious about that. Based off of how much you like to trick people and get out of things..."

"S&^*."

"How about I take you to the nurse in case you need to throw up again...?"

"That sounds great." He wiped his hand off on his poncho.

Izuku brought him to the nurse, who was worried for a moment that Izuku was the one hurt again.

"No, I'm good. My friend here just threw up..."

Dimentio sat on the bed and wiped his hand off on his pant leg. He cleaned off the black that was still coming from his mouth. "I think I might throw up again..."

Izuku passed him a trash can. "But I'm kind of worried. His tears and vomit are both black..." He glanced over at Dimentio, who was currently vomiting in the trash can.

"Ooh...my throat...It burns..."

Izuku pat his head.

"Why is it black...?"

Izuku tapped his chin as he thought for a moment as the nurse grabbed some towels to clean off his face with. "Wait...the Chaos Heart turned your blood black, right?"

"Y-yeah..."

"It corrupted you. While you were in the Underwhere after the fusion, you got used to it, right?"

"I guess..." He wiped off his face.

"So you got used to it to the point it even increased your powers significantly."

"I guess..."

"It killed off Piper in minutes, right? So basically, you and the Chaos Heart were one. It fed off your anger, and in return made you stronger."

Dimentio threw up again and nodded. "This probably hurts way less than throwing up slugs, probably..."

Izuku stared at him for a minute before continuing. "So, since it turned your blood black, it turned your tears and possibly stomach acid black too."

"You...actually make a good point there..."

That's when Izuku noticed something he never saw before. Dimentio had pointed ears. The left one had the broken chain of an earring on it.

"Your ears...Do you wear earrings?"

"Ehh, just one...Em made it for me when he went on his first raven hunt but...Piper broke it. The feather's gone now. I recovered the only piece of the chain I could find."

"What if I got you a new feather?"

"Are you kidding? The Ravens here are huge compared to the baby ones in my world! The adults aren't half as big as the adults from my world though...Ravens were our worlds biggest predator, both Oni and Powerless. It was better to get rid of them while they were young, and Em's family did it for sport and to protect us."

"H-how big could they get?"

"You know Olly's Giant form he used against me?"

Izuku nodded.

"About that big. Crazy, huh?"

"Crazy doesn't even begin to explain it!"

Dimentio laughed. "I'm feeling better now. Should we head back to class?"

Izuku nodded. "We have to do a training exercise today, so we should head back now."

The training exercise was like the one they did on the first day of school, throwing a baseball with and without Quirks. It was to see how they've improved. Izuku went first, getting a way better score than before on both the Quirked and non-Quirked test. Eventually, it was Olly's turn.

"You might want to fold yourself taller for this one," Ochaco suggested. "I know your triangle hands won't be much help..."

"You need to have faith in me," he said with a smile. "I'm a lot stronger than I look."

It had hardly went anywhere.

"Oh..."

Aizawa picked it back up and tossed it back to him. "Now, again, using your Quirk."

"Ooh...which one? The Vellumentals aren't a smart move, and it might be counted as cheating with Fold of Life...Argh! I have no idea what to-! Wait, that's it! I know what I can do!"

Izuku peeked around Dimentio, who was standing in front of him. Olly summoned a Magic Circle that Izuku hadn't seen yet and pulled his body back into a batter's position.

"Alright, I finally get to show this off!"

Izuku flinched back when his arm extended into the thousand-fold arms. He tossed it and his arm folded back. He rubbed his arm.

"Olly? You can use that without going giant?"

"Well, of course! How else do you think I played the piano?" He held up his hands. "I have no fingers."

"Huh."

Aizawa showed him how far it went. Not much behind Izuku's Quirk throw.

"Ooh! That's great. That means I'm getting the hang of it!" He rubbed his arm again. "Sometimes it has a habit of...refolding itself. I've never used just one before. I hope I get no awful side effects from this..."

Aizawa looked at the tablet. "Alright, now it's Olivia Shokunin's turn."

"Oh no! I can't use the thousand-fold arms. What am I going to do?"

"Hammer!" Olly said.

"Huh?"

"Hammer it! Toss it into the air, and smack it with your hammer attack!"

"Do you think I can even fold that fast?"

"Of course! You're my sister after all. If I can do it, so can you If you can do that, maybe I can show you how to use the Velumental's elemental powers without folding!"

"Yay! I'll do it!" She floated to the tossing area and accepted the ball from Aizawa.

Without her Quirk, it hardly went anywhere. It was actually more pathetic than Olly's. Izuku saw that Olivia's Magic Circle was the one that took up most of their fused Magic Circle when they attacked Dimentio. The only difference was that, instead of Olly's insignia, there was a hand symbol. The same symbol was on Olly's thousand-fold arms Magic Circle, so Izuku assumed it was the symbol for thousand-fold arms.

