Author's note: Hey guys Gold here, first things first I want to address some things before I get started on writing this, first of all, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU FOR THE FEEDBACK IT'S REALLY HELPING ME OUT AND GIVING ME DRIVE TO CONTINUE! Second is a question I got in the reviews from God of Wind 200. Can Naruto have an Iron spider suit? Yes and No, Yes there will be an Iron Spider in this story (The one from the comics to be exact because I think it looks better than the MCU's.), but no It will not be Naruto it will be another character in this story I'm sure you can probably guess by now. Who is Naruto's love interest? Ik DragonOfApocalypse didn't ask this entirely but I thought it should be mentioned, Naruto's love interest is obviously Caitlin Snow, how will that work out in this story? Take your picks cause I already have it planned out a little bit, that doesn't mean people like Mary Jane or Gwen Stacy won't show up cause well, Peter Parker exists here, Can I make a Naruto Flash crossover with Sentry's powers for Naruto? No, absolutely not. I didn't even know that character existed before that review, but anyway that's all I have to say for now, enjoy reading this chapter!

Chapter 2: The Symbiote.

Timeskip - 2 minutes later.

"What the hells going on, did something happen to the Particle Accelerator? No, that's impossible, Dr. Wells would have seen this through the simulation tests, I'm sure of it!" Naruto thought in a panic while running down the halls of STAR Labs, running past the pipeline on his way and spotting Cisco out of the corner of his eyes. "Ok, that's where Cisco is now I just need to-wait a minute, Cisco!?" Naruto asks himself in confusion before doing a double back, seeing Cisco pressing a keypad that causes a large door to close, sealing off the entryway to the inside of the Particle Accelerator. "Cisco!" Naruto shouts, catching the man's attention as he turns to look at the prodigy before smiling in relief.

"Oh thank god you're here, Naruto." Cisco says in hope, confusing Naruto in the process.

"Cisco what's going on, what was that big explosion?" Naruto asks in worry, causing Cisco to look at him in concern.

"I-I don't know, Dr. Wells turned the Particle Accelerator on and then a few minutes later it malfunctioned, starting some kind of chain reaction that caused the system to begin collapsing in on itself." Cisco says, widening Naruto's eyes in disbelief.

"What, how!? This was never supposed to happen, the holo tech simulations are always correct!" Naruto says in great confusion.

"Well apparently not this one because now this is happening! Some unknown 3rd party circumstance we didn't account for must have messed with it or something." Cisco says while in a panic, causing Naruto to sigh and ruffle his hair before looking at Cisco with a serious face.

"Ok ok ok, we need to find a way to shut it down before someone gets hurt, unlike the Arc Reactor this thing could cause some serious damage if an outbreak happens." Naruto says, getting a nod of agreement from Cisco in return.

"Yeah I know, that's why me and Ronnie came down here to manually shut it down, but…..Ronnie…..he uh…he's still inside….he told me to seal the door if he wasn't back here in time….." Cisco says in a bit of regret, widening Naruto's eyes in concern before getting a flashback of Caitlin smiling.

"Where's Ronnie!?" Said woman says while running into the pipeline hall, noticing Naruto and smiling in relief. "Naruto!" Caitlin says in gratitude before hugging him, thankful for whatever force out there keeping him safe. "Naruto….the Particle Accelerator….it-"

"Cait, I know….Cisco told me everything." Naruto says softly before Caitlin turns her attention back to Cisco.

"Cisco, where is he!?" Caitlin asks in worry, causing Cisco's face to waver while looking at Caitlin.

"Ronnie…..he-he-"

"Ronnie's still in the pipeline, he's trying to shut down the Particle Accelerator….." Naruto says for Cisco, getting a look of disbelief from a wide eyed Caitlin.

"What, why!? He went in there all by himself!? That's crazy, we need to open the door now!" Caitlin says, getting a solemn expression from Naruto and Cisco.

"We can't, we're in lockdown mode." Cisco says in pained regret.

"Cisco we have to get him out of there or he'll die!" Caitlin says in worry, causing Naruto to frown in sadness, knowing what's about to happen.

"Cisco, can you hear me!?" Ronnie says through the walkie talkie Cisco has on him.

"Ronnie it's me!" Caitlin says while grabbing the walkie talkie in concern for her fiance whilst the building begins to shake violently along with sparks from the damage to the Particle Accelerator.

"Caitlin…." Ronnie says with happiness in his tone before gaining a pained look on his face on the other side of the door, knowing what's about to happen to him. "Is…is Cisco there?" Ronnie asks in a hopeful tone, causing Cisco to reobtain the walkie talkie from Caitlin.

"Yeah, Ronnie I'm here I'm listening." Cisco says, relieving Ronnie a little bit.

