When Kabuto heard that Sasuke Uchiha, the last living Uchiha of Konoha had run away to become a lowly Tomato farmer, he had been sent to retrieve said Uchiha. Unfortunately the bespectacled man bit more than he can chew.

Apparently sage jutsus work against Juubi's Jinchuriki and Kamui doesn't seem to work. That is troublesome. But It was a minor incovenient. If he can't use Kamui because of Juubi being inside of him, then he simply has to transport Juubi as well to make it work again. Now it's better.