"Batter up!" Olivia tossed the ball into the air and quickly folded into her hammer form. "And send it packing!"

The hit made a wave that sent everybody stumbling backwards. Dimentio, however, stayed put. Her hit landed the ball just a bit further than Izuku's, but not much. Olivia folded back into herself, panting. Olly flew over to her.

"Livi! Are you okay? I didn't know it took such a toll on your body! I'm so sorry!"

"You're good! This seems all too familiar...One of us on the ground, clearly defeated, while the other one floats nearby and stays some heartfelt words. I hate nostalgia." She got off the ground. "But I can recover a lot quicker than you, I think."

"Yeah, you definitely can. That was all the magical strength you have and you just brushed it off like it was nothing! I guess I do have more magical strength than you, so it's fair."

"Enough with the sweet talk!" Bakugou demanded. "We have a thing here!"

"R-right," Olly said. "Sorry!" He and Olivia moved away from the tossing area.

"Next up, Dimenio," Aizawa said, and tossed the ball at his head.

Dimentio grabbed it, inches away from his face. "Nice try, but I'll easily beat all of you in both. I can beat Mario, I can beat a bunch of teenagers."

It landed on the ground, directly in front of him.

Bakugou exploded with laughter, making the jester furious. He picked it up and tried again, it only rolling a few inches.

"Argh! No fair, no fair! I don't have any arms! F&*^! F&*^!"

"Okay, try the Quirked throw." He kicked the ball back to him.

Dimentio snatched it off the ground. "Now that I can do! It was my magic that made Mario fail!"

He prepared to throw, the ball being engulfed in a purple mist. Izuku heard a small beep and saw the anklet light up.

"Warning, warning! Attempt at escape!"

"Huh?"

Izuku saw Dimentio's veins light up green as he was electrocuted by the anklet. He dropped the ball and went to try and force it off. Izuku came over to make it stop and saw his eyes were glowing green as well.

"Make it stop! Make it stop!"

"I'm trying!" Izuku touched it, getting zapped by it as well.

"This thing is going to kill me! Shut it off!"

"I'm trying! I didn't know you could use your magic with it on!"

"I'm not supposed to?!"

Aizawa used his scarf to move Izuku away and shut off the little screen on the anklet. The electricity stopped and Dimentio began shaking lightly. Izuku noticed he wrapped his tail around his right leg.

"F&*^. That was painful."

"What do you mean, you're not supposed to?"

"I'm no supposed to be able to use my magic with this cursed object on! I have no idea how I did, but I did!" He rubbed his leg. "And why the h%$^ did I glow like that?" He rubbed his eyes. "And my eyes hurt too. Ow..." He stood. "I just ruin everything, don't I?" Izuku saw his ears droop a little.

"Hey, are you alright?" Olly asked, coming over. "That looked painful. And I know how it is to go through something painful. Believe it or not, falling through an endless void as your power is torn away from you is pretty painful. Especially if you had a broken rib or two like I did."

Izuku stared at him.

"Too much?" He faced back to Dimentio. "Your magic was purple, but your eyes glew green...That's not natural for one's energy to not match the color of their magic." He closed his eyes. "Hm...your magic is still too corrupt to tell, but it looks like there's a sense of a different power inside of you. One I can't exactly pinpoint."

Dimentio covered himself with his hands. "U-uh...please stop doing that. I feel violated..."

"Huh? You too? Izuku did the same thing. I'm only sensing your magic, silly! Your magic system is like your nervous system. Weird, huh? It looks all weird and incomplete. But that's when your magic is stable. Otherwise, it looks like your spirit instead. Just a big, glowing mass in the shape of you. For you, it's hard to tell with all that corruption in the way."

Dimentio shuddered.

"And for people made out of magic, like Olivia and I, our nervous system is our magic system. If you damage our magic system, we go into an uncontrolled state like Giga Olly and completely go berserk. For some, they could even melt into a mass of pure, uncontrollable magic and attack everything in sight." He tilted his head a bit. "Weird, huh? Crazy how dangerous magic can be, right?"

Izuku was traumatized.

"I wish I didn't hear that," Dimentio said.

Olly's happy mood returned. "But it'll take like, twenty Bowser's worth of physical damage to actually corrupt our systems. The only thing strong enough to damage magic systems immediately..." He smiled. It wasn't a happy one either, more like a threatening one. "Is Black Magic Like the Chaos Heart. I bet you regret using it now, huh? Maybe that's why your vomit is black, and your tears and blood? And maybe that's why Luigi beat you? Because you were slowly getting corrupted by the Chaos Heart. You're nothing but a-"

"Olly, that's enough." Izuku interrupted. "You scared him enough."