"I adjusted the magnets to redirect the beam, to try and vent the systems so the blast goes up and not out!" Ronnie says, causing Cisco to kick his brain into gear and think.

"I'll need to readjust the particle parameters to compensate." Cisco says before handing Caitlin the walkie talkie before rushing to a panel on the wall.

"Cisco's doing it. There has to be another way out of there, you have to find it!" Caitlin says worriedly, causing Ronnie to get a solemn face alongside Naruto.

"Cait, the chain reaction, I can't reverse it…the doors need to stay shut to protect you." Ronnie says softly before ducking to avoid sparks from the damaged Accelerator. "You still there?" Ronnie asks in hope, causing Caitlin to tear up with sadness.

"I'm here…" Caitlin says shakily.

"Caitlin whatever happens-" Ronnie says before being cut off by a big bang caused by the accelerator.

"Ronnie….!? Ronnie!" Caitlin yells while tearing up, causing Naruto to look at her with a pained expression before gently putting a hand over the walkie talkie, taking it from her and handing it to Cisco before hugging Caitlin.

"Caitlin….I'm sorry….this shouldn't have happened…." Naruto says tenderly to her, causing her to cling onto him in tears whilst Cisco looks at Caitlin in sorrow.

"Dr. Wells…." Cisco says hesitantly into the walkie talkie, catching the man's attention from the cortex. "Dr. Wells, Ronnie did it, he vented the system. STAR Labs should hold." Cisco says sadly.

"Good man. I'm on my way down." Dr. Wells responds before the walkie talkie shuts off.

"It's gonna be okay Caitlin….I promise…." Naruto says while parting away from the hug with a solemn smile, wiping Caitlin's tears away before looking at Cisco.

"Cisco we need to-" Naruto says before gaining a confused expression, feeling something telling him in the back of his head to dodge, widening his eyes before quickly turning to Caitlin.

"Caitlin watch out!" Naruto says before pushing her out of the way of stray rubble caused by the explosion falling from the ceiling, causing Naruto to catch it by using pure strength alone to his surprise before throwing it to the side with heavy breaths. "Are you ok?" Naruto asks while looking at Caitlin, causing her to gasp while grabbing her mouth.

"Naruto…..your…." Caitlin says while tearing up again, confusing Naruto who coughs lightly.

"What? What's wrong?" Naruto says before turning to Cisco who widens his eyes while cringing.

"Oh my god…..Naruto….your…!" Cisco says shakily while pointing at his stomach, causing him to slowly look down with confusion.

"What…what's wrong…..? What are you guys…..looking at?" Naruto says with pained breaths before looking down, seeing a stray piece of metal piercing deep into his gut. "Oh…that's what you're looking at…." Naruto says solemnly before stumbling, leaning against a wall and causing Caitlin to snap out of her shock.

"Naruto!" Caitlin yells before rushing over with haste, helping the injured Naruto down to the ground to sit against the wall, his gut bleeding through his white dress shirt.

"This feels….not great…." Naruto says with a chuckle, smiling at Caitlin in hopes to ease her, failing to do so in the process before she pulls the stray metal out of him, with Naruto shrieking from the pain and gritting his teeth in the process, causing Cisco to rush to his side whilst Caitlin puts as much pressure on the wound as possible.

"Naruto…..oh my god…..are you okay!?" Cisco asks in worry while looking at the wound.

"Yeah….yeah I feel fine man…..I-I just….I just need a little rest to catch my breath alright…?" Naruto says with a chuckle before coughing up blood into his right hand, looking at it shakily.

"No…., no, you gotta stay awake buddy….that wound looks bad." Cisco says in worry, causing Caitlin to look at him with teary eyes.

"That's because it is bad Cisco the wound is deep in his abdomen, go find Dr. Wells, go get anyone, he needs help, he's dying Cisco!" Caitlin yells with agony in her voice, causing Cisco to look at her in concern before back at a heavily breathing Naruto, letting a few tears flow down his face as he painfully watches his best friend slowly bleed out in sorrow, hesitating before steeling his resolve, rushing off to find help.

"Just think Caitlin, this'll be the coolest scar I'll ever have, heh…." Naruto says with a light chuckle while holding his abdomen as tight as possible.

"This isn't the time to be joking around Naruto…...you're hurt…!" Caitlin says with pain etched in her voice whilst letting out tears.

"It's ok….It's gonna be okay…." Naruto says with pained breaths, his vision blurring in the process, scaring the prodigy a bit in the process. "Cait…..I don't think…am I-...breathing?" Naruto asks, a bit of fear etched in his voice.

"Sh sh, yes, you're still breathing…now save your breath….don't waste it on talking…." Caitlin says softly whilst tears stream down her face.

"Where-where's Cisco…..? I can't…..I can't….s–s-see….." Naruto says softly whilst beginning to tear up, letting the tears stream down his face.

"Cisco went to get help….now come on….you gotta stay with me here…come on…I can't lose you too!" Caitlin yells with sorrow before Naruto looks at her with blurry vision.

"I'm…s-sorry….I was always…s-so busy….with the Accelerator…I-...I- never got to tell you…." Naruto says softly whilst struggling to breathe.

"It's okay….I'm here…..you can say it….I'm here" Caitlin says with pain etched in her voice.

"I-...I-...I never…..got to tell you….how I-...how I feel….." Naruto says softly whilst breathing heavily, widening Caitlin's eyes in shock.

"Naruto…..talk to me…..!" Caitlin yells, longing to hear the next words Naruto will say.

"Cait…..I-…I love….y-you…." Naruto says softly before closing his eyes, letting his final tears out with a smile of relief, widening Caitlin's eyes.

"Naruto…? Naruto…? Naruto!" Caitlin yells in agony before sobbing uncontrollably into his chest. "Please….please don't leave me all alone…." Caitlin says softly before seeing a black creature made out of a goo-like substance crawling towards Naruto out of the corner of her eye, turning her attention to it and widening her eyes before backing up in fear and confusion. "Oh my god…! What is that-...that…...thing!? Wait...what is….it….what is it doing!?" Caitlin thought in fear of the creature in front of her, watching it ignore her in favor of crawling onto Naruto's body, expanding itself whilst bonding itself to him, covering his face and assimilating a black suit with an armored mask over his face with sharp white eye lenses as well as slim black shoulder pads on each side connecting to each other through a neck plate on the back of Naruto's neck whilst going down his arms to form armor around his biceps all the way down to his forearms and hands with a white upside down arrow being on the back of Naruto's armored hands. This black suit also contains a chest plate going down to his thighs and knees whilst a gigantic white spider symbol lay on the chest area, the 6 legs, three on each side of said white spider connect to another identical symbol on his back where a black backplate lays, connecting to the chest plate through a black armor piece on his waist as well as an armor plate that goes down his from his buttocks to the back of his legs, curving around the shins and going down to the feet where his feet are also armored, leaving open parts of the black suit like the open sides of the chest plate, thighs, arms, shins, and the back of the mask to look more gooey and liquidy where the armor separates itself by looking more solid. (Spider-Man 2 Black Suit) "Naruto…?" Caitlin calls out hesitantly before Naruto gasps for air, sitting up whilst his vision clears, showing a concerned Caitlin staring at him.

"Caitlin?" Naruto asks in confusion before looking down towards his abdomen, seeing no wound there alongside a black suit over him, causing him to look at his hands in confusion. "Woah…what is this? It feels….good!" Naruto asks in astonishment whilst gripping his armored black hand tightly, feeling energized before the alarm rings out louder than before, causing him to widen his eyes before screaming out in pure agony, frightening Caitlin whilst small black tendrils come off of the suit and flail around.

"Naruto!" Caitlin yells before running up to the black cladded man in worry. "What is it!? What's wrong!?"

"So….loud, my head…..it….it hurts so much!" Naruto yells in agony before the alarm suddenly dies down, causing the small tendrils to retreat back into the suit alongside Naruto calming down, the black suit receding into his body and disappearing, leaving Naruto in his regular clothes, but instead replacing the bloodied white buttoned up dress shirt with a black buttoned up dress shirt.

"Naruto!" Caitlin yells at the tired man, her voice calling out to him being the last thing he hears, her words echoing before his world goes completely black.

Timeskip - 9 months later.

We see Naruto laying inside what seems to be black water inside a dark gray void, whispers ensuing onto the unconscious Naruto. "Mr. Stark, Mr. Stark, Mr. Stark…." Multiple whispers both male and female say at the same time, agitating the unconscious Naruto a bit.

"You are nothing Naruto! A disgrace to the Stark name!" The voice of Hartley Rathaway says harshly, causing Naruto to tense up a little, instinctually clenching his fist.

"You're a loser! A freak!" A young Tony Woodward and Flash Thompson's voice's say back to back, causing Naruto to breathe heavily and start to sweat.

"You don't belong here!" The voice of Otto Octavius yells in anger, causing Naruto to tense even more, his heartbeat getting faster.

"Give up, you'll never be worthy of Caitlin, Stark." The voice of Ronnie Raymond says with arrogance.

"You're useless and disappointing, you're a failure of a son!" Minato Stark's voice yells at Naruto's unconscious body, causing tears to unconsciously stream down his face.

"Everyone hates you!" Every voice yells in sync, causing Naruto to hug himself whilst sobbing sadly.

"Please….make it stop…make the pain go away…..I don't want to be hurt anymore….." Naruto says softly while crying, calming down when being soothed by two familiar voices.

"Naruto?" Kushina's voice calls out to him.