"Great! Now he knows I mean business!" He floated closer to Dimentio. "Lay one hand on my f&*^ing sister and you're dead. I'll tear you into f&*^ing confetti, b#$%^."

"Olly!" Izuku gasped. "Why the heck are you swearing? I'd bet Kachaan told those to you, huh?"

"Yes. He told me that means I'm serious. Did I do it right?"

"I'm going to kill him."

Aizawa walked past Izuku, smacking him upside the head. "That's not very hero-like."

"What's wrong? Dimentio says stuff like that all the time."

"When we get home, you're eating soap," Dimetino sang. "Izuku's going to shove the f&*^ing bar down your throat."

"You shut up too!"

Dimentio seemed even more upset during lunch than he had during the rest of the day. He refused to eat to the point where Olly threatened him to shove the food down his throat-mostly for revenge for what he said about the soap.

"Are you okay?" Tsu asked, sitting next to him.

"Y-yeah...I'm thirty six now at twelve..."

"You were born exactly on twelve?" Kirishima asked.

Dimentio nodded. "Lucky, huh?"

"Okay but," Bakugou started, "what kind of parent names their f&*^ing child 'Dimentio?' That's a weird name for a child."

"My name isn't Dimentio yet. I still need to get it legally changed."

"Wait, it's not?" Olly asked. "My name is Olly, but it's not short for anything."

"Olly calls me Livi. I think it's cute!" Olivia pat the table.

"Midoriya means green," Olly said. "At least, midori does. So Izuku's last name means green."

"Your name means 'folded,'" Izuku shot back. "Your name literally means 'folded paper' since I overhead from a call to your dad once that your middle name is kami."

Olly face turned completely red. "So you uh, heard that. At least the 'craftsman' last name makes up for it."

"Your name means craftsman?" Dimentio asked. "Your dad, the Origami Craftsman's last name is Craftsman...?"

Olly laughed. "Yeah. He's not good at titles."

"What's your real name then, ribbit?" Tsu asked. "It can't be any worse than theirs."

"I mean...if you really want to know...It's Didi."

Bakugou died with laughter. "Didi?! That's a girl's name!"

"It's spelt with i's, thank you! And it's a nickname! My whole name is to much of a mouthful."

"What's your whole name?" Izuku asked, kicking Bakugou under the table.

"Didinolock. It means 'the chosen one.' It's an Oni name."

"Chosen one my a#$," Bakugou said, receiving another kick from Izuku.

"Maybe you would actually care if you didn't have your own head so far up your-"

"I think that's enough of that!" Izuku shouted.

"I think it's cool," Kirishima said. "It's manly!"

"I'm sorry, it's what?" Dimentio pulled his hand away from Kirishima's direction.

"Manly. You're the chosen one in your own story, and you can live up to that name even more once you become a hero!"

"Never say anything I do is 'manly' ever again. It's weird."

Bakugou eyed the bow on the front of Dimentio's collar, reached over, and flicked the bell. "Yeah, no wonder it's weird for you. Straight men don't wear ribbons-"

Izuku kicked him in the crotch. "Oh! Sorry Kachaan!"

Bakugou stayed silent after that.

"I like the bow, b&*^%. It took forever to get it just right, and if you spend your entire life judging other people's fashion sense, you won't notice that you're a fashion disaster. I mean, really? At least Izuku did his tie, even if it looks like a five-year-old did it!"

"Hey..."

Olly eyed the black marks on Dimentio's poncho. "You might need a new one...It's all messy now."

"Oh, I forgot I did that."

Olive came over, stared at Dimentio and started off.

"Hey! No hello? If it weren't for me, you wouldn't exist!"

"And I don't want to talk to you. I know your apology was because of Izuku. I'd bet you didn't even mean it."

"Hey, that's kind of hurtful. I totally meant it! Rude."

"Apologizing is so manly!" Kirishima exclaimed.

"I told you to stop that!"

Olive stopped. "Okay, fine. Honestly? I do think you meant it. But not fully. You can do better. There's something else on your mind, isn't there?"

Dimentio shrugged. "I mean, you're part of me, so today's your birthday too."

"Part of you? Part of you?!" Olive slammed his hand on the table next to him on either side. "I'm nothing like you! Why would you even say such a thing like that?"

"Because it's true? You're half of the Chaos Heart, and so was I."

Olive, out of anger, tried to punch Dimentio in the face.

Dimentio stopped his fist by grabbing it. "You'll really need to try better than that." He let go of Olive's hand, who responded by pulling him close by the wrist.

He opened his mouth to say something, but his arm sparked. "Uh, that's not good." His neck sparked next. "Really not good."

Dimentio tried to pull his hand away. "I think I know what this is..."