"Naruto?" Nora's voice also calls out, causing Naruto to look up toward the gray voided sky, his eyes still closed.

"Mom….? Aunt Nora….? Is that you….? Where are you both….?" Naruto calls out in longing, letting out tears from hearing their voices after so long.

"Naruto, it's time to get up." Both women say softly at the same time, causing Naruto to open his eyes with a gasp for air.

Flashback - 10 minutes ago

"What are you doing?" Caitlin asks Cisco in annoyance, as said man puts on the song Poker Face by Lady Gaga in the background.

"He likes this song." Cisco says in a babying tone with a sheepish grin, confusing the annoyed Caitlin in the process

"How could you possibly know that?" Caitlin says whilst staring at an unconscious, comatose, and very shirtless Barry Allen alongside Cisco.

"I checked his facebook page, I mean he can hear everything, right?" Cisco says before taking a bite out of a Twizzler, getting a hesitant nod of agreement from Caitlin.

"Auditory functions are the last sensory faculties to degenerate." Caitlin says whilst Cisco walks away towards his phone.

"Can't read my, no he can't read my poker fa-" Cisco sings with the song before being cut off by Barry Allen waking up with a gasp for air. "Oh, my god!" Cisco says in surprise with wide eyes.

"Where am I?" Barry asks in confusion whilst breathing heavily.

"He's up!" Caitlin says in surprise before grabbing a light and quickly walking over to Barry checking him whilst he struggles to take off the electrodes on him.

"Dr. Wells, get down to the cortex, like right now." Cisco says with haste.

"Pulse 120, pupils equally reactive to light." Caitlin says whilst shining a light in the disoriented Barry's eyes, causing him to look away in agitation. "Look at me, look at me." Caitlin says a bit demandingly before Barry struggles to lean up.

"Hey hey, woah, woah, relax." Cisco says with a smile, putting a hand on Barry's shoulder to try and calm him down. "Everythings ok man, you're at STAR Labs." Cisco says with a gentle smile, confusing Barry.

"STAR Labs….? Who are you?" Barry says tiredly whilst Caitlin checks the inside of his ears.

"I'm Cisco Ramon, she's Caitlin." Cisco says before realizing his mistake and rolling his eyes. "Dr. Snow."

"I need you to urinate in this." Caitlin says nonchalantly with a small container and a blank face, causing Cisco to snatch it from her.

"Not this second." Cisco says with an annoyed look.

"Wha-what is happening!? What is going on!?" Barry says, being overwhelmed with all the new information floating about.

"You were struck by lightning dude." Cisco says with an excited smile, confusing Barry before he turns to the mirror.

"What?" Barry says before seeing a reflection of his newly ripped body set up with six pack abs. "Lightning….gave me abs?" Barry says slowly in a little disbelief, causing Caitlin to walk up to him to check his muscles structure for issues.

"Your muscles should be atrophied, but instead they're in a chronic and unexplained state of cellular regeneration." Caitlin explains to Barry whilst feeling the strength of his body's structure.

"Come here. Have a seat." Cisco says while bringing Barry to a chair, having him sit down for the upcoming news. "You were in a coma." Cisco says, surprising Barry, widening the man's eyes.

"For how long?"

"Nine months!" Dr. Wells says while rolling into the cortex in a black remote control wheelchair, causing Barry to turn to him alongside Caitlin and Cisco, widening his eyes in surprise. "Welcome back, Mr. Allen." Dr. Wells says with a smile. "We have a lot to discuss."

Timeskip - A Few Minutes Later

"It's hard to believe I'm here, I've always wanted to meet you face to face." Barry Allen says in a little disbelief, now being fitted with a STAR Labs sweatshirt as well as white shoes.

"Yeah? Well you certainly went to great lengths to do it, even though all you had to do is ask your cousin and I would have gladly made an appointment. Speaking of Naruto, STAR Labs is only operational at the bare minimum because of his brilliant mind coming up with the Arc Reactor. Since fema has categorized us as a class four hazardous location we haven't been able to form a proper staff and the only thing keeping this place going as a proper Lab is the Arc Reactor, Naruto already finished the schematics and simulations for it and all we had to do is build it which trust me was not the easiest thing to do believe it or not because we had to build it inside the pipeline amongst the remains of the Accelerator, but even with the amazing presentation he did 9 months ago you can imagine the skepticism people would have of the Reactor after what happened with the Particle Accelerator. Nevertheless, we finished it 5 months after the Particle Accelerator and the city has been using it as a clean and renewable power source ever since." Dr. Wells says solemnly with a smile of pride in Naruto's work whilst rolling alongside Barry, passing a giant broken cage with a plate to the side of it reading the name Grodd.

"Well leave it to Naruto to pull off a miracle, am I right?" Barry says with a chuckle, getting a small sad one from Dr. Wells in the process, confusing him. "Where….is Naruto anyway? I didn't see him anywhere." Barry asks in a little confusion, causing Wells to tense a little bit.

"17 people died that night, many more were injured, myself amongst them." Dr. Wells says sadly, widening Barry's eyes in horror.

"You mean he's-!?"

"Dead? No no no, he is far from dead, in fact I'd say he's physically doing better than anyone in Central City right now." Dr. Wells says, cutting the worried Barry off, easing him a bit whilst confusing him even more.

"Physically?" Barry asks in confusion, getting a nod from Dr. Wells in the process.

"Yes, like you he's been in a coma and still is, fact is he shouldn't be, his vitals are showing incredible results, even better than yours I'd dare say." Dr. Wells says in an impressed manner.

"Then what's keeping him like that? In a coma I mean." Barry asks in curiosity and concern.

"That we're not entirely sure why just yet, but my theory is that he has some kind of mental block inside his mind that's holding him back." Dr. Wells says before stopping in front of a balcony, giving an overhead view of a destroyed part of the Particle Accelerator, causing Barry to cringe.

"Jeez….what happened?" Barry asks in confusion whilst staring at the wrecked and fried Accelerator part.

"Nine months ago, the Particle Accelerator went online exactly as planned. For 45 minutes I had achieved my life's dream. And then….then there was an anomaly." Dr. Wells says, causing Barry to nod dumb founded. "An unknown third party source caused the electron volts to become unmeasurable, the ring under us popped, energy from that detonation was thrown into the sky and that, in turn, seeded a storm cloud-"

"That created a lightning bolt…that struck me." Barry says in realization, finishing Dr. Wells' sentence in the process.

"That's right…." Dr. Wells says softly, impressed at Barry's perception. "I was…recovering…myself alongside your cousin Naruto, and that's when I got a call hearing about you." Dr. Wells says before looking at Barry in the eyes, signaling him to follow him back into the cortex. "The hospital was undergoing unexplainable power outages everytime you were going into cardiac arrest, which was actually a misdiagnosis because you see, you weren't flatlining, Barry. Your heartbeat was moving too fast for the EKG to register it." Dr. Wells says before rolling back into the Cortex alongside Barry. "Now, I'm not the most popular person in town these days, but because of me adopting your cousin and taking care of him for so long I was able to convince Detective West and his daughter to give me permission to bring you here, where we were able to stabilize you alongside your cousin, allowing them to effectively see you both at the same time essentially." Dr. Wells says whilst rolling up to another bed across the room from the one Barry was in showing a much more muscular, as well as a very shirtless Naruto who lays there with his eyes closed.

Seeing Naruto lay there unmoving causes Barry to frown in sadness before Caitlin walks up to Dr. Wells, handing him a metal thermos before approaching the comatose Naruto, frowning at his unconscious form in guilt. "Ya know you're not the only one who worries about him Barry." Cisco says with a sad smile while walking up behind said man.

"What do you mean?" Barry asks in confusion while looking at smiling Cisco.

"All of us here in this room miss having him around here, he's always been a fun guy, always cracking jokes and coming up with all sorts of ideas and ways to help people, but after what happened with the Particle Accelerator it's been…..quiet….and I don't think anyone else here feels more guilty about what happened to him than Caitlin, he's only in a coma because he saved her from debris during the night of the Particle Accelerator, we've tried to tell her it's not her fault….but-"

"He got hurt badly because he tried to save me…..a stray piece of metal pierced his abdomen and he was dying…" Caitlin says solemnly with heavy guilt.

"But thankfully he didn't." Dr. Wells says with a serious face towards Caitlin, causing her to open her mouth to say something before hesitating. "Dr. Snow, you know just as much as anyone else here that it wasn't your fault, and I know Naruto wouldn't want you to feel guilty over what happened, besides….I'm the one who turned the Particle Accelerator on so I'm the one to blame." Dr. Wells says solemnly before turning to Barry. "The point we're trying to make here Mr. Allen is that we're all still recovering from that night and that you shouldn't let this get you down, it surely didn't stumble the detective's daughter.

"Iris?" Barry asks in curiosity.

"Iris, yes. She came to see you and Naruto quite often." Dr. Wells says with a smile, causing Caitlin to sigh in exhaustion.

"She talks a lot." Caitlin says in exaggeration.

"Also, she's hot." Cisco says jokingly with a cheeky smile, getting an eye roll from Caitlin in the process, causing Barry to look at the door.

"I need to go." Barry says before rushing for the door, getting a look of confusion from Caitlin.

"No, you can't!" Caitlin protests in objection whilst turning to look at Barry

"N-No, no, Caitlin's right. No, now that you're awake, we need to do more tests. You're still going through changes, there's so much that we don't know." Dr. Wells says, failing to convince Barry in the process.