"Really?"

"And if you were paying attention, you would too!"

"Well, excuse me! Since you're so smart, why don't you tell me then? Huh?"

"You're arm is short circuiting is what it is! Open your hand!" Dimentio stood and started trying to force Olive's fingers open. "Grr...Fix your dumb arm!"

"You made me!"

"Queen Jaydes made you!"

"Then why did you say that?!"

"Because you're supposed to be the-gah!" He was trying to pull himself away. "Supposed to be my light half! Duh! Why else did you think you were so f&*^ing nice for?!"

"Because I'm just a nice person...?"

"Olive, you're the side I repress-for a reason." He pointed a hand at Olive's clothes. "Fancy, blue. And I'm purple and dressed like a showman. That didn't give you a clue? Dark hair, you have light. Flat paper, you're Origami Folk?!"

"Wow, I am an idiot."

"There's another antonym. For crying out loud, your eyes are blue and one color." He rubbed the bridge of his nose. "By Grambi's name...I'm a person, and you're a f&*^ing robot; dumb#%^."

"That was uncalled for."

"And you actually managed to redeem yours-" Olive's arm shocked the both of them. The lights on the anklet flickered out and it broke off. "Huh. Thanks for that. Now I can get you off."

"Izuku!" Olive cried. "Seperate us!"

"Uh, I'll try!" He wrapped his arms around Olive's waist and pulled as hard as he could.

"Stop, stop!" Dimentio ordered. "You're either going to tear off his arm or my-"

Izuku fell backwards, Olive falling on top of him. He pushed Olive off and stood. Olive looked at his hand.

"Uh, Izuku? Those aren't his hands?" He held out Dimentio's glove.

"Give that back, Olive. Now."

"Dimentio?" Izuku went over to him. "Are you okay? That fall looked like it-Aah!"

Dimentio's hand looked like broken glass, small pieces falling off of his wrist.

"Y-you still have your arms...?!"

"Olive, that's an order. Give me my glove back." His bare hand was shaking.

Izuku noticed he was missing the middle finger and a bit of his ring finger as well. Izuku realized why Dimentio started using his left hand recently. His right hand was breaking to pieces.

"Dimentio," Olly said, "was this from that unstable portal you mentioned?"

"Of course it was! How else do you think it's possible to lose your entire arm?!" He faced back to Olive and held out his left hand. "Olive, give it back or I will tear off your arm for it." He forced a smile, revealing his fangs. "I'm being really nice about this, Olive. Don't push me."

"I-I still can't open my hand! I'm sorry..."

"Okay. I get it."

"Wait, really?"

"Give it back!"

Dimentio leaped at him, Olive screaming in terror. Izuku winched, expecting some sort of impact, but nothing happened. He uncovered his eyes and saw Shi, panting. Their neck sparked a final time.

"Did they just fuse?" Tokoyami asked.

They spun on the heel of their left foot and beamed. "Izuku!" They tackled him. "We missed you! How's our favorite person doing?"

"This gets weirder and weirder every time..." Izuku shoved their face away, as they were rubbing their cheek against his. "Please get off of me..."

They did, still smiling. "Hello, Izuku's friends! Where's the little green man that talked funny?"

"Fawful?" Olivia asked. "Ol said he went back home."

Their gaze went to Olly. "Oh...It's you. Hi..."

"Are you still awkward about liking me? Ahaha, don't be! It's water under the bridge!" He waved his hand dissmissively. "Plus, we're still friends! Isn't that what matters?"

They rubbed the back of their head, messing up the placement of their hat. They looked around. "Wait, where are we? This isn't Iida's house!"

"Welcome to UA," Todoroki introduced.

"That's your little school, right?"

"Yes."

Izuku sat back down and resumed eating. "You might want to finish your food before lunch is over. I'll talk to you about..." He moved his hand in three small circles at Shi's direction. "...This later."

They sat down and fumbled a bit with the chopsticks.

"Need help?" Olly offered.

"We got it!" They scooped noodles into the chopsticks and brought them to their face. They clacked against Shi's mouth.

"Wait, you can't open your mouth?" Izuku asked, horrified. "Why didn't I catch that before?"

"Don't worry! We've got this under control!" They put the chopsticks down ans placed their hands on their mouth. After three sorry attempts to open their mouth, they slumped their shoulders. "You know what? We're not really that hungry." They leaned back in their chair. "And we could before...Something musta went wrong. If only we could find out what it is..." They grabbed the hem of their shirt and started pulling it off. "Want to check our sytem to see if everything is okay?"

"Don't take of your shirt!" Olly screamed. "We're in a public space!"

They straightened out their shirt again. "Fine, we'll wait."

"We'll check after school. Okay?"

They huffed. "Alright."