"I'm fine. Really, I feel normal. Thank you for saving my life, and my cousins, but those tests can wait till I come back to visit him." Barry says before rushing off in a hurry, getting an annoyed look from Caitlin in the process.

"Really?" Caitlin says whilst looking at Dr. Wells not doing anything to stop him, causing said man to sigh in defeat before Barry does a double back.

"Can I keep the sweatshirt?" Barry asks, not wanting to accidentally steal it when leaving.

"Yeah, keep the sweatshirt." Dr. Wells says with a defeated smile of disappointment.

"Okay." Barry says before rushing off, causing Cisco to take a drink from his thermos cup whilst walking toward the table to his phone.

"Well that went well." Cisco says nonchalantly before Caitlin looks at him with a confused look.

"How come you didn't do anything to stop him from leaving? We still have so many things to test him for, I mean we don't even know if he's safe to go out there yet." Caitlin says in disbelief, causing Cisco to shrug.

"What did you want me to do, it's not like we can force the guy to stay." Cisco says before going for the remote to put the music he had earlier back on.

Flashback - End

Naruto gaps for air before sitting up his senses telling him to make a sign with his right hand and aim it the remote Cisco was going for, this sign puts his ring and middle finger's down, leaving his pinky and index finger up along with his exposed thumb, using this sign causes a black web to come out of Naruto's wrist before shooting towards the white remote, attaching itself to it before Naruto grabs the end of the black web and yanks it the remote away from Cisco, letting go flying towards the wall before bouncing off and hitting the ground, leaving it to sit there whilst Naruto breathes in heavy breaths before sighing and leaning back into the bed to the bed. "It was just a dream…." Naruto says aloud sadly, leaving a wide eyed Cisco and Caitlin to gawk at this whilst Wells gets a grin on his face.

"What the hell!? What just happened!?" Cisco yells in surprise and disbelief before Caitlin rushes over to Naruto laying in the bed in relief.

"Naruto!? Oh my god….Naruto….you're awake!" Caitlin says excitedly with happiness and relief in her voice, rushing up to Naruto's bed and hugging him, confusing the disoriented Naruto.

"Wha-what are you talking about….Cait?" Naruto says with a warm smile, hugging the teary eyed Caitlin who clings to him for dear life.

"Welcome back to the land of the living Mr. Stark, how are you feeling?" Dr. Wells says with an excited grin.

"Dr. Wells? What are you….why are you in a wheelchair….?" Naruto asks with a confused face before Caitlin separates from the hug, wiping her tears away before looking at Naruto concerned.

"Naruto…..what's the last thing you remember before you passed out?" Caitlin asks with concern, hoping he didn't have some sort of amnesia.

"I remember feeling pain in my stomach and then…..I passed out, then I remember waking up in some sort of black suit or something I'm not really sure what it was, but then my head started hurting, and then after that it was lights out." Naruto says hazily, catching Dr. Wells' attention in the process.

"Well believe it or not….you were in a coma, for 9 months to be exact, and a lot has happened since then." Dr. Wells says, widening Naruto's eyes in surprise.

"Wait…..so your legs….you mean to tell me that-"

"Yes, unfortunately what you see before you is the truth, and there's nothing I can do about it…" Dr. Wells says with a solemn smile, causing Naruto to frown before looking at the edge of the bed.

"I see…I am truly sorry Dr. Wells…..I should have done more to help prevent any of this from happening….…." Naruto says sadly whilst looking down with a frown on his face, getting a flashback of his fathers words inside his coma dream.

"It's not your fault Naruto, some things in life don't go the way you want them too." Dr. Wells says with a sad smile at Naruto, easing the prodigy's guilt in the process.

"So I was in a coma for 9 months huh?" Naruto asks whilst slowly taking off the electrodes and getting up, trying to lighten the mood by changing the subject and getting a nod from a smiling Dr. Wells in the process. "That's…odd, I don't feel like I've been in a coma for 9 months at all, in fact I feel great, amazing even." Naruto says while gripping his hand, causing Cisco to walk over with a warm smile.

"Well that's good to know, cause why else would you shoot black web things at me." Cisco says with a smile before hugging Naruto tightly, confusing the man greatly. "I missed you man, I thought you were going to die….." Cisco says softly before departing from the hug with a soft and genuine smile.

"Hey come on man, you know I'll always bounce back from anything." Naruto says with a smile, getting a chuckle out of Cisco. "And what's this thing about shooting black webs? Last time I checked I wasn't a spider, dude."

"Actually Naruto, Cisco is telling the truth, when you first woke up a few seconds ago you made some kind of hand gesture and some kind of black webbing shot out from your wrists, it was quite a fascinating sight to behold." Dr. Wells says, widening Naruto's eyes in disbelief.

Timeskip - 10 minutes later

"We took a scan of your body when you first entered into your coma and found that your body's muscles seemed to be entering an unexplained state of hyperstimulation and cellular regeneration, that's not all either, if you look closer around the wrist area it appears that you have a highly specialized set of glands inside of your wrists that allow you to produce a unique kind of silk fluid through sphincters housed in your forearms connecting to the openings of these glands, creating sort of a tube-like system in your arms that you can use to propel the silk fluid you produce through by exerting these new muscles in your body, so in other words like a spider you can create these "webs" with a simple hand gesture. I've honestly never seen anything like it before, it's amazing." Caitlin says in aw whilst staring at a big X-ray screen of Naruto's body, widening Naruto's eyes considerably, getting a flashback to being bitten by the spider he created.

"There are still more tests we need to run as well, like do you only produce webs or do you possess any other aspects of a spider, the possibilities are endless this is getting really exciting." Cisco says with a grin.

"Yeah about that, I might have an idea of the things I could possibly do." Naruto says while rubbing the back of his head sheepishly, confusing Cisco and Caitlin.

"Might that idea have something to do with that genetically enhanced spider you bread?" Dr. Wells asks with a smile, causing Naruto to turn to him in surprise.

"Ye-yeah…how did you know that?" Naruto asks in surprise.

"Because when I was going through Dr. Connors lab I noticed this." Dr. Wells says before pulling out a container, containing the dead corpse of the enhanced black widow spider. "Lemme guess, it bit you?" Dr. Wells asks intuitively, getting a sigh out of Naruto before said man chuckles.

"Man there's nothing getting past you, huh Dr. Wells? Yeah it bit me, and when it did I accidentally killed it on instinct, Dr. Connors said it might have…..altered my DNA in way that transferred it's abilities onto me, and right now I'm starting to believe him because as of late I've been having these ringings in my head telling me when-" Naruto says before Cisco accidentally stumbles, dropping his cup in the process and causing Naruto to slightly widen his eyes before quickly turning around and catching it, surprising everyone in the room. "When things like that happen….." Naruto says, finishing his sentence before Cisco grins excitedly.

"Dude nice reflexes! Also you're a lifesaver man, if that would have spilled all over the floor then my whole day was about to be ruined." Cisco says jokingly, getting a chuckle out of Naruto in the process.

"Well the spider bite had something to do with this new genetic altercation, but if I had to guess the particle accelerator is what truly empowered your new abilities and capabilities, and it appears from the looks of things that you have gained a sort of precognition that allows you to sense any incoming danger that comes your way, whether it be big or small, like a spider's sense in a way." Dr. Wells says with interest, causing Cisco's grin to get wider.

"Spider's sense, spider sense, boom! That's what we're calling it, end of story." Cisco says in excitement, causing Naruto to chuckle before looking at Dr. Wells.

"Ok then, so we know where my spider powers came from, but uh, what is this?" Naruto says before pointing at his chest, a black long sleeved shirt forming onto his body through a black substance.

"Oh this just got even cooler!" Cisco says with a giddy excitement like a child, causing Dr. Wells to look at Naruto for a second, the man waiting for an answer.

"That uh…..it's a little complicated." Dr. Wells says with grimace, causing Naruto to raise an eyebrow alongside Caitlin and Cisco.

"Complicated….how?" Caitlin asks in curiosity, causing Dr. Wells to sigh before taking his glasses off to wipe them off.

"Long ago me, your father, Dr. Connors, and Dr. Parker found a meteorite that landed outside the city, it uh….it's where we found that." Dr. Wells says whilst putting his glasses back on, widening the eyes of Naruto, Caitlin, and Cisco.

"So you mean to tell me that he's…..wearing…..an alien? Awesome!" Cisco says in excitement, getting a look of annoyance from Caitlin.

"We call it a symbiote, all I know is that it bonds at the subcellular level with its host, in our case that's you." Dr. Wells says, widening the eyes of Naruto, Caitlin, and Cisco.

"That's a dope name for an alien." Cisco says with a dumb founded expression.

"So what you're telling me is that this thing has entered into a state of symbiosis with me? Are you sure it's safe?" Naruto asks with uncertainty, causing Wells to look at him reluctantly.

"I can't say for sure, but from the looks of it it doesn't seem to be any harm to you right now, but what I can say for certain is that it's the reason why you survived the night of the particle accelerator." Dr. Wells says, getting a confused look from Caitlin.

"What do you mean?" Caitlin asks in interest, having seen this ability of the Symbiote first hand.

"When we found it it tried to bond with Dr. Connors by attaching itself to his right arm, we didn't know what we were getting into yet so out of panic we decided to amputate his arm to get it off, it uh…..wasn't pleasant though….the Symbiote was just fine it because it can regenerate itself, but Dr. Connors…well lets just say he was left half the man he used to be…." Dr. Wells says solemnly, causing Caitlin to come to a realization.

"So this "Symbiote" was able to save Naruto from that deep wound by bonding with him?" Caitlin asks in curiosity, getting a nod from Dr. Wells in the process.

"That appears to be the case but there's still so much we don't know about it, the only one who ever researched it after that was Dr. Connors, it was the whole reason he got into cross species genetics." Dr. Wells says, confusing Naruto who smiles, unaware of the news.

"Ok? What's so bad about that? I'll just go down to his lab and ask him about it." Naruto says, causing Cisco and Caitlin to tense up, confusing Naruto who raises an eyebrow at this.

"What? Oh….did he quit after the accelerator blew up? Ok then I'll just call him, here lemme borrow your phone Cisco." Naruto says before mimicking the gesture he did earlier, shooting a web at Cisco's phone on the table, pulling it towards him and catching it with a small chuckle and a grin. "Heh, I don't think I'll ever get used to that, ok let's see her, Dr. Connors Dr. Connors….." Naruto says whilst scrolling through Cisco's contacts before Caitlin slowly walks up to Naruto, putting a hand on the phone whilst looking at with a serious face, confusing him as he smiles at her. "What, what's the matter Cait?"

"Naruto…Dr. Connors has been missing since the accelerator….." Caitlin says sadly, widening Naruto's eyes in disbelief.

"You-you're kidding right? Come on guys, she's joking right?" Naruto says with hope in his voice before looking at Cisco, who frowns sadly whilst shaking his head, causing Naruto to turn to Dr. Wells.

"Follow me, there's something you should see." Dr. Wells says whilst rolling off in his wheelchair, signaling Naruto to follow him.

Timeskip - 5 minutes later.

"Oh my god….what the hell happened here…?" Naruto says whilst staring at the remains of Dr. Connors lab, seeing gigantic claw marks on the destroyed tables and walls alongside broken machinery.

"Well…let's just say you weren't the only one affected by the particle accelerator." Dr. Wells says before pulling up a hologram screen of camera footage through the keypad on his wheelchair, showing the accelerator exploding and causing Dr. Connors to begin to painfully transform into a giant lizard, widening Naruto's eyes and causing his heart to sink. "As you can see Dr. Connors was transformed into a gigantic Lizard, but I can't help but notice how he has two arms in this video." Dr. Wells says, causing Naruto to snap out of his stupor before turning to Dr. Wells with a sorry expression.

"Dr. Wells I'm sorry I should have told you before helping him, it's just that I solved his equation without any of the negative side effects and now this is happened because of what I did and-"

"Naruto, It's not your fault, what happened to him wasn't because of the serum you gave him, what you did is honorable as well as another show of your genius level intellect, but it isn't what caused this, Dr. Connors is only like this because of what the Particle Accelerator did to him." Dr. Wells says, cutting Naruto off and confusing him in the process.

"Wha-what do you mean? I remember you saying something like that earlier with my spider powers, but what does the particle accelerator have to do with any of this? " Naruto asks with a confused expression, causing Wells to sigh before putting another hologram up showing the Central city map.

"When the Particle Accelerator exploded it ruptured, unleashing unknown energies into our world." Dr. Wells says as a yellow sphere explodes and begins to expand from STAR Labs to all over Central City, widening Naruto's eyes.

"It unleashed all sorts of theoretical energies, like antimatter, X elements, and dark energy right?" Naruto says with realization, causing Dr. Wells to nod at the genius with a smile.

"Once again your genius side shows itself, now tell me Naruto, what do you plan to do next with this information? What's your next step moving forward?" Dr. Wells asks with a smile, steeling Naruto's resolve whilst he stares at the carnage Dr. Connors accidentally caused to his life's work.

"Well, first I'm gonna learn to control my new abilities, then I'm gonna find Dr. Connors and cure him, even if the particle accelerator changed him into the lizard, my serum was the core of that change the accelerator expanded on, so it's my job to make it up to him, like Aunt Nora once said, with great power…..comes great responsibility…." Naruto says with resolve, looking at a grinning Dr. Wells with a face of determination.

"That's what I like to hear, but if you're gonna do this then you're not going in alone, we're gonna do it together." Dr. Wells says with a warm smile, causing Naruto's face to brighten before hugging Dr. Wells.

"Dr. Wells, it's Barry, he's back. Come back down to the cortex as soon as possible." Cisco says over the intercom, causing Naruto to look at Dr. Wells with a raised eyebrow.

"Come on kid, I'll explain on the way." Dr. Wells with a smile, causing Naruto to chuckle before following his father figure.

The next chapter will most likely finish episode 1 off alongside introducing Naruto's Venom Electricity against Clyde Mardon, please please please!
